I had a tire repair. When my car was returned it noted on the receipt that the lug lock was stripped therefore he did not return the lug lock on my tire. I believe he stripped the lug nut lock and he should have replaced it and he did not.

He also did not replace the cap to my air pressure gauge and I had to buy them. I find this poor service. I have always had my service done at firestone in Florida and California. My car is a 2013 Jeep Patriot and the personnel are kind and helpful but this was not taken care of properly and I am upset.

Two vehicles had brake jobs done. Rotors & pads. One vehicle also had alignment tire rotation & balance. Issues with both vehicles. Had to buy a 2nd set of tires in less the 4 months on one vehicle. Firestone replaced tires but I still had to pay labor. The Buick LaCrosse is still at the shop. Been there over a week. Just waiting. Please call.

The Service Advisor - Doug DeWinter was lazy, rude, unprofessional, condescending, ignorant and one of the worst "front of house" employees I have ever dealt with in relation to technical and mechanical services. His profanity filled rants to his mechanics were in full view of myself and other customers and he also spoke about another customer's vehicle, which was being serviced, in derogatory terms. He should be fired.

Firestone should be embarrassed by his conduct and should employ better human beings.

I called the Firestone on Kingsgate Way in West Chester Ohio on Wednesday 8-28 to make an appt to drop my car off on that Friday morning. I dropped my car off at 7:30 Friday morning. I was getting an oil change, new battery, tune up, Antifreeze flush and fill and a new serpentine belt.

I was contact at 8:50 that morning and was told that the swing bars on the passenger side tire was broken. I told them to go ahead and fix that while they had it. I asked if it was going to still be ready at 4 because i was getting off work at 3:30 and was being dropped off.

I walked in at 3:45 and the car was still being worked.. I asked how much longer and i was told that when they were doing the tune up they broke a valve cover that had to be replaced, they did not have the correct battery, they could…

I'm sitting here at Walmart because I had taken my car in to Firestone for a simple oil change. My coolant is on empty it was nothing wrong with my coolant before I went into Firestone less than an hour ago I have filled it up twice since I've been in Walmart and it is emptied out.

I don't think this is a coincidence especially since I had my car in to my mechanic the day before for service and nothing was wrong with my coolant. The guy at Firestone was not a pleasant person to communicate with but he finally agreed that I'm would not drive my car to Firestone as it would blow my engine he would graciously send a tow truck as well as he should have.

I think the coolant was punctured or they didn't bother to tighten it either way this could cost me thousands of dollars if I had ran this…

1pm appointment and when i came back at 3pm car never moved. They quickly moved it into an empty bay but a few minutes went by and i changed my mind and said i want to go somewhere else. Theg then moved the car around and grumbled as they gave me my keys.

U drove maybe 1/2 a mile and noticed my hood was never closed. Could have been a lethal accident. Worst service ever...

I first off want to start by saying I have been a customer of Firestone for at least 10 years, they have been servicing my service truck and personal cars. I took my 2017 Nissan titan in for tire rotation balance and to check a thumping sound coming from one of my tires, I left my truck with them on a Friday after noon and

said I would pick it up Saturday, this way they would have time to service it.

First thing Saturday morning I get a call from Mat, he said I needed the rear shocks replace and that they are air shocks, my answer was OK let me thing about it. I asked about the thumping noise he said it was nothing, I also asked if the rotation and balance was done he said yes.

If I could give this Firestone a zero I would. I went to the Firestone on Colorado blvd in Denver Colorado in June to purchase 4 new tires. It took a day to get the job done! That was Saturday on Monday upon leaving for work I noticed my left front tire was low, I put air in the tire and went on my way.

That evening I returned to Firestone and spoke with someone about the problem. I was instructed to keep an eye on the tire. Wednesday morning the tire was low again. I returned to Firestone and dropped my car for repair.

I received a call a couple of hours later that the tire had been fixed. I picked up the car and was informed by the manager, Jason, that I had received a “new” tire at no charge. That was June...

Firestone manager sold the wrong size tire, admitted the mistake then said he will refund the money the next day and didn't. Instead the manager said he didn't have the money until after work and would call me and never did.

The next day the manager said to come at noon and will refund the money, When I came to their office, the manager then said he will refund the money back to the credit card within two days, the manager also said he is giving out an incentive for the trouble he caused and didn't It took 4 days to get refunded.

The invoice had the right size printed and the price was twice as much as the replacement. Had I not had the car tires balanced and rotated because of a vibration and pulling to the right, I would have never discovered it.

Hello On Wednesday 8/28 I changed 4 tires on my Chevrolet Malibu 2005 . At FireStone branch at Berkeley Heights nj 07922 and today when I was driving the car to work I noticed shaking on the car with noise I stop and check the tires and

I found that the mechanic how did the work in my car did not tided the wheel lug nut in the two front tires. The mechanic didn’t do his job right and thanks to god that an accident could happen.

I have tar and gravel stuck on tire. I thought I had flat. A person told me you go to Firestone they will help get it off for a cost. I am 60 year old disabled lady. I went in to local Firestone around 1:30 pm, no customers there. All garages empty.

4 guys in office talking finally asked me if I have been helped. No other customers there... " I told him I would pay to get it off. He said it would be best if I just drive it. Well it's still on my tire.

Firestone in New Britain across from Police Department. Took my car in for emissions fix, because it failed. Two emissions values, battery and timing valve. Three weeks later battery dies. 00. How does a brand new battery discharge/go bad in 3 weeks, unless theres a ground somewhere.

Shorting out the battery, or they gave me a bad battery. Same battery maybe. Never change it? Monday morning it wouldn’t start. Good thing I have a booster. So I call them I need to come in so they can check the battery and replace it.

While vehicle was serviced at your store, vehicle was returned was both sides of vehicle scratched thru paint. Issue was presented to store manager. With witness, manager told me "you spoiled Americans... leave or will call police and have you removed from my store", Your store manager is prejudice against Americans and his lame excuse was only to evade execution of vehicle repairs from the damage his store made to vehicle.

Came in firestone In Tucson Az at 3501 Broadway Blvd. the manager was very rude and told me the wait would 6 hours. As I’m looking around the techs are out smoking and standing around with a couple of empty bays.

I decided to wait and then as i get my van checked in he proceeded to inform me that the wait would be 2-3 hours. The wait here is horrible and I wouldn’t complain if the techs wasn’t standing around and if the store manger Saul Montoya Jr wasn’t the rudest person every. Thanks Elisha Carterby

They totally messed up my vehicle. Recommended I buy a battery, when asked if it can wait until a week he said yes. Go to get in my car and the battery is totally dead. now I'm having to pay for a missed doctor appointment, and have to rent a vehicle to work.

I was just at the firestone off of watt in Sacramento, ca to buy a new battery and have it installed today.. i left my car cause they said it would be an hour when i pick up my car and got home i realized that there was the suction cup for my uber sign were on the floor which usually is in my glove box.

And the seat was way back on the passenger side .. so i opened up my glove box and it looked like a tornado hit it.. completely thrashed through. Usually its nice and orderly just incase i need something out of there.

so i looked in my center consoles also same thing.. someone tore through them... what is the purpose of them going though these boxes while it is just getting a battery replaced... i will be going though them when the sun come up and try to figure out what exactly they took.…

The springfield store has the worst store manager ever. Guess his name is jeff. Hes rude. And has no knowledge about cars. 2 and being rude to the guys in the back working on the cars. I dont see how hes even a manager.

Corp office needs to reconsider who they choose for the manager. That why ive always shopped sears. Really wish they didnt close. Good sells people and wonderful techs. I will not recommend anyone to this store if the store manager is working.

The other guys seemed nicer but i had to deal with this guy.

This oil change was performed near the end of November, or early in December 2018. I believe you can access this service record, as well as other service records for this vehicle in your database.

I call the device center, on Wednesday 21 August at 170th and West Bell Rd in Surprise, AZ and made an appointment for an oil change and to have my air conditioning looked at. When I arrived there today at 2:00 for the appointment I was told that they didn’t have an appointment for me.

On 8/13/19 I took my 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan with only 24,811 miles on the dash to the service center at 1751 Airport Rd. Allentown, PA 18109 to have to front tires replaced with brand new tires I provided. After replacing the tires the service tech called me and said I needed an Alignment and I gave the okay.

When I got on the highway going home I noticed that the steering wheel was sitting to the right and the vehicle had a pull to the left. I purchased alot of tires and always paying for mounting, balancing, road hazard. The Mercedes got 2 flats on new tires they said could not be fixed and had to be replaced. So it seems they never put the balancing on those 2 tires according to Susan. Until now I never had an issue except why are these tires NOT holding up?

My Sebring I brought it in for rotate and balance and same issue. I asked to rotate, and balance ignored. The service has gotten terrible. I guess I am a number! Gold means nothing. I have purchased a lot of tires for several cars and other things. The next time I need tires I am going elsewhere.

After spending 500 for 2 roters, brake pads. My brakes still squeak. Was done on a wednesday,heard it on a Thursday and brought it back,15 mins later they said it's good and bam afternoon still hearing the same thing .

I actually went there for my daughter. She had a blow out the other day and arranged with Toyota care to have it replaced at one of your stores. She made an appointment several days ago, they said they fire the tire she needed and they would call Toyota care when we got there to confirm payment arrangements.

When I arrived, they no longer had the tire they had quoted for her. Associate located a different fire that would work, but it would cost more. I told him that he had to call Toyota care and talk to them.

I called your Firestone Store on Hwy K in O’Fallon Mo. on Saturday August 17th about bringing my truck in because I have a nail in the side of my tire. The tires were purchased at this location. The gentleman said bring it in the Sunday morning and leave my truck and they would look at it to see if this can be repaired or if I need a new tire.

I have used the Brentwood California Firestone for yours for my fleet vehicle and F450 truck. I received a new company vehicle another F450 and when it was time to change the oil I went back to Firestone the lady at the counter said that she could not change my oil because they had rules against changing the oil in big vehicles.

I tried to explain to the lady that I had changed My oral at that store for years with my old F450. She said that there was new rules in place against changing the oil and big vehicles. I would like to know what the problem is.

You have change my oil for years in an F450 and now you can't do it if this is the case then I will take my business and my other for family vehicles elsewhere for tires and all changes.

I made an appointment for 2pm Thursday, August 14th to get my spark plugs changed. The man I made the appointment with assured me I’d have my car back that evening, which seemed very reasonable because 5 hours is plenty of time to simply change spark plugs.

It is now Friday at noon, my car has been at the shop for 9 hours now with still no call about it being done. I had to miss work this morning because I was unable to make it. I am a college senior and can not afford to miss work.

I’ll never go back to firestone for any needs in the future.

I had visited your south Academy location in Colorado Springs, CO and spent almost $900 for brake repairs and an oil change. I was told to "take it easy" on my new brakes for a week until they were broken in.

When I drove out of the shop parking lot, I noticed a grinding sound when I lightly placed pressure on my brakes. I wasn't sure what I was from, but the sound was never there. After a week of this sound, I called the location I had the work done and was told that was normal, brakes are still trying to break in.

Today is the 33rd day I have gone without AC in my Van after it was ?? fixed. My file number is 2381665. 00 but I still have no AC and my Van is filthy from the tech taking off the rear inside panel.

I have talked with Simon from corporate, he was on vacation last week. I gave him Monday but today is Wednesday and still no call. I told him I would be willing to take my Van to another Firestone location, but as far as I know hes has not set that up.

I went in to firestone to find out why my truck was cutting off and the oil light coming on so I suggested that I get a diagnostic done to find out why the truck was malfunctioning. I was given a quote of $980 to correct this issue so i paid it and received a call the next day that it was ready.

I picked it up and drove off before i could get home the truck turned off again so I proceeded to drive it back to firestone which brings us til today and I just received the news that one of the head gaskets are blown!!! Arrived at 0745 for a 0800 appointment that would take 2 hours. Services were "completed" at 1129.

1:Three of the new tires were inflated to 51psi - and one to 47psi. On a hot day; these pressures immediately exceeded the manufacturers maximum pressure warnings.

2: The Firestone staff had to resort to YouTube videos to properly reset the oil change warning light on my car.

3: The car leaked oil after the change and upon taking it to a dealership; it was discovered that the oil drain plug: which was a 'Torx' head plug, had been both loosened and tightened using an 'Allen' bit. The one-time-use crush washer had been reused, which meant that the plug did not seal.

4:There were oily, dirty finger marks on the header panel at the front of the hood.

I took my car in to get my alignment done, when it was finished, I drove off realizing it was worst and it was going the other direction. I complained to the manager and he blamed it on Discount tire-Hadnt even seen discount for 2 years prior to appointment.

On August 11, 2019 I took my vehicle into Firestone Odenton MD 21113 for a 12 noon appointment to have a serpentine belt replaced and light bulb on rear brake light replaced. The serpentine belt, I was told on Wednesday August 7, 2019 when I brought my Toyota Highlander in for an oil change that it need had cracks in my current one. Drove my van into Firestone needing a new fuel pump. Then it turned out to need a wireless egnition node also they didn’t tell me about. After a month and a half in their shop they still couldn’t get it to start.

They just called me and said come get your vehicle towed we spent too much time on it. I reminded them I drove it in so now it’s worse than before but they didn’t take any responsibility. I asked for at least a tow to the dealer and a diagnostic at least and they said no.

I called their customer affairs number and filed a complaint. I was hoping to hear from the area manager as promised but instead got a call back from the shop (not even the store manager) with an attitude and of course we got no where although they did tow it to Chrysler.

To whom it may concern: I recently went to Firestone in Mall circle. I spoke with James and told him I wanted One tire, he stated that he couldn't sell me just One tire and I agreed to get Two tires and a brake check.

96 without tax. When I went to pick up the car and pay the bill I was told by Travis that they didn't accept debit or credit cards. I was told cash only. Fortunately my daughter was waiting in her car to make sure everything was ok before she left.

Bought a 2018 Ram with Firestone Transforce At tires 275/70/18 the tires are bald at 14,560 miles, neither the dealer nor firestone will compensate me for the premature tread wear. I have to replace tires after 1 year of use with no off-roading whatsoever.

The tires are the worst I have ever owned I got more miles out of retreads in the past. Shame on your company for not standing behind your product. I will never buy firestone again not unless they stand behind their products.

Which I thought was ridiculous & terrible customer service, mind you I have been a customer for over ten years & bought many other services & merchandise from you but I will not spend another penny from Firestone if this is the way I would be treated as a longtime customer!

IS EACH PLACE IS INDEPENDENTLY OWNED.... SO IT IS NOT EASY TO GET HELP FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE... YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE LOCATION THAT DID THE WRONG... I HAVE ALSO LEARNED THAT EACH FIRESTONE SEEMS TO HAVE THEIR OWN PRICING....

WHAT IS 300 DOLLARS AT ONE LOCATION IS ONLY 200 AT ANOTHER. I AM HAPPY TO SAVE MONEY BUT THIS IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE HAPPENING.... A CUSTOMER WOULD HOPE THAT IF THEY GO TO ANY FIRESTONE THEY GET THE PRICE THAT IS THE LOWEST AT THE TIME FOR THAT SERVICE....

THIS IS NOT THE CASE IN REALITY.... ONE LOCATION HAD NO SPECIAL ON BRAKES WHILE THE OTHER HAD 50 DOLLAR OFF COUPON.... AND STILL ANOTHER HAD LIFETIME GUARANTY ON BRAKE PADS AND THE OTHERS DID NOT.... AFTER 15 LOYAL YEARS I AM NOT WRITING MY FIRST BAD REVIEW AS THE COMPANY I LIKED IS NOT LIKABLE ANYMORE....…

I went in to buy 4 new tires at the Firestone location I’d used many times. But I had a concern about a noise from the left rear. I asked if they would drive my car around the parking lot to give an opinion as to whether they thought it was the tire or alignment.

He said ok and had me sign papers. Then he came back and said they couldn’t listen to the tire unless I paid them to do a full car inspection. I told them I didn’t need a full car inspection and I certainly didn’t want to pay for something I didn’t need. He said ‘sorry.

I can’t do one without the other’. I asked for my keys back. I’ll spend my $500 elasewhere. Terrible customer service.

I brought my 2005 Ford Explorer into Firestone (GCR) on Tuesday, morning, July 30, 2019, to repair the brake booster which was making loud kissing noises when the brake pedal was released.

This is the sequence of events and I still do not have my vehicle.: July 30 -Tuesday determined it was the brake booster that needed to be replaced, the part was ordered and the vehicle was left overnight July 31- Wednesday-wrong part delivered another part ordered vehicle left again August 1- Thursday - Brake Booster was rebuilt by a technician and I drove it to an appointment only to return to Firestone to let them know the problem was not fixed. Good morning On Saturday 8-3-2019 I took my 2001 Dodge Ram into the Firestone garage at the 21427 Gratiot Ave, Eastpointe, MI 48021 location, I told the man at the counter that my complete system is newly replaced so it was completely empty. I explained to him I wanted to have the system vacuumed and pressure tested, then filled with Freon.

The mechanic looked confused when he was done, and very confused on my dash cam in my truck while he was working on it. He said he was done and it was fine, he did not run the vacuum pump according to my video cam and he was done within 30 minutes for the whole process.

Then the man from the counter answered for him and said yes he did, I asked how is that possible being it was so fast? (before looking at my video cam) and the man from the counter…

Had our Vehicles serviced at 135th Quivera in Overland Park, Kansas. Have been customers for decades. This location is very busy. Had Brakes and Rotors done last June 2018. Honda Pilot had been shaking while breaking and took it back in in Jan 2019.

They said we needed new front arms. had that done. It kept shaking, they said it needed to be Aligned, had that done, said it needed balanced, had that done. Now July 2019 driving to Texas from Kansas at high speed Vehicle shook while breaking violently.

Have you had your breaks checked? Told him we had been bringing it in to them to figure out why it is shaking while breaking. He gave a diagnosis over the phone said it sounded like breaks and also said our Breaks were under warranty.

Also said we could go into any Firestone nationwide and…
