I went to the Bryan, TX location on November 9th for new tires, an alignment and a new cabin air filter. When I got my car back and started driving it I noticed that the alignment was not done correctly and that it was pulling to the right.

I took my car back November 11th to fix the alignment. While waiting for my car employees started physically fighting and everything was unorganized! They “fixed” my car but on my way home I noticed that my car was still pulling to the right.

Therefore, they did not fix it! I’m highly upset that my car is still not fixed and I’ve already had to leave work early once for this and now I’m going to have to leave work early a second time to fix it.

I’m losing hope in this location!

On 9/27/2019 My left front caliper was sticking on my 2005 Dodge Magnum. I managed to drive it to the Firestone store at 4210 E County Rd 466 Oxford, Fl 34484. They said they had to remove and replace the left front disc brake caliper, brake pads, rotor and brake hose.

I was OK with that but then they said they couldn't just replace the left one alone, that they have to replace BOTH front assemblies. That they were required to replace both. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the right front brakes as all parts were just a few months old and it was functioning perfectly.

I was insistent that they just replace the bad side but to no avail. I am a senior citizen and I feel as I was taken advantage of as I could not say no and then take the car somewhere else.

I received a phone call about 12:30 that my shocks needed to be replaced as well, I agreed to have the services done through their facility. While they were changing the shocks they broke four bolts. They used a blow torch to try and loosen the bolts and in the process burned a hole the size of a coke can through my floor board and carpet and melted several personal items.

I received a call that this happened around 3 explaining what happened and that they needed to keep my Jeep longer. On Sunday they did not have a tech qualified to perform the job that needed to be done, so they…

The service at the ramsey street location in Fayetteville North Carolina has decreased as far as it can, putting on wrong parts on my 2007 lincoln mkz, over charging, changing approximate charges to outrages ones. Staff needs to be trained, most needs to be replaced.

Doesn't present a professional atmosphere, ignored for long periods when you entere store area, playing around in working shop area. Old management was much better, knowledgeable, kind and courteous and professional. Would not recommend this group to anyone.

Switched to another Firestone location because I was dissatisfied with the service closest to my house. Made an appointed. When I arrived, double checked regarding the time the car would be ready. The service attendant told me he understood I had to pick up my wife and transport her to a medical appointment, so the work would be completed timely.

I left my cell number and told him to call if there was a problem. Firestone was to do brakes and an oil change. Brought the car in at 9:30, was expecting to pick it up at 1:30. Spent almost four hours walking around trying to kill time. Had lunch.

I was told I needed new tires, after only travelling 18,000 miles on a 70,000 mile tire! The pro rates price was more than 1/2 of the original price! I have purchased several sets of tires from the store at the Mill creek Mall, but never again and I will tell all my friends the same.

I took my 2007 chevy tahoe to firestone to have a gas leak looked at on 11/5/19. they took a running car apart without asking any type of persmisson from me and have now left me with a car that I cant drive or leave their shop and

said you had to fix it there or i have to pay a tow fee to have it removed from the shop. I am very upset. I have no car and now have to get a rental. I have never filed a complaint anywhere ever.

But I am very upset about this and it's a huge inconvenience.

On 10/22/19 I took Lexus RX 400h in for service for an warning light for low tire pressure. Two rear sensors were replaced. 19 the light remained on and I was told I had to take it to the Lexus dealer to have the computer reset.

The dealer had to remove the tire to obtain the code number to rest the computer and additional charge of $127. I am of the opinion that this repair by Firestone should not have been undertaken if it could not have been completed properly.

I am attaching Firestone's bill, the part invoice from Lexus that Firestone paid and my bill from the dealership.

I was traveling in Eugene, Oregon, and bought new tires and had Firestone do an alignment on Saturday. They recommended an additional job - sway bars - and scheduled me for Monday morning, understanding I was traveling that day. Instead of doing the work, Firestone Eugene at W.

11th tells me I’ll need to wait 4-5 hours while they catch up on other vehicles. I was shocked and left. Apparently, an appointment isn’t an appointment at Firestone !

Took my car in to firestone in Sept. Was took it was the brakes and rotors causing the noise and and tires were dry rotted. Replaced those, same issue, replaced serpentine belt same issue called firestone back. Car was pulling to the right and was told it was the road.

Reported it again, was told the tires would be upgraded and the battery light was still staying on. Then told it may be the alternator. Sent to a different location was told the noise was in the dash board and the noise could be from the new brakes and rotors they had to work them selves in but to be careful driving the car.

That was normal and they knew nothing about the tires. The car drives very rough and not a comfortable ride at all. That I would be hearing back from the district manager. I have heard nothing at all.…

I went to the Firestone on 1737 York Rd, Timonium 21093 for an oil change, tire rotations, and the $10.00 check. First, Stacey called me for service recommendation, and I told her that I do not want anything done but the things that I requested. Also, I asked her if my car is ready, and she said YES. When I arrived to the store after 30 minutes, the car was still in the shop, they did not even finish changing the oil!! She failed to even apologize.

I made an appointment over the weekend on the internet with a live person for date of service of 11/4 @ 1:00. This morning I receive a phone call that they had to change it to 3:00 because of their schedule.

I said well I received a confirmation for 1 and that person was rude and said we had to come at 3:00. My son arrived at 3:00 and they proceeded to give him an attitude and said well we will do it when we can even though we had a scheduled appointment.

It was an appointment for a simple snow tire change over which has now taken 2 hours. They were taking other appointment in front of our scheduled and then rescheduled appointment at your company's request and we had to wait.

I understand that ours is not a paying job but that is not right to take paying jobs in front of our scheduled…

Oil change 5 weeks ago at Firestone, oil light over weekend; take to Walmart 11/4, had to sign waiver- NO OIL in car. Firestone caused car to shut down when servicing, Beaver Toyota discovered air filter installed incorrectly. Only form of income presently is to drive car.

Manager, Chris offered to pay for new oil change after telling me oil can escape in other places. If car had blown, who would step in to pay rent, car note, and all other bills?

I dropped my vehicle off at the Firestone located at 575 South Vance Street, Lakewood, Colorado on Friday, November 1 per the gentleman I spoke with at this location (the time was approximately 2:00 pm). He said he would perform a diagnostic test that day.

I told the lady on Saturday when I went in, since the test had not been performed on Friday, that she could have my car all day Saturday so that they could diagnose the problem. I bought four tires from firestone located at 1030 Eldridge Rd, Sugar Land, 77478 about three months ago. a month or so later , two of the tires keeps triggering low air signal. I discussed this with the person in charge at the time while I was getting my oil change.

I was informed that if it happened again, they would replace all the four tires. I was told it could be a manufacturing defect or something. Now all the four tires show low air and I had to keep filling them up with air.

I called the store to make appointment which I had last week. when I showed up after driving about ten miles from my place of residence, I was told that they could not do it because they had cars towed and brought to their shops to make room for mine.

I called Firestone Sunday, October 27th to make an appointment in regards to my check engine light being on. I scheduled my appointment for Wednesday October 30th at 8am I dropped my truck off to the store Tuesday evening with a discussion of what was to be done.

The GM said they would do a diagnostic test and go from there. I asked him to please call me Wednesday with updates. Wednesday my phone didn’t ring once. I had my wife drive me over at 3pm to find out what was going on.

I was told my truck wasn’t touched, due to the fact they only had One certified diagnostic technician and he had been stuck on a car since 7am that morning with a water pump, timing belt, etc. So I make an appointment, I make arrangements for transportation and for what?

My check engine light came on flashing on Saturday morning. I had had plugs replaced with tbelt that my friend did last year from a kit. The other parts have since failed, so I was pretty sure the plugs failed as well.

Told this to the advisor, asked for a quote for plugs. Had your ASE certified emissions shop look at it and they said it was 3 coils. They replaced them, I came to pick up car. Got onto the freeway and the light came back on flashing . Took it back.

They kept it for another day and a half with no update calls. I had to call in. Never had answers. Was also informed the tech left work without working on vehicle. Had another firestone tech diagnose, and now they say it needs new plugs.

For over 25 years, the Firestone at 101 E Sunrise Hwy, Lindenhurst, NY 11757, was my place to go for every one of my cars and trucks. I’d hum the tune ‘The name that’s known is FIRESTONE—where the rubber meets the road’, coming and going.

That all changed roughly two years ago when management change. Mind you, I keep all my Firestone records for my vehicles—so you should have no problem researching my complaint. I bring my 2000 Ford Van (Vin# 1FDRE14L3YHA40360) in for an inspection and new tires, a few days later there’s something wrong with my van.

We usually use Firestone for our oil changes and more recently we aslo used your services for new brakes. On 10/26/19 we dropped our 2014 VW jetta off at 9:30 am for an oil change. After calling 2 times to check the status of our vehicle it still was not completed.

They finally called at 4:00 pm to let us know our vehicle was ready for pick up. We paid and drove home. While driving home the vehicle was making strange noises. When we arrived home we opened the hood to see if all looked right.

It was a complete mess! There was oil everywhere and the oil cap was missing. I called the store to ask what happened and was told by an employee at first that he did spill some oil but they had tried to clean it up.

Hilo, HI location: asked for one tire to be checked and balanced if necessary, and put on spare spot. Then asked for the spare to be put on the car. Informed them that the "spare" was just patched for a hole and balanced so just needed to put it on the vehicle. The technician, WITHOUT CHECKING the balance, removed the weight and rebalanced the spare anyway.

I was then charged for a service that was unnecessary because the technician just rebalanced without checking if it needed done.

Date of service: 9/11/19. I have used Firestone for several years and have been very happy with the service until now. I took my Chev pick up in for lube and oil change. When I went to pick it up I asked them if they lubed the u joints on the drive shaft. There response was, we only do the front end lube only. To me a lube is not complete until all the serts are lubed.

They also charged me $ 38.34. I didn't expect it to be around $ 24.00. That is the going price in the area. I always paid that at Firestone.

I miss the service crew you had before, they knew what they were doing.

Please cancel credit card with Firestone.

Initially brought my vehicle in for an alignment inspection due to some unusual steering issues. This was on 1/05/19. I was told the front brakes where rubbing on acceleration. The tires where also checked along with the alignment. The vehicle was inspected and the alignment work was performed along with brake cleaning and tire rotation. 45.

I had to bring my work van to firestone in Quincy Massachusetts on 2 school Street. The steering column had to be completely replaced. Very expensive. After one week of driving the van after it was fixed, the airbag error light came on which was never on in the first place.

I dropped off the van after giving them a call to let them know and also ask they put air in the tires. TPI signal was on. They had my work van all weekend and never called me to inform me about the airbag error light could not be fixed at their location and the van must be brought to a dealer.

On Sunday, 10-20-2019, i brought my car to firestone on Albemarle rd, store #5925, to get 2 new tires and an alignment. After leaving i noticed shaking and the alignment was way worse. Monday i came back and Ray was a jerk telling me they had made other promises to people.

I already paid for my services and shouldn't have had to come back in the first place. Now im back a 3rd time with Rays nasty attitude again. Hopefully they fix what i already paid for. Firestone will never get my money again! You best believe that!!!

I took my rav4 to firestone at 2361 coors asked them to check the air pressure on my tires. The manager/employee told me to take my rav4 around to the other side and he would check them. He never came out to check my tires.

I went to firestone a couple months ago cause I heard skreeching in the front, turns out I needed new brakes, so I got new brakes. ” So I was like okay that’s fine, we’ll turns out, it make the same noise when it’s 90 degrees outside, and no rain.

So I finally go back in there about a month ago and the guy was like well yeah your car doesn’t like aftermarket parts. We smoothed your rotores out the best we could and there’s no more we can San down so the only other option is to get new brakes and rotors..

We’ll buy the brakes from dodge but you’ll have to buy the dodge rotors... ummm well why didn’t they tell me that in the beginning. It’s not my fault I didn’t know the rotors were bad otherwise I would have got them in the beginning.

Had an alignment done which is a lifetime warranty and new tires put on shortly afterwards. Tyrone the manager said he is unable to fix my alignment so I asked for my money back to get it fixed somewhere else I paid 1200 for tires and by the alignment not being fixed cause my tires to be choppy and noisy per him.

I asked for a refund and he will not give me one. I've contacted the cooperate office numerous of times after 3 months Richard called the area manager told me to go back to the store so Tyrone to make it right I did and tyrone refused again .

I took my 2011 Ram 1500 for a routine maintenance, oil change, tire rotation and alignment on Sept 15, 2019. When I arrived to pick up the truck, it would not start. I had issues with it starting prior to taking it to Firestone, and upon dropping the truck off, I mentioned that I may have a fuel pump problem, and requested that if it was an easy test to please test it. I was told is was an involved test so I opted out. Nonetheless, upon picking up the truck, I was told that it would not start and they believed that I did have a fuel pump issue. Had an appointment to get two new tires mounted on rims at 10 am. Showed up on time. The front sign says open, walk to front door and it’s locked. Called the store because online it says open at 9 am. No one answered.

What is the point to make an appointment if no one is even at the store. With living 45+ miles away this is real disappointing.

I went to the Firestone in Oceanside for an oil change on my 2015 Chevy Camaro. After I got home I realized that it was leaking oil. I called to inform them and they recommended I take it back immediately.

I am not sure why he would recommended that when it was 5:50pm And they close at 6:00pm. This is the second time this has happened. The first time it happened at the Firestone in Orange. I had to drive 40 minutes to get to a Firestone to get them to do the oils change again.

This Firestone is 20 minutes from where I leave so I would have made it on time. My check engine light was on before taking it to Firestone with code P0496. I am now worried that the leaking of oil for the second time will permanently damage my engine.

Needed a patch. They found leak, patched. In 1 mile from the store I lost 12PSI, another 11 by 5 miles. Asked for refund, they then found another leak and refused to refund. I asked to put tire back on and fill so I could leave.

As I drove off, my PSI was dangerous 57PSI. They should have found both leaks when checking my car the 1st time, that’s their job. But wouldn’t refund because the patch they put on was still in tact. As you’ll see on receipt, I spent 1 hr 25 minutes for 1st visit yesterday, another 30 today to be sent away in the rain with an extremely overfilled tire.

I took my truck into the Firestone on W. Clay in St. Charles, MO. I told them that it was slow to start. The truck is 22 years old and has never had the starter replaced. The service tech told me that he ran all the tests he could and that he could not find the problem. He told me that a diagnostician was unavailable to figure out the problem. I left the station and drove to the store to get groceries, five minutes away. When I came out of the store approx. 15 mins. later, my truck would not start. I had to have it towed to a service station.

I am confused about why there are not properly trained diagnosticians and mechanics working at Firestone on the weekends. I guess for serious repairs in the future, I will need to find another place to do business. The AAA tow truck driver told me…
