I have been trying to contact my claims advisor to know if they have recieved my estimate for my car. My car was crashed by one of the employees at a tires plus. I took my car for an estimate to whom they use.

I leave messages and have not recieved a call back. I understand that there are other claims but at least return a call or email. I also have priorities like getting my car fixed.

I would like for my experience to be documented as this was an extremely unfortunate event I hope to never encounter again. If a customer is ever in need of assistance, I do hope Firestone reps will act immediately when politely asked for help instead of turning to assist other customers and view such an incident as a non priority need for attention.

I called and confirmed with Phil on 9/20 to have shaking & screeching noise checked and rear brakes/rotors replaced. I waited SIX hours in lobby for my car to be completed (was told would be 2 hours). It was recommended to have front brakes/rotors and another front issue fixed then rear done when I can afford to come back.

Serpentine belt changed for the noise. Agreed to have recommended work done. While in lobby; a man sat in waiting area…

I’m a Brockton customer of the Firestone on 126 Warren ave in Brockton for a pretty long time. The service I received the other day from Oscar was the worst. He was incompetent, he was rude, he was very arrogant, unprofessional, he speaks like that to the staff as well as the customers.

How do you guys keep business like that. Where’s Javier, he was pretty professional, bring him back, and get rid of Oscar, if Firestone wants to keep their customers. If I could have giving a zero, that would have been my Rating.

We went on line to schedule an appointment and waited two days for someone to respond no one did so we went in on that Thursday which was 9-19-2019 and told it would be two hours and we made the appointment for that Monday 9-23-2019 for 10:30 AM for oil change and tire rotation.

We brought the 2006 jeep in on that Sunday around 11 AM. So we were told that someone would reach us around 12 noon for an up date which no one did. we called at 2 PM and were told that it would be ready at 6 PM and at 6:25 Pm we called again and was told the vehicle was not ready and

We went in to have our jeep 2006 for a oil change and tie rotation. the first date was last Thursday 9-19-2019 and were told at 10 am that it would be about 2 hours before it be seen but before that day On that Monday we went on line to schedule an appointment but

Hello, on August 30th, 2019 I brought my 2016 Jeep Compass in due to an ABS & Electronic Stability Control issue, on a friend's referral. The two lights came on and the abs brake failed while driving. I explained this to Brian because Gregg, who I was referred to was out. 96!

I'm sure you imagine my surprise that I needed all that from the original issue noted above. There was no way I was financially able to proceed. I informed them I would simply pick up the car. Then the man who referred me, said to get the work done.

He didn't want me driving an unsafe vehicle and would lend me the money. So I told them to proceed with the work. You can imagine how thrilled I was to think I would pick up my car and have the original issue fixed, along with some additional things.

I had my car in for a complaint of wobbling sounds (woo woo woo when driving). This was on I believe Sept. 13th and I picked the car up the next day. Service was done in Forked River NJ. I was told I would need ball joints in the front, a passenger tire, and wheel alignment. 00 for these repairs.

I left and immediately noticed there was no change although I was told this would resolve the wobbling. I called right away and they asked me to bring the car back and they would look at it again. I did bring it back the following day.

They then told me it was the drivers tire, and after asking they agreed to give a tire at no charge. That did lessen the wobbling, although now I have also a massive clicking noise when driving that was not there before.

I thought maybe I would need to drive it…

On 09/18/19 my daughter took her Lincoln Navigator in for service (left front break squeal) and ended up getting a complete break job (front/rear) which she did not need but I believe policy is if you replace one you replace them all. Upon leaving the dealership her vehicle started dying every time she came to a stop.( Prior to this service, she had no issues). My daughter immediately returned to Firestone and was told by the Manager she had a bad diaphragm in the master cylinder causing a vacuum leak and quoted her over $700.00 to repair. (If this was the case then I believe Firestone would not have let her leave the dealership with her vehicle in an unsafe condition endangering herself her daughter and other drivers).

I am a new customer. I signed up for the Firestone credit card and had the car checked. It was discovered that I needed a new battery. I recently purchased a new battery so I went to the store I purchased it at with the printout of the voltage and CCA.

Firestone measured 364 CCA/rated 550 and the place I purchased the battery found the CCA to be 586 and587 CCA on two tests with a rated CCA of 525 which is what the battery is rated.

Back in June I took my truck to Firestone for my brake to be replaced with my lifetime warranty! Lordxbe hold they said my brake booster was out and tha was like 600 dollars I refused for them to fix it because that was not the problem.

So I had someone else replace the right part that my truck needed. When there today to have my brakes done they never look at my truck sit there for over 30 minutes and the guy comes back and said they won't put brakes on until I get the brake booster fix!

I was so mad I took my keys and left how can you say that it's not fix if you didn't look at my truck! This place is the worst and I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB and the company.

All they are doing is ripping people off!

I visited the firestone on appalachee parkway in tallahassee today. Was actually my first time ever in a firestone store. It started out rather normal. I went in talked to the service guy who wrote up the paper and told me it would be about an hour wait. As we were standing there i made a comment as i watched a ciggarette but get flung from the garage towards my vehicle about how people that flick their butts like that really annoy me. the tall thin black man said nothing in return. no big deal.

I have always used Firestone for oil changes & other automotive needs. Yet my last oil change the bolt was stripped & I was told a plug was installed & I needed to purchase a new oil pan. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my oil pan before I took my car to be serviced.

I feel this type treatment is very unfair & the ones who stripped the threading after they replaced the bolt too tight should be held liable for the mistake they made. I also requested the original bolt they removed after the oil change & was told they threw it away.

This is poor customer service at its best. I feel as if I was taken advantage of & not treated with great customer service.

Wanted brakes on the rear of my truck, they put them on I guess. I paid and drove away and my truck was worse. Called them and they said my axle was bad and it wouldn't hardly move. They should have known before putting on new brakes because they are mechanics and not installed new brakes.

I cannot believe that a supposedly ASE certified mechanic does not know how to replace a battery. He (Rubin) destroyed the battery that was already replaced a year ago by this same garage. He apparently did not know there was a "battery hold down" at the base of the battery.

He destroyed the negative post and terminal, broke the battery tray, and the original hold down and the bolt disappeared. I was charged for a new terminal, which I found lodged in the hood latch, because the hood would not close, and that was the way it was left for me.

A loose battery, missing parts, and not one word about what they had done, no explanation. When I checked the replacement battery, and used a ratchet strap to secure it, the positive terminal fell off. It has a plastic cover, and you can't see the…

Before you do business with Firestone be sure to read the complaints on line. Firestone seems to have a pattern and it's not good for the customer. After being told they could not the noise I went to pick up my car.

AFTER I got there I wad told I need 3 new tires. And to make it easy to purchase I was offered a credit card and was told to pad my income so I would be approved. I had requested my fluids be checked .

I December 2018, I changed on my Nissan Versa 2009. All tires for brand New Tires 40,000 Warranty. One of tires consistently loosing pressure I visited same Firestone, Address shown above, 4 times , every time manager inside store on front desk , said my problem was fixed. and every time after service, same tire loosing air. Last week I requested to change tire, by warranty agreement., but owner of this brunch told me, that him personally find out problem , pressure valve, next week same problem. I insist: Firestone must change this tire, in any brunch in New Orleans but not in this brunch. I'm more then 25 Years your customer, but never had problem with such bad service. I went in for preventive maintenance, to maintain my SUV that was running great. since then I have allowed them to try and fix what they did 3 additional times. 4x they have sent me out with an unsafe vehicle.

I want my card to a $0. Balance and for you to pay for the shop of my choice to fix whatever your shop broke. I will never allow your shops to touch my vehicle again. My SUV manual says Call tow truck when brake light goes on.

The store in Springfield tn. Went to get tires rotated and balanced,with alignment check on car. Was told it would be approximately 30-45 minutes. Was as store at 10:45 am and waited for car. I watched 5 other cars be come and go after I got there.

They had put car on rack and removed lugs. At 12:45 pm I told them to put lugs back on and left. I will not go to that store again and will be giving that store a negative rating.

I have been taking my vehicles to Firestone forever 10 years now. I recently (approx end of July, beginning of August) brought my vehicle (2015 Chrysler 300) in to get new brakes and rotors. Within the first week of having the work done, the brakes were squealing badly.

I could tell that something was not normal. It is very hard with my work schedule to keep taking off to keep taking my vehicle back when they cannot get the work done properly. I was able to schedule a day off and took my vehicle back in to get this issue check out.

After dropping my vehicle off, I received a call stating that there was an issue with the brakes (he would not say what) and that they would re-do the brakes an rotors free of charge. I also decided to have new tires put on at the suggestion of the guy I spoke…

I had a appointment at 12:00. At 1:30 my Jeep had not even been touched. Not even one tire had been removed. I came in to get 4 new tires and an alignment. I have 6 other cars and trucks that get serviced here.

I'm very upset because I had a meeting for my business at 2:30 that I had to cancel. Very disapointed.

I brought my vehicle in because it is overheating. It was overheating in late June. Firestone found the problem was a faulty thermostat and replaced it. Now not 3 months later, it's overheating again. Sensing it might be the thermostat again, I asked to have them inspect it to be sure.

I was told the person who repaired it wasn't there til Monday. Wtf, can nobody else see if it is the problem. I wasn't given that option, not even tomorrow. Now I'm supposed to take off work so they can see if it is the thermostat. What the hell?

I dropped my truck off on Friday (09-13-2019) at the Firestone at 5010 Park, Memphis, TN 38117 to get four (4) new tires put on truck. Adam, employee advised, by phone on Friday (09-13-2019) that if I dropped off truck on Aforementioned Friday, then first thing Saturday (09-14-2019) they could get it done.

The store opened at 7:00 AM. I am writing this complaint at 10:00 AM Saturday (09-14-2019) and still waiting for truck in their lobby three (3) hours later. Absolutely pathetic service. 45 minutes to change one (1) tire average time thus far.

On August 23,2019, I had my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced at Firestone in Pickerington, Oh. They rotated the tires. On Wednesday, August 288,2019. I was on my way home, and my front left wheel fell off. I was going 55mph.

By the grace of God, I was able to get pulled over.. Tow truck driver knew immediately what happened. The lug nuts on the tire was not tightened enough. I am highly concerned, and disturbed at how this happened. I went back to let them know, and was disappointed with the lack of acknowledgement.

He refunded me the tow charge and buying new lug nuts. Seems like so little.

EXTREMELY POOR customer service. I took my truck in for an oil filter and oil change with a scheduled appointment. After waiting 20 min they took me vehicle to get serviced and realized it couldn't fit on the normal rack to get serviced.

The front desk employee came and told me that he would have it for another 2 hours to put it on an alignment rack to do the oil change. I explained that i did not have time to wait another 2 hours but if i brought the truck back in an hour would that work.

He told me that it wouldn't work and I would have to wait tell Monday to get the truck in (its Thursday). I questioned why he would keep my truck for 2 hours extra to do the service but couldn't bring it back in an hour that same day.

The manager at the Yorba Linda, CA location, Ben, was completely rude and treated me like crap while I was going through my extended warranty for a service I needed.

First off, it has been three weeks and he still hasn't finished all the required papers for my warranty to pay. Then when I called to speak to him regarding this, he was rude and told me his customers in line were his priority at that moment and I had to call back.

When I started to ask him what time to call back, he make an agitated sound and put me on hold. I have been coming to Firestone for years, especially this location and H he has never treated me this way before and now that he had to help me with my insurance, he treats me like some loser.

On September 7, 2019, I visited Firestone Complete Auto Care (Store #24090) located at 702 Belair Rd Rt 1, Bel Air, MD 21014 -- phone number (410) 698-6135. I told the store manager that I needed them to examine my passenger side front tire, as it had suddenly lost air while driving my vehicle just a few hours prior to my coming to the shop. I waited for approximately 1.5 hours, and, the manger then told me there was no hole in the tire, and, the issue was with the tire-to-rim "bead / seal" simply needed to be re-done. He also said they replaced the valve stem on the tire, just for good measure, and charged me $18.00 for the service (see sales receipt attached).

I've had lifetime alignment through Firestone the last 2 years. I also took my car here regularly for oil changes.

They messed up my alignment 10k Miles ago and stripped the tie rod nut during my last alignment which has caused me to have inner tire wear on both front tires. After I brought it up they still charged me for both front tires even after admitting it was thier fault.

On June 28th, 2018 I had new brake pads put on all four brakes of our 2012 Dodge Avenger along with two front rotors, the car had 63,951 miles. On January 29th, 2019 the brakes were squealing when backing up to brake.

Firestone said the front rotors needed to be replaced again along with the pads. They didn’t give an explanation why they needed to be replaced but said this happens sometimes, so they put the two rotors and pads on under warranty, the car had 76,151 miles.

On September 9, 2019 I took the care back due to the brakes squealing again but this time while braking forward and reverse. I was told that I need rear rotors and pads but not Urgent. I was told the front and rear rotors had overheated.

So I left the same as when I arrived with my brakes squealing, the car had 90,000…

Dear Sir/Mam I have been a customer of your shop/service center since 2006. I have not had any major work completed on my vehicles except for oil changes and tire purchases. On September 8th 2019, I was having my vehicle’s routine oil change and tire rotation at your service station on SR 436 in Altamonte Springs, Florida.

While my car was at your facility, I was informed, by phone, the inspection suggested I have the brakes replaced. Normally I would have my mechanic conduct any repairs, but since my car was already in your shop, against my better judgment, I would let your technicians complete the procedure. You failed.

The customer service at the Pearland location off of 518 is horrible. i have been to that location twice and will never go back again. The associates are very condescending. I waited 3 hours to have my tire checked and then have Destiny tell me i need a new tire.

There were only a couple of cars in the bay to be worked on. As I looked through the window i could see several people on the their cell phones. I value my time and respect the time of others.

Finally when it was my turn to have my car checked Destiny called me to the back to show me that the tire had a screw in it after I had already told her that when upon my arrival. The reason she gave me to purchase a new tire was because my tire had been flat and repaired before and per Firestone policy I had to buy a new tire.

Hi, I am so sorry to write you about your service done yesterday (Saturday, September 07 2019) to my 2000 Honda Civic EX at Firestone Complete Auto Care, Store #282013 located at 788 N Main St, Alpharetta, GA 30009.

I was there for wheel alignment, but was told that it cannot be done unless both Tie End Rods are not replaced. When I told them that the right side Tie rod end and Rack & pinion boot was replaced by you on June 06 2018, then they told me that still the left side tie end rod must be replaced before alignment can be done.

I agreed to replace the tie end rods and do alignment. It took about 2 hour time to replace/repair the Tie rod ends and the technician was asked by the supervisor( I don't know the name of old tall black man) to terminate the wheel alignment in the middle…

To whom it may concern: I am a travel nurse and I work a lot that is why I am just getting around to sending my concern to corporate. My family and I have been customer of Firestone for over a decade and I have never encountered any circumstance like I did on this day.

I brought my car in for a service and before the service was completed my driver door handle was broken; and the technician accused me of bringing my car in with a broken door handle and we had to pay for the door to be fixed. On Friday Aug 30th I went to where I normally get my oil change done, on my 2013 traverse but I hadn't been there since may of 2018 because I had my last 2 oil changes done at Firestone on Washington Ave in Racine in November of 2018 and March of 2019, much to my surprise and the attendant at Scrub A Dub.

the filter on my car was from the last oil change they did for me 15,000 miles ago. ( i don,t even know if they changed the oil) makes me wonder. I talked to the manager and district manager on Friday as they were both there.

they admitted it wasn't a brand of filter Firestone uses and said that there mechanics didn't change the filter and they were sorry. I do have the video from Scrub A Dub doing the oil change on Friday pulling the filter off that had 15,000 miles on it.

Your location on 5390 Atlanta Highway in Montgomery, Alabama. This location is very unprofessional. The young lady here is on her personal phone way too much. I came for an alignment, brake fluid flush, changing of front brake pads and front rotors. m. m.

I purchased a life time alignment for my 2007 Toyota Highlander right after I bought my car. I have had nothing but Firestone tires on this car ever since. I have my tires rotated and alineined every 5000 miles. I get the best tire mileage this way.

That means every time I have this done there is no cash purchase for the company. I use to have my oil change done at the same time. This all changed after I was always being told about there was something else that had to be fixed.

I never have any work done with out a second opinion. After spending time to have this done gets old after awhile especially to find out there is nothing wrong. So I no longer have my oil changed there. This morning I went in to have the alignment done I had to request to be checked out.

I brought my bmw in for repairs. The shop had the car for 8 days. The shop could not repair the car. I had the car towed to ky mechanic. Your mechanics drilled down the grooves on the car. They mechanics then sanded down the axle rod trying to make it fit. The mechanics then guessed and order ball bearings wrong size. I watched them take a hammer and hit a piece of wood over ky wheel trying to make this fit. They damaged the speed sensor in the process. I ended up using a rental car for 2 weeks do to your incompetence. The final bit of incompetency was when they lost the lugnuts. Each tire now has three lugnuts after they put the car back together. I paid $200 for you folks to do these damages.

The incompetence and complete disregard for me does not end there. I call the complaint line. A…

I have been going to Firestone for years been through 3 managers at my local one. Recently I had appointment for oil change dropped car off at 12 at 4 I called the service manager David answered acted like he didnt have a clue lied n said working on it drove by n car was in small place called again 2 hrs later said ready went in and

he said one tire was leaking but they couldn't change it due to my tire,but previously I had same times switch 3 different times. Then I went to sign paper n saw the tech had weak battery as I asked him he said oh ok.

Never again will I visit Firestone at this location. I hope someone will contact me. 864 8651557

09/04/2019 Dear Mr. Gary Garfield I am a regular Firestone Customer and a card holder. I would say I am a pretty reasonable and understanding person that visit your 9602 Bustleton Ave location often and never had a problem with this location until here recently in the past 2 weeks.

I came across as my father could say this fast talking slick young man name Christian that just came to this location and made it very clear this is not his location and he will not be there long he's just there to STRAIGHTEN OUT the store until they hire someone.

I have been going to a Firestone on 9th street and 62nd avenue north in St. Petersburg Florida for the last 5 years. New management took over about 6months ago. Since then each time the minor problem was fixed but NOT fixed. addition several more problems "found". I have an uncomfortable feeling that I am being taken advantage of.
