I need my car for work so when I needed an inspection, I called the store and made an appointment several days in advance. When I arrived at the store for my 8am appointment, I'm told "I only have one guy so you will have to drop you car off and you'll get it back later in the day".

Why make appointments if you can't keep them??? Total waste of my time and not the first time this has occurred at the same location. Complete and total lack of customer service and it appeared the manager at the store found it amusing.

I'll never use Firestone again and I will recommend to my friends and colleagues to never waste their time at this location. We also have fleet vehicles that we have serviced at this location - we are taking our business someplace else where they care about their customers. 4…

I was charged $500 for a tune-up. Oil Change sI had the oil changed 8 months ago. Being an elderly woman I except to be taken advantage of. I checked the oil after the work was done, color of oil was no different.

I was homeless, sick of confrontation and let it go but not this tune-up charge.

My car kept not starting and was told it was the starter . I took my car to Firestone on commercial street in Salem Oregon and they said no it needed new terminals on battery so they replaced them. Couple weeks later I had the same issue and I took the car back and asked them to look at the starter , this time they said it was not the starter it was the battery so

I bought a new battery after I asked if they checked the starter and they assured me they did . Just a few days later the issue happens agian so I took my car to a different Firestone in Salem on Lancaster and told them what I have been going through and it’s my starter .

What a garbage organization! Once again I tried to set an appointment with my local Firestone dealer to get my brakes checked and the fluids changed. I was told they can't change my transmission fluid because the machine is broke and has been for 6 months.

Yet you still have the service proudly displayed in your showroom. I was told I can get the other fluids changed but not the transmission. Add on the rudeness and unhappy employees you have and its no wonder you have a 1,15 rating. Do something

I took my car in to have a tire replaced and they damaged the driver side door and guess what - they refuse to take responsibilty for it. Overall lack of class, accountability, and professionalism. Do not waste your time or money with these guys - the community deserves much better this!!!!

Firestone did a diagnostic on my car for a check engine light. They told me that because there was a recall in 2014, there was “nothing they could do” and that I would have to get that fixed before they could fix the other issue with my vehicle.

They did not offer to help me and told me that they cleared all of the computer codes *including* the check engine light and that “if it was really bad, it’ll come back on”. My car was unsafe to drive and they refused to help me.

When I went to pick up my car, they tried to charge me for the diagnostic when over the phone the manager told me that my insurance covered the cost.

Bought 4 brand new Firestone tires less than a year ago. Picked up a nail on the road. Could not put the spare on because one lug nut was so tight , the corners rounded off trying to take it off.

So we put a plug in it pumped it up to get home. Next day we called Firestone where we bought the tires. They said bring it in. When we did, they refused to put a patch on the inside because we put a plug in it.

So we took it to St Lucie Battery and Tire. They fixed it for free. Is this the way Firestone does business ????

I brought my car to Firestone here in Van Nuys, California to be fix. The problem is having the steering rattles. They said needs to replace axle so they replace it and charge me $1,400 but the problem was not fixed so another guy told me that they need to replace something on the steering so they replace again and they charge me another $700 + for that job.

The problem was fixed but they created a new problem and they knew it. Everytime you turn the steering a scary noise occurs. I’m scared to bring it back there because I think they are not capable of this job.

The problem my money was gone. It’s like Firestone robbed me for $2,200. If no action will be made I will communicate with media people to resolve this case. I used my Firestone credit card to pay part of the $2,200

On today's date I called the Firestone store at 1221 Veteran's Parkway, Columbus, Georgia to ask about tires. After giving the needed information I was advised that the tires would have to be ordered and delivered to the store the next day.

I needed to check with the vehicle owner, a relative, and advised the Firestone employee that I would call back. The employee said that was fine and to ask for Ryan. A few minutes later I called back to confirm the order and asked for Ryan.

Went for an oil change last Wednesday, discovered yesterday (the following Wednesday ) that they didn’t put my oil cap back on . I drive 3 hours away and back , plus an hour and a half to work and back twice without the oil cap on . When I discovered it , I had no oil and there was oil everywhere from it blowing out of the reservoir.

Took car in for check up as tire psi showed low. Firestone called and said we needed rocker arms and a spark plug change. After 750 charge we agreed and received the car back. All other systems checked out as good.

A week passed and the light on the tire came back on. We returned it and we’re told oh there’s a mail. They then sent an invoice to my wife after she left for 40 to inspect the tire. She agreed and they responded tire can’t be patched it’s another 141 for a new tire.

We are in a quandary as I am out of town on business with our other car. We agreed and they never mentioned or offered two tire replacement which is an industry standard, you never replace only one tire but as this cost should cover two tires why would they.

Over 4 weeks of bad service Trip 1 dropped my daughter's car off for new tires, they called and said a sensor was bad we told them to replace it. We picked up and the next day the sensor light came on so I called and asked which sensor was replaced they said they didn't know , wow ok.

And since we picked it up with new tires the front tires was grinding So trip 2 dropped it off for then to replace the other sensor and see what the gringing was. They called and said it was a wheel barren so we told them to replace it.

If I could give negative stars I would. I had an appointment today made through a Tire Rack purchase. I was called this morning and they said my tires never showed up sorry we can’t help you. After I gave them the invoice number and told them what carrier delivered them, he mysteriously found them.

And then he preceded to tell me that the tire machine is broken and he still can’t do the install and then hung up. So I called the store and the front sales person said that I should just come and get my tires.

What happened to trying to reschedule? So I show up at the shop 30 min later and my wife and I walk in with a “what do you want” greeting. WTF? Rude…… I told him I am here to pick up my tires as instructed and he blew me off and ignored me.

00 . I was told my car was ready for pick up. I go in, paid the bill and they pulled the car from the garage. There was tons of smoke coming from the exhaust pipe and the car was making a loud noise and wouldn’t stay on.

It shut off as I was trying to pull off and wouldn’t start back up. I had to catch a technician (all this was after business hours) to help. They started to perform more work on the car outside of the garage after business hours.

I was told to wait 15mb for the smoke to clear out and I should be good to go. The smoke never cleared out. I was stuck at Firestone after business hours and had to get my car towed back home.

The car is still no drivable.

I was told by a Firestone worker in the 21211 zip code after doing a check engine on my 2005 Mitsubishi Galant that I needed a tune up on 2-25-23. 87. I took car home around 3-4-23. Same day car didn’t start and I had to get a hot shot.

I took car back same day. Then about 4 days later Firestone said I needed a fuel pump. 13 and a few days later it didn’t start again. I had to have it towed back to them and now they r saying an electrical problem.

My issue is my niece paid all that money and I don’t have a working car. I would like my money back or problem fixed. I feel that if it was an electrical problem then that should have been said n the very beginning before we put out all this money. Please respond.

My 22 year old son was robbed by you guys of a $1000 . here is the situation. He had his car looked at by a different mechanic west beldon auto. They changed his oil and battery and he needed his tires mounted but west beldon auto was closing and they told my son to go to Firestone to do his tires.

And the mechanic told my son Firestone will try to sell you things you don't need. My son was told by one of your thieves that he needed brakes all around his car and rotors in the back. Had a service done in December and it was done wrong. Had to call several times so it is very well documented. I drove off the lot and a reduced engine power light came on. I called again and Firestone said it would not be related to the oil change I had just received.

Dear Firestone, I am writing to you because of a very unfortunate incident that occurred on 4/4/2023, when I brought my daughters car in to gather a few quotes in your Wallingford, CT store. Firestone after inspection had then notified me that the car needed a muffler, brakes and that I had the option of a catalytic converter as well.

I initially told the Firestone employee over the phone to go ahead and get started with the work. A minute later I spoke to the dealership we purchased the car through and they stated that they would complete the brakes and converter, as I had a warranty and the car was less than a year old out of courtesy.

On Saturday 4/1/23, I dropped my 2017 Ford Escape off at the 1641 W. Sunshine St Springfield, MO for a diagnosis. My car suddenly began sputtering and vibrating when driving. My car has just under 66,000 and I am the original owner.

James finally called me at 4:30pm to let me know what was found. He said the fuel injector in cylinder number 2 is defective which caused the issue. He said the part needs to be ordered which will arrive on Monday then car will be done. He quoted me $648.

Bought new Dueler A/T REVO 3 LT Bridgestone tires for my 06 Dodge Ram from Store # 358040 Inv # 118912 on 3/24/2023. (Failure # 1) The truck pulled to the left on my drive home so i called another Firestone store closer to me (Horizon Ridge) who took my truck in on Sunday 3/26/2023 and corrected the Alignment problem (problem solved).

(Failure # 2) A few days later I learned the new tires installed have date codes of (2318) (0319) (0319) (3219). This means 3 of the 4 tires are 4 years old and 1 is 5 years old. Not sure what the company policy is but this is totally unacceptable and is not what i paid for.

First if all, I went to make an appointment and they told me they were completely booked for Saturday. When I went to make an online appointment for Saturday, I realized they DID have openings and my car could be worked on.

They are supposed to close at seven and i call at six to see if my car is done. No one called. They lie again and say they did call, THEY DID NOT. And i say give me fifteen minutes to get there and they tell me they're not going to wait for me because they're walking out the door.

I have spent over 2500$ on tires for my truck and car I bought the road hazard lifetime alignment and balance for both vehicles and I will never step foot in the door again and anyone I know won’t either. They quoted me a price to diagnose and fix my car. I paid the price and when I went to pick the car it was not fixed. 00. Then they said that it was out of gas. They refused to put gas in it so I ended up having my son bring gas.

The most defensive and don't care Firestone "manager" I have ever met ! To start with, I wouldn't even rate him anything because he doesn't even deserve to serve customers, leave alone manage such a company shop. Today, when I took my spouse's car to my mechanic for a wheel bearing change, we found that the underside of the engine, including the right side of front grill splashed with oil.

On opening the hood in my presence, we found the oil cap at the front edge of the car and the engine oil tank opening gaping at us. The hood had about 10x10 inches spot directly above the engine oil opening, wet with oil.

I am requesting a full refund from Firestone for work they never did on my Jeep. I have the dates of how many times I have been there. I had new tires put on my Jeep and was never told my brake, shoes and drums were very bad. Nor did they ever do an alignment per my request on numerous occasions that I had to go back.

I recently took my Jeep to Ramona Tire which is also connected with Firestone. The manager there specifically show me what was wrong and what had not been done in quite a while. Pointing out that it had never been done at any point. I had to pay more money to have all this corrected. Everything I needed done was done while I was there. I had to pay $2,346.37. I went to the Firestone on 41st and Yale in Tulsa, Ok. to have a low tire fixed, when I got off work today at 5:30. I got there around 5:50pm. I was told to got to another location because there was not enough help there to do the job.

The problem was that the place that I was instructed to go to was going to close at 6pm. I live 50 miles away from Tulsa. Ok. So to make it short, I was able to get air in my tire and was sent on my way.

I’m glad I didn’t have a blow out or anything else. Once my wife’s and my cards are paid off, we’ll be sure to send them back to y’all because of the service we received. We’ll never bye another Firestone tire or product again.

Recently on 3/15/2023 at your location #797091 on WO#098742, I requested an oil change on my fleet vehicle. I trusted, that Firestone would use a grade of oil that met the manufacturers specifications for my vehicle.

As is evidenced by the attached documentation, semi-synthetic oil was installed instead of fully synthetic oil, which is clearly specified in the owners manual as well as all other published specifications by Chevrolet.

I would ask that Firestone replace the semi-synthetic oil with fully synthetic oil that meets the manufacturers specifications at no cost.

I brought my pickup in for an alignment the appointment was scheduled for 7am as soon as the store opened it was not pulled in to the shop until 11am. When it was done it took them under 15 minutes to be finished.

I was told when I picked it up that the camber could not be fixed due to ball joints were in a fixed location when I called later that day to question on what was done they changed there story and said it was the caster that could not be fixed.

Hello on March 3rd I had my car service at the firestone 50 N FM 548 Forney Texas 75126. 00 on my firestone credit catd to fix the routers, change oil, and an aliment. Now after 2 weeks my car wa sounding right so I called firestone direct fo them to tell me that the shop did not put the oil plug in correctly so now i have oil leak. 00 to fix it.

I had a tire replaced and a rim inspected at you Gainesville FL location. the following I went to your Venice FL to have the lug nuts loosened so i could remove the rims to take them to the Rim Doctor to have the repaired.

The Venice store did not write up a workorder thinking they were going to just loosen the lugs. when attempting to loosen the lugs , the first one the tech tried to loosen snaped the lug . He said they were put on too tight and did not feel comfortable trying any more.

I am in Springfield MO, AND have taken my car NUMEROUS times to Firestone at the Battlefield mall. I had transmission problems, and took my car to that location, I think 3x, they did work, and I still have leakage on my garage floor.

The sign says, we GUARANTTE , so I know this problem was supposed to be fixed, and it is not. Now I was told they recommend it I take it to a transmission shop, the problem seems to be more than what they deal with. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE.

While traveling near Casa Grande Arizona our air conditioner failed. I called a number I found online. It was a national service center. She booked us an appointment at a Firestone shop in Casa Grande. When we arrived at the shop we were told we didn't have an appointment and the person who scheduled us should have known better.

They couldn't help us for 3 days. Very frustrating. Drove 3 hours in the heat and got it fixed in Flagtaff. Firestone was not helpful at all.

Brought two vehicles in for service. I explained I could wait as long as needed for one vehicle but I needed my tire inspected immediately on my Cadillac I drive everyday because I hit a brick going 100mph. I explained it’s vibrating really badly.

I had Cadillac check the car. They stated it’s not a steering issue. Last month the rack & pinion was replaced by Cadillac. All I asked Christian (the manager) to do was please put the one tire on balance machine & see if I just lost the weights & see it needs to be balanced.

My fear is that the car is unsafe to drive. I explained all this! He ignored my immediate concern but promised to look at my tire when I picked up my other vehicle. When I picked up my other vehicle I was told he didn’t have time for a tech to look at tire.

4 new tires put on it took 5 hrs !! They put on a rusted little bolt on my rim!! They did frt end alignment car shakes and it's dangerous with a rusted bolt holding the tire on
