00 through Firestone. 00 in repairs and a new set of tires with a warranty from the Firestone on 76th Ave and Wadsworth in Arvada Colorado. The company put new tires on without assessing the rim for any damage or corrosion as the vehicle had sat for a very long time.

After receiving my vehicle back from the company the passenger front tire started losing air, I returned to a Firestone near my home located on County line Road and Broadway in Centennial Colorado, the staff provided great service by taking the time to assess the tire properly as far as why the tire was not holding air. The result was I needed a new rim as the rim had a hairline fracture which was creating the issue.

I purchased a new rim took it back to them where they installed a new tire and put it back on the vehicle…

My wife with two young children in the car noticed a large screw in her tire. She stopped at the Firestone store where we purchased the tires and road hazard and they said since they were so busy she would have to get an appointment for Saturday (three days later).

My wife had to drive home slowly with our two great grand children. We get "busy" but to leave a lady and children with a hazard is not our idea of customer service. Check our years of purchases over the years, we've been loyal customers mainly because of customer service.

I do not believe this is the way Firestone would want their businesses operated. Phil and Melissa Shalosky.

I just called Firestone to change the ignition coil the person said they can do it so I didn’t reach anyone out as of 4th of July as the Firestone said they could fix it. On Monday when I went there they said we can’t do this not at this location so they gave me wrong information which led me to la loss of $5000

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been a loyal customer of store #20850 for 30 years and have spent a lot of money there. They have always had a revolving door of employees and managers, and the new managers always tell me to give them another chance, and since I have lifetime alignments on all of my cars, I continue to give them the benefit of the doubt.

But this morning was the last straw. I had a morning appointment and as I entered the store the same time as another employee, I went straight to a line and he entere the waiting area by the tv. As I approached the manager, the man was standing behind me and said that he was there first.

I told him I was sorry, but he appeared to be waiting for something or didn’t know what he was doing, and I’d be out of his way in a minute. He…

My Complaint: On June 23, 2022 I scheduled an appointment for service to be conducted on July 1, 2022 at 2pm. I dropped my car off early - around 1:40pm CST - to make sure that Firestone still had me on their schedule.

AGAIN, THIS WAS AN APPOINTMENT!! I was scheduled to have my oil change, engine filter, cabin filter, tires rotated, and top off fluids!!! I was quoted $200+ - which seemed fair to me. I also inquired about possibly purchasing a set of (4) run-flat tires.

A Firestone representative called me from 972-747-0741 (Firestone McDermott Location) and stated that they have yet to pull my car in and it maybe TOMORROW (7/2/2022) before they could get my car into the shop. AGAIN, THIS WAS AN APPOINTMENT!!

I brought my car to firestone on October 4 2021 for an A/C problem they told me the condenser was leaking and they put a new one in. In the beginning of June 2022 it did not work so i brought it back to Firestone.

At that time they told me it was an electrical problem and i would have to bring it to the dealer. I brought the car to the dealer and the found the electrical problem. Firestone forgot to plug the senor back in.

The also told me the condenser was leaking so back to firestone no problem its under warranty and they will fix it. When they called to tell me it was done i was told they replaced the compressor after he told me he thought it was the compressor they had replaced he insisted that it was the compressor that was leaking and the dealer was wrong.

Not a complaint, however have a FYI , bought 4 new tires from you about 2yr ago ? Warranty of 65,000 miles China made , only tire you had at time to fit my Forte ? Now understand I currently have 96,000 miles on them and they're Barely Worn if at all !!!

They are in my opinion a very , very hard Rubber Tire can feel any and every little Bump !!! Just wan to say Thankyou and I Love these Tires !!!

I brought my car for maintenance to get new tires they broke the ring nuts and 2 of my car rings. Then after they asked for me to bring my car to get fix somewhere else. They said they're not responsible of what they broke and in a bad way they said that there was nothing else they can do.

I feel discriminated because I am minorities. And now I have to spend money on something I didn't broke.

I had an 8:00am appointment for an oil change today at your 2825 W Carefree Hiway, Phoenix AZ location. My F150 is registered with EMKAY Fleet Maintenance. The first time I called, they told me they have never heard of EMKAY.

When I called back they gave me an appointment. 5 hrs, at a local restaurant then walked back in to check on my truck at 10:30am. It had not been touched. I complained that I had been waiting and needed to get to work.

Adam, apparently the service manager started giving me excuses and telling me I needed to understand their challenges. I told him he had his idea of customer service all backwards. He needed to understand his customer’s challenges. At that point he got very angry and told me I could take my truck somewhere else.

I am sure no one will respond to this complaint. I just want you all know the service I got at Firestone was horrible. Changing tires took more then 3 hours. Sensor was broken and took another. 3 hours to find the issue.

Today fixing a flat took more then 3 hours. I missed an important business meeting and as I am typing this the tire still not fix

I had a appointment to get a oil change, front end alignment,and brakes done on 6-25-22. 95 Marisa said that we missed understood her my was sitting next to me when she said it. I asked for them to put the old rotors in my car so I could see how bad they were they were not there.

00 dollars difference a was told that they sent an email to me and it had the 6 hundred quote and that I approved it this isn’t true. I have been a Firestone customer for 10+ years and have never been called a liar before at this point I will pay off my credit card but I will not use Firestone for any more maintenance.

I have a lifetime front end alignment that I will no longer use because of the way I was treated. 95 before he could transfer me who does that when a customer says no thanks.

Firestone, 601 Landers drive Chesapeake, VA. I was told that the right front low beam headlight was pointing down to the ground and it would have to be repaired. This would involve removing the front bumper. I said go ahead and fix it.

I came to the shop unannounced and found my car running in the bay. The mechanic said he fixed the issue (in about 15-20 minutes) without removing the bumper. He said a wire was clamped over the light and he moved it without taking out the headlight assembly.

I looked the low beam dust cover when I got home and I can prove he couldn't and did not remove the dust cover on the assembly. The bill said he replaced the light? That was one of the most blatant SCAMS I ever seen.

I would be happy to talk to corporate about this issue. S you cannot remove the dust…

with 7 bays!! 54 MINUTES past my appointment time. 2 cars in bays one worker, 2 inside people! All I needed was a headlight bulb. This used to be the place to bring your car with or without an appointment and you were in and out in a reasonable time frame.

I set up appointment for 7: 30 am on 6-22-22 on 6-20-22. Time now is 11:33 am. They said it would take an hour and half to change the brakes. I am out of town working and can not be sitting here all day waiting.

I asked what was the problem and they said he is working on 2 vehicles at once. They did not have to wait on parts because they had them in stock which is what they said. I have looked in the shop several times and have not seen anyone around my truck.

This is very dissatisfying because I try to run Firestone tires on my vehicles but service like this will make me go elsewhere.

Hello, my name is Ja’Daycea Dobson I have been a customer at Firestone for almost 2 years now. My service has been amazing until the month of May 2022. On May 27th I had my car towed to Firestone for a tire problem.

I called to let them know my car was sitting there and needed to be looked at, John the man who was working looked at my car and emailed me everything that I needed to buy and the cost of the labor. John told me he would have to order the parts and then he could begin working on my car.

About a week passed I heard nothing from them I called and he said that he was waiting on a part to arrive and the car should be ready in the next 3 days. After the 3 days passed I still heard nothing so I called again, and he said it still had not arrived.

Not sure the point of this when clearly it doesn’t get read by the important people or they just don’t give a damn! My story is much too long to type since my ordeal extending 3 days from start to finish.

But to sum it up I stopped to get a $20 diagnosis for passenger wiper not working on 2014 expedition and before it was all said and done they removed the part that was repairable, damaged it beyond repair along with my front windshield and frame damage. Plus the tech lost my OEM bolts and bolt covers.

I didn’t discover until I left and started inspecting. Went back and got a new windshield and the guy admitted to the damage 2 days later and I was told to go find the missing parts myself and bring a receipt for reimbursement! NOT MY JOB!

I bought 4 tire from your Springfield Ohio store (store # 018554 ) on 6-20-22 at 8am in the morning . They put them on my 2020 Toyota Camry , I paid and went to work . I work 10 miles away Dow the highway .

I noticed a vibration at highway speed of 70 mph (the speed limit ) . Went I got to work I called and talked to James the manager and told him about the problem . I told him that I don’t believe that the cleaned all the rust from the rim before they remounted the tire back on to the studs .

Trying to get in to get an oil change and tire repair.

Don't understand why I would have to leave a car for above service at 7:45 am?

Was told Don't have enough techs(tesson ferry location st louis). Called another store. Told it would be next week (lemay ferry location).

If I was buying tires would I have to make an appointment? Guarantee the answer is no.

Seems you're losing a lot of business ( brakes, alignments, tires etc) because of the lackluster associates.

It's just an oil change and flat repair ( your tire) but it's ridiculous.

Since I’ve moved to the Northside of Charlotte 5yrs ago, I’ve taken a couple of vehicles I’ve owned to Firestone on WT. Harris Blvd & always seem to have issues but continue to give them the benefit of the doubt because of location convenience for myself!

They alway make excuses that they are short staffed & point fingers at everyone else instead of being accountable for their own errors or faults. They are completely unprofessionally slow! They will give you an estimated time frame which is inaccurate by several hours or even days!

The last vehicle I had they preformed my oil change & I ended up with a crack in the oil pan which I ended up needed to get replaced & they denied causing the crack… I let that slide. This time around, I have a completely different car & took it in to be…

I was treated very poorly at the Firestone location at St Clair Square Fairview Heights Illinois. I definitely was overcharged for an air filter and wiper blades and also for the oil change that she supposedly gave me a discount for.

Her name is makanya I believe. Her attitude completely sucked was not very friendly at all. Never explain to me the prices of everything that I was charged for. The only thing she said is we will email you a receipt.

One person there said I would need tires because they were cupped he was a black gentleman I have no idea what his name is. But she said my tires were okay. So who do I believe? They set appts and do not keep them. Give you time frames and purposely take their time. The boss went to shipleys today, the whole crew paused to eat when he returned. My appt was at 7a but everyone that came in after me was seen and helped before my vehicle.

5 hours after they opened ( I was the first customer there) to even start looking at my vehicle.

I went to Firestone because I had a tire that I thought was losing air the left rear. I had an appointment at 4:00 and the waiting area allowed you to watch the service bay. My car wasnt touched for nearly an hour and then finally they put it up on the lift.

A few minutes later a lady who was working in the bay area came to me and said you have a slash with cords hanging out on the right rear tire and since you have all wheel drive you need to replace all of the tires. I said never mind I purchased them through Acura and will deal with them under warranty.

I arrived at 0845 this morning (17 Jun 2022) for oil change and filters (fuel, oil, and air). During all this my truck was damaged (running boards/driver side) when it slipped from the lifting arms and bent the running board, and did damage to the fuel pump sensor (on the rail).

It is now 1226, almost four hours I've been here. My running boards are going to get fixed, but not sure about my fuel pump sensor yet. Not happy at this point.

A few weeks ago i took my car to the Firestone in Maricopa AZ for a flat repair. They claimed it was a faulty valve stem so that is what they repaired. Ever since then the tire is not holding air and at least once a week the low tire pressure light comes on in my car.

I don't drive alot so this is rather concerning. I took it back to Firestone this morning and they claimed there is nothing wrong with the tire and sent me on my way. They did nothing to resolve the issue and dismissed my concerns.

I asked for a manager and they claim they don't have a manager. I am completely appalled. The tires were purchased from that location and have warranty. They need to replace the faulty tire but they have no interest in my concern nor my safety.

I am inclined going forward to cancel my Firestone…

I had new tire put on the car. one tire developed a slow leak after a few weeks. I scheduled an on line appointment to repair the tire. I received the appointment conformation at 10:24 AM. I also got a phone call from the Fort Smith, Ar store at the same time telling me they could not repair my tire until Monday.

Four days to wait to get a tire repaired is totally unacceptable. I have 4 vehicle's that is serviced at this location... Excuse me I should have written "I have 4 vehicle's that will no longer be serviced by Firestone"

Two issues..

No. 1 is about standing behind your tires.. I recently purchased a set of new tires for my lady and a few days later a tire went flat. I called the Firestone Center in Pottstown where I purchased them and after she drove 35 minutes, they fixed the tire and also billed her 29 dollars. The valve stem wasn`t installed properly but this wasn`t told to her on the bill, but by the technician who repaired the tire.. Being a Gold card member I couldn`t understand how underhanded that service center treated her, and the issue wasn`t resolved until I threatened the manager with filing a formal complaint. Firestone keep misdiagnosis my power steering. 5 days. Now I hear a sounds like the tech didn't reconnect something when I turn off the engine. I picked up my truck the first time and it felt like the front end was going to come off.

On Saturday morning 6/4/22 about 1130 I had one of the worst experiences with customer service at laurel mississippi store and I won't be going back. I went to get a flat repair for my mother's car and I was told that my car wouldn't be ready until about 3 that evening, so not wanting to go to Walmart I left the car there.

Later during the day I was doing some business in town and wanted to check on the car while I was out and the service manager that was on duty was so rude and his mouth was so smart that I didn't even get a chance to tell him that I was just checking on the car while I was out.

I went today to get a tire plugged at 2pm at the RockyMount NC facility and got out at 4:45 pm . I made the appointment on Sunday. Which a lady came in with a Mercedes Benz compact truck with the same issue and was out an hour and 45 minutes before me and I was there before her as well as made an appointment.

But the biggest problem was the round piece that fits on my tire in the middle was left off . Which I informed the guy that it was missing and he got it and put it back on and then 2 of my valve covers was missing

Poor service and unreliable. I have taken my car for service multiple times the first time they changed my brakes rotators and when I got vehicle back I noticed a noise thought maybe it was because it was new. Took it back next day and was told when installed it was on to tight and car wasn't tested before turning it back to me.

I waisted my whole Saturday waiting for them to fix .. then following weekend I tow my car have it dropped off at another firestone location hoping that I would get better service and it was worse. Hello, A few weeks back I had my 2007 Saturn Aura towed to the Firestone Location in Clinton Township, Mi. 48038. I purchased 4 new tires and opened a Firestone credit card. During the installation of my new set of tires, the mechanic accidently broke off one of the tire sensors.

I was advised that they were worn and it was only a mistake, one they would replenish. I decided to have the other replaced as well because of my concern of the wear. My vehicle may be 12 years old, however , as a Widowed Senior Citizen, I take great care of my Saturn and keep it in tip top shape as I am independent and need my vehicle in total working condition.

i spent 1300 dollars to have my car fixed and it's doing the same thing it was before. my car is parked now cause it keeps overheating worse than it did before. i've gone into debt and i'm now basically living in a car that can only be driven for a mile at a time before it overheats.

Brought my car in on June 1 2022 car had no acceleration. Did a courtesy check and found code p0420 catalyst system, had back end of exhaust fixed. 00 to fix. Then on June 4th my check engine light came on.

I went into Firestone for a brake inquiry / I noted that my brakes made a grinding sound when in use. I dropped the car off in the morning and picked it up the next day - I had gotten new brake pads and new rotors on the front of my car, totaling $419.50.

I picked the car up and had driven about 6-7 miles when I made to stop at a stop sigh and my brakes failed. The pedal went all the way to the floor, I heard a popping noise and the car didn’t stop and I coasted through an intersection in a residential neighborhood. Thankfully the intersection was empty, but I could have been on the highway - I had only gotten off the highway within the last minute or so.

two months ago i went to your guys store with my audi S4 they said i had leaks and needed alignment and many other things when i was only going for a oil change and tune up. I ended up paying 3000 dlls, i thought my car was perfect, a month and a half later i am driving with my two year old son when my car just stops and was making weird noises.

I had a shop on iliff and evans ave come and aid us. Come to find out that all that was put in my invoice was BS nothing from that invoice was done. Spent a lot of money on breaks for a chevy pickup got bad service now my breaks pulse will never use firestone again wont recommend to no one

I am writing this in hopes that I can find a resolution for being charged almost $700 for an incomplete job to my car that was brought in to your Bristol location. On Saturday morning 5/21/22, my husband and I brought in our 2002 Gallant because we were having an issue, we were told that it could be fixed by the end of business, we also could not stress enough that this was our only means of transportation due to my other car being a victim of theft.

My husband called twice that day to check the progress since no one ever contacted us about the issues or repairs concerning the car. The sales associate kept us on hold and hung up twice before we got an answer and the go-ahead to puck up the car right before closing.

When my husband got there, not only was the car not fixed, the technician…

We are in humble Texas, we came at 9 am we are sitting here at 1210 with no update . I asked 45 minutes ago and they said we are next up . Very very bad service .
