Previously was serviced at a Firestone for a malfunction brake booster that I was quoted at $667.00. The technician said my brake booster needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the part was too expensive and so was the service. So I found a cheaper brake booster to go into my car and just needed my brake system to be bled. I took my car back to Firestone, and they said the same thing to me the first time. They said that even thought I had install a brand new brake booster, it still wouldn't work because it was not their own brake booster and that a brake booster has to vacuum lines on it. Very misleading information and no brake booster has two vacuum lines, i felt they were trying to scam me.

Then all of sudden within their car, my brake cylinder had malfunction with them tampering with it…

I had a confirmed appointment I set online. Once I got to the Firestone they told me I could not be seen until Thursday. Today is Monday Dec 16, 2019. The appointment was then cancelled by the Staff at the Firestone store.

Visited your Firestone location located @ 10750 Saint Charles Rock Rd. Ann MO. 63074 12/15/2019 for a wheel alignment. Arrived early in case of a line @ 8:00am & there was 1 young lady @ The Door awaiting personnel to open the establishment.

As I exited my vehicle exactly 3 people were in line ahead of me as Firestone personnel "Ashley" unlocked the door to let us in. While standing in line an African American man made snark comments of being "On The parking lot" before everyone in @ which the gentleman in front of me (#3) Didnt take to kind.

I have been loyal to this store for the past 5 years with great service. had to wait several minutes for the door to be opened. Mike proceeds to be rude to my guy and I because we are “late” and now we are on “his time”.

I was told that “Mickey” has things to do”. I let Mike know that I came as soon as I was called. He apologized but then said I know you were eating next door and I know you wouldn’t want to be interrupted. Rude!

I was not next door eating, I got an Uber ride home until notified. Bad experience after spending thousands of dollars at this place.

I have been with Firestone since 1998 at three different locations. Last week I hit a curb. WEnt to one location I've been with since 2009. Made my appointment for 10 am. Waited until 11:30 for my car to go up on the rack.

I hit a curb and needed that one tire area to get an alignment. Then they let me know I had a neil in the center of a tire. Instead of warning me of the danger , they let me drive off in this condition.

I'd like a compensation for this work I need now done. Gas prices are high. I have to make a return trip. My time is limited. 6188

Over last 2 1/2 weeks I have made 3 appointments 1 over the phone with Kyle Contrino and 2 times in person. The first time I brought my car in Kyle had not entered the appointment in the computer and I was sent home. The 2nd time I purchased tires and made another appointment. My check engine light was on, and I was told my car was safe to drive. When I came in the 3rd time again Kyle did not enter my appointment in the computer. My check engine light was not an insignificant item.

I have been a customer for over 10 years at this Firestone location at Elmridge Dr. Rochester MY. This is extremely unprofessional way to do business and I will be looking for another place to take my business in the future if associates like Kyle work for your company. He is abrupt and not efficient.

Took my car to Chippewa location to resolve a tire problem. Dropped off 7:30 am. Called at 12 said it was next. Showed up there at 3 car not started. Took my car & left. I am done with firestone!!

Very Bad Customer service invoice 201010 in reference to invoice 155720 dated 07/25/2014 talked of excessive wear on tires tread depth LF4 RF3 RR5 LR5 asked about adjustment tires were installed 84,532 miles today 113,876 miles that's 29,344 miles used to date. THOMAS informed me tires are bad dry rot and over the 5 year rule.

Invoice 197676 7/14/19 with 111,887 miles state inspection & alignment no comment of dry rot cracking or low tread that's 1,988 miles ago & 4 months ago. 56 NO HELP with any ADJUSTMENT. 00 . I went into firestone for oil change tire rotation and battery issues they checked the car out and said I needed a new battery and the brake fluid was contaminated. They fixed it but when I drove it , started to smoke and have a bad smell.

I called them they said bring it back in . Before they looked at anything they told me there was oil all over the alternator. which would result in a new alternator. Now my car is smoking and has a horrible odor along with a burning smell.

They refunded me the money for the work but has left my car in really bad shape. My car had battery issues and that it! now I cant even drive my car.

February 2019 Bought new battery for 2012 Dodge Journey they didn't put my bumper back on correctly. June 2019 battery died had to pay $125 cash to have it towed to Firestone 491 Jackson Street Saint Paul,Mn 55101. 99 for the care care check they did.

Now its December 2019 and the car had to be towed and the battery died now they charged me $50 for the labor because the battery was still under warranty. 99 and now the $50 labor. , Angry in Saint Paul and they rude and think they know everything about cars but nothing about customer service. My sister had took her vehicle to Firestone at 3425 50th Street in Lubbock, Texas to get a front and rear alignment. She had a blowout a few months later and took back her vehicle to Firestone to get another look at her alignment.

They told her it wasn't an alignment issue it was a "tire rod issue". " This vehicle has never been in an accident or had any problems with an alignment, so now her vehicle is damaged and we have to pay for an body shop to fix the frame.

Firestone admitted they were wrong in the service log by stating "no camber adjustments in rear, did not communicate that last visit" 12/11/2019

I had shocks & struts repaired car is worse than before took car back over 10 times honestly they say I need other things got those fixed maxed out my Firestone card doing so still not running right. Took my car to dealership said need shocks & struts because they where put on incorrectly they even sent a diagram on how they supposed to be done to Firestone.

Leaves you sitting and wondering what’s going on and then states well thats too bad. They tell you everything in order to sell you a set of tires but Then honor nothing in providing service.

I got a flat tire and took my Volvo v 70 to Firestone located at 8595 W 135th St, Overland Park, KS 66223 They asked me if I had an appointment with them. I said no and all I need is to put the spare tire on.

They said it will be done between the jobs and I waited there for more than an hour and nothing happened. When I asked the manager if it will be fixed soon. He was so rude to me and said that there are cars here waited for the past two days and I have to wait for as long as it takes.

I asked them to cancel the order and called AAA. They arrived in less than 20 minutes and fixed it in 10 minutes. I don't recommend firestone and will never have any business with them.

I don't usually take the time to complain but I feel that this should be addressed. On 12-05-19 at 8:17am I called in to price and order 2 tires for my 2006 H3 . I was told by the service tech the tires would have to be ordered and would be there at 1:00pm.

He said I could drop them off anytime. I let him know I would just bring them at 1:00pm. So I could arranged for a ride. I walked in at 1 as scheduled. The tires were not there. So now I wait.

At 3:00pm still no tires. Nobody knows why. I was assured by the tech they would be in by days end. I then called back at 5pm to see what exactly was going on. At this time he said he would make some calls and call me back.

The tech calls back to tell me no more deliveries today my tires would be here at 9-10am Friday.…

I purchased a 2017 Honda Ridgeline in November 2017 with 4 firestone destination tires---to date I have 3200 miles on the vehicle---showing low pressure on my right rear tire I stopped as soon as possible at a tire repair shop---not sure if I would make it to a firestone store 2 additional miles away---A sidewall leak was discovered on the tire and I was told it could not be repaired----feeling the inside of the tire there was no noticeable damage---most likely a DEFECTIVE tire given there were only 3200 on the tire. I honestly do not recall hitting anything while driving---a replacement tire cost me $180---an expense I was not ready for given the age and mileage on tire.

I contacted by phone the Firestone branch on Riverside Drive Macon Georgia on Sunday December first . I asked the manager if Firestone would change tire valve. I was told yes and the cost will be around 20 dollars. I left my Dodge Liberty there shortly after.

I was called later that the cost is over 90 dollars. I went there and I was shown the price on the computer screen over 70 dollars. The manager called me Ali and I corrected him that name is Dr. Ahmadi.

I paid around 95 dollars over the valve that I was quoted 20 dollars. When I saw my tire it was a cheap valve not a metal one I had. I got upset and told the manager that I feel being ripped off.

I bring my car to firestone for all my tires and service. They have been very unscrupulous lately. 6 months ago I brought my Buick in because coolant was leaking. They wanted 600 to fix. A friend tightened the clamp on the hose and it was fixed!

A few months ago I brought in my wife’s traverse for something leaking. They said it was oil and transmission fluid. They wanted 1000 dollars to fix both. Another mechanic fixed for 10 dollars for a clamp!

I am thinking of suing if I don’t get satisfaction. I live in anaheim. The station is on Chapman and brookhurst

Let me know what you plan to remedy this

During a brake job tech lost a center cap to my custom wheels ,after calling Mgr. I was advised to bring veh. to shop and they would take a picture and notify me when they found same. After no calls from shop I then e-mailed corporate with complaint, now almost two months later , no contact from local shop or corporate , an e-mail would've proven to me that you care.

The shop is located on west kennedy blvd. ,and we have been loyal customers for over 12 years. We have serviced all of our vehicles there and even sent our son and other relatives and friends . Let's see if we can clear this up please.

I needed one of my tires patched due to having a nail in it. So due to how close it is to my apartment I decided to take it to this location. I didn’t have an appointment and it was the two days before thanksgiving so I had to leave my car overnight.

I picked it up the next day and rushed home to do errands in my wife's car. I drove it on Thanksgiving day and noticed noticed damage on the font passenger bumper. Scapes and cracked with yellow paint embedded into the bumper.

The same yellow paint that they have on their concrete safety bollards they have in each bay. I called and asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold several times and never spoke to a manager. I will never go back here and let all my friends and family know to never go to Firestone again.

Problem= Drivers door damaged. I had an appt today at 1pm at the firestone on 5499 High street, Columbus OH. to get a set of 4 tires put on which i did. When I checked in I told them that I had a brand new tire on the right front that I needed put in my trunk.

I also told them I had to move some stuff from the trunk to the rear seat so they would have room to which I had to open both rear doors. After my tires were put on, and an alignment check was done, I paid with my firestone credit card and made it litterally half way to my car and saw the damage it was that obvious.

I imediately turned around and reported the damage to Zack whom I am assuming was the manager on duty. We both took pictures of the damage. Its looks as if the door was opened and hit something with an edge.

I am a driver with Lyft and I rent a vehicle through hertz. There is a contract for Firestone to service these vehicles. On Monday November 25 the brakes in my car went bad. I took to the Firestone store at 18701 East Hampden Ave in Aurora Colorado.

They told me on Tuesday November 26 2019 they had the parts for my car and it would be fixed by 3pm Tuesday November 26. I went in on Wednesday morning to pick up my car. It was still outside covered in snow.

When I inquired about the car being fixed they told me it needs to "thaw out" 1st. The bay had maybe 7 or 8 empty spaces and only a couple vehicles inside. It was NOT busy. Now they tell me it will be Friday November 29 before it is repaired.

I pay hertz $246 a week to rent and use this car for work. And now I am losing a lot of money.…

I had an appointment to get my oil changed on 11/22/19 @ 4pm. I went in, and checked in. The lady at the front informed me that they discovered a nail in my tire and it needed to be fixed.

She also informed me that my tires needed rotating and balanced. My tires are new I just got them earlier in the year. 00. 00. I told her I would get the tire fixed and wait on the rotation and balance, They fixed the tire and changed the oil.

When I paid she didnt wait on me, a gentleman did. 00. 00. 00. I stopped going to Firestone for this very same problem in the past, saying it will be one price and charging something different at check out.

I had a radiator done about three months ago, I told them it was not right it was making odd noises. But they were making nothing of it they look over it and said it was good. I was so mad when I got in again and it was still there.

The job they did on my car was terrible but I was so mad because they made little of it. So it was all most $900. And not right. I was in need of tires. Not by necessity rather by choice. Front right tire had some wear on the edge but still had 7/32 tread. Other three was fine. I had considered Firestone tires. Going back to my last experience with Firestone April 2019.

I went to the Feasterville PA. location for inspection. 00. (REALLY)? I declined yet my vehicle was passed for the inspection. This made me question the tactics and ability of the Firestone team. If I needed a front end how could I legitimately pass inspection?

I went to a local mechanic and expressed my concerns regarding what I was told and still passing inspection. I asked the mechanic to reinspect my vehicle. He also passed my inspection. He debated me needing front end replacement rather a simple alignment. 00.

About 2-3 weeks ago, I went to the Firestone in Scottsdale for an oil change. It is in our neighborhood and we have been taking our 5 vehicles there for the last 15 plus years.

A few days later, there was a metal grinding sound coming from the front of my Lincoln navigator. It made that noise when I would initially start the engine. When I would put the gear in drive it would go away. It didn't interfere with the driving. A week later, one of my Firestone tires burst on the freeway. I was very lucky I didn't get hurt. They ordered another tire to replace it. It was only one year old. I was using Bridgestone Firestone (store #009407, invoice 231579) for over 18 years. Mostly for Lifetime alignment and tire services. Yesterday I received the worst service ever. On 11.22.2019 I took my car to check the alignment. Usually Firestone informs me of any suspension problems before they touch my car and do any adjustments. This time they were completely quiet despite some front end noise what started when my car started to pull a little to one side. Firestone 180 n northern way, york pa. I was told the price would come to $900, once all the work was done it turned out to be $1400. The job kept being pushed back and was finally done a week later.

I sat in the waiting room for two and a half hours when I was told it would be done just for them to say it wouldn't be done tonight. I'd like some money back because this is the most ridiculous experience I've even had at a car shop.

Visited Irving Texas store at Irving Mall 2 weeks ago to get a tire checked that continues to loose air. After 2 hours tech aired up tire pressure to 60lbs but after that length of time I asked him to jus t put my tire back on because I needed to leave.

My tire was put back on with 60lbs of air pressure and another shop verified it for me 2 weeks later. I feel the tech did it on purpose because I complained. I could have had a blow out on the road.

My complaint is as follows: I went to a local Firestone shop in my area on 11/16/2019 for an oil change. I was charged for an oil change, but there was not oil in on my dip stick on the 11/18 when I checked it. I have no way of knowing if the filter was changed or not.

I also went to the shop on 11/16 for a tire rotation and to my understanding that comes with putting air in the tire as needed. From what I can tell, air was put in my tire. I couldn't confirm that the tires were rotated.

On 11/16 I also asked for a new battery. The battery that I wanted replaced was corroded It appears that a used battery from somewhere was cleaned up and possibly even charged up and put on my car. The battery is definitely not new.

after nearly 30 years of patronage to firestone i am truly disgusted and finished. my daughter was lied to in the store at 202 cascade in Colorado springs colorado. she was told in was "store policy" and "state law" that Blizzak tires had to be sold in sets of 4 only due to "safety" reasons.

when i first contacted the complaint department Thomas took my call and did and excellent job. he contacted the store and they told him the same story about "state law". Thomas goggled that while we were on the phone and agreed that he could not find any "state law" IN colorado that required the application of 4 tires at one time.

We went to the stone on 22nd street in West Des Moines for new tires on my sons truck. I receive a lifetime discount of 25% because my husband worked at the Firestone Plant in Des Moines for 17 years.

After the big strike in the early 90"s my husband went back to work and hated working there again. My husband died 9/5/95. My kids and I have used the lifetime discount and I receive a pension check each month.

Cody Wade, who is suppose to be a manager was very rude. He quoted 4 new tires to my son at $547 over the phone when my son told him I get a discount. We dropped the truck off at the store to be worked on.

First off, I wanted to say that I have been going to Firestone as long as I have been able to drive. My dad introduced me to your store due to the customer service and fair prices. Thus, I had always held Firestone (and Bridgestone by extension) in high regard. I recently moved to Denver, CO for my first full time job following my college graduation. This is the first time I have owned a car outside of a family sharing context. I decided to go to Firestone because it was the closest service center to my address, and I knew of the quality and reputation of the brand. Schedule an appointment (twice now) and both times have be told well we have other appointments ahead of you. It’ll be a few hours before we can get you in. Says in appointment email that if there’s any delays or problems with your appointment “we will contact you personally” showed up ten minutes before appointment and was told I didn’t have an appointment after driving thirty minutes to store.

fuel pump quit had it towed late night to Firestone It sat out back for day - when it was put in a bay to check out that mechanic got sick. I understand things happen. It sat another day. within 12 hours of having this car towed in, my other sons jeep stopped in a similar fashion.

Had it towed to same place. It has been 3 days now sitting in the back lot waiting my turn while they are getting more customers than they can handle in and moving ahead of me in line. This is bullshit. 00. this if fine.

I took my car to Firestone in Winter Haven, Florida . 590 Ave A SW, Winter Haven, FL 33880. I was told I may need a oxygen sensor replaced . Firestone somehow confirmed that’s what I needed and replaced it for $324.

I drove my car 15 miles and the check engine light came back on. I took the car back the next evening and the guys checked it out and several different codes popped up . According to the guy at the store on Wednesday evening 11/13/2019 , he stated my car may need a throttle body and that, that may have been the issue before hand.

My daughter and I recently brought a car in for an oil change it was noticed that it needed a tie rod. She got quoted for a tie rod and it was for about $453 which included $66 for the part and 3 hours of labor of $350 and taxes.

We ended up going to a small mechanic someone recommended and it cost us $26 for the part which I can understand he got for cost but it only took one hour and he couldn't believe they quoted 3 hours. Your company is constantly overcharging people (mainly women) saying that jobs will take hours to complete.

On July 25, 2019, my wife was on a trip about 220 miles from home. Her brake light went on. She went to Firestone in Detroit, at 14595 Livernpois Ave, Detroit, MI, 48238, phone 313-861-5500. 77. What is problematic about this, however, is that there are several issues my mechanic discovered, once she returned to home.

First of all, the work order indicates charges for new calipers (and of course labor for that work). The issue? This Firestone location merely spray painted my old calipers. Thus, my wife was charged for 4 calipers at $190 each, plus labor of $350.

I visit this Location as I have recently Purchased 4 tires for my Lexus, So I wanted to try them for my BMW and I took it in for High Speed Balance on 11.07.19 I told the service adviser that my Vehicles shakes at speed of 55 and up, also need an oil change, ask her to check the Alignment as well.
