I have a Firestone credit card on file at the 952 Patricia Avenue, Dunedin store. I allowed my son to use this card for his car repairs. I called the shop before he went in and told them to call with for authorization. I was contacted and told that the repairs would be $952 and change. I did authorize that. After the initial phone calle, it took two days to get parts for the car and my son handled it from there. I was never called to authorize any additional repairs without my consent. He picked the car up on October 16, 2019 and the final bill was $2381.16. I would never had authorized this amount of cost on a car with close to 250,000 miles on it. Even if my son agreed to this, he had no authority to give consent for charges on my card.

I drop off my wife's car for an oil change and tire rotation. Danny was busy with other customers when I drop off the car. He did not have any good customer service. I came back the following day to pick up car.

I ask another guy if they did the tire rotation. He said no. Danny told me that I didn't mention it. I told him that I did mention it. Then he started to get an attitude with me. I have been doing business with Firestone for over 10 yrs.

Every time I take my vehicle in for inspection or Noyle change I’m told there’s nothing else wrong with the vehicle. I just recently took it in for inspection I was told that my oil needed to be changed that the stick was only showing it half full and it was dirty.

My oil did not need to be changed. Last time I went to the service station to get my oil changed I got a phone call saying my battery was low. I did not believe my battery was low but I told him to go ahead and do it.

I dropped off my car after speaking with your attendant the day prior because I needed an oil change. I left my car with them for the entire day from 8am to 6pm. No one called me and nearing closing I went to the shop figuring they did the work as the understanding was that if I left it all day they'd do the oil change.

No one there even bothered to put the work order in. The manger had no idea about the car. They completely disregarded my car and told me I'd have to return after closing if I wanted the job done. I took the morning off work and needed to arrange rides to make this happen which was a waste of any time today.

I took my car to Firestone Complete Auto Care at 15697 SW 88th St Miami, FL 33196 last week when the engine light on the dashboard lighted up. I thought well time for a tune up.

After making an online appointment I dropped the car off and left waiting for the call with an estimate. Hour and half passed and I decided to call back to find out why it was taking so long.

I developed a relationship many years ago with a firestone dealership located 6901 Bandera Road, my family and I have bought $1000s on tire and service there.

On 10/11/19 I called (my Firestone store) ahead asking for an appointment to bring in my Firestone Transforce AT for repair. The clerk indicated that he could get it fixed if I bring it in now, when I arrived I was told it would be 2 hours to repair my tire. When I questioned why I was told that he could fix it if I brought it in now, he responded that he is the one that took the call and that he did not say that. I wonder what he thought I was calling for. It was more important to him to tell me that the life time tire repair and rotation was expired after only 4 years than it was to just fix my tire.

Take my car in to get a couple things checked. Upon talking to them they give me a quote to get my brakes working because apparently its $425 to get on caliper replaced. So I declined the other things that needed fixed because I'm not sure they actually check things they say they do.

I told them I want to get the brakes operational and they said ok. They call me telling me my car is all set and they test drive my car and my brakes are working. I get in my car and the pedal still sinks to the floor and I have to still pump my brake pedal for it to work.

So i was told everything was good by a mechanic and when i sit in the car it's not. I dont know the quality of work that is done here but that's absolutely wrong that nothing was said about it.

On 10/2/2019, we took our truck into Firestone Store #316729 in San Antonio, Texas to have our rear brake pads and rotors replaced. Within a couple of days my wife noticed that we didn't have an emergency brake, which we use when parking on hills.

I took my truck to the nearest Firestone to the location we are in to see what was going on. I took it to a store in Bastrop, Texas. When they took the brand new rotors off, it was discovered that my brake pads on the right side were worn out and the left side seal was leaking.

When I started to pay with my credit card I was told that I could get an interest free card with a firestone card. I question that and the young man assured me it was interest free. I asked how long because nothing is free and he said until you pay it off.

I was amazed but told him let's do it. Well I found that that was a lie, as a matter of fact I'm carrying credit cards that have an interest rate at half of what this is after six months.

I took my car in due to the check engine light being on and they were the closest shop. Was told I needed to replace 3 spark plugs. Ok. No biggie.

Get the car back. Within 3 weeks the car is driving worse than before. Take it to autoZone for a free diagnostic test- which showed that I just needed 2 more spark plugs replaced and that (this is common knowledge in the car world) when you replace spark plugs you need to replace the coils as well.

I recently visit firestone in Biloxi ms right off pass road store number #643599 your technician Bryan got into my car I showed him how to crank my 2016 Chevrolet Malibu he was in reverse ripped my bumper off and breaking my thermometer to my ac while I walking back into the store I turn around to see my bumper hanging ‼️

I was told to drive my car 25-50 miles for the battery to be reset and ready for inspection. I did that and was rudely told it wasn’t ready and to drive it some more. I went back two days later, sat there for 90 minutes to be told to shut up twice and that the car was still not ready.

On Sept 17th, I had a flat tire and pulled into Firestone on Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN, to get it repaired. It could not be repaired and upon their recommendation, I purchased 4 new tires. They balanced said tires and aligned my car.

5 hours because they said they were understaffed. I got there at about 2:45 pm and left at 7:10 pm, after closing at 7pm. While driving home, I noticed that when driving on the interstate between 50 and 60 mph, my steering wheel would shake.

The steering wheel was also crooked. As a result, after work the next day, I drove to Firestone again and informed them of the incident. I got there about 3:15 and left at about 6: 15pm. They placed my car up on a hydraulic rack.

I purchased a set of tires in February of 2018. These tires have been a headache. Every time I come to the Dothan All Firestone since there purchase it has been recommended that I replace this tire or that. I have had 7 of these supposedly top of the line tires. It is getting ridiculous.

I have put 40, 000 on tires that were supposed to have a 70,000 miles warranty. I want my money back. On today came in for a simple repair of one tire only to be told I need to replace another tire.

I own 4 Firestone Firehawk Wide Oval A/S 93V p215R55 17 with under 5000 miles on my 2013 Nissan Altima Coupe. These were purchased under 2 years ago and we only use the car for weekend use which is the reason for the low miles.

Last week I found a nail near the sidewall, the tire distributor told me it was not repairable and I would need a new tire. He ordered me a new tire but told me the tire is no longer manufactured, he ordered me the newer model which is a Firehawk A/S 94V.

When the tire arrived the tread pattern was completely different. I needed the tire so I had it installed, but now I have 3 almost new wide ovals and 1 less aggressive looking tire with a completely different tread pattern.

I bought four new tires from Firestone for my Mercedes Benz that were over $2,000. 700 miles later, both back tires had worn down to nothing and completely disintegrated on the highway between Winnemucca, NV and Reno, NV. The tow truck to Fernley was $500, the tire shop didn't have the model of tires I needed so I towed it to Reno, NV for another $250.

I have always used Firestone for my auto needs. In Las Vegas, NV, Santa Fe NM and recently I moved to GA but work in Aiken, SC. I recently had very poor service plus a complete and unnecessary violation of privacy.

(10/7/2019 at 1307) I called into the Firestone store at 1045 Pine Log Rd Aiken SC 29803 and spoke to an associate by the name of Chris. He said they had availability immediately and could do the full $10 vehicle inspection.

I took my car to Firestone had new tires and rack and pinion replaced. My car has never rode worse in my life then after taking it there. As soon as i left they didn't tighten my rack and pinion up all the way they where closing told me bring it back tomorrow.

They said they tighten it from this day on it still rattles and the front end is harsh riding. I took my car back 4 times and they say everything is fine but it's not. I spent 2400 there only to have my car ride worse then it ever has and i hate having to drive anywhere now cuz my car rides so horrible.

We called to get a tire fixed and was told that the wait was going to be one hour and when we got here they changed the time to almost two hours and for someone who has a baby that is a long time to wait. They lied to a customer on the time frame of how long it was going to be

Order 4 trailer tires. Got up early on Saturday morning didn't schedule any work today so I could get the tires put on. It's a landscape trailer. Long but empty. I spend about $2000 every year with Firestone. They said no we can't lift the trailer.

I asked if they had a floor jack. They said yes but we won't use it to change the tires on the trailer. Manager at Cordova TN location told me he asked the outside tech who said they couldn't do it.

But they told me the 1year warranty on the front wheel alignment was done but as soon as I left my mechanic advised me that the front wheel alignment couldnt have been done either because i did need a front passenger tire so I went.

I've been a Firestone customer for over 20 years. I took my vehicle to the Tucker Georgia Firestone to have them to check my battery because the cables on it was loose, plus this is the location where I purchase the battery and also to do an alignment, from the lifetime alignment services that I purchase also.

Over the past 6 months, I have been to 3 Firestone locations for a complete and accurate, brake job. The first location was on Powder Springs Road in Marietta, GA. They did the original brake job at a cost of $300+.

They claimed they put on new pads and rotors. A week later, the car was making more noise than it originally was when I took it in. I have since visited the locations on S. Cobb Drive and Howell Mill Road hoping to find a competent technician to service my car.

Hello, I have to say I am extremely disappointed with the Firestone located on 5130 N Wickham rd. I have been turned away three separate times for an oil change because they were too busy. On two occasions they were too busy for the next two days and on one occasion they were too busy for the next three days.

Today I needed some hoses and specific hose t connections to be changed in my car that are dealer only parts and they could not change these parts because I had purchased them. Two months back I had a sound in front left side of my vehicle when I go in rough road. , Albany, NY 12206 & they recommend me to replaced the Left control arm of my vehicle. So I get that thing done by them on 07/18/2019 (Receipt attached).

This place ruin my car by checking the coolant and cracked the head gaskets and then had the nueve to charge us for messing up my car!!!! Very unhappy if anyone is thinking about going to firestone DONT!!!! They will cost you more money then you can imagine.

Complaint 1: I took my car(2013 corolla) for a check engine light inspection. Dropped off the car at about 8:30 in the morning. No call was made to me to keep me updated of the status of the vehicle. I called again at 5:30 PM to check the status of the vehicle.

Complaint 2: The reason for the check engine light being on was given to be water dripping into the cabin which was making the O2 sensor give the check engine light. While the diagnosis was accurate, no action was taken to even try troubleshoot the cause for the water leak. Instead wrong advice was given as windshield leak or a fire wall leak could be the reason and to take it to a body shop to figure out where exactly the leak was. I called in on Wednesday for an appointment today at 10. Told them the exact part needed for the make and model of my vehicle. I get here at 9:38 and they don’t take my car back until 11. At 12:30 Wendy told me they didn’t have the tool to do it, so they had to get it ordered and delivered.
