I took my car and have a tire check and they told me it was completely destroyed from me driving on it so at that point I said put my spare tire on well then when I went to pick it up and saw what it looked like I went ahead and purchased a new tire from this location and after getting it on the way home I noticed a lot of rattling in the back of my car so

I pulled over and noticed that they did not replace the Jack the wrench and the other device that goes in with the spare tire so the store manager said he would replace them and as of yesterday May 1st I went in and he got me something from a junkyard that looks like crap I'm not happy at all he still hasn't replaced the lock nut on it this happened at the location on 9th Street in St Petersburg Florida on April 10th and

I was always treated with the utmost respect by Chris in Issaquah and Jack in Kirkland 124th in Washington State. I was treated in a rude and condescending way by manager Kevin at Firestone in Kirkland, WA on 124th and am appalled.

The way I was personally treated aside, I was lied to and that has never happened to me at a Firestone location ever. Upon reviewing the emailed documents of my appointment, I read that my oil dipstick was missing. Why this was not mentioned to me on the phone or in person, I don't know.

I also asked for the used spark plugs and was informed that they were not find-able. and I'm 35 now. I hope in the future no one is treated as poorly as I was this time, "I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business"

Took my car for a shake upon accelerating from an idle position . Was told first that it was the low pressure fuel pump . Fixed it , but it still had same issues exactly . Brought it back to be told it was actually the high pressure fuel pump . Fixed per warranty no charge . Get back in car to it immediately doing same exact thing . Called Firestone main business number to escalate my claim . The claim tree is as follows . Store (given two tries to fix ) Area manager ( given 48 to reply but did not ) Regional manager ( given 48 to reply but did not ) Division manager (given 48 hours to reply which expires tomorrow morning 4/1 at 8am . Nothing yet . Corporate headquarters is next to reply with 3 business days .

Just give me my money back so I can actually get the problem fixed .

I came here to do balignment balancement and rotation on my truck after one hour the guy told me everything was done when I went outside look at it they did not rotate neither balance my tires when I went back to him he said sorry the technician did not read the invoice. But to be honest this is not the 1st time the last time I was here couple years ago the same thing happened I paid for 8 tires for 2 trucks and

I was supposed to get 2 oil changes free thtey did not do the oil changes I had to call them and come back the next morning for them to take care of that I just think that's not right that is stealing from people

The replace engine oil filter housing is leaking oil .

Also the cooling system is not working properly. A recording to your records your Technician pressure test cooling system. Both billing statements state that !!!

However now I a bad heater core and leaking oil . If they check the cooling system this leak should have showed up . These mistakes have cost me $2300 dollars. The problem hasn’t been fixed.

The Firestone Boca Raton fixed my power windows. They both broke again in short time. I paid to fix again. It just broke again today. They closed their business without any warning to customers? This is fraud. Im going to file a complaint with State Attorney General.

Also with Federal Dept of Justice. Every time I took car there, something else broke within days!

My name is Bill Cowsill. I have used Firestone for tires and service for almost 20 years. I have found it necessary to file a complaint against one of your shops at 7700 E Kellogg Ave, Wichita, Ks, 67207. I'm filing the complaint on behalf of my daughter Meshell Shafer-Boydston.

The brakes on her Chrysler Van have totally gone out, four times. In other words, the petal has gone completely to the floor. Three of the occasions was while she was driving. Needless to say, she is fearful of driving.

The brakes have gone out twice in the last two months. The Firestone shop has supposedly repaired or taken care of the situation each time. I spoke with the manager personally the last time this occurred. As I relayed to him, this is endangering the lives of my daughter and two granddaughters.

We had purchased new tires for our 2019 Nissan Sentra from another dealer on (April 9 2021) due to being out of town. 2 days after purchasing new tires (April 11, 2021) we went to Firestone at 271 S. Egret Bay Blvd.

League City, Texas 77573 to get the new tires aligned. We have used this store previously for alignments , oil changes etc. 00. Picking up the car we were informed they could not align the front right and rear right tires.

98 + tax and the rear needed a 75610 camber-toe adjusting kit 2 ea. 98 + tax). I asked the employee why this was needed as the car only had 32,700 miles and he said some manufacturers just made the vehicles that way.

Please review invoice numbers 087327 and 017654. We took our Rav4 in last week for oil change and inspection. They said the brakes had 6 months left on them. This week the brakes started making a noise. Took it in today and were told the brake fluid cap was left off a long time and all the rotors must be replaced $800+. We thought we could trust that Firestone was checking things out. We feel Firestone should review this. Please review our long standing history as customers. The guy at the Pima Road location suggested we file a claim and agreed this looks to be Firestone's responsibility.

I have purchased my last four sets of tires from Firestone, for three different cars. I took my car to your store in Liberty Missouri with a nail in the center of the tire. They would not repair it stating it was company policy not to because the tread wear was too low.

Needless to say I went to a Competitor and they had no issue plugging it for me, stating there no issue with the tread wear. You have lost a customer.

The location in bernalillo nm has recently switched managers. The new manager RAYMOND RUNYAN is very rude, has no social skills, and has a temper. I have been coming to this location for around 5 years. I have only come to this location because of the old manager jessica Mendoza.

She was always friendly and very helpful. But this new guy that replaced her is an ass. I have had tires bought here brakes done oil changes alignments and an oil leak fixed over the years and have never been difficult to deal with or complained before.

I came in today and this is the firat time i have had to deal with him. I made an appointment to fix another oil leak. It started leaking after i had the brakes changed. They looked up then when I had it fixed last and it was a year and a half.

2021. 2021,while going for work I found that the right side front tire got damaged due to swollen from right side outer edge. Between two dates the car has hardly run around 200 KM. after the incident i called the retailer on his mobile no 9464145645 ( Sharma Tyres, Kharar, Distt SAS Nagar Mohali.

I have been doing business with Firestone located at Marsh Lane Carrollton Texas for over 20 years. I needed to have a tire replaced because of a nail. I went to the location on March 27and ordered a tire to be delivered on March 28 and made an appointment for March 28.

Got to my 1 pm Appt. - no tire. They ordered it for March 29 and a 1 PM appointment - no tire. AGAIN. I had to take off work 2 days without pay. I am now at the Firestone in the Colony TX waiting 4 hours to get my new tire.

On 3/18/21 My vehicle stalled and was taken to Firestone(1100 W Poplar Ave, 38017). When I had my son call and check on the vehicle, it was not ready. The car wasn't looked at until 3/19. It was quoted that the car could be fixed for $800 dollars.

It was stated that it needed a mass air flow sensor and spark plugs. Upon going to retrieve the vehicle, the quote changed to $1400! It was stated that the car was test driven and everything was good. My son got in the car and drove approximately 3 miles when it stalled again!

I had to pay an additional $90 to have the car towed back to Firestone as the car didn't appear to be fixed at all. Upon further investigation, it appears the car's problem was misdiagnosed. The Manager (Spencer) stated that they would look at the car the next morning…

I went to have brake job at your office at WEST KENDALL - 15697 SW 88TH ST, MIAMI, FL. 33196-1105 on 02/06/2021. I know is a month later but I still need to do this even tough I think that nothing will be done.

The problem is that I feel robbed by your company. This was kind of emergency I had no choice but go to your store. I was charged $489 for the back brakes which now I find out from other sources that the max would have been $345.

I checked and the whole rotator and pad cost $190 for the 4 tires at Amazon and I charged $100 for each rotator and even after a month they look rusty ( they are supposed to be new). Now after checking the bill I also saw an extra charged that I was not aware off.

My name is Terry Smith my experience with Firestone has always been good until Thursday, March 11,2021 I took my 2011 Scion in for a oil change. I had them to check my brakes and rotors as well I received a phone call at my office regarding the brakes and rotors. I was told that both needed to be replaced so along with the rotors, brakes and oil change my cost was around $400 and some dollars. I decline to have the rotors and brakes done but the oil change I did need it to be done.

After my work day was completed I went to Firestone to pick up my vehicle to my surprise my oil change bill was almost $73.00 I told the guy I never paid that much for a oil change. Visited store in Junction City, Ks. over a week ago. Wanted to replace all 4 tires that are still in good shape, but was told 2 tires had cuts in the sidewall. So, as I checked around for prices, I visited 3 stores.

00 off the set but it would be the following week (Today). Set appointment for 12 noon and later changed it to Friday, 12 March 2021 at 8:00 am. Waited all week, then at 7:50 went to drop off car.

First they couldn't find the 8 am appointment, then when found explained the tires were not in (only been a week). Asked when they would be there answer was unknown. Wanted to know if they could contact me when (if) arrived.

I thought one week was time enough so cancelled appointment. Now have to locate another dealer. I will be posting my wonderful experience with friends on…

Bought two new front tires , rear brakes ,also an oil change . 00 dollars. In twenty-four hours my new tire was flat . I had shaking with my steering wheel at 65 mph. Brought my car back to Firestone explaining the shaking in the steering wheel .

The same tech took my car for a test drive said No , steering was OK.

First of all the flat in the tire was caused by the seam not being sealed well. I lost time off from work because of this . IM A CNA for Hospice , I depend on my cars safety. This is a new store in Pace , Fl . Store no. 902559 .

We did a front end alignment done well they lost the dust cover didn’t screw the oil thing in as we also did oil change so it leak and fail to tell us something was bent. So took out trip and a brand new tire as well as the other front one became bald so we had to replace them so now not only did we pay for services not done right but

I had purchased 2 new tires from store # In West Des Moines IA they had done everything wrong from what i asked them to do i asked them if they would put the new tires on the front and the front tires on the back i bought the new tires because the rear tires was a different size so i wanted the same size all around my SUV everybody knows they have to be the same size as you can see in the picture the tires on the front are clearly bigger than the rear and

I took my 1995 Ford Escort Station Wagon to Firestone in Raleigh NC at 4305 Wake Forest Road. I had talked to Carson yesterday, who was rude and unhelpful. I didn't want to take my car there, but it really belongs to my son and he uses Firestone for his auto repairs and has a Firestone Credit Card, and that's where he wanted it taken.

He called and talked to Laqueena and set up an 8:30 am drop off and told her what it needed. (He thought it needed a new fuel filter. ) So I got up this morning and DROVE my car to that Firestone and talked to Paul.

Online at their website, Paul is said to be a kind, helpful man. I found him to be anything but kind or helpful. He treated me like I was an insect. He wore his mask UNDER his nose when he talked to me.

My car was left abandoned for 30 minutes ... No one really attended or checked my car . I checked the car 3-4 x but no person found attending it . The worker just set up the car then left for a break .

When he returned he just brought my car ready to pick up . The washer, coolant not filled. 99 package deal with free break inspection . They TRIED to charge me for checking/shaking wheel bearings. I’m referring to a particular firestone in charlotte, nc months ago. I know for a fact it is a procedure done during alignment as I have an associates degree in automotive systems technology.

The sales person flat out refused my wanting the technician to do a shake check on the wheel bearings prior to aligning when I had the 1 year warranty at the time earlier this year. They instead only did an alignment, that was it. I was livid....

This is a formal complaint of service regarding location 4309 Lawrenceville Hwy Nw, Lilburn, Ga 30047. The experience thus far has been less than satisfactory. My vehicle is currently under service and has been for over 2 weeks now, with little to NO communication/updates on their part.

It has been excuse after excuse with zero accountability from management. Once realized that the service would take longer than the originally quoted "2 labor hours", I to began question their ability to handle this job. Particularly for this vehicle but I was assured by management that they had it under control and the work would be completed in a couple of days, 2 weeks later and still no definite date of completion.

I was even informed that they were short handed on cash to reorder the correct parts…

I'm a new customer, I brought my 4 runner in on 7/11/2020 for an oil change. When I called for appointment, I specified the truck takes 5w30 oil the girl repeated back said yes that's what it takes. I came in, waited an hour left, and after oil change my truck is not taking off with the punch and ease it should and has always done after a new oil change.

I called the store on Tuesday 7/14/2020 and explained my situation to the guy who answered. He said the ticket says 5w30 I said I know that's what I told the girl and she typed it in on the computer but that doesn't mean that is what the tech put in.

The loud music and carrying on I witnessed behind the glass enclosure as, well as, no masks on the techs I'm guessing they put in 10w30 or whatever they usually use. Not paying attention. So…

Nester & Ignacio, started to fight over a job that Ignacio took that Nester felt belonged to him. Nester started to scream at Ignacio and within 2 minutes Nester ran up to Ignacio”s face and this game got violent verbally and almost physically.

I have no complaint with the manager or the work that was done on my vehicle,but to waste over an hour of my time trying to figure a way to pay for work that was already completed,and have my check approved is completely unacceptable. Not everyone is a criminal,but I was made to feel this way.

I took my truck into your store at 5505 S Cooper St Arlington, Texas 76017 on June 8 to have battery checked and diagnostic test as it was taking me several times of turning the key and getting silence before truck started.. After initial tests they could find nothing wrong so kept the truck overnight to run more tests.

They called me the next day and said they thought it was the immobilizer not reading the key and someone was coming to check and told me it was $195 for a new key I said ok (didn't tell me til I was paying it was an additional $125 to program). On 6/25/2020 I had a brake fluid exchange by Tim, on my 2000 Toyota Cambry. When picking up the car I was told I needed a master cylinde. Indeed the brake fluid was purple. I was try the brakes as they seemed spongy.

Indeed the brakes feel was much different from when I originally came in for service. The service manager Stanton Seller said to bring the car back and he would supervise the repairs. I therefore drove home, however the brakes were almost non functioning with the pedal to the floor.

I said the brakes worked perfectly when I brought the car in for the fluid exchange . With a $ 1,183,000 bill pending I was frustrated and overwhelmed. Why did they they all me to drive home with a dangerous brake system?

I purchased 4 new Firestone All Season BL 185/55R 16 83T 65000 mile tires at the Firestone Complete Auto Care on Jefferson Rd. Y. on 7/6/2018. I discovered 3 bulges in the sidewall of one of those tires on 6/30/2020 after having only driven 22,000 miles on it.

I made an appointment with the above dealer to have it looked at and replaced as clearly it was due to a manufacturing flaw which allowed it to fail. I was asked to leave the car and Daryl the Firestone personnel I talked with, would get back to me regarding a warranty replacement.

I went to have an oil change 06/28/2020 and also payed for my headlight bulb and my running light bulb.. to find out they didn't change either one and lied about it.. I have a light bulb i bought thinking they can use it but they said they have to use Thiers ..

I took a 2007 Honda accord in for an inspection. One issue The inspection required 2 new tires, which I purchased, one of the new tires had a slow leak. 2nd issue - the Honda has a key to remove the tires, Firestone, store # 007277 gave the key to another customer (not my fault) so we were told to purchase new lug nuts and

they will refund the cost (an inconvenience, but we did it anyway) we were refunded for the cost of the lugs, not our time and gas. Firestone had to remove the lugs they put on and replace w/the ones that goes w/they key But the main reason for my compliant is I felt threaten and no customer should experience such a feeling.

I purchased 4 new Firestone all weather radial tires for my 2018 Toyota Corolla in November 2019. May 2020 with only 20,000 miles on tires they needed replaced. At first they dealer "Tire Express" replaced just the front tires and moved the rear to the front.

Drove the car to only experience an extremely rough and noisy ride. Went back to complain and the rear tires were "cupped". I was still paying on the 4 tires that I had charged on my Firestone credit card and then needed to purchase 4 new tires.

I am a 70 yr old woman and I can honestly say that I have NEVER had to replaced tires that only had 20,000 miles on them. Did all the necessary rotation as I always do. I feel that I should be compensated in some way.

My complaint is against Firestone downtown Lincoln Nebraska. We have had multiple problems with them. I left a message for the district manager he did not have the courtesy to call me back even knowing what it was about he simply had the manager from downtown call me.

I have paid off my Firestone account I have closed it I was a 3 to 4 car total maintenance family for 15 years. On the flip side I have nothing but good to say about the North 66th Street store.
