3-3-23, I went to Firestone on 5998 Normandy Blvd Jax, FL 32205 for alignment and tire rotation. The associate, who's Caucasian, advised me that they can't rotate my tires for whatever reason he didn't say. I saw my car parked outside the bay like I was up next.

I walked to a nearby store. I was at store for 10-15 minutes because a customer in front of me bought up the store. I returned to see my car parked on the side of the building. I asked why was my car on the side of the building.

The associate said they're done. I replied that was too fast for an alignment. He showed me the diagnosis of my alignment. Then it was time to pay. I paid for it. After paying, I saw I was still charged for the tire rotation AFTER the associate told me they can't rotate the tires.

In dec 2022 Firestone worked on my maxima several weeks later car started having the same problem so I took again to Firestone in Katy tx they said they had to order car part. Days later I took in again said they could not work on car said I should take to Nissan dealer.

I did dealer said Firestone damaged car and used after market parts to fix. Dealer was charging 23 thousand to fix

Yesterday march 7 I went to Firestone on 84 in the win Dixie shopping center right by the donut shop!! I but four tires and got front end alignment!! Got there about 10 am I never got out until 2pm!!

I took my truck in to have an alignment, I was told I needed upper control arms and lower ball joint on one side. Took my truck to my regular mechanic and was told oil was leaking out if control arms and the technician that put these parts in my truck bent my axle.

And didn't tighten anything down. 00 and had to take my truck back and have it fixed but now can't even drive the truck because I have to have these parts all replaced once again and the axle replaced. 00 I had to pay.

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. While both of these specific services seem to have been performed ok other issues were caused by carelessness, negligence.

First, the wheel cap with logo was broken (this was reported to me at pickup and offered reimbursement for self replacement.

Second, a couple days after service I noticed something dragging under my car. After pulling over and inspecting I found the under engine cover was dragging as it apparently had not been appropriately reattached after oil change again they offered to reimburse me for purchasing replacement when I took my car back in to address issue).

Third, the engine air filter compartment had not been closed after filter inspection. I’ve done business with Firestone for a while with minimal issues but…

I have been a regular Firestone customer for 20 years. After Firestone told me they could not replace a bad tire on my 1995 Infiniti G20 owing to a lack of suitable inventory, they sent me to a different company.

The store manager there discovered that the reason my tire was problematic was that Firestone had literally put the wrong tires on my car, which he said was too heavy for the load index of the tires they installed. He said the tires were unsafe so I allowed him to replace them.

When I called the Firestone store manager, he said that even if the allegation were true, he was new on the job and refused to take responsibility for any possible negligence by his predecessors. He also accused the other store manager of trying to make a quick buck off my distress. He wanted me to return…

I tried to make an appointment 6 separate times, but nobody answers the phone at the Fairfield, CA mall location. When I finally took off work to stop in and make an appointment, the kid had a very bad attitude and didn’t know how to make an appointment with my company’s fleet account.

When I finally got an appointment for a simple oil change, he told me it would take 1 hour. It took them 3 hours to do a simple oil change, making me late for 3 other appointments. The kid’s attitude towards customers was disrespectful and very unprofessional!

I was in at your location in Fairview Heights and had brake service done. Your mechanic told me I needed brakes all the way around plus rotors done plus brake fluid changed. My car was under a recall and had repairs done at a dealership.

The dealership did an inspection and told me my front brakes were in excellent condition brake fluid was clean but my back needed new pads nothing about my rotors. Your shop did due my back brakes plus rotators me knowing nothing was wrong with the rotors .

I took my car to 2 other location and they told me my front brakes are perfectly fine. 00 for a headlight. I repaired her headlight the other day when the bulb went out just 2 screws and pop the bulb out.

Idk if your paying your mechanics to screw customers but I will never go back to the location in…

I had a flat repaired a couple weeks ago on my wife's car the right rear tire. So then my wife tells me the right rear is still needing air, and I notice none of the tire sensors are registering on the dash.

So I took it back in for flat repair again. Was told valve stem replaced, and sensor is bad Wich is odd because when I bought it in the first time it worked fine. Tire still losing air, and no appointment available.

Ended up being a nail in the tire, so I took it somewhere else to repair it. Not happy at all . They said it would cost me $150 to replace tire sensor that was working fine when I bought it in the first time.

I think I'll find a different place to service my vehicle.

We took my granddaughters Jeep Compass in for new tires and an alignment. 00. We were ok with that. 00. 00 but will have to keep it over night. We replied, ok do it. 00. 00. NO!!! 00!! 00 extra!!

They saw a young lady and took FULL advantage of her!! We will NEVER use Firestone again and will make sure others know. We were told, after the fact, that we should never use Firestone, as others have had terrible experiences with them.

She is a 20 year old trying to make it in the world today and we have to deal with such as this. And fyi, it was the store on Pleasant Grove in Rogers, Arkansas.

This store obviously does not want to work on my car. They bring me back time and again for the slightest thing. Today I went to pick up a tire with a screw in it. It didn't need repair. I asked them to put the donut back under the car.

They told me they thought I could handle that. I am 69 years old with a heart condition. I had to go else where for someone to put it back. My tires are under warranty and they will not give me credit towards new tires.

They did not last the 80,000 they were supposed to. I had some repairs to do and did them and still no concession. Both of my cars have your tires on them. Believe me I will never buy tires from you again.

Hello Took my 92 gmc Yukon into the Richmond Virginia location at 10 am this morning. 4401 Williamsburg road 23231. I needed a brake check/ AC check/ tune up/ filter change/ front end check (a lot of money just to look at it).

I gave my son, Nathan Ngo, my 2008 Infiniti G35 with 68K original miles and he had it for 2.5 years with 77K miles now. I purchased a lifetime alignment and four new tires from Firestone in Mountain View along with replacing the coolant hoses with Infiniti parts and did a brake fluid flush right before I handover the car to him in 2020. When my son brought the car in for an oil change in San Jose Firestone in 2021, the mechanic talked him into replacing all 4 tires and purchased the lifetime alignment where he paid over $1,000 with no credit for the old tires.

He recently brought his car to the Milpitas Firestone for an oil change and did a complete inspection that was supposed to cost $22, but he ended up paying $920 for services that were already done by me or not necessary. I was so…

i went to firestone on 2/20 for a oil change and my inspection sticker. I left and was on my way to work when i noticed my car would not go an faster than 60 MPH so i switched lanes to exit freeway and once i exited the freeway my car shut off and would not turn back on.

I called firestone where the oil change took place and they quickly came to pick up my car from the side of freeway. i called that evening to check the status of my car and they informed me that a claim had to be done on my vehicle and i haven't even heard one word from a claims adjuster its currently 2/27 one week later and

It was a brisk and icy afternoon in Edina, when I experienced what I believe to be a racist event. , near the Southdale Mall. As I entered the store, I noticed the employees seemed indifferent to the presence of every other customer, but my entrance seemed to grasp the attention of the gentleman behind the counter.

Took my car in to have the battery replaced. Of course they come back with the list of "recommended services" and I politely thanked them and said, "just the battery, please". My husband came by to check on me and asked why they had all 4 of my tires off, but I said I didn't know.

), I noticed my brakes were grinding. BAD. They hadn't been making any noise prior to bringing my car in.

Furthermore, brakes and rotors were not mentioned on my diagnostic paperwork and if they were in the shape they were in when I left, that ABSOLUTELY would have been on there!

On Tuesday called my local Firestone.

However it was corporate not my local Firestone. They asked what my car needed. I said oil change , front brakes and an inspection. She said due to inspection I'd have to wait till Saturday at 7 am. Friday night went to drop the car off as they close at 7pm.

They had closed at 5pm. I found that out as the manager told me. He had no notice from corporate about my car. He wasn't excepting new work on Saturday as he had 12 cars from Friday to finish. He only had one auto tech to help him.

I said this was scheduled and he said he can maybe do it Monday. But even stated no promises. WTH

There has been three occasions where I have booked appointments through the app and literally not even 24 hrs notice and I am getting a call canceling the appointment. Today I received a call for an appointment that was booked through the app a week in advance for them to tell me they are canceling the appointment they were full.

After voicing my concerns I was able to get an appointment for an hour and a half later then what I scheduled the original appointment for. I am not sure where the disconnect is, but if customers are able to book appointments through the app why are my appointments constantly being canceled and with less than 24 hour notice.

Where do I begin to speak about how I would never trust this company with my car again. I went there because it was close to home and convenient. I have a family mechanic but I needed my brakes done immediately I work two jobs and I needed to get to them both with no extra car to use I expected my bill to be about $500 was I completely taken aback by the amount of money it cost for back brakes and rotors.

I have never spent more than $500 on brakes. I was treated rudely every time I called their system was down they had my car for 48 hours never took it for a test drive. Took my Mercedes ClS550 to Firestone because I had to keep adding coolant. They said they did a pressure test and I needed a radiator hose. After the installation the problem remained. Took it back, they said I needed a radiator.

After installation of the radiator my car overheated. Took it back, they told me that a clamp was the problem. A week later my car stopped pulling. I had to have it towed to another shop. The tech called me and let me know that the radiator was improperly installed and all the transmission fluid had been pumped onto the ground.

The cost to fix the problem if my transmission isn't damaged is over $800. Call the store manager at Firestone and he told me that they would not par another shop to fix the problem and I needed bring it back to them.

I went to the firestone located at 135 E Pineview Dr, Flowood, MS 39232 to possibly get a new tire. I was sold a new tire, but the tire was NOT the issue, the issue was that my rim was bent, and the tire wasn't the issue.

When I called back to the location, and informed them of the issue, I was told that I could have my old tire put back on my vehicle, and I wouldn't be charged for the tire. 00 rebate. I am VERY displeased with my service.

After paying for my new tire and having it mounted. ,33. I went back and asked the mechanic if he had checked my tires and he said he didn’t have time b/c he was short handed and had been for 3 years and that it was enough that he worked me in with them being short of staff.

No excuse for getting a low level of service. He was very angry being called out on this. I asked him to check all four tires and I left with him in a rage. I told him to have a good day.

Employees who check you in and out are so rude .Everytime I come to Firestone there’s always some kind of issue .I also feel like I’m always being overcharged I do price comparison to other locals or corporate and Firestone is always overpriced .I use Firestone cause I have credit card and it’s only 1 mile away .But I’m gonna just pay off my charge and look elsewhere for service.I’m very disappointed.I just would feel better if they were nicer and more quality and less expensive.

Every time I call the Firestone customer service complaint line they just try to give you a voucher that you need to pay a dollar 95 for for shipping for a rebate not $100 cash but a rebate and I said I was calling to complain about the service I received at one of your locations and every time I call they hang up on me they just want to give you a voucher and

the recording says this number may have changed. The phone number 844-658-0724 is a fraud line. They will hang up on you if you ask for anything else. They are not related to Firestone and the numbers should be removed off the website.

Hi stopped in for routine alignment Had the vehicle in their several times before.. I watched Technician tighten the adjusting nut so much snapping off the nut holding it on. Now there telling me that the bolts just old because it's a 1997 acura cl when I had it aligned all last year with out a problem I don't think it had anything to do with the bolt at all I have committed my self to Firestone for many years and

Visited store 1919-Del Prado Blvd, Cape Coral on 2/1/23 (Toyota Solara 2007). Oil change was done but filter was faulty and caused significant oil to leak on custom brick driveway causing damage. Thankfully car engine is OK, but we need to get this driveway repaired.

I scheduled an appointment today, 2/12/23, at the Federal Way, WA Firestone for 11:00. I was going to have my front tires replaced and and alignment done as I am driving on a spare since yesterday evening. I showed up for my appointment and no one was there.

Door was locked and not a single car in the lot. The hours on the door said 9:00 to 5:00. I tried calling and heard the phone inside ring over and over. There wasn't a note or anything on the door saying "Sorry for the inconvenience but we are closed today or we had to close early".

Are your locations able to shut down their stores at will? How is it possible for your scheduling department to verify an appointment time and that the store carries the correct size of tire for my car without realizing that the store isn't even open?

I have been going to this same location for probably 12 years or longer for all my service work. I have purchased all of my tires at this location since I replaced the original tires. I have been repeatedly let down at Firestone Tuscaloosa. I set appointments and they never fix the issues in a timely manner. I set an appointment for 9am today for a tire replacement, balance, and rotation. The inspection revealed I needed back brakes.

They didn't call me until almost 4pm about needing brakes despite closing at 6pm. The wrong brakes were delivered and they weren't able to fix my car. The problem I have is why did they get to my car 6-7 hrs later when I had a scheduled appointment.

They tried to keep my car overnight and I declined because I specifically stated I needed my car back on the same day. They are unprofessional and don't have a clue how to run a business. I have been a long and faithful customer at Firestone for 15+ years.

I have warranty on lifetime allingment on my vehicle I took in vehicle 2/9/23 at 530pm. The store closes at 7. They told me that it wouldn't be ready until next day. They called 2/10/23 they couldn't do allingment due to my car being in a accident because the frame was moved.

How is that possible I right away told him that my car was never in a accident and he said that he couldn't do the warranty allignment. But when he gave me paper I notice that the car was seen on the same date and 15min after I had left.

I want to give a shout out to the team at the waxahachie store. My advisor Caleb and tech Kenny took great care of me. I have had some issues with my local store and decided to take my business down the road.

My brother lives in Ennis and told me about the good folks in waxahachie. So even though is was over a hour drive I decided to give them a try and so glad I did. There’s an obvious difference in atmosphere at this store. Great job waxahachie

I had an appointment at 2:00 to get an oil change and the tires rotated and to get a nail taken out of the passenger side Tire and I was there for three and a half hours with an appointment at 2:00 then when I get in the car they didn't even put the new sticker in the car for the oil change I asked one of the mechanics about it and

of course I was upset because I've been there for over three and a half hours and then he then he wouldn't do anything about my complaint about not having the sticker he just says you're going to have to get out of the car and I walk with the Walker this will be the last time I bring anything to this Firestone anyways all I wanted was the sticker for inside the car

Made an appointment 1 week ago for a specific technician for 9am today at the cedar bluff location in Knox. Got there at 845 come to find out our tech was on vacation and they blew that off and we left the car anyway.

We had an oil change and tire rotate and came back at 4pm 7 hours later and they had not touched the car. Holy crap 7 hours later. I have been a loyal member for over 15 years with 11 cars and I am done.

I tookcmy 2004 ford f150 to the Firestone Complete Auto Care Center at Bethany Home Road, Phoenix, AZ about 3 months ago and think that these people there took advantage of me. I am 65 years old and still working for a living.

I deliver auto parts for a local car dealer in town. When my brakes started making bad noises I took it to this shop listed above. At first the guy was real nice and he gave me a estimate for the brakes.

He told me they would need new disc's all around, and the fluid needed to be changed as well. 00 s. 00 because that's all I can afford. when he sold me the brake job I told him thr brakes needed to be bled and the calipers would need to be serviced also.

Very hostile work place. Everytime you go in there, the workers have attitudes as if they don't want to work on your car. The employee not only put his hand up toward myself and another female when we tryed to talk but allowed a male to walk in and drop off his keys without a word.

When asked to drop off my keys cuz I had an appointment after standing there for 20 minutes while he was on the phone. He got hostile and gave attitude.

I have been a loyal Firestone customer for years and have never had a problem. I got my oil changed in June and in 7 months my oil was contaminated and caused my engine to cease. I now need a new engine.

I am incredibly upset that I have to pay $12700 for something that should have never happened. It was a careless mistake that has had huge repercussions.

Am really sad submitting this complaint because customer service has been great until this last interaction.

First issue was it took Firestone 3 times to finally fix my brakes correctly because they kept squealing. This last time took it to a different location since it was clear the first location need to retrain their staff. Now the second location is where I bought my tires and that location has been great to me in the past.

Unfortunately this last time, my brakes should have been fixed same day and they let me know that the person working on my car up and left with the job halfway done. So I had to Uber to pick up my car and no luck.

I pulled in and saw an employee running through the shop and was coming out a side door. " I advised him that both online and the sign on the door say the shop is open until 7:00pm and that I just needed air in my tires.

As a former Firestone employee I told him if he did not want to air up my tires to please open the bay enough for the air hose to slide under and I can air up my tires myself. He said he couldn't do it and that the store is closed due to not having proper staffing.

I am writing this to express my frustration and disappointment with my most recent experience at a Firestone store (Firestone Complete Auto Care, 1553 S. , Mesa Arizona. This experience began on January 9th when my wife smelled smoke in our 2013 Ford Explorer and the check engine light came on.

We dropped it off at the above mentioned Firestone. It turns out that the catalytic converters both had to be replaced. At first I balked at the price, over 2,600 for parts and labor. That is alot of money and I did not want to put that much into this car at this time.

I was going to decline service at this time, but the desk manager talked me down by reducing the amount through some kind of discount. The price dropped to around 2200, a savings of around 400. I understand parts and services cost…

We were told if we we got here first on a Sunday it would be no problem to get in and get the job done we’ve been here hours and the car not even being taken in yet What a joke They shouldn’t tell you one thing and do another first in should be first out waiting 4 hour and not 1 person has updated us We are stuck in a freezing waiting room This is so unprofessional for a business.

Took my truck in for drivers side brake sticking. They said they would call my extended warranty to repair truck. Then no call was made and I am out $1500 because warranty was denied. My warranty requires a call for service.

They would have paid at least $1k of the $1500. Feel like I got scammed and screwed over. We take our company vehicle there too. I will change if no justification is done.

Made an appt. at the Cookeville Tn south willow store for wheels and tires to be done. Told me to be there at 7 am and they weren’t busy. I get there and they told me their tire machine was down and I’d have to reschedule.

So I call the Jefferson store, they said they could do it. I get there and after 3 hours waiting they said they couldn’t because a part of their machine had been broken and had been for some time!!! this is either lack of store managers failing to report issues or corporate’s lack of giving a shit!!!

I will never go back to a Firestone store again. I’ve always had great service in the past but lately you guys have dropped the ball. Get your machines fixed!!

I ordered a set of tires for a ford focus. I found a tire that I thought would fit well and was priced reasonable. I submitted my order and received a confirmation email. A day later I received another email confirming my order for the installation at 10 am that Saturday morning.

Feeling pleased I was happy to take my vehicle in at that time which would give me plenty of time to get to work later. Well upon my arrival at the Cartersville location I was told the tire was unavailable and was told they tried to contact me by email and none of it was true.

There was no email or missed calls. So now they have to order a comparable tire for my vehicle which is going take hours. So not only was I lied to! I’m going to miss work. Needless to say there won’t be any repeat business for this…
