My daughter took my car into Firestone to get a tire rotation for me because I was at work. When I got off work I noticed the lugnut was gone. I went to firestone and asked them about it. They said it was not on when the car came in.

I asked to see the camara and the gentlemen behind the counter said they did not have one. I have the paper work that everything was fine. How was it fine if the vehicle went in with a missing lugnut.

I just want them to do the right thing and put one back on. I took in it to them because I trusted the name and now I am sad that they are not standing behind there work.

I filed a complaint on Friday September 23, 2022 with Cedric regarding my car which is a white 2015 Chrysler 200 which was taken to one of your locations in Livingston NJ on Tuesday September 20, 2022. I brought my car in to get my left headlight fixed around 9:00AM EST and left my car on the property which was perfectly fine. I got a call from one of your staff around 1:00PM EST that my back window/windshield was shattered. They have no clue how it happened, I told them to pull the footage on camera but refused to do so. How is it that I brought my car in to fix one issue and ended up leaving with more damages? This is unacceptable.

I have used Firestone for years. This time I had over a thousand dollars in repairs, waited over 5 hours with 2 kids. My oil setting was unchanged. I took my vehicle to another mechanic to check that they even changed my oil.

I ask for a tire rotation and the air level was unchanged in all of my tires. I was told to bring it back but I honestly no longer trust them. If they can’t follow through on request what else are they doing wrong?

I am an existing customer and a firestone credit card holder. I am grateful for the work that is done but I have had issues of getting turned away multiple times for minor maintenance requests. This last attempt I tried to go to the firestone on rural and baseline .

I was turned away with a large screw in my tire stating they were too busy and they were closing at 5pm with a note on the door closing at 5. The hours online show 7pm. I was told i can leave my car there overnight just to repair my tire , and suggested i can Uber home 25miles. Wow!!

25 miles from my residence which I couldn't risk driving home on the tire. They called the next firestone in mesa (so I find out when I get there) were very plesant amd nice to take my vehicle. The time I would be waiting is a 2 hr time frame…

I was there to change front tires and do alignment on my car. everything is fine except for my steering wheel, they left a big scratch on. my car is a 2015 maserati ghibli with 32,000 miles, everything in my car is spotless, and now my steering wheel that cost $1,200.00, has a big scratch. I went to firestone because I thought my control arm went bad for a 3rd time. After checking they came back and told me it was my Rack and pinion. I was told it was about a 1000 to fix which I didn't have.

I had to stop working bc they told me how dangerous it was to drive and it's my only vehicle. AFTER 8 months I took it to a closer mechanic who then said it was my left axel and it was 300 to fix.

Because they told me it was something more expensive I have lost out on so much Income and has destroyed my life. THIS is the 3rd time they have told me I have issues that are extremely expensive. Before this they said my car was over heating due to my head gasket but it was a thermostat.

When taking my car in for service at a Las Vegas Firestone for a tire repair I was told I needed front brakes. So I decided to let them to it I was quoted a reasonable price’ they told me they had the parts there’ upon getting my car back I noticed the breaks didn’t stop correctly and

where very noisy so I waited a couple weeks took to my mechanic and was told they put the wrong breaks on my car. So I took the paper work they ask me to bring in and they said they would return my money in approximately 3 weeks.

I have called all the numbers and nobody returns any calls. I think this situation has been handled horribly and all I want is my money back so I can get my brakes fixed properly before I wind up hurting myself or somebody because these brakes don’t work properly if you could…

I scheduled an online appointment and never got a response and they called me 5 minutes before the appointment while I was driving to the venue.

The manager was very unprofessional and he said I should not use their online system but call them which was contradictory to what he said earlier that unless they send a confirmation from their system the appointment is not confirmed.

I would never go back to this place given that there was no accountability and very unprofessional approach

On or around August 20, 2022, we dropped off our 2012 Toyota Camry to Firestone in Clovis, CA. The initial concern/issue was that one of the tires was flat and needed to be fixed. My husband had put on the spare and dropped it on that Saturday afternoon to be fixed. A complete vehicle inspection was done and nothing was determined to be wrong. A patch up was all that was needed to fix the damaged tire. The car was picked up the same day. Upon pick up, there were a number of lights that came on that weren't on before and didn't show up to be issues on the complete vehicle inspection. I bought new tires at a Firestone service center and after 5ooo miles one of the tires side -wall exploded when I was driving at 50 miles an hour on a two lane highway. I bought another tire at a prorated price and was installed in the same service center.

My examination did not reveal any cause like nail in the tire. When I questioned the service rep,he brushed of my enquiry about the cause saying I must have run over a nail without examining the damaged tire and when I asked how a sidewall can explode because of a non existent nail , he again brushed off my enquiry.

I scheduled an afternoon oil change an spent the hours until then in town(I live 25 miles away) when I arrived I was told it was canceled! I spent days finding the right place,o closed my store to be here only for it to b wasted!

This same thing happened approx 1 yr ago with tires being mounted. I called scheduled the time then when I arrived I was told they couldn't do it! I had to schedule with another place an return the next day. This is not acceptable.

I have lost money by closing my business to do business with you only to have wasted my time an not getting service.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Drivetime in January of this year. within the 1st 30 days I had to take it in for a check engine light which ended up being an issue with Cylinder 4. The shop I took it to, replaced the spark plugs, and cables, etc.

3 months later 4/28/22, I got the same code, and took it to Firestone Complete Auto care which was listed as one of the approved repair shops on my warranty program. They advised me after the diagnostic that the previous shop had not replaced my spark plug, but they took care of it for me, and gave the the plug they pulled out, which was indeed a factory part.

I bought a set of Firestone Destination m/t2 315 75 R16 in January 2022. So less than a year the tires are completely worn down from the middle to the inside of all four tires exactly the same. All of my front end parts and alignment checked out to be just fine all my fittings front end ball joints are all tight.

There are less than 19,000 Mi on these tires and less than 12 months on the tires and they're completely worn down what brought to my attention as they're all four worn down equally from the middle of the tire to the inside for the price I paid $1,200 and something dollars.

I had an appointment to get four new tires and an oil change at 3:00 I get to the place and first of all the tires that I requested online they don't even carry them and he has no idea why they're even on there so then you wanted to put me in four different tires that were over $180 a piece.

99 standard oil change and my car was due for one. I go in, ask for the oil change, wait for over an hour which was cutting it close for me to get my car back and get ready to go to work, (I work overnights) than I'm told when I go to pay that I was given synthetic oil for $67.

I never asked for synthetic oil, I wanted standard oil and at no point before I was given a bill was I asked if I wanted synthetic oil or was informed that they would be giving me synthetic oil. I was going to be late for work so I was unable to stay and dispute this error of trying to force me to pay for something I never asked for and did not want.

Brought a rental in on a Thursday before closing to get 2 tires fixed (explained that It was a rental and I was told to bring it in by rental company firestone agreed that was valid info ). They wouldn’t work on it until Friday.

Called (rental agency and Firestone) Friday told me to pick it up at 5pm got there at 6pm tires weren’t replaced. Told me to wait I was waiting and then came to me for payment. I said the rental company will be paying that you guys have a vendors account with.

The man told we have no such agreement with the rental agency your dealing with. Saturday ( after being stranded on Friday at Firestone assuming I could take the vehicle) they do work with that rental agency again and I can pick it up.

What hassle and rudeness they showed unbelievable

I came to Firestone for some new breaks all the way around and was told that Firestone policy replaces breaks and rotors at the same time so I would have to purchase the whole set to get the job done correctly and more efficiently. After the job was done I took my car home and a few days later my breaks/rotors started squeaking.

I brought my vehicle in to get serviced for a 2nd Cylinder misfiring and needing the 2nd Cylinder Spark plug and Spark Plug wires being replaced. When I got a call for the quote I was asked if the position of the spark plug I wanted changed is located in the center front or the center back of the engine.

I was shocked that they would ask such a question. That showed me that they were clearly not knowledgeable of how to work on cars. The worker ensured me that it would get done. They also told me I needed to replace my Coil Pack.

They were going to charge me an additional $250 for parts and labor for that fix. I said I would purchase that part myself and replace it myself when I come to pick up my car. Total cost was $95 tax included, and it took me less than 5 minutes to replace.

Worst place to go as long as David Riener is the store manager. I had a scheduled appointment for 2pm. As I am waiting to be to be greeted, there is already a customer sitting outside on the ground-complaining about having to sit outside and being there for over 3hrs.

I noticed the lobby was under renovations (which was never expressed to me over the phone when I made the appointment). The store manager David Riener was rude/short from the start. I asked him how long it would be, he told me I was next up.

I left for an hour and came back; my car had not been touched. A completely different vehicle was now in the alignment bay. So I go and ask David Riener what's going on. He became very aggressive, saying he is short staffed.

I went this morning to have oil change which I have appointment. When I got there parking lot was full and asked counter person if there was going to be wait and he said shouldn't be, but it is not the service of the facility I am complaining about but the company policy of the company to play a political network when not all of your customers believe in your political beliefs, after twenty minutes of listening to this station which had no one from other side on was disgusted and I got my car keys back and left.

Losing my business may not impact your company but if there are others like me who only want the work to done on car and not to have to listen to political garage.

They were dishonest saying two tires needed to be replaced since unrepairable. They claimed I had two nails in my tires they could not fix. They said I needed to buy two new tires at a cost of about $267.

I took my car to another tire place and they confirmed one tire had nothing wrong and no nail and the other tire was in fact repaired. The honest tire store said I had about two years left on my tires and they are in good and safe shape.

Firestone was unscrupulous, dishonest and untrustworthy. I will never be a customer again.

The customer service with firestone has completely gone down the drain. There is no customer service and could care less. Very short don't get up from behind the desk and help you tell you to do everything. I took a tire and dropped it off and the saleswoman behind the counter said take your tire and set it in the bay.

Never looked it didn't assist with taking it out or anything.

Hello, I brought my car several times to Firestone on Ft. Eustis, VA, with appointments and sometimes without. I consistently get my car at 7:30 am, but my car is not ready until after 5 pm.

For example, today, I dropped my car off at 7:30 am, and my car was not prepared until 6:21 pm. Why do you have appointment options if my vehicle is not ready until the shop closes? I will not be bringing any of my cars to this shop again.

Work done was completely useless, Car is completely usfsafe, despite being told otherwise by Service Manager at 833 Bustlenton Pike, Philadelphia, PA location. My wife almost had an accident on 08/25/2022 when a car malfunction returned, and her car speeded up and stopped uncontrollably in one intersection (State Road and Rhawn St Philadelphia.

Car had to be returned to the Firestone location four times in less than three weeks without avail. Customer.

Firestone in Winter Haven, Florida is the worst. 00 to get it fixed. Quotes one price and charges a totally different HIGHER price and your vehicle is still NOT fixed! Won't return phone calls and that includes the MANAGER! Refuses to give you any information on how to contact the General Manager or the Corporate Office.

They have a little clique going on there so everyone protects each other.

They put tires that I didn't order on my car. Then 3 times (5000)miles I took it in to be rotated and they said it didn't need it. Now my front tires are bald. 00 for warrantees tires. I have had many other issues with this Firestone company this is just the final straw.

I had a flat tire. Took it to the Ft. Gordon, GA location for repair as I had bought the warranty on them when I purchased them in 2018. When I was called I was told the tire was not repairable given there was a nail in the side.

It was also recommended I purchase 4 new tires because the tires are 5 years old despite they are 60,000 mile tires and the tires only have a little over 30,000 miles on them. I replaced the tire and asked to see the faulty tire.

There was not nail in the sidewall, there was a piece of stick in the center of the tire. I then took the tire to my mechanic who indicated the tire could be repaired. Now I have a tire I don't need.

We went to the 2665 main st. location in Frisco TX on 8/20/22 to buy a tire. One of the workers tells my husband that they have been having people buy tires and disputing the charge on their cards. Therefore, he would have to pay in cash and they took a copy of his VIN number and license.

This is absolutely absurd and I feel this was racially motivated as I had someone who was not a person of color inquire about a tire and was not told any of this. When I called this location today, the person said he had no idea what I was talking about.

When I asked for the corporate number he told me to “google it”. I would like a follow up regarding this!

00 on. 4 hours later the truck was driven into dock. 30mins after that no one was around the truck. At this point I ask for the vehicle back to get to other appointments. When I was driving the hood was unlatched. I was driving approx. 60mph.

Immediately pulled off the road to shut the hood properly. Unprofessional, I will not return to that particular store.

My car was towed into your Firestone Complete Auto Care garage store at 2525 College Ave. in Appleton Sunday 8/14 over a very stupid mistake by putting decile into my Toyota Corolla 2007. A big job for sure! And, I feel very stupid but, I sit here Wednesday being told they would put a rush on the car because of my urgency which I suppose everyone has.

I own a auto dealership near by Firestone - 7575 Wornall Rd, Kansas City, MO 64114. I have been servicing my vehicles at this specific store for over 4 years now. I have spent a substantial amount of money at this store replacing all of my vehicle's tires.

I own about 60+ vehicles. I have a few complaints. 1. The store manager(s) are disrespectful, cannot up hold their word, and do not give accurate information when requested upon. 2. Vehicle diagnosis has been inaccurate on numerous occasions. Tire balancing and tire alignments have been very poor recently.

The balance rocks fall off easily, and or the balance was done very poorly on numerous occasions so much so that we take our vehicles to a second shop for it to be balanced once again. Alignments are also done poorly, they get close…
