Went online and ordered two tires with TPM kit and balance. Got an appointment date and time for Saturday 8am. I arrived to find the store was opened already which was good.. I went inside and showed them the printout of what I ordered.

They said no tires that brand available. They offered for $20 mote Firestone tires. I accepted. I asked about the installation of the TPM kit and do they clean the rim well as I have had a slow leak since the last place did them.

He said they clean the rim and where the TPM goes before putting the kit on. The tires came 2 hours later and they already had the truck up and tires off. I also got a wheel alignment. When done I paid and went to get my truck, I inspected the tires and found the TPM covers were original, went back in side to tell them they did…

I needed 4 new tires to replace my Bridgestone Turanza Serenity Plus; Size:205/60R16. com I ordered the tires online on 7/20/19 & proceeded to make an appointment for 7/31/19 @ 1:00 pm at Firestone in Cerritos, CA. Firestone Cerritos confirmed my appointment on 7/20/19 & sent me a reminder on 7/29/19.

On 7/31/19, I arrived 15 minutes early for my 1:00 pm appointment. I was shocked when the service rep told me that the tires I ordered had been discontinued; &, therefore, not available. I inquired why I was not notified in advance & why were the tires available to order online.

The firestone in Macon, GA on riverside dr is the worse place I have been to in years. I used many Firestone’s across the country and this has to be the worse place. I needed a new tire due to a flat tire and I have protection on all my tires.

He didn’t pro rate my replacement tire correctly and I overpaid. I dropped the car off on Friday due then not having my tires in stock and my car wasn’t ready until Saturday afternoon. This morning i asked for help, sending a Trow Truck because there is no brake in the my car. He said they didn't. I took the car there for approx. at ten o'clock, now 2 o'clock, no sign. No phone call, nothing.

The man who took over the car did not know what to do. 500 dollar, which shows they the whole brake system was replaced. I also paid a guarantee. I don't like this company, it wasn't the first problem. I know nothing will come of this complain?

Took my car in for new tires, then drove off the lot and next day my tire monitor fault light came on. Called down to store. Was told it will reset just drive it a while. Never reset called down talked Brandon the boss, he said bring it in when it due for oil change.

When I called the next time to set appointment up was told not enough guys working that week so the next week I took it in. Was told it will reset now but again never did. Took it back in and they had the car all day and was told to take it to a Lincoln dealer. I did.

The monitor in the ceiling of my car is broke. They claim no wrong doings on there part but claims he will credit my bill half . I will never go here again. It’s going to cost me over 400 to fix the tire monitor . So wrong

I purchased a new compressor for my 2007 Toyota Camry. the original part failed the first day and had to be replaced. my replacement per the Firestone receipt is a refurb, The managers selling point for the high priced repairs was we only use direct factory replacement parts that are new.

I need answers , is this common place at firestone, is the customer given a lower quality parts because one fails. I have copies of this transaction. I am very disappointed in my interactions, I want the difference back. Are new parts truly used as advertised

I had my alternator fixed at firestone in Lawrence Ma I am not happy with the services my car came out worst with more problems then it had not manager did not have the courtesy to let me know my power steering pump went bad after the removal of alternator when I asked him about it he said that happens when the alternator was removed and exchanged and that 80 percent of crv have power steering bad I advise if this can be corrected he stated come today 7/30/19 before 6pm I left early and I arrived and

Firestone Auto Care Service store #303390 in Mansfield, Texas is absolutely disappointing. I have had at least two separate instances where I have had misquotes and mechanic error to my vehicle. Red flags go up, when each time you go for service there are different individuals working in the store.

Most recently, I called for a quote to have a tune-up completed on my vehicle. Upon arrival, the quote was $200 more than I expected. When asked if they would honor the quote given, I was informed the individual taking the call should not be giving quotes, and secondly the quote could not be honored due to the amount work that needed to be performed.

The individual said "it just could not be done for that amount". The level of unprofessionalism displayed at this particular store was unimaginable…

brought in car for an oil change, was told staff inadvertently drained the transmission, later that day, car not working right, grinding noises etc, so brought back to a firestone. explained the situation, they kept it overnight and "checked it out".

they told us it was all good. could not find ANYTHING wrong. fast forward about a month, car still not working right. brought it to a local shop and they found the transmission more than 4 quarts low and filthy (this is a 4 year old car).

so they inadvertently drained the transmission, but then failed to refill it. brought it to a dealership, they have found the transmission with permanent damage and recommending a new one. All though this process, we have written documentation to support all this, including the inadvertent drain.

For the second time after returning my car after repair my ABS light was on. The first time I returned it and paid. This time I never left. I was told the light was on when I arrived. I was never told are asked about the light while repairs were being made.

This being the second time this has happened I feel there is a service Tech scam going on. upon arrival both times there was no light until after the tech returned my car. after 30 years of firestone I feel cheated and treated very rude.

Took my car in for inspection March 22. I was told brakes were faulty although i had no signs they were faulty. I was told by the store manager(Firestone High Point NC , Eastchester Drive that I could drive it ome and park it, drive it back to get them fixed.

He told me when they checked brake pedal went to the dloor and brake fluid went everywhere. As I backed out the brake gave, my foot slipped to the accelerator, started backing fast, tried to stop but brake went to the floor I pulled the emergency brake as I was told to if I had problems but I hit their building anyway.

after call to tell me the findings I said yes fix ac and wheel bearing, ac was main complaint I was told wheel bearing was bad and dangerous, ok, ok so what happen to ac,was gouted price of 315$ and change and that's what I went with. Had just left and my coworker told me to watch Firestone because they RIP people off.

I lost my only car due to the advice of the manager Brad at the Firestone in High Point NC. On 3/22 took my car in to have it inspected. Was told the breaks were bad, although they had been working fine, no signs of brake fluid leaking, no noises, no lights on.

The manager Brad told me I could drive the home and park it--not safe to drive, let them know when I wanted the brakes fixed--drive it back. He asked me to go out and push the break to see if it felt the same.

I did but told him if I pressed hard it would go down and it wasn't doing that before. He said they had put break fluid in it. As I left he said if you have trouble pull up the emergency brake.

In December I brought my vehicle in for repairs for my heater core malfunction. They said the problem was solved. 01 picked up vehicle drove it home 1 mile away not only did it still have the same issue it was worst then before.

Firestone then told me it was my Head gasket or Engine malfunction and we needed to take it somewhere else, so they gave me a refund for the radiator. 01 to get my vehicle fixed I do not feel this is fair I have been a Firestone costume for over 20 years.

We are requesting a total refund of our Heater Core Service.

To whom it may concern, I don’t know where to begin. H to Florida. The issue that I am dealing with at the moment is. My ac belt that I had replaced six months ago while I was in Florida for the winter. Firestone.

I had my ac looked at by a another garage. My ac belt is currently missing that I had replaced. & my ac tensioner is frozen. My belt is covered by warranty work . I don’t want them to replace my ac tensioner because something else is going to go wrong & the price will be sky high .

I have been a customer of Firestone Store #8273 in Slidell LA for many years. In the last 2/3 years I've spent thousands on repairs to my 2005 GMC truck and my 1986 Nissan 300ZX. This can easily be verified. I've been pleased with the service. My preferred mechanic is Kenny. He is the only mechanic I will allow to work on the 300ZX. Additionally, I have referred several of my friends to store #8273. As soon as my wife's Jeep goes out of warranty I would have used Firestone for its maintenance.

But now I am very disappointed with Firestone and plan to take my cars elsewhere for repair. I will also advise my friends to do so as well.

My Daughter Kristen, went to fire stone Florida Mall in Orlando fl. The complaint was a loud scrapping noise coming from vehicle, They convinced her she need the brakes replaced in the rear of the car, and a bracket had broke on one side creating the noise. 21.

The noise did not go away. She returned to have them tell her it was the front suspension now. Why wasn't this the original diagnostic. She is a single mother that has limited funding. I her Father took the vehicle to another service garage for a second opinion where it was discovered the noise was from a faulty bracket part Firestone had installed in one of her back brakes it was bent causing the scrapping noise.

They replaced again and assure the front end was not the issue. I feel she has not been treated well and over charged…

re store#002410 service advisor Justin customer invoice 206728. I got 4 tires and was told I needed an alignment with cams/wedges, was put off over a month to have alignment machine fixed and get the wedges. made an apt. for 7/5/19 3pm went in and was told by Justin that he did not have the part and it would be best if I came back on the 6th because it would take about 3hours.

Told him to just forget it. I went across the street and got my alignment done, the only thing that needed adjusted was the toe on my front end. The rear and the rear cams did not need any adjustment.

I got the work done at Tread Quarters. Gave a two star just because the tires are good, just shady on the alignment.

I took my car to your Firestone store in Columbus Ohio for all my major repairs. I was totally disappointed in the service department at store number 005-9590. I am a loyal customer at this store and a disabled veteran that is on oxygen.

I needed my air conditioning serviced and let Firestone do the repairs. Still to this day they did not fix my air conditioning. You're triple guarantee on service was not met at all. As of 12 1 mm 18 I have invested a total of approximately $2,000.

Location: Firestone in West Greenwich Centre of New England. Called and I was told that I needed to make an appointment for an oil change, made one for 1:30. When I got there I was told that there was an hour and a half wait!

Why did I make an appointment? Anyone coming in after me had a 2 - 2 1/2 hour wait. 6 days later I brought my car in for an inspection and a repair, they ordered the part 2 days before.

Greetings Y Last week an email was sent to you concerning an individual names John T. I requested for him to send me the specific specs of the oil that was used in my car in 12/2018. I noticed in the letter from the third party many typos and untrue statements.

For one it’s repetitively mentioned that the oil was services in 05/2018. Next my BMW was just serviced 07/2019 For a faulty drain plug and I was not given any documents clarifying what type of oil was used in my car.

I made a appointment for 9:30 am. I arrived early to make sure the vehicle was ready. Maria checked me in and told me it would be 20-30 minutes before they start working on it. It was 9:00 when she told me that.

I brought my car in for slightly overheating (but never going more than halfway), which had only been going on 2-3 days. I was told it would be $409 for parts and nearly $850 for labor. I took it to a Dealership and was quoted $650 for the WHOLE thing, with less than $200 for new parts.

The staff at Firestone was rude, took forever to complete simple things (even with an appointment), and made me feel guilty for not being able to afford that much to fix my car on the spot that day. I will never return.

I am an active duty service member who has had two questionable incidences with the Firestone on Fort Bliss to the effect that I felt they were adding services, being deceptive about services and not telling me everything for my vehicle. I've had an instance where I had an LED on on my vehicle and it was recommended that changing my battery would take off the led error. It did not. When I inquired about it, I got vague answers.

The most recent situation was when I took a vehicle I had recently acquired to Firestone to get a road inspection. I was told that my rear left suspension was leaking and that I needed to change it. Then I was told that they just don't change one but both of them at the same time. The price was over $300.

Walked into the store right before they closed in distress because my tire had popped and I did not have a spare. The store manager would not cooperate and stay open to help my family and I. He showed complete ignorance and no sort of customer support once so ever.

We were also not the only people at the store having problems with the staff. Another family needed their keys to get back into their car to grab stuff and a staff member was unwilling to cooperate and give back the keys until the customer had to beg.

Everytime I think about this I am furious this is my second post. I took my 2016 Dodge journey to Firestone thinking I had a battery issue. I guess they replaced the battery not sure because after I got my car back 5 miles later it was not running again and they damaged my vehicle.

See photo below the battery is hidden under wheel well when removing wheel well they bent the frame of my fender and a screw is missing. main St. Wake Forest NC spoke to manager Travis he would not I called corporate to make a claim regarding the damage too. Horrible......

I requested to have work done on my vehicle 2016 Dodge Journey I thought was the battery. I have my vehicle towed to Firestone 2126 S. Main St. Wake Forest NC on 7/13/19. I thought they would run diagnostics to make sure it was the battery.

I waited about an hour told the vehicle replaced. As soon as I drove the vehicle lights began flashing on the dash. I only got about 5 miles vehicle wont start again. I am stranded with my children that have special needs and I am disabled myself.

I called after getting a flat tire asking if they have a replacement available. They said yes. When i get to the store they don’t have it. I got the tire in another place and it took them 2 hours to replace the tire.

My complaint is about Enrique Origel's extremely RUDE behavior with me. A year+ ago, I took my very old Honda in for some work. I was talked into getting a lifetime alignment package that I paid for. Shortly after getting the alignment package my Honda died so I never got a chance to use the package. So I asked Chris who was the manager at the time if I could transfer the alignment package to my new car (Toyota Prius C) He told me YES.

Today I brought my Toyota for tire rotation and alignment. Enrique was at the counter. I purchased tires from your location in Cape Coral, FL approximately a year and a half ago (Jan 2018) and they are 65,000 tires and I also purchased the tire protection. I brought my vehicle in today 7/12/18 and my vehicle has roughly 26,000 miles on the tires and I'm being told I need 2 new tires because of the thread.

When questioned on why that would be I was told the best they could do for me was $40 off and my bill would be roughly $200. I want to know why my tires arent covered. I had my pervious tires on for over 3 years and didnt have this type of problem!!!

I took my Van for a Brake Job on 6/28/2019. Firestone (6500 Dykes Road, S. W. Ranches, Fl 33331) changed front Pads & Rotors. Mechanic "Carlos" told Firestone service manager that the brake pedal is spongy (Goes all the way to the floor).

I returned the van back to Firestone on 6/29/19. They changed Master Cylinder, Brake Fluid & ABS Hydraulic Unit. Now the van shows four indicator lights on the dash board (ESP & BAS), ABS, Traction Control System Picture, malfunction indicator lamp).

My Cruise Control doesn't work. Firestone told me they will take the van to AutoNation Pembroke Pines Dealership & get my van fixed. It's been 5 days & my van is still not fixed. I must confess the Firestone Managers have been extremely courteous during these issues.

2005 Toyota RAV4 I was aware of a slow right front tire leak. I went to Firestone on 7 July 2019 for my oil change, free tire rotation & spin balance since I purchased this coverage when I brought the tires along with my lifetime alignment.

I thought Firestone would tell me there was a problem with the right front tire since I knew that was the tire that would be low in air pressure since I checked it before I went to Firestone. According to my paper work everything was fine.

Yesterday (10 July 2019) my tire sensor light came on. Indicating a tire was low on air pressure. After checking all 4 ties for air pressure, the right front tire was 7 pounds low. I came to the conclusion that my tires were not rotated, spin balance or tire pressure checked.

We purchased 4 new tires for our Jeep on 11/28/17 at Bauer Built in Albert Lea, Minnesota. Part of the purchase was the promise of free tire rotation. At the time of purchase the mileage on our Jeep was 154,241.

At 157,930 we returned to Bauer Built for rotation, then again at 166,562 miles. Now we turned to 173,00 and called for an appointment. We were told the facility was closing in 2 days. I asked if I could get an appointment but was told they were only there to clean out the shop.

So what arrangements have been made to stand behind promises made as incentive for people to buy from you? Please don't tell me I can go to Mankato or Rochester. I don't care to drive a round trip of 120 miles to rotate tires!

I made an appointment on 7/5/2019 to have the bulb in my passenger headlight installed in my vehicle. I live in Middletown Delaware which is about 30 miles away from your location which is the 2098 New castle ave, New castle De.

I recently had my 2007 Tahoe towed to the Ballytyne Firestone Auto Center in Charlotte NC. It just stopped running on my way to work. 00. I picked the car up after Memorial Day weekend. I noticed it just wasn’t driving right but thought I may need to break in the alternator.

I contacted the office after a couple of weeks and voiced my concern that the alternator was incorrectly installed. They told me to bring it by and they would check. 00 and have it hooked up to a computer, which I did. 00.

Bought a set of fire stone destination ATs with a 50,000 mile tread warranty I bought them from the canyon and Pierce store in Littleton Colorado the guy that I talk to today by the name of Dale and for me that even though I have only for 30 seconds left and only 19,000 miles on the tires there's nothing they can do I've bought a lot of tires from Firestone but if this is how your warranty works I'll make sure I pass it along to everybody else never to trust your mileage warranty

On July 1 2019 I took my car into firestone for two standard diagnostic test, One cost me 24 and the other cost me 99 dollars.

First, I was told that my car would be ready in an hour and it was. But only one test was completed. I was told the second one for 99 dollars will be ready at one. However, it was not.

I then told 4 and it was not. Next I was told to come in July 2 first thing in the morning and it was still not ready. I was told to come back at 1 and it was not ready once again Then I was told to come back at 5pm.

To my dismay the car was not ready. I was told to come back on July 3 2019. I call at 8 and the car was not ready. I was told to call back later. I did come in around 10 and the car was ready. I was so angry.

Took my car to have 2 tires put on. At the Madison store in Alabama. The mechanic replace the tires on the front of the car instead of the back. Thinking they know best even though those tires were good tires.

But the question my husband asked was why change front when back is more important. The back tires were worn and were two different tires and they should have been changed. Well, took the car home not knowing why it was still making noise.

I called Firestone back to ask them to check the noise out. Went back to Firestone the next day, come to find out the tires on the back were the ones that needed changing but the ones on the front was changed.

Why would you change tires on the front when the traction is needed in the back and no auto check was done to even tell me I may need…

I have brand car. Took it for oil change. Mike told me all 4 of my tires were cupped and I need an alignment. He said I needed it right away. We couldn't believe it so I took it to a Mazda dealer They said my tires were perfect with no cupping and no alignment. I spent hours there.

they said they fired the guy who worked on my car. Nothing happened and they didnt offer to do anything. Then my husband took his in for new tires and lifetime alignment and cabin filter. The next day it was blowing out heat.

He took it back and told them and they said cabin filter would not do that. We them took it to the Mazda dealership and they checked it out and said wrong size cabin filter put on and they bent some connections.

We spent over a $1000 at firestone. We have been going there for 20+ years…

On 28 JUN 2019, I went to the 1323 W. Ben White Blvd store location in Austin, TX to purchase a set of 4 tires for my 2009 Honda Ridgeline. The front clerk (Ollie) informed me that it would take about 2 hours to get the tires installed.

He suggested to come the following day and it would be an in and out job. So, we made an appointment for 12 Noon on 29 JUN 2019. When I went back on my schedule appointment the following day, Ollie pulled up two different brand of tires on the computer so I could decide which brand to choose from.

I chose the brand that was bigger and more cheaper than the other brand. Before we finalized the purchase and installation of the brand I chose I asked Ollie if that kind of tire brand would fit my vehicle and not rub on the wheel well.

My family & I have been going to Firestone for over 16 years. But Two years ago One your mechanics passed away at your Ina location causing this shop to go to hell. I was having problems with my car stalling. They Ina shop towed it to your Wetmore location. They found the problem & charged the Ina location for not finding it. Fuel pump.. The Ina shop Kept throwing in parts & not solving the problem! I ended up calling complaining to Corp & getting refunded. Didn't sit well with the Ina store. Ina store called me asked me to bring my car down so they could fix it if I promised not to call Corp again. Mike even printed on my receipt that I promised! They did shady work again!
