I had an oil change and battery corrosion protection done for my truck on 8/11/2022. While the truck was in the shop, the manager called and asked if my tires were original equipment on a 2003 Tundra. I told him they were new tires and wondered why he was checking them.

He said the truck was ready for pick up, and that evening, I looked in the engine and the corrosion protection was not done. I had it completed the next morning, but that evening my son said the truck front end was two inches lower on the driver's side.

The spring is broken and hitting bumps is horrible. I didn't take the truck back but believe the manager's new "tire guy" (his words) jacked the truck up wrong and broke the spring. I didn't ask them to look at the tires because they are new.

I wish you would do the right…

I was scheduled for an appointment at 5:00 p.m. but when I got there I was told that they closed at 5:00 when it was posted that they close at 6:00 I drove 50 miles to get my car aligned but they didn't provide me with the service even though I showed up at 4:15 the alignment machine was not being used Store #11169 so even though I was scheduled for an appointment I was turned down

I made an appointment online for an alignment I get there the guy working the counter was saying how many others they have to do that they have 2 left over from yesterday then tell me they can’t do it saying corporate will allow you to book anytime despite how busy they are an to come back another day I’m a working mother of 4 finding time is hard I am so disappointed in Firestone I don’t want to deal with the company again

I am a disabled Police Officer and while visiting my Godparents in Lancaster Ohio, I had a slow leak in my drivers side tire. I went in to get my tire patched and asked them to tell me what sounded so loose in my front end,, it turned into a lot of work,, borrowing money and

not being able to head home until three days later,,, my car made hideous sounds all the way home on a 12 1/2 trip scared to death,, got home, they didn’t do an alignment after replacing things I. The front end,, took it to Daphne Firestone,, they said nothing more they can do.

I now do nothing t have power steering and the tire is low again and is making a terrible sound. It is the only vehicle I have.. I am afraid to drive it. Can you please help me??

I made an appointment for an alignment and oil change dropped my car off at noon. I had to go up there before they closed, just to see the store closed with my car inside. No courtesy phone call, nothing.

I return the follow morning to pick up my car per the employee I spoke with, it should be ready by 9am. I pull up to a locked store that will not open until Tues. I'm pissed. I want to talk to corporate but they keep hanging on me. This is unexceptable.

57 dollars. They told me the car needed the turbo replaced so I took it to East Bay Mini cooper dealership. The dealership told me that it did not need a turbo. The connector for the alternator was not connected.

I had to pay extra 593 for the dealership to fix the sloppy job Firestone did on my car. I have never experienced such terrible service from a mechanic ever in my life. 92 I was forced to spend at the dealership. This is unexceptionable.

Called on Saturday morning to make appointment for alignment. Girl who answered made me an appointment for 3pm that afternoon. She confirmed the correct location with me twice. I arrived for my appointment and the guy at counter said I didn't have an appointment and asked if I was at the correct location.

I told him I was and that the location was confirmed twice. At this point he actually looked on his computer and sure enough my appointment was there. THAT DIDN'T MATTER... he told me that I was basically out of luck because they did not have time to do an alignment.

I asked to speak to a manager and was informed they would have him call me. Here it is late Monday morning with no callback from manager. So I guess it was wasted time and gas. If I could give then negative stars I would.…

We purchased 4 tires, and they are still under warranty, and 2 of them are needing replacement. Firestone told us we would have to pay for new tires because we could not prove that they were rotated, as that was a free service with my oil changes.

Regardless, the tires that are bad are both on the passenger side, so whether they were rotated or not, they both need to be replaced, so that would have no warrant as far as this issue is concerned. I will be contacting the corporate office regarding this experience of firestone not standing by their product or warranty.

Today is 8/5/22 at 530pm. Cranberry twp Firestone. saying the f word. The girl isn’t certified to do much and the mechanic is nasty to customers. Unsatisfactory and not acceptable. Walks away from my vehicle to talk on the phone.

I come here all the day and this is ridiculous behavior. I can’t remember his name Gibson last name maybe. I had to tell the girl to stop arguing and get my car finished so I can go home.

I brought my car in to get a tire replaced. They did that but failed to realize that the tire rotor was completely scratched and breaks were at zero. Came back in 2 weeks later due to screeching breaks. They did a full inspection and decided I need a full front brake and rotor repair.

They told me that I would not be able to drive my car off the lot and I would have to get it towed so I let them fix the breaks. 3 days later I hear a popping and knocking noise from my tire.

I looked at my tire and the caliper was not even connected to my tire. My front drivers tire break wasn't connected to my tire which created an incredibly unsafe driving condition.

i paid over $1400 for brakes and oil change on 7/26/22 at the Fuquay-Varina location(1280 n Main st. ) Once i finally had my truck back ,i noticed that it now squeaks, which it did not do before, so i called ,talked to the store manager, he told me to bring it back , i did, go back again at the end of the next day, my truck is now making more noise,its the brakes!

they told me they took it out and drove it but they didnt hear anything< well that would have been difficult because it was very rainy that day, I HAVE VIDEO OF THE BRAKES EVEN SMOKING so it seems as if they didnt even want to be bothered< my oil level is low and they didnt even top off the washer fluid, so now i can't drive my truck becasuse it does not seems safe, until i get enough money for someone else to fix it. The ladies at Florence SC Firestone on Hoffmeyer Rd will lie to you when they do not want to service you in a minute. I was getting my car serviced today for something simple and the lady at the desk told me that they do not do that service and she referred me to go back to my manufacture to get it done.

Come to find out they were backed up in service station so she obviously did not think enough of me as a customer to see if she could help me. Now I am going back at 2:30 for the same situation to see if they can do anything for me.

Now I know they were busy when I came in at 8:15 am but don’t lie to me. This lady lied to get me out of her face. This is the third time one of the ladies lied and I just think if you all have enough money to send people away for big or small things you do…

This concerns Firestone Aiea, Oahu HawIi. I hve paperwork proving what happened. I needed my AC looked at, but when I got there I had to apologize to the Service manager for my poor attitude. I did notice HIS attitude did not change.

I requested a electronic diagnostics on my AC, to see what was wrong with it. A gentleman by the name of X calls me to share with me I need a new Evaporator and blower for my AC to work.

Set a service appointment @0700 on 7/30/22 store odid not open til little after 0830. Service guys says they don't due appointments, I show him my email confirmation for the oil change service he tells me it will be about $117 for a oil change.

I have being going to this Firestone for years and know that both what he said, is incorrect. Was told would be about 4 or 5 hours if I want to drop off. I'm just getting a oil change. 35 for the oil change and we get you right in sir.

I have scheduled multiple appointments before this one trying to get service and they were canceled or store was not open on time as it was today. This holds the rest of my day up. The stores in the next City over in Odessa is the exact same customer service.

I dropped my car off at 9am to get 2 new tires. I was told a couple hours. I came back at 12:30 you had not touched my car and told me 45 minutes. Then you call my husband and say oh we don’t have the tires we told you we have.

Purchased new tire months ago, today I had a tire go flat due to a puncture from a rock. I get to the Firestone nearest me to only have them say you will need an appointment. Remind you I’m out of town and need this changed, with 15 minutes left in the business day and they refused to change my tire.

Thank for getting back on the road NOT!!!! Great customer service you have here! I guess I’ll take my 4 other cars else where for now on.

Took my car in for an oil change, an alignment and balance. The office called and let me know that I needed new rotors and brake pads so they changed those. When I got my car back there was a shake to it, I thought it was because they told me they balanced it manually and then electronically.

The shake continued to get progressively worse. When I was leaving a friends house with my 5 month old son, as I was accelerating the shake was so bad that I had to turn around and call for a tow truck the next day.

The tow truck driver noticed that the front axel needed fixed and that the front driver side tire was missing almost all the lugnuts. I called them to have the truck tow it to them and explained what was wrong they said to bring it to them and they'd get to it when they had time.

The workers at the Firestone located near Memorial Mall appear to be extremely dishonest, to the point of engaging in illegal activity. They claimed my tie-rod was seized and wanted $600 for parts. They also claimed that the alignment was so far off that I would do serious damage to my tires unless I purchased the new tie-rods immediately, which would then enable them to do the alignment.

I had told them that I would be traveling out of town the next day, and so they took advantage of this fact to try and scare me into purchasing the parts. I called my mechanic, who had recently replaced a boot, and he thought the claims were suspicious.

This is the worst store ever and I will never go here again and it’s said because my son is a employer of a different Firestone in Pittsburgh pa. This place had my car for over a week to do the alternator.

The manager hung up the phone on my son multiple times. When I got my car back there were 700 extra miles on my dash the ac no longer works and on top of the vehicle is in my sons name and

he would not give my son his employee discount and he paid almost $700 dollars for them to replace a alternator. I don’t understand who the hell would drive this car for 700 miles but I know the amount of miles that were on the car when it was dropped off and now it has an extra 700 miles on.

This is the worst store ever . It’s sad because this store alone makes a bad reputation for the other stores…

I was in Firestone (Miami 40street/ 87ave) for oil change and wheels rotation. When I checked my car they didn’t rotated the wheels. The founder of Firestone has a promise of loyalty but is very sad that the people who work there didn’t have it.

I called your Firestone center located on Travis Blvd. in Fairfield California to make an appointment because I was having problems with a repair they made to my vehicle in March 2022. m. I showed up for my appointment on the scheduled date and I arrived 10 minutes early to check in, They verified my phone # so that they can call me, I verified the number they had on file but

I told them I will wait in the waiting area for the car to be finished because I thought it was something minor. I thought since I had an appointment that my car would be take right into the service area.

I had went to a firestone in Fredericksburg Virginia on Jefferson hwy, about a year ago for all new tires for my vehicle and when a knot appeared in one of my rear tires the technician i spoke with on the phone at this Firestone said that it was an impact bubble and was due to my driving and it would not be covered under warranty nor manufacturer defect and tried to assess this over the phone without physically seeing anything.

Then I actually had the tire replaced with a different business and when it was replaced the technician discovered a tear on the inside seam of the tire or it's supposed to seal around the inside of the rim which is clearly an installation error and then proceeded to install that tire on my vehicle knowing it was damaged, which could have potentially led to an…

Our primary residence is Arizona, however we have a home in Huntsville, Arkansas that we spend 25% of our time. We do keep a couple of vehicles in Arkansas, one being a 2008 Cadillac SRX that your company serviced in December 2021 to replace wheel bearings/hubs at the Centerton, AR store.

The visit in December was a fiasco, but at least the staff was not rude or condescending. After the work was performed, we had a constant squeak coming from the front right side of the vehicle. I took my vehicle to a local mechanic here in Huntsville and he showed me that the wheel bearing installed on the right hand side may not be the correct one as the brake rotor set screw hole didn't line up with the wheel bearing.

As I write this, I had a 12noon appointment for a tire rotation, alignment, and balancing and 41/2 hrs later I an still here. They pulled my car in 3 hrs after I arrived. The reason I made an appointment instead if being a walk in because my time is valuable. HORRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!

I made an appointment on line today July 11, 2022 and since there was only 5pm open I took it anyway. I got there at 410pm and the usual guy with a cast in his arm was outside helping. I said no I have an appointment at 5pm.

He said I don't have an appointment at 5 and proceed asking me if I have an appointment. I said yes and showed him my reservation number on the phone. The guy didn't even check or ask my name and just said if you didn't get a confirmation you don't have an appointment.

I dropped my work van off at Firestone on Stateline Road Southaven Ms on Tuesday June 7 to be completely inspected due to excessive and constant shaking when driving. I had to call several times just to get an update.

At one point I was told the van wasn't doing any shaking when the tech drive it but later in the conversation he said they hadn't gotten to my van. The following day I called for an update and was told I needed brakes.

The location said they put new brakes and rotors. But when I got the van back it still drove horrible so I took it back. They again states they couldn't find anything wrong. But when I inspected the van I noticed my tires were bald and wearing on the inside of the tire.

My question is how could they have changed the brakes and not noticed I needed new tires?…

I called Firestone New Castle Delaware on Saturday because of a leak in a tire. I have her my name as she told me to come in on Monday at 8:30 am. I arrived at 8:20 am and was told I didn't have an appointment and it would be atleast 1 1/2 hours. I left.

5 months ago I was having a problem with my car and needed a repair. I was told they were having a problem getting the part and would call when the part came in. I never heard from them. I have been coming to this Firestone for 5 years and have not had such bad service till this year

I have been here several times in Gainesville, ga to have a serpentine belt replaced atleast 3 of the 4 are times I have came. Now all of a sudden I have to leave my van with me stranded here.

I have no other way home which I live about 10 miles away. I have done business with Firestone for sometime. I tired of the harassment of coming here and it's always there main mechanic is not here. What is wrong with the mechanics who is here.

How many does it take to put a belt on?? This is going to be my last time I come here but I have paid for this service and I expect it to be fix.

Again... My husband and I made an appointment online (Miguel Domenech) in an attempted to purchase 4 new tires, an oil change, and new brakes for my SUV. We got to our local firestone and was told the tires I am asking for (advertised on the firestone website) are unavailable again...

and eachtime I am asked to upgrade to what they have on hand at a significantly higher price- even though I am willing to wait and come back and have them ordered. This time I called the corporate number to see if they're available at another location and was told they're discontinued (but they're advertising them on their site) and am asked to travel 40 minutes away to another location to only be offered a more expensive product.

As a corporate card holder, I expected to spend quite a bit on the work but…

My complaint is as follows. I Had a 4:00 appointment on July seventh at your location in Budd Lake New Jersey. I called and asked the clerk if I could drop it off early at 2:00 as I would not be available at four o’clock. He answered yes.

The van was left overnight Upon returning on July eighth my vehicle had not been worked on. I arrived at store number 749144 in Katy Texas to pick up my vehicle after completion. I was helped by Jamie not sure if that is his real name. He asked if I had my account card and I said no.

He then stated in a rude tone and aggressively that I had to get the account number. I returned home retrieved my card and returned to the store 749144. Then Jamie continued to be rude and aggressive with his tone to sign and I also asked questions about my service and stated I can read the invoice to find out.

Leslie Bryant was very helpful after this incident and everything was handled appropriately. Jamie in my opinion is in need of soft skills to be placed in the front of the store. Thanks
