Diagnostic and repair for popping noise. Was told I needed over $5800 of repairs done to my vehicle. I asked which few were top priority and I would start fixing the rest in a couple of weeks. Kendra told me that everything needed to be done.

After repair, I was told there was still a pooping noise and if I couldn’t stand the noise any longer to bring it back and that the technician didn’t notice it until after repair were completed. Kendra told me it was my rack and would cost an additional $1650 but since I spent so much money already that she spoke with Jeremiah and he agreed to cover the cost of labor of $1000 and I , cost of part $650 .

I am complaining only about the person's name Chip Hamlin who works at 406 Gallatin Ave, Nashville, TN. My husband took his van to Firestone last year, but came back with a warning light on and the AC wasn't working after the oil change. We took it back and talked with Chip Hamlin, but he insisted Van had a problem with the AC. I really did not think so, but we paid over $100 to fix the problem. But AC still is not working properly. While he is driving a van AC is on and off.

I have a Lexus; I took the same store for oil change two weeks ago. Guess what, Chip Hamlin called my husband, and my tire has a nail on it. I have a bad feeling about Chip Hamlin. He can't run a business that way! He needs to look at the long run business not short term. He may get some commissions!

Had a online appointment on June13 2023 at 2:00 pm for a front end alignment. Walk in at 1:50 and had to wait till I was helped, only one person behind the counter. When I was helped , I was told the alignment tech was behind 3 hours they haven’t even started with the online orders.

My time is valuable like everyone else. Someone should had called the customer and let them reschedule their day.

Good morning, I submitted an appointment online yesterday 6/4/23 Fir an oil change at 4:06pm, and received an email immediately after saying that it was processing. (My fault for not checking and thinking they approved it).

However, I went in this morning and the guy on duty as manager says, I checked all of the appointments online before I left and yours didn’t go through when I clearly have proof that I it was received and waiting for approval. This is once again the Firestone on LaPalco in Gretna,, LA

I am requesting a refund. I went in for an oil change and an AC diagnostic. I was never asked what type of oil change I wanted, the tech just gave me the most expensive one instead of asking or doing the standard one which was on file as a prior service I have had in the past.

After calling and asking about the oil change Brock charged me for the standard which was appreciated. After the AC diagnostic I was told by Brock the recommendations to fix the AC. I agreed to get everything replaced that he mentioned over the phone. After pick up, I retrieved my car and immediately tried the AC and it did not come on. (After I was told the techs tested it and it apparently came on). So I went back in to the shop to let Brock know, he came out and turned the AC on and off…

Hello, I would like to speak to someone concerning my experiences here at the Woodman Dr Dayton, Ohio location. The manager has been rude, short with information and all around unprofessional. Plus, before the technician drive my car onto the ramp for my alignment I notice he went for a 2 minute joy ride in my Subaru STi.

I have a loose bolt in the brake caliper and this could jeopardise my health if he knocked something loose. I’m very upset and just purchased the lifetime Alignment w/coupon for 220 dollars. The package is $209 and I used the $20 dollar coupon.

8100 On 06/08/23 To have my alternator replaced. Was told vehicle would be finished by the afternoon of 6/8/23. I was told on 6/8/23. That a wire harness connection was broken by the technician while removing the alternator. I was also informed that the broken part was not available in the US and had to be order from Japan and would be shipped 2 day delivery.

At the Firestone West Chester, Pa. Store my wife talked to a sales person about a leak in the front left tire and was told to drop off her car the evening before her appointment and they would check it out.

Today was her appointment and she stopped by around 4:30 pm and they didn't even look at it. She had taken off from work to have it taken care of with no results. The original sales person sent someone else to take care of it and we took our keys and left very unhappy. We won't be back!

We took it somewhere else and it turned out to be a small nail that took 20 minutes to repair.

My brakes were grinding and I went to Hendersonville Firestone to find out how much it would cost to repair them. They took my car back and said that I need to replace the rear brakes and rotors and the front weren't far behind and they recommended doing the front as well. The estimate was 575.99 for the rear and 499.99 for the front. That was more than I was willing to pay.

The gentleman was visibly upset that I didn't let them do the brake repair. He said that I would have to pay a "diagnostic" charge of 99.99. he did not inform me that there would be a diagnostic charge before he looked at my brakes. And is a brake inspection even a diagnostic? I thought diagnostic was hooking it up to a machine that checked out all of the systems in the car.

Delivered some parts to Austin, needed a signature from him, but since my hands were full i put my phone in my bra and when i pulled it out for a signature he then stated “that’s disgusting, just scribble a signature for me”. He could’ve been nice about it yet he was extremely disrespectful and ruined my day.

i had no pockets so i understand his concern. i went there a couple days ago to get my oil change and he serviced me, but i will never come here again as now i see he has no sense of respect, no sense of proper communication.

he was rude and embarrassed me in front of a client he was taking care of. I will never trust him to take care of my car concerns here out. Always be respectful because you never know what someone is going through. @NW expressway okc.

I called for appointment at 1:00 for coolant flush. The person (Doug) waiting on another customer for an oil change and check cv axels. The customer insisted on getting in ASAP. So Doug had his car serviced before mine. Which made me wait 1 hr.

before getting my car in for service. This is not how it should have been. I think it was a racial act.

, Columbia, SC 29223. I spoke with the actual store manager Mr. Turner and purchased another tire on the front passenger side and I purchased another run-flat tire. I got the phone call around 5:24 pm saying that the car was ready.

I got there and noticed my car sitting outside with the passenger side rear and front lights on. I went inside and got a young man by the name of Jarvis to come out with me because someone had been in the car playing with the dials in the car, the lights, the air dams, and the drive mechanism was switched also.

Jarvis also noticed what I was talking about in regard to things being switched around. I then took the car to the car wash and while wiping the car down I noticed a dent and scratch on the driver-side rear door.

On Jan 26, 2023 I took my car to Firestone at 112 Market Place Dr in Hampton, VA for checking out for some noises. They performed a brake job (invoice # 351211) but after a few months I noticed that the car vibrated whenever I applied the brakes. So I took it back to them to check it out. They returned my car without doing any work (invoice # 353174) . The car still vibrates whenever the brakes are applied.

Can another Firestone facility check my car out and fix without charges?

I purchased tires from simple tire. They sent them to your store in Bedford Texas. m. after I checked in, I said and waited for about 45 minutes before I was told that their machines were old and they were afraid to put on my new tires because of damaging the wheel.

So they sent the tires to your Firestone in Keller tx off of Golden triangle, because they have new equipment and it would be better for handling the installation. I called the Keller store Monday morning June 5th and the guy told me if I would come in in the morning he could probably get them done within an hour and a half. m.

tires have still not been installed. They have pulled in my car put it up on the rack and taking off the old tires. This store has some serious problems.

I have just spent 1300 on a tune up with firestone on monday . I get back the car and it has a rattling sound that wasnt making it before. I could not bring the car back until Sat and I get a call hours later technician drove the vehicle he did hear the complaint b it after a hard drive vehicle is not doing it any longer.

Could be backed up carbon and the fuel system cleaner working. That doesn't sound right I should get my car sounding better not worst.

A short while ago, I purchased 4 Bridgestone Weatherpeak BL255/55R19 tires from my local Firestone dealer at 44 W Gartner Rd, Naperville, Illinois. I very pleased with the tires that came highly recommend by the "shop foreman". Total cost was $1,339.92.

However, I failed to notice the "Road Hazard Protection" included in the price at $150 for the set of 4 tires. I kept the bill on my desk intending to ask the dealer if I could remove the "Road Hazard Protection" and get a credit on my credit card.

Unfortunately, I purchased the tires on 04/29/23 and I did not ask the dealer (store manager) for a credit until today (Thursday 06/01/23). He told me that it was past 30 days and he could not help me.

It has actually been 33 days so I did miss the allowed window, by 3 days. I did not know…

The mechanic stole my tire lock key and Firestone will not return it or replace it. Without the key my tires can only be changed by going to the dealership which sucks when/if you get a nail in your tire.

I've been calling Firestone since last year trying to get them to either return it or replace it, everytime I call I get the same BS one of the regional managers will call me in a couple of days like I stated I've been calling them since last year and they've never returned my call.

On May 29, 2023, I went to the Firestone Store on Broadway in Knoxville, Tennessee 37917 to get a diagnostic check for my 2012 Buick LaCrosse. David was the manager on duty at that time. ” After sitting and waiting for approximately 30 minutes; I was told that I needed a new water pump and a connecting tube that runs from the water pump to the motor.

00 price was quoted to me. I went home contemplating the price of the parts as well as the labor cost. I called another shop to get a second opinion. And Behold!!! The problem was the reservoir/overflow jug. A tube/ line that runs to the jug was broken off; thus causing my fluid from the jug to flow onto the ground. 00.

I made an appointment to drop my car off at Firestone 1755 E Golf road Schaumburg IL. on 0525 to check my AC. my car say there for 6 hours and when i called back they said they haven't even pulled it in to look at it.

I made another appointment for 5/31 again left my car all day to be informed they just pulled the car in at 4:30 to put dye in the line and they need the car over night. I said i cant leave it overnight why didn't someone tell me that?

I took my 2021 Toyota Prime to Firestone for a wheel alignment because it was cheaper there than at the dealership. Recently I took my car to the dealership for maintenance recently and they told me I need my tires replaced.

I was surprised because my tires were not very worn and they were in good condition at the previous maintenance appointment. When I told my husband we went to look and my tires showed they were Dunlop. My car came with Michelin tires, not Dunlop.

They switched out my tires during the alignment appointment. They are thieves and scammers! There was never any discussion about touching tires or doing anything else, it was simply an alignment. I will never recommend them to anyone ever!

I spent 20 minutes on the phone Friday scheduling an appointment to have my truck looked at. I show up for my appointment today and he says that they can't do anything with it because it has a task in the back.

I drove an hour to get there. They courgette mentioned that Friday when we were on the phone for 20 minutes. They knew it was a 2500 work truck. I will never do business with them again.

I left my car due to problems with the ABS, Track, Brake lights, etc... they told me it was a problem with the alternator, when they changed it all the lights would go off, (everything is recorded) they supposedly changed it and they charged me $1,540 and

they gave me the car back with the same lights on and told me I had to take it to the dealer because they don't fix the brake lights. So why didn't they say that from the beginning? These people stole my money because they called me that my case had been denied.

I had went in to Firestone to get my car worked on and asked them to check the starter I was told that they check the starter and it was fine and there was a problem with a battery so they fixed something that had to do with the battery twice and I was still having problems starting up my vehicle so i took it to another Firestone and they told me that it was my starter and that there was oil built up in my starter.

Went to firestone this morning And told the girl in the Front what was needed for my car and she told me that a diagnostic test still needed to be done for a $105 and would not be waived even though I did the work that was necessary come to find out later.

That that test was not needed since I did already have the error message that explained what was wrong with the vehicle. I do not appreciate that they charged me an additional one hundred and five dollars when that was not needed.

On Friday 5/12 2023 I took my car to Firestone in Yucaipa Ca. A short time later I received a call from a Firestone employee explaining the problem and gave me a price of $262 and a few cents to fix it.

I gave him permission to go ahead and do the repair. Later I received a call that the car was ready to be picked up. When I went to pay the employee at the desk quoted a price of $401. 78.

Grandson took my truck to get oil change and tire rotation sat over 2 hours and he asked what was going on they forgot about him he was told. Ok after leaving he noticed tire pressures were same as when he went in, when I called they could not tell me if they even rotated the tires.

They “weren’t sure” how do you run a business like this? The dealer was in port orange Florida Williamson blvd.

On May 9, 2023, I took my 2018 Chevrolet Equinox to Firestone Complete Auto Care at 432 Washington St, Steubenville, OH 43952 to investigate the squealing noise coming from my car at that time. It was determined by Clay that my car needed front brakes.

They quoted a price of $440, and telling me that it would cost me about $495 to have the brakes done. When I asked the manager Jim Dreves to explain the problem, his reply to me was: "I hope you have your life insurance paid off" and then continued to tell me that the brakes were imminent for failure if I did not have the work done at that time.

He then proceeded to tell me that the longer I waited to get them done, that the price would go up, because of a domino effect of equipment failures. My complaint is that the comment he made about…

They did not finish work that was incredibly dangerous if not fixed. leaving my tires literally dangling barely attached to the car. after a $2,000 bill which I feel I was suckered into applying for credit so they could bill the entire repair to that card so now I have to try to get that situation fixed.

All in all it's just been a huge disappointment and a huge pain in the ass.

We put our 2017 Nissan Armada in Firestone located at 1630 Louisville Avenue, Monroe, Louisiana 71201. We put it in on 04/21/2023 and they called us to pick it up on 04/22/2023. We drove the vehicle until 05/01/2023 the vehicle start doing the samething.

I took my car in for a break inspection and was told that I needed front and rear breaks and rotors. I was stunned because two weeks prior I had breaks and rotors put on the front. I was very surprised to have this happen to me as I’ve heard that Firestone was guilty of this type of behavior but never experienced it.

This act has me inclined to go on various forums to express my concerns regarding the practices of this company. I’m not sure what can be done to remedy this but would like a response. Thanks

I had my car Its a 2013 Chevy Impala LT. serviced here in Natchez Ms. April19, 2023. The store replaced my water pump. I was there at Firestone two years for the same problem. I had my starter and Water pump done. 00.

I had an account with Firestone. I charged the work that was done to my account. On Saturday April 23rd. I driving in my car I started to hear a knocking come from my engine. I pulled over once i heard the noise. i raised my hood.

I seen a pile of loose screws laying under the hood. Now remind you this is days later I didn't even know the screws were left under my hood of the car. I'd been driving around with loose screws under my hood there's no telling where these screws couldn't bounce around.

took my van to get service at the firestone on Ft Benning GA. on 29april2023. went to get a tire rotation, TPMS replaced and alignment, took 2 hours and i watched them park my van away from the parking of all other vehicles in the shade, i thought they were being nice.

got into my van and drive 12 miles home and got out in the sun and saw that my drivers rear quarter panel was dented and scratched. I contacted the firestone and spoke with Rebecca and told her that someone scratched my van, she said someone scratched your van> i said yes they scraped a 12 inch wide by almost 20 inch long scrape to my drivers side rear quarter panel, she said the scraped you vans quarter panel, then chuckled.

I took my car in to Firestone for a oil change cowhere's rotors and brakes. When I got my car back it had a broken windshield. The engine block was broken the windshield wipers broken. Well. They don't want to fix it for me.

And a month pass and my rotor ended up inside of the tire rim of my vehicle. It might be a difficult. They came out looked at it had it told because it was their fault when I got my vehicle back.

My tires are going fat now because the rotors scraped the inside of my rim which is poking the tube of a tire and now it's going to. Stay inflated. I agree to the deal and apply to Firestone card wish I was approved and let my car to be repaired. Every time I called to pick up my car I will get an answer" No ready yet" and they keep me whitlow my car for the next two weeks losing two week of work because their incompetency.

Finally, after two week, I did failed a formal complain with the Regional Manager ask demanded to pay me in some way the two weeks of lose work plus the inconvenient that they cause me during those two weeks. After those two weeks finally I did pick up my car thinking that they finally fixed…

68 from FireStone at 2708 Fall Hill Ave Fredericksburg Virginia. Reason for refund request is my vehicle was brought in on April 20, 2023 for replacement of Coolant Housing and Motor Mounts. Upon getting back my vehicle on April 29, 2023 I noticed the same milky substance of Oil and Antifreeze still in the Coolant as before.

Technician indicated he did a flush of system but may not have got all of the Oil out of the Coolant Housing and indicated that he was wing it because he never worked on a Mini Cooper before. I find this unsatisfactory because if FireStone could not fix the problem I should have been noticed immediately.

Also all Motor Mounts were not fixed technician said he replaced upper right but then said I need the bottom Motor Mount done as well…

Went in for oil change & always get a standard oil change. Never requested or ask for anything above standard. Today they took upon themselves to gove me a $100 oil change & I'm highly pissed. Could have gone any other place cheaper.

Now I got this charged to my acct & not happy at all.
