Poor service personnel at store ate deceiving. Unwilling to honor the current promotion being offered Incorrect service preformed on my vehicle and on top of it all the custom service numer goes to a Walmart recording wow!!!? Unbelievable!! I spent over 300 on tires with THE SERVICE added for balance and mount JUST TO BE TREATED horribly!

I dropped my vehicle off on Saturday and was told it would be done on Sunday. Went up there Sunday and was told Monday my car would be done, on Monday I called and was told Tuesday it would be done.

Tuesday I called they said Wednesday it would be done. Wednesday I went up there after they stopped answering my calls and was informed that my vehicle had not been looked at for two days and that the mechanic was off.

Then I asked why was I not contacted and that as a professional business why keep lying to my face and telling me it would be done when you know Noone is working on my vehicle. The receptionist then laughed and said I was talking in a circle and no matter what I say he can't help me and that the mechanic would be in tomorrow.

I purchased tires 4 months ago from Chalmette Firestone which I found out today 11/16/22 they were discontinued. That's why I was having to constantly put air in them. they are probably dry rot or damaged. Sad a salesperson would sell anything to people.

I visited Firestone at 3521 Veterans Memorial Blvd, Metairie, LA 70002 in June 2022 to have my spark plugs changed. After describing the issues with my car, the Firestone employee stated he would not change my spark plugs. He stated they could not perform that type of work on my vehicle.

On 11/12/22 I went to Firestone on 3500 S Carrollton Ave, New Orleans, LA 70118 for an oil change. The man working the register told me that he would "absolutely not do an oil change unless I had a $109.00 diagnostic workup done on my vehicle". He refused to change my oil.

On two separate occasions and at two different locations, FIRESTONE employees refused to service my vehicle on simple maintenance issues. Unacceptable!

On 9/10/22, I drop my vehicle off at a local Firestone near me for my scheduled appointment to get some work done to a vehicle. The appointment was created online and the following service were requested, paid for and partially completed: set of tires, oil changed, vehicle inspection and alignment service (lifetime warranty).

I went back 4 hours and 45 minutes later to pick up the vehicle and it still wasn't ready. Mystically, after I went inside said something about the timespan my car was immediately ready. I called and made a complaint about the time and the vehicle not being ready and another issue.

After driving the car myself I noticed the car was pulling strongly to one side, but I had paid for a full alignment service. I never received a follow-up call from my first complaint on…

I was employed with Firestone and I was on my 3rd and final but I got sick while at work and they sent me home even though I begged to stay because I didn't kno if I'd be fired or not. My supervisor refused and sent me home anyway.

I got a call the next day saying I was fired even tho I didn't ask to leave. I only had 2 hours left of my shift and I know I could've made it through. But hr called me to say I was being terminated please help get me my job back. Thank you

I went to the firestone in Hialeah, 1595 w 49th st Hialeah, FL 33014. This is the first time I take my company vehicle there. I took it there to have my rear turn signals fixed. They determined that the light assemblies were cracked and had to be replaced.

So they replaced them, however as they installed them they over tightened the screws and cracked the new lights as seen in the pictures attached show. So I'm back to square one.

Also to add insult to injury when I picked up the vehicle the mechanic left black grease all over my steering wheel and door handles. By the time I got home my hands were black from the grease I also included pictures of that.

Overall, this was the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic shop. They have no regard for the customer at this shop.…

Got to appt. early, was not seen until 15 minutes late. Told car would take 2 hours for 4 tire replacement and alignment. Car wasn’t brought in until 2 hours later. They couldn’t find tires I ordered. Took 5 hours to complete.

They damaged my car .Have a claim against them and each time I call all I get is some one from Corporate will call me in 48 hrs this has been going on for several months and still no one has called. But they had the nerve to tell CFNA that the case was closed..But no one has contacted me on my case..I ended up have the repairs done by a Jaguar specialist for 2000..Outside of Firestone charging me 1200..was trying to dispute Firestone charges for the damage

I've had my vehicle at a Firestone shop since August 23rd 2022. I've contacted corporate to let them know my truck has been damaged. I was told they would start a claim and told me Seth Byrd would be the one I need to speak to and he has yet to contact me.

They over charged me 400$ on a 85$ part , then broke my mirror , scratched the side , and ruined my stabilizer for my belt , called them to complian they said there company always over charge the parts and that it's okay that I got charged 500$ for a 80$ part , worst experience ever and will not stay quite till someone fixes this issues

We made an appointment a week in advance to get tires on one of our work trucks. The driver was on time for the appointment, but was told the truck would need to be dropped off overnight for the service to be the next day.

So, what was the point of making an appointment? This is a work truck, so we were already losing money by having it out service.

Additionally, the credit card we gave them for payment was already charged before anything was done. Then Helios told me he needed the service managers approval to put through the credit. The service manager is supposedly out until tomorrow. I did finally get Helios to tell me he would put through a credit.

At this point I do not believe anything being said by the store. I will definitely not take any other fleet or personal vehicles there.…

Horrible service, fraud and unstable vehicle after service. I picked vehicle up on 10/24/22 was given key with no ID or signature with services I did not authorize on a Firestone CC. Loose hub cap and large wrench attached under vehicle.

Good morning. I took my 2021 Kia Sorrento into the fire stone located off of Big Bend Road and 301 in Riverview on Wednesday, November 2, 2022. I asked that my tires be looked at due to my back driver side tire losing air.

My tires are brand new. Fire stone in the same location added tires to the rims I purchased and put them on my car so there is currently a warranty which is why I brought my car to this location.

While there I requested that they go ahead and do an oil change since I had my car anyway. I was never called to be advised that my vehicle maintenance was complete. I called the location on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at approximately 6 PM to ask if my vehicle maintenance was complete.

The last couple of times I have taken my SUV to be worked on, the service technicians have failed to do something that is supposed to be standard. My last oil change was Oct. 8, 2022. Early this week my low windshield wiper fluid message showed up.

This should’ve been topped off at my oil change and it is checked in the receipt as done.

Also the technician didn’t reset my oil change message in my vehicle, I caught that before I left the parking lot. I am starting to lose faith that proper work is being done and that worries me. Cause if they will lie about work they didn’t do then I can’t fully trust them when they insinuate that there is work that needs to be done on my car.

Yesterday, I took my car in for service at Firestone in Gardena. at 10:30am. I need it for tires and brake front brakes I was given a quote of $1171, I was told it would take 2 to 3 hours I walked to my doctors appointment when I came back two hours later, they had only taken my tires off, nothing else was done.

I didn’t leave until 4:30pm 2-3 hours became 6 hours just for 4 tires and front brakes. I ask why did it take so long and he told me you didn’t have an appointment. I told him he should’ve gave me that option to tell me you were booked up for the day and it will be a longer wait than 2 to 3 hours my entire day was wasted at fire stone when I didn’t have to have the service that day I could’ve came back with an appointment I was extremely disappointed with the disrespect of my time…

I came to the Firestone on Wilshire Blvd in burleson and asked for a wheel alignment, they took my vehicle to the back at 10:05 and it came out at 10:27… which wasn’t normal AT ALL. i usually go to the one in Crowley and they take 45 mins-2 hours.

I left unsatisfied because my vehicle didn’t seem like it had gotten the proper care. I know how my vehicle works and they proceeded to tell me I was wrong. I got the 200 dollar lifetime warranty and expected it to be serviced properly.

I then got a refund. Very poor service and will not be coming back. 0/5 stars. HORRIBLE

I was advised by a collision center to get my battery checked. I called Firestone on 10/28 and said I would bring my car in today 10/29 at 2 pm and they said that was fine. I did so and was then informed I needed an appointment and would have to return.

74 for what I thought was a free service. I bought my battery there and have given this company a ton of money over the years. It is even stated on the website that this should have been provided for free.

I was definitely ripped off.

I took my car in last Thursday. I only needed tires They said I needed brakes and rotors. Had them do those also- they said my car was perfect and needed nothing else when I left. 10-minutes down the street my car was shaking/vibration and a number of other things that didn’t feel normal.

Took to the Firestone I was closest to at that point - they told me to Have Big O look at it.??? Took it back into the shop I had the work done when they could get me back in- now they say I need motor mounts and thousands of dollars of work I did not need when I went in originally My car feels like it’s been wrecked?

I had it towed to Firestone. They could not figure out why it suddenly stopped running? They wanted to replace the fuel pump. They ordered the part & replaced sit-in a few bours=3! I played the total & drove it back home=no problem?

I booked my Oil Change online this morning. In fact, I booked two appointments in hopes of getting one of the dates. The one on Saturday @ 8am was declined; the one this evening 10/27 @ 530 was accepted. I got off work and headed to Firestone.

Once I got there I was told he could not get me in. ". I have the confirmation that it was accepted. Eric stated that they leave at 7pm. I was stunned, because my appointment was @ 5:30 and I know an oil change only takes 30 minutes; 45 minutes tops.

I showed Eric the confirmation; he then stated that they did not have me in the system; and that the online books a lot of appointments without letting the stores know. Why does Firestone even have this capability of booking online if the stores are not going to accept the confirmation.

On Oct 17th, I took my car in for an alignment. Two hours later I got a call to pick it up and they "did the best that they could". I get there and they had me pay, and sent me on my way.

Immediately when I got into my car I could tell that my steering wheel was tilted. I drove around the block to confirm and the wheel was tilted and it was pulling to the left(driver side). I took it right back and asked why the alignment was worse than when I dropped it off.

The tech said he did the alignment three times and that it's better than what it was and explained to me that I was wrong about how my car drives. They said i could call tomorrow to talk to the store manager Melissa.

I visited the Firestone store in Winterville NC today I work for lab corp and had a flat so I took it there to get fixed I got there at 1 30 pm there were 3 people ahead of me. So I sat there till 4 4 5 pm.

I my car had still not been taken back to get the repair done. So I ask the manager for my keys back and left. Come to find out other person was in there and I ask them how long he had been there he said since 11 30 to get 4 tires. This is really unacceptable.

Please close this store on Sunday if u can’t get the help in there want come back to this store again.

I was at Firestone on Dyer street in El Paso Texas and first excuse was that there system was down and to come back later, I had a question over an ABS light on and upon taking it to one of there technicians he was rude and didn’t want to help me , he than told me he couldn’t take my vehicle today to come back tomorrow which would be Sunday (Oct. 23,2022) .

I took my vehicle and I was there at 915am . As I took my vehicle that day I noticed the technician was sitting browsing thru a magazine so when the customer service person that was helping me talked to the technician he came back to tell me he couldn’t fix my vehicle.

Hello Went to Firestone in Desoto TX. A Battery was installed into my BMW 328I.. after the installation I had 3 dash warning lights on. The manager Micheal cleared all but one. The light stated Transport Mode. Micheal said their was nothing they could do about it.

He was blaming the company that jumped my battery. The back windows were not rolling down and my car felt slower. I took my car to BMW next morning. The reason the Transport Mode light was on was that Firestone FAILED to register my new battery. 00.

I brought my car and for squeaking noise in the front when you turn the steering wheel from side to side, I explained that. And a vibrating noise over 55 mph. I explained that. $1000 later I take the car both of the issues are still there, when I call back the customer, service or technician had the nerve to be rude as if he was out of the money .

According to fire stone tires always seem to be the issue and if they can’t sell you tires, then the fix is not satisfactory.

Hello I took my car to Firestone because smoke was coming from my engine . I spotted coolant on the top of my exhaust manifold. They call me and told me that it was the " turbo coolant line on the bottom of my car ( misdiagnosed) and charged me $687 .

The next day I picked it up got on the highway and drive it 25 min to work. By the time I got there smoke was everywhere. Looked under the engine and coolant was spraying out of the reservoir. I don't know how they missed that.

That explains why there was coolant on top of the exhaust manifold. I took it back to them the next day and they fixed the reservoir . I picked my car up the next day. Got in it drove 25 min to work it's some coming from the engine and the tailpipe leaving streaks of some up the freeway. Ok wasn't doing that.

While there the representative gave me a quote and introduced me to another worker saying he could do the job at his house because the garage was full.

Greenwood, In St Rd 135. 10-10-22. My car was serviced the previous week but they forgot & left the dashboard message on their service instead of back to the Home Screen. It has happened before & takes less than 5 minutes to fix.

I’m handicapped so it was yesterday before I went to Firestone & pulled up by an open bay. I got out of my car & thought the young man on the phone would at least say “be right with you, etc.

I had an appointment this morning at Firestone in Pelham, Alabama, for a tire rotation and front end alignment. This was the second appointment, because Nathan REFUSED to honor last week's appointment. He told me today he had double booked and I would have to wait an hour and a half.

He went on to say if I didnt have an appointment, I would have to wait all day. That is a lie. A couple came in 5 minutes ahead of me who did NOT have an appointment, and he took them in immediately.

I had an appointment on 10/5/22 @ 11am for brake check and another customer came in after me with same appointment time for oil change. I have been sitting in the waiting area for 1 hour 15 and my vehicle is still waiting to be looked at.

The other customer vehicle has been done and have already left. I went to the customer desk to ask when will my vehicle be checked since I’ve been sitting here for 1 hour 15 minutes. The lady went to find out and stated that the worker is in the bathroom.

I’m waiting another 15 minutes for him to come out to get my vehicle to check my brakes. This is unacceptable service waiting 1 hour 30 minutes before even getting your vehicle checked. If I didn’t need my vehicle check I would have gotten my key and left.

As a military spouse I went to Lackland Airforce Base in San Antonio Texas to get new tires and my truck was vandalized by firestone workers. I made a report with MP on base set a claim for vandalized while having a video recording of worker admitting he did it.

Firestone had there 3rs party adjuster come out and filed claim they only offered to pay me 1k when my estimate was 3500 its been 4 weeks and no one returns my calls back and waiting to get paid out. I'm hiring a attorney.

It all started When I went in for an oil change. Since then, problem after problem occurred. My oil filter was loose and leaking. So I tightened it. Then my vehicle started to overheat. I took it back and the claimed it was the water pump. So that got changed.

I got my vehicle back and it overheated quicker than the first time. And the AC was messing up. Firestone changed my heater hoses to fix the AC problem. My vehicle continued to overheat so Firestone changed out my radiator fan.

The left the panel that goes over the radiator fan without security clips. So when I drove the panel was flapping inside my engine compartment. Now my heater doesn’t work at all. I have taken it in 4 times in 3 months. It is ridiculous!!

I took my truck to Firestone (Hilo, HI) for a battery and oil change. They replaced my battery, but instead of changing the oil, they added 5 quarts of oil for a total of 10 quarts in my crankcase. Never emptied the oil, just added 5 quarts of oil to the existing oil.

Please see attached invoice and findings from Kama Aina Nissan here in Hilo. I had a tiff with the lady at the counter, I think she may have said something to the mechanic and this is the result. I've taken my truck to this store many times without fail, this is too much of a coincidence for me to let it go.

What you do with this information is up to you. I will not take it any further. " vindictive and immature" comes to mind. Just because you don't like something I said, doesn't give you the right to vandalize my vehicle.…
