I had an appointment at 8 am this morning I was here around 745. It is now almost 8:25 and they have yet to pull my vehicle back to be serviced. I work nights and scheduled and early appointment so that I could go home and get some sleep.

Almost 30 minutes and still not being serviced. This is unacceptable. 5-10 minutes should be the longest wait especially when you are here when they open.

I am becoming very frustrated about both Firestones in my area, Before 2021 we have never had any problems with either stores . Since going to them on a regular basis, they have messed up my lugs on my wheels, they have been snapped from over torqueing with the air gun, Over the past 2 months I have been trying to make appointments for oil changes and

brakes, and they either are always short staffed, when my husband shows up for our appointment we are then told they can't do it. I am not sure what can be done, I understand being short staffed is a problem everywhere, but you don't confirm appointments and show up to be told your requested services can't be done.

This has happened 4 times now. Thank you

Oxford fl Firestone and Inverness Fl Tires Plus have successfully destroyed our vacation wasting 11 days having us wait in 4 appointments and in the end doing nothing. My 2016 Ram 3500 is nowna mess. Computer system is showing 6 or 8 codes now immediately the minute the Oxford mechanic did a rear brake job and oil change.

Even parking sensors dobt work, abs and traction cntrl warning lights and blue smoke coming out exhaust w def system low pressure warning.

Also leaking rear axle seal. Stuck parkibg nrakes and squealing rear brakes. Tires Plus refused to work on it because we disagree. He claims the mechanic could not have caised these problems. Impossible and since i disagree he refused to work on my trucj after waiting days of precious time to resolve it.

I went for an oil change to the store 0077404"609 E Bolt St, Fort Worth TX. 76111-6372. The Tech performance a terrible job, split oil around the engine, the car was dirty outside and inside. You can see his shoes in the carpet inside of the car. Liking oil on the fender and light. The car was smoking oil from what the tech split, he was trying to clean it with a rag and it was a terrible mess around the smell in the interior of the car was very strong and hard to drive the car then was liking new oil change it was a terrible job. I wont recommend this branch for any kind of service at all.

Bought new tires. Had a weird noise when driving. One that made me worried I was going to make it to my location safely. Went directly after work back to Firestone. Store manager took it for a spin, told me he thought a metal piece was in the way and pounded it back.

Next mor the same noice was back so again went to Firestone after work and was only there half an hour . This time the service manager and technician took off the tire making the noice and told me I needed new brake pads.

Put tire back on and sent me on my way. Miraculously the notice is now gone which tells me there was something wrong with hoe this new tire was put on and now I’ve driven on it for highway miles for their error which they didn’t say anything about or apologize for this. This Firestone I.

Oxford firesrone destroyed my trucks computer system! Check engine kights, codes, parki g sensors, tps, traction control, abs, def pump pressure, can bus comms, leaking axle or wheel cylinder, did not reolace frozen parking nrake actuators which wilk ruin $1000 in new rear brake parts including drums, o brake shoes, disc brakes, caliper.

District managers and corporate refuse to return our repeated calls over the last 9 days to resolve this disaster. We are 1200 miles from home needing it resolved to drive home!!!! Theu know this as we left that info with customer support at via voicemail direct to district managee and corporate!

I filed a complaint 2165447 last Fall and it was directed to the wrong Firestone store for evaluation. My Lexus SC 430 was serviced at your Germantown, Tn. location for a noise in the right rear tire. The Firestone mechanics tried three times to correct the noise. They eventually damaged my car and I had to spend $1756 to correct the damage at Raleigh Tire in Memphis on 9/02/2022. Raleigh Tire's invoice is number 2153794. The right rear brake assembly had to be replaced due to the damage by Firestone.

The same type noise occurred in the left rear wheel and it was corrected by a simple adjustment that I did not receive a charge for.

In order to restore it's reputation, I believe Firestone should reimburse the Raleigh Tire charges to me and the $800 I was charged by Firestone.

My car broke down on the middle of the freeway during my 16-hour drive back down to my university. I find out later that it was an issue with my oil, which I’d just gotten changed at a Firestone the day before.

As it turns out, my car needed a completely new engine, as the loss of oil had locked up my old one. It has now been 2 weeks since then, and Firestone’s claims department has been a useless entity throughout the entire process.

I use my car to go to and from my part-time job, and I am losing money daily. Doesn’t seem to phase Firestone, though! They haven’t given any updates, and I fear it will be another month before I’ll be able to be back on the road.

Visited this location approximately 9:10 this morning, same tire I had replaced here under road hazard 4/2022 has a slow leak in it due to something metal being lodged in it and the tread is worn. I hate coming to these places because I always feel they’re going to take advantage of me and boy I was correct!!

January 21, 2023 - This is the second time that I am sending in an email to request to speak to someone about the charges that are on my credit card account. Store manager Nick and I agreed on a refund of $174 but when I got to the store, Nick said that he spoke with the area manager and they were only going to refund me $134.

I told Nick that an agreement is an agreement and that he should honor what we agreed on. Besides the fact that your motto says "we get it right the first time or its free" and I was not even trying to get free service but only fair service.

Brought my car in for an appointment I set up 10 days earlier with the store manager. Explained my Volvo was making a clicking noise in the right front wheel area. I was concerned it was a tie rod or a CV issue.

They told me they looked at it and found nothing wrong and the brakes were good. Confirmed it was a CV issue after the fact. Called the store and the manager said "must have been a miscommunication". they dropped the ball and could have put me and the car in harms way.

even though they don't have parts either. Obviously, he is short on mechanics skills as I really shouldn't be driving the car as it will eventually break. your company wasted my precious time and put my car and me in peril.

Maybe a new tagline could be "our service is a killer".

My elder mother took her car to the Garfield Ridge location in Chicago. They informed her that a few things to her car needed to be done, charges totaling over $1000. Because of all the years she’s been using Firestone she has the credit card.

They do the work charge her account. Not two weeks later her car starts making noise it never made before, she takes it back to the same location, now they inform her that the bottom of the car need work another $2000.

why the second issue was not found the first time the car was looked at. Are they taken advantage of an elderly woman? Or did the just not car about her safety? Could they have broken something while fixing the first time the serviced the car?

Either situation is scary they are Not trustworthy.

The last two times I have been to Firestone in Lancaster Pennsylvania I was told my shocks are leaking and should be replaced. I took my car to Ford for warranty work they said my shocks were fine. I find that very upsetting since I have been a long time customer with Firestone.

On 1-14-2023 I called the Firestone store at 10615 S. May Ave. her in Oklahoma City concerning a tire that has been going flat. The person on the phone stated the best time to come would be at 9:00am the next day.

(Sunday) Upon arrival, two employees were unlocking the door to open. There was another customer waiting at the door who told me they told her also to be there at 9:00am. The employee’s conversation when they were walking up was ended by one of them stating, “well, they’ll be here all day”.

The acting manager, (Blake) told us both that it would be tomorrow. ( Monday ) I asked if the comment they made was meant for us and he said no, which we both knew it was. Why would someone tell two different people to be there at 9:00am and then turn them away ?

got one call and my phone sent it to spam. Got to the shop and was told i had nail in my tire. When i asked where he just said left back. I asked if it was marked so i am able to know where i need to patch it.

Response was no he didn't mark it he got busy. And that was it. The tire should of been marked so when i pick up my car i am aware and able to get it fixed. Was literally dismissed. I thought safety was priority

Firestone stripped the filter housing on my sons Rav4 car a year ago. The car dumped all oil out when my son drove it that evening and the car shut off because of no oil. Firestone towed the car back to the store and tried to fix the filter housing.

It leaked a lot slower but was not fixed. We tried Firestone again to change the oil again in November 22'. The car continued to leak when he parked the car in my driveway. That evening I took the car to a Toyota dealer.

Toyota tried various things and parts to get it to stop leaking and then determined that to fix the oil housing , they would need to pull the engine, costing me 5k. I went back to Firestone and they said they would file a claim to get the car fixed.

I have not heard from anyone at Firestone and have called the local store…

On December 21, 2022, I had my 2001 Lexus 300 towed to Monroe Street Firestone in Tallahassee, FL. As the tow truck was on the way, I called the store to let them know that the car was on the way, as I have always done over the years, and let them know that the problem was that the gear would not move out of park.

This is an issue that Firestone has fixed for me within the past 2 years and for which I paid 1000 dollars to Firestone for repairs. The person I spoke to on the phone stated that the technician that could look at my car would not be there for next week and tried to convince me to take the car elsewhere.

Took my car fat a Firestone Auto Care in Somersworth NH for a noice when speed increases. Greg the Store manager gave me a bill for $1,700 I had to apply for their card to pay it since I was not even given a quote nor a choice to make any decisions on the repair.

I visited your Newington CT office this morning and I do not understand how Justin Livergood is a manager at this location. I have NEVER been treated so unprofessionally in my life. I would never hire this person at my facility let alone be a manager.

I myself being an owner of a small business and having 18 employees I was being taken back with his behavior and lack of customer service. I had tires shipped to this location along with a 9am appointment for installment.

I have been taking my vehicle to a local Firestone for about 1 year now. They have always appeared to be fair and honest with me. After my last oil change I was told that I needed external and internal air filters and brakes on my next oil change. I anticipated a costly bill due to the brakes, so I applied for the Firestone credit card. I received the card with a $1200 limit. The brakes were quoted to cost $400, plus the cost of the oil change, and filters.

I took my car in because of overheating a week in a 1/2 ago. I paid the diagnostic fee and was told i needed a flush and a thermostat as well as tires. I agreed to have the work done.

A couple days later I call in about my car and am told they did the flush and thermostat so they had to change the radiator because the car was still overheating. After conversating with the customer service rep I agreed to have the radiator replaced.

After buying new tires at your Lancaster Store they installed two tires the wrong direction on my car and had to return to have it fixed. After that their balancer wasn’t working correctly and it shook so bad. I took it to another Firestone store that I regularly deal at and they balanced the tires and let me know one of my hubcaps had been broken d before he worked on it.

We took our car in for "whining" noise after Firestone replaced the starter. They said it was the power steering pump. They replaced it. Picked up car. Still whining. Had it towed to them again. They thought it was alternator. Replaced it.

I was told my car would be done in 3 hrs and I’ve been here for over 3 hours. They haven’t gotten to the allotment yet so I cancelled that. My truck is up on the rack and all the employees are standing around talking.

I’m a Firestone card holder and this location has always taken forever and the employees are rude. I’m going to cancel my Firestone card and never come back. The waiting room is full of angry patrons. This is ridiculous! I’m doing this before I write the review but it won’t be pretty.

On Tuesday, December 27, 2022, I took my car to a Firestone facility to have my vehicle serviced. Before I made the appointment, I asked an employee did they take Carshield and they stated that they do. The claim that was submitted by Firestone was handled very unprofessionally and there were many discrepancies between Carshield and Firestone. I was also not informed properly of the details of my vehicle being serviced.

When Firestone received information about the costs of my car being serviced, they never disclosed my options to me. Visited the carlisle pike - mechanicsburg, pa location multiple times over the last few weeks with the same issues. Issue has yet to be fixed and I am now fearing for my life. Ever since the team worked on my vehicle for misfires my vehicle has had multiple issues - still jerking as reported in september, sliding/slipping on dry roads.

Feels like it is still misfiring. Was told 2nd time taking it in that without a dash light on the issue is hard to diagnose and I find that hard to believe because people are taking their vehicles into the shop every day without a light on.

Took my car for an oil change and the gasket cover had an issue with it afterwards. After that there was more issues than just an oil change. Spark plug that was changed but was wrong and doesn’t even work.

The car now vibrates when driving and it never did that. There are also engine issues now and the light is constantly on. This car has never given me issues until this company started “taking care” of my car. Had to call corporate multiple times and still nothing has been fixed.

Wasted so much money on my car due to their negligence. I need my full 2700 back and if they still can’t fix my car while it is still sitting there they should take it to the dealer for free.

I had an oil change, replacement of front upper control arms, and 4 new tires. Car was inspected on 11/29/2022; and went in for the service on 12/1/2022 because the store did not have the tires I wanted. The car was left at the shop early in the morning 9 am and was to be ready at 12:30pm.

When arrived the car was on the lift without the 4 tires. Per the manager, Joey, it had to get the tires on and get the wheel alignment. The car was ready and when going home, notice that the car was vibrating too much in the front as was driving at a moderate speed and did not need to brake for it to start vibrating.

I called this morning to see if the tires I needed were in stock, and if they could be installed today. I was told by Eric yes to both. At 10 AM I was told they would be finished in two hours, so I decided to have it done.

At 1130, my truck was still in the parking lot, so I asked if it would be complete by noon as promised. I was told by Eric " No, it takes an hour and a half to install a set of tires, and I only have one lift that will lift your truck(which he knew when he said he could do it by noon).

I had to leave by noon, so I did. I called about 15 minutes later after I found someone to pick me up, and asked if I brought it back would they have time to do it today. I was told by Eric, yes, we can have it done by 3PM.

Took van in for wheel not turning properly. Fluid leak. Was told needed rack and pinion and power steering pump.

First pump was defective during test drive. Already had van 4 days. Was told new pump would be in at 7am. Called at 9:30 said van would be ready at 10. Went to pick up, was told 2nd pump leaks.

I have been going to the Firestine in Albuquerque NM on 10151 Coors Blvd and the customer service there has sharply declined. They have new and younger employees that are rude, unprofessional, and a true black mark on the company's reputation.

They don't relay important info and give attitude when questioned. I have been coming to this location for 5 years but the new employees have caused ne to go elsewhere. And, their business license on the wall expired in Oct of 2021!

First let me start off with telling you that we are household of 8. We have six cars and a Rv that we have used firestone for all of our cars. We have two credit accounts with firestone and you can look up both of our account online.

Casey was very rude on the phone when I called to schedule an appointment. When I showed up for my 3 o’clock appointment he was even rider in person. They didn’t take the vehicle back until 3:45. My times valuable too.

Him being so rude makes me second guess going to Firestone. Andrea has absolutely wonderful people skills. If it wasn’t for her great personality, I wouldn’t come back.

I purchased roadside hazard for my tires and have had two flats since original purchase. Neither flats were covered and I was forced to purchase a new tire on both occasions. How does a flat tire that is nowhere near the side wall confirm that I need a new tire.

This is starting to feel like I have been taken advantage of and lied to!

On December 23,2022 at Firestone Autocare Somersworth i had my van for service for front breaks both side left and right replace with new Break, and they said to me it's allset everything good safe and sound but on Dec 25 me and my family wife daughter with the van for Christmas holiday head to NY also to pick up my niece at jfk airport but approximately couple miles before reaching Connecticut service area I heard a loud sound and

something clinging underneath my van so my daughter said to me we almost to service area the sign said 2 miles so I started drive slow when I want to park the front tired started to shake and the sound more loud I parked and call aaa and the sentsomeone to look at it, he took out the tire one bout is missing another bout is loose when the guy took a look at it…

i called fire stone to have my truck fix i was told to drop it off in the morning i had AAA take it there the next morning they called me a few hours later stating the tech was not coming in my truck could not be fix thst day . i was told the next day which would be a saturday.

called thst morning was told not until tuesday i told them i had to go to work on monday no one contacted me truck still there i told willie i would be there to get some things out of my truck he said ok he would be there i went they were close no one there and a sign saying closed indefinitely.

but no one called me and still today don't know what's going on with my truck it has cost me to rent a truck and miss work don't even know if my truck is even still there and i need items out the truck no one is still not…
