On December 6, 2021, we purchased 4 new tires for my wife’s Toyota 4Runner from your store in Littleton Colorado. When we got home my wife noticed that the “low tire pressure” was flashing on her gauges. She called Firestone at that time, and they told her that it was due to change in temperature or elevation. The flashing light stayed on, and we called and made an appointment for the store to fix this problem on December 14, 2021. They notified us that 3 of the 4 sensors were not working and that they wouldn’t be able to fix it. “Take it to Toyota and pay them to fix the sensors.” Is what we were told. Before the new tires were put on, we had no problems with the sensors as soon as Firestone worked on It, suddenly 3 of the 4 sensors were not…
I got my oil changed 3 weeks ago with 9 quarts of oil. I am now bone dry. They told me I have an oil leak but there has been no evidence of an oil leak. There is no oil on the ground at all.
There’s hasn’t been since I got it changed. When I got it changed they spilt oil all over the engine bay and everything. I smelt oil until I decided to spray it all off. After that I didn’t smell oil until 2 days ago.
Now I am bone dry. Never going back.

Had an appointment at 11am and second vehicle at noon. It was almost 1pm before they even started oil change that was prescheduled for 11am. I will never bring my cars to this Firestone Fort Myers ever again. I will also be spreading around my experience of total shot show Firestone is.

I brought my car in to Milford, Ohio Firestone to have a master cylinder checked, as I had little brake pressure. They told me that there was no leakage of brake fluid anywhere and no sign that the master cylinder was bad but that I needed brake pads and rotors all the way around. 00 brake flush.
When I picked up the car, I was told that I now had brake pressure, which was untrue and seeing that the problem still existed, I took the car to the Firestone in Kenwood, Ohio to have it looked at. Kenwood Firestone told me that my master cylinder was leaking and that it needed to be replaced.

Took car in for oil change and the cover over oil pan in under carriage was not tighten or properly placed because it came loose and was dragging while driving car. While replacing cover noticed that oil was leaking as well.
This is not the first time time they have not properly replaced things. They also put the wrong fitting of gasket when changed oil so my car was leaking oil. The told us whoever replaced gasket used wrong one. Needless to say the is the last time taking my car for service at Firestone in Green Valley,AZ.
They keep my car all day drop off 800 or 0900 and have ready at basically 6pm. Seems like must have rushed to do my service since bolts weren't even replaced or tightened properly and gasket not properly placed or used correct size..

Hi, I'm William Quattlebaum (850)209-7015 Saturday I had a alignment done on my 2007 Jeep Wrangler 2wd. Afterwards a light on my dash came on traction control and esp bas which is steering sensor from steering wheel not being zeroed.
I called made a appointment for today unfortunately my drag link came apart. The adjuster on it wasn't tightened and bolt that holds the steering stabilizer was left unbolt. The drag link bent into my oil pan and I hit ditch almost instantly.
No serious damage to outside body of the car fortunately. I will have to replace oil pan drag link and possibly steering stabilizer. I contacted the Firestone store super friendly they offered to refund the alignment but that's won't repair my jeep.

I have gone for over a year to Firestone in West Haven. I was told I was getting synthetic oil and the sticker on my windshield was for 5000 miles. The last two visits the sticker said 3000 and 4000 miles.
When I questioned this I was told I had gotten synthetic blend for all of my oil changes and should never go 5000 miles. So why did all of the previous stickers read next oil change in 5000 miles?

I went to Firestone for a check engine light flashing. Firestone store that I normally go to did not have a master mechanic. I was sent across town to another Firestone location. guy was on the phone chatting. no mechanic on that day. truck was shaking. So, I was stranded.
I asked the guy who was working there if he could give me a number for a taxi. HE WOULD NOT. would have taken less than a minute. I was shocked at this point. I told him that I could not access the internet, he did not care. it was 3 MILES.

I bought roadside hazard coverage when I bought new tires 7 months ago. I had a flat and went to the firestone store where I bought them. ) The man said I could sit and wait but he couldn't guaranty they could get to it.
He said he was booked up for 4 or 5 days. He called the other firestone store and their response was the same. I ask if I took it somewhere else and had it repaired would firestone pay for it and he said no only the store where you bought it.
I find it very hard to believe he couldn't find 15 minutes to put a patch on a tire. With service like this, what good does it do to have roadside hazard protection? What if I was out of town?

I went to firestone in Park Avenue in Memphis Tennessee 10-19-2021 to have my 2008 ford edge tuned up. Two days later driving down the street the engine light comes on which it didn't before I brought it in, then the light started blinking the motor is running very rough, I couldn't go over 35 mph before it started vibrating real rough.

Truck was drop off for muffler job and job was not done when I arrive . i paid the bill and check workmanship and the muffler was hanging low. I had to tell the auto tech to fix it. The master tech do not check the auto tech work.

I paid them to mount and balance, and install brand new tire pressure sensors on 4 new chrome wheels and tires for my truck. I supplied the new tires and new wheels, they provided TPMS sensors. During the process I see the tech drop a heavy center plug and damaged the wheel. The tech didn't say anything... On 9/12/21 @ Firestone 615 W. One of the new tires, the mounted on the spare rim because the original rim was bent. Paul referred us to a place that fixes bent rims. After fixing the rim, it was mounted back on the truck.
However the spare could not be mounted under the truck because the key didn't work. They put the spare rim & tire in the bed of the truck. We went back to Firestone and they were rude to us. They said they had nothing to do with the spare (even though the used it for one of the new tires) and they weren't going to fix it, they wouldn't even look to see what was wrong.

On 7/26/21 spoke with store advisor John regarding an oil change and he also indicated that he could put a washer on to the manifold shield to firm it up,(which I provided) John gave instructions along with the washer to another mechanic and specified the worked to be done on the vehicle.
As I checked to see if the vehicle was ready I saw that the mechanic was ripping the manifold shield with a pliers. I stopped him and ask what was he doing “he stated that the washer didn’t fit so he is taking off the shield because it’s was not needed.

Hello, My name is Brian Williams. I have been with Firestone for a very long time. I do not trust anyone else to work on my vehicles. I visited the Firestone on 1311 Goliad Rd San Antonio, TX on August 7, 2021 for a standard oil change.
The technician called me and recommended that i get a tune-up and fuel cleaning. I asked for the price and told him to do it. I picked my vehicle up and drove it. The next day the check engine light came on.
I brought it back and the technician checked it out, reset it and told me that is common when the fuel system cleaning is done because of the chemicals that you use. I drove for a few more days and the light came back on, I brought it back again and they reset it.

My daughter brought in her car to our local firestone because it was very loud, and we figured it was something with the exhaust. They called us the next day and said that there was some "melted Plastic" by her engine, but they did not have a technician till Monday (this was Friday)….
Monday comes and they tell us that the car will "be ready" tomorrow that they were working on cleaning up the plastic and replacing the part that melted. When we got to pick up the car, they want $700 and tell us that they we have to take it to a dealership, that they can not fix the problem.

I had appointment set for 8AM forrest brake pads service. My car still is not ready and it’s 4:16PM. I called at 1:00 CsT time and they said it will be a hour because technician was at lunch. i arrived at 2:39 and he still wasn’t back for lunch and my car was not worked on.
