I made an online appointment to have my truck serviced today and when I got to the Danvers, Ma location, the gentleman behind the counter at first couldn’t find my apartment and then finally did! After giving all my information and what I wanted done again!!!

I gave him my keys and sat down. After about an hour he noticed I was still there and asked if I was staying because it would be all day because they don’t check online appointments and where fully booked???

This happened to me before at the Revere, Ma location and it unexceptionable!!! I took today off of work for this and now tomorrow! This is ridiculous and not only did I waste my morning but now I’m loosing two days of work because of a system none wants to use apparently!!!!! I want something done!!!!!!

A 30 minute process for placing rims on my car was four and a half days. They did not check the new rims when they came in to make sure that they fit their car. So when I brought the car in they called and said they had to order rims again.

The place they order the rims from they have had several problems according to their customer representative. So they reordered the rim for overnight and the representative was off the next two days. When I called each day another representative stated that they will be here tomorrow.

Tomorrow became four days and the first representative came back to work. He called on Saturday and the rims were never sent. My criticism is this number one they have no tracking on the parts that they order. Number two their follow-up system so when someone is off it's…

I took my car in on May 2nd to fix my front brakes. Now my car is squeaking and grinding worse than it was when I took it in. I called the store and they said they cannot get it in until next week.

I need my car for my job this is my livelihood. I think in this case they should get my car in right away.

Also when I took it in for the brakes they said I need a new tires. I just got new tires in December 2021 with a $60,000 MI warranty. I should not need tires again. I think they should replace them.

I also think since they didn't do my brakes correct the first time I said get them repaired for free and get a refund for what I was charged. I am not happy with Firestone so far. The stores that I went to are located in Colorado.

I took the car in for two new tires and when I came out I had no brakes the pedal went to the floor I took it back up it put new brake pads rotors another $500 worth and the pedal still almost goes to the floor now they're telling me it's another problem another $500 worth they should have fixed the instead of putting brake pads and rotors on which I was going to do myself anyway they said it would fix the problem and it didn't

My year in high school son went to Firestone for a squeaky wheel. They fraudulently charged him for a full break job including a brake pads calipers rotors and bleeding of the brakes. I find this absolutely absurd since he just had a break job done 2000 miles ago and his pads and rotors and calipers are brand spanking new.

They did fraudulent work for things that did not need to be done

We took the car in to fix a flat. We left with over $3000.00 of damage.

Somehow the technician squashed the drivers side door and bent the hinges and the door itself by engaging the hydronic lift. GEICO'S Estimate is over 3000.00 to repair.

The Firestone on Apalachi.Parkway in Tallahassee did not write up an incident report for us. They gave us nothing in writing and directed us to a body shop in the neighborhood. While the body shop is said to be good it's been over two weeks and when I called the owner he gave us a completely different answer than the original answer from two weeks before. That's when we got GEICO involved. We went in for a tire change. We came out with a damaged car, nothing in writing and no follow up or support from the Firestone in question. What kind of business…

I have been a customer of Firestone Auto Care for over two decades in California. , for approximately 13 years. I have always had positive customer service and reliable mechanics working on my autos until last year or so. My engine light came on approximately October 2021.

I took it to Firestone where the issue was diagnosed, and a part replaced. However, approx. two days later, the engine light came back on. I took it back, codes were run, and it was deemed repaired. My car then broke down a few days later, and I had to have it towed to Firestone.

5578 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, ken answered I explained why I would receive emails asked to delete it since I’m with company. I wanted to give my email and have him confirm (not give out information that fast)that was in system to remove not respond with rude comments.

I’m pretty sure Firestone doesn’t read these but is that professional and courteous. Next time I will record and upload it in the internet showing how Firestone treats customers since it will be my last time going to that one.

Set appointment online for 7 am to get day going and kid to school.. go in.. manager comes in around 720 and i was able to ring in and talk w him about appointment and problems since ive taking vehicle to them every 2 to 300 miles last few months bc alignment issues.

And at this time one tire is toe out several inch and unsafe to drive. Which i explained to him. All he offered was best next appointment at 1500 when i made appointment for 0700 and then proceded to say well if we cant fix it ill just give money back..

what kind of shop one cant get you in when appointment is scheduled. Doesnt try to fit you in and then instead of helping just dumps you as a customer w a refund when all i asked for numerous times was to fix the problem.

Good Morning, today 4/16/22 I visited the local Firestone Complete Auto Care Center on 3500 S. Carrollton Ave New Orleans, LA 70118-4508 to purchase four tires and have them placed on Mercedes Benz however, I was told by the Associate that it could not happen.

I explained to the Associate that I had gone online to schedule an appoint and received a reservation #: 146560223. The Associate went on to state that unless I received an addition email confirming the appointment I can't receive any services.

I did not receive an email telling me that my appointed needed to be rescheduled or that the one given to me was not available. In addition, the Associate went on to say that there were plenty cars left on the lot that needed to be serviced before he could get to my vehicle.

Had valve cover gasket repair done, told I would be given a call when job is complete. Never happened, after calling back two days later. The service attendant hung up on me twice with a very disrespectful demeanor, had wife to call and was finally told the car is ready.

Brought car in to change brakes and replace a thermostat. Picked car up and drove less than 10 miles when the entire car cut off and started smoking from under the hood. Firestone picked up the car the following day and stated that because they put in a new thermostat it caused the water pump to go out and that caused the car to over heat. I thank God my teenaged child was not driving!! They are now charging another $586 on top of the original $1100. Did they not run a test drive or evaluation after the thermostat was put in? Where is the responsibility and liability? They should be responsible for some if not all of the extra cost incurred. I would like to speak to someone regarding this issue ASAP.

I took my lexus to get an alignment after i got new tie rods. I ssk them to call me if they needed to do anything else before they did anything. They called and said car what ready. I asked why didnt they call first. Just said sorry.

When i picked the car up i specifically asked if everything looked good I was told yes. When i got on the highway my car was shaking couldnt even get to 60 miles per hour and alignment is way out of whack moving to the right.

I called back was told to come back in when i almost was there a guy named phil said they cant see me today.

Also he said the tie rods where loose and way out so they had to tighten them before they did the alignment so thats why its shaking. I asked why they didnt call me for permission to touch faulty tie rods if that was the case?…

Local Firestone Store in Fayetteville, AR accepted online appointment for service to fix a flat tire. When I arrived with the vehicle, I was told I did not have an appointment and the Manager (who was out at that time) tried to call. No one called the number that I had on file. The individual at the facility lied. This is really poor practice to accept a service appointment that I made online. But, I was told they could look at the tire in about seven days.

I had an account with Firestone. I will never do business with this location or this company again.

Me & my wife we purchase 4 brand new time from a firestone tires place & i noticen that they didnt replace my tires sensor & is hasnt been not even month & i call they them to check it out. They told me it sill cost me to check out my 4 brand new tires & they told me the tires most have a nail in the tires & i havent even drive the car anywhere since i got all 4 tires.

I know 100% sure they didnt replace the sensor on my car.. because there no way the care is missing air in the tires in like 2 weeks

Bought brand new tires at Firestone on Saginaw in Lansing Michigan. Tire censor light came on not even 2 days after purchase. Light never came on before I got new tires. Called many times for an appointment got told they are very busy can’t get me in or I can drop my car off but may not get fixed.

I have been trying for a while. They told me they would do censors for $40 and come to find out it they did the valve stems. Now all my tires leak and constantly need air. Asked to speak to the district manager and was told I would get a call by Thursday night. Never got the call.

Cartersville, Ga store used to be great. No longer. I bought a battery and had it installed in my 2013 F-150. Now I don’t have a radio because it was out too long. They didn’t really care. I got new rotors and brakes all around and the squeak and squeal and crunch like the dickens. I’m afraid to take it back there. My grandson got his tires rotated, except they didn’t rotate them. He had them marked prior to going in. We. Won’t go back and we let others know to stay away. They could be dangerous. Not happy at all.

I took my 2010 Nissan Altima in to your Jensen beach store and had some work done the first time on 2/18/22 and it was A/C related the retail invoice # 226130 where you can see everything they did but what you can not see is that they charged my A/C with there free on at the shop and they said that they checked for leaks and everything and that all was good and

the only other thing it could be was the evaporator core which they don’t work on but said with out testing it that was the problem.

Went to get a tire fixed, nail in it. They never moved my truck but told me my inner thread was zero due to a bad alignment. Refused to fix tire, tried to sell me one. 2 weeks ago, my tires were rotated by the dealership I bought my 2020 truck from.

So, the tires just came off the back of the truck... bad alignment? And I'm 100% sure if my tires were bad, the dealership would have tried to sell me a set. Firestone just wanted to make a sale.... I'm not playing that.

On Monday, Feb 28th I showed up for a 1pm appt to correct an electrical problem I was having on my 2012 Hyundai Sonata. I was told by a very nice young lady named Brittney Gilmore that this isn’t an appointment service since diagnostics were involved and could take a long time.

She also recommended that I drop it off but I’m a senior, live alone and was fine with waiting. She told me to get there first thing the next morning to get started. I returned the next morning to find a rude and unhelpful guy named Ryan Adams.

Not enough employees to accommodate the customers it makes the waiting time terrible at time. I think scheduling more employees to come in the same time would be best to spend up services. You have 1employe come at 7am then another employee comes at 9am with lots of customers in the waiting room with Covid-19 still exist.

I been a loyal customer for 35yrs and will continue to be that customers. Please let get better. Thanks if Firestone don’t get better with more Firestone worker at 7am eventually you will lose business

I made an appointment at the Firestone on North Plank Road in the Town of Newburgh in Orange County New York. The appointment was scheduled for 2-11-22 at 1:00pm to bring in a 2011 Honda Civic for an oil change, tire rotation and wheel alignment.

I dropped my car off at 12:30 pm ahead of schedule. I was told it would be finished within two hours. I paid for transportation to Firestone which cost 38 US dollars. Take my daughter's car in for a tire rotation in Rockwall TX. Tell the male service writer that I am the contact person and he confirms my phone number. Couple hours later my daughter receives a call from Firestone saying her battery was bad and needed replaced.

Even though it was checked two weeks ago and it was fine. She tells them to replace it. This was the reason I wanted them to deal with me because so many car places like to rip off women with parts they don't need.

The original price for tire rotation was $21. Now the bill is $231 since they talked my daughter into a battery she didn't need. I'm just letting folks know so they don't do the same to you. People need to know abut the Firestone in Rockwall TX on Interstate 30.

I Took my Honda CRV 2013 model to Firestone Auto care shop on 9280 W 159th St, Orland Park, IL 60462 in May 2021. I have always taken my car to this particular location for more hat 3 years now. The work I requested was to find a suspected oil leak and fix it. The located the leak using a dye they introduce to the oil and asked me to come back in a few weeks so they can detect where the leak is coming from. On my return, they found the leak and told me it was coming from a seal that needs to be replaced in the bottom of oil the containment for the engine oil and it will cost me close $700 or there about to fix as the work is…

Went for routine tire rotation, no problems. As I drove away, felt pull to one side. Examined tires and found a wobble in front wheel. After returning to the store to have them look over. They said the repair cost $500.

So i say to manager "this damage was fault of firestone" he said "no, the car is old and we didn't do it, ill take off $150" Conclusion is if they think your car is old, its the reason for the problem, not them. All I know is before I went there the car was fine, when I left- it wasn't.

Treat this,company with skepticism if you have to use them

I went to my regular Firestone store #798152 on 1/1/2022 for a regular oil and filter change and to have brakes checked. At the end of the service Henry said no problem was found with my brakes. I told him the problems I was having with the brakes.

I got in my car drove off still with my brake problems. My problems got worse. 60 for brake pads and rotors on my car. How could Henry say there was no problem found with my brakes? Bad brakes are a safety hazard!

I am very angry with Firestone #096135 because of this. I need to find another place to do business with my car issues. I am tired of some of the employees not caring about the safety of customers and their cars.

I went to the Store in Fraser Raleigh, TN by the Walmart and the manager and another guy was speaking inappropriately about a women which was sexual in nature and they smelled of alcohol. The manager drinking alcohol also I think I could smell something.

This is very degrading to women and very disrespectful. One of the mechanics smelled of alcohol also. I believe they were drinking during work hours. This is a safety hazard and against policy of most companies

Very disappointed with the lack of service from Firestone in Brockton. Management is unprofessional. The work provided does not merit value and to top it off, they overcharge. The mechanics lack the skills required to properly fix cars. I will never again return there.

This was a very bad experience. I woukd rather take my services elsewhere where the work is done professionally and on time.

I purchased a Battery from this Facility and it went it had a bad and a corride terminal. When I brought the car in they refused to replace it and said it was the terminal on the Battery. The kept going dead causing me constant stress.

I eventually brought the car to a different Automotive Repair center close to my house in Bloomfield NJ. They told me that the Battery had a bad cell and needed a new cable. Tell me why your facility could not find this and refused to replace a bad battery.

The manager Caesar Munoz did nothing to help me and certainly does not care about his customers. I Am reporting him and your facility to the better business Bureau and also putting it on every social network I can think of.

On 12/30/21,I took my 2005 toyota avalon to firestone in forest park 4916 Jonesboro Rd. 30297 for a scheduled appointment. I ordered an alignment, vehicle inspection and two new tires. After leaving and upon driving the car a few days later, I started hearing a knocking on the right side of the car. However it eventually stopped.

On the 6th of January, 2022 while driving on the highway I started hearing the knock again then the vehicle began shaking and jerking out of control. I put my foot on the brake pedal to slow it down and get to safety but the brake pedal went straight to the floor.

Sheared off a lug using power tools when my handbook clearly stated to use the tools in my trunk. They want $500 to fix it and said they didn’t have the part and would take time to get it. Manager said I hadn’t been in for four years like that meant anything.

The tire was still under warranty and hadn’t been removed all this time. So the guy flat out said he wasn’t going to fix what they did. Luckily we know an honest mechanic who can get the part today and repair the problem.

I won’t use Firestone again ever.

To whom it may concern, I had a bad incident with Firestone on East Washington Street in Indianapolis, Indiana on 12/27/21 with the representative Rich. I called to inquire about a lifetime alignment that I was sold on my 2021 Kia Seltos, but when I went to the Castleton Firestone about a month ago, I was told that they could not perform an accurate alignment on my vehicle because they did not have the tools or the equipment to do so

because it was a newer vehicle.
