Hi. Took my GMC Yukon to Firestone in Brick, NJ on Monday January 20, 2020 to get a wheel alignment. When picked up car 1st time steering wheel not straight and traction light was on. Brought it back. When I picked up 2nd time on the passenger side there was a scratch from front passenger door to the back passenger door and another scratch just below top scratch on back passenger door.

Went inside to let employee know, he came out saw it, went in to get some kind of cleaner, tried to get off, didn’t come off. Called police. Police officers and Kevin the manager looked over tape and then police officer came out said nobody on outside hit the car.

Police officer said there was no scratch visible on tape so we asked to see tape. Went inside and Kevin the manager, 2 police officers and…

IHAVE 2016 CIVIC EX WITH SENSORS- I PAID 200 DOLLARS FOR LIFETIME WARR 3 YEARS AGO. QUITE A FEW FIRESTONE SHOPS DO NOT HONOR THE WARR. DUE TO OWNERSHIP- OR NOT OWNED BY FIRESTONE. 00 FOR WHEEL ALIG. AND WHEEL BALANCE.

I NEED TO PAY 71 DOLLARS FOR BALANCES OF 4 WHEELS. THEN MANAGER CORRECTS HIMSELF. THEN I WAS TOLD THE ALIG. MACHINE IS NOT UP TO DATE TO DO ALIG. BECAUSE MY CAR HAS LANE CHANGE SENSORS- CAMERA. - IS OF CONCERN TO SHOP.

I brought my truck to Firestone Auto Complete 6901 N. Durango Las Vega Nv for a inspection and a frontend alignment and they charge me $200 for lifetime warranty on the alignment I took the truck home it’s sat there for a few days before I took it out for a drive.

A few days latter I got in it and took it across town to check it out I took it on the freeway got up around 80 miles an hour I took a exit to get off on Flamingo and few miles on the street there was surprise the steering wheel was ripped out of my hand hurt my thumb - sparks were flying everywhere I slow down got out of my truck after it stopped to see that the front tire on the passenger side had buckled underneath the truck two other cars had stopped with me they were Checking their cars for damage because when my truck tire…

The firestone in Kingsville, Tx is the worst Firestone I’ve ever been to. This is the second time going in 2 years and the whole experience is awful. Even when receiving and having an appointment scheduled, you take the time to go in and they don’t have this working or that working, or they just don’t have anyone there who can do that service.

I mean everyone should know how to do everything up there excluding the clerk. I’m assuming people just deal with it, due to the fact that the next firestone is an hour away. This store just needs to be closed down, or a dramatic improvement of the entire place needs to be done.

I’ve been a customer and have many vehicles under Firestone, but after dealing with these guys 2 years I’m having second thoughts.

We have been trying to collect a past due account from your Davenport, Iowa location for over 90 days now. Every time we call they say that payment has been mailed which hasn't been the case. Yesterday we had called and talked to store manager (Mitch) again and he said that he didn't have time to take care of this. So today we are going to turn account over to collection agency. These were for parts purchased on September 25,2019 for the amount of $63.30. I don't think this is how you want your franchises to treat other vendors.

After spending literally thousands of dollars on car repair and service at Firestone I discovered they had seriously damaged my car and never told me about what they had done. In this case, they had sheared a bolt off for the air intake and cracked the inner and outer timing belt covers by over tightening the bolts.

mechanic being dishonest and apparently not qualified to do the work paid for. As if the above damage wasn't enough, they've also damaged the suspension and once again failed to tell me that they had screwed up yet again on my car.

Firestone mechanics claim there are no specs for wheel alignment on my vehicle - according to the invoice - when in fact there are in virtually any car repair manual for my vehicle. Now I have a failed Firestone tire that the inner tread literally…

worst service i ever recieved in my entire life. Eugene couldnt sell ice to an eskimo. Acted like he was put out by doing anything and sat out in the garage while customers waited in the lobby. I brought a tire to be re sealed .

Eugene said he would try to fix it but probably couldnt. So after he told me he couldnt i asked if he could sell me a couple new ones. I told him what size I wanted just rreal short said he doesnt have them but did not try to help me out getting another pair at all.

Piss poor service and sales ability really hes your manager pathetic purely pathetuc . Will never spend my money at firestone again. Never

Bought tires at my local store, (Lockhart, Texas) and had to get the cheapest because that was all they had on hand. No offer to order them for me. On promise of a $25 credit on my purchase I took out a credit card.

When I got the bill there was no credit for $25. I tried to call and was on hold for over 1/2 hour before anyone even picked up, then tried to call the store and got no answer. So I went down to the store and when I finally got someone's attention I was shamed for not knowing that Firestone and their credit card company are two different entities and that was a store credit, etc.

Obviously I did know and I obviously don't care about the corporate organization, I just want good customer service and I want it gotten right THE FIRST TIME. The mistake was their fault, not mine,…

Gladis Lang,went to Firestone on 45 and monroe. She had a oil leak they fixed it in 45 min,I have no problem with that but it was pressure washed cleaned up and still leaking.she went back the next day,they said a screw was left lose,its tight now,there is no more leak.the leak never stopped.there saying now she have other leaks different spots. I came in for my tire rotation and subsequently was told I need both axels and that their were torn boots for my VW Eos that was leaking grease. I immediately went to VW dealership where I purchased my VW and have had it serviced from inception to learn their estimate was not only incorrect but was not complete in their hard copy work order #023562 that I received. They axels were not damaged whatsoever In addition their was rope around one of the axels which was not disclosed to me. Hi I am filing this complaint because this is not the first time. I have been getting both my cars service at firestone located at 3809 Duke St. Durham Nc 27704 and I schedule an appointment but it never work out and they are always behind.

I understand sometime things happen but this happen on every occasion. Today i was just feed up I had an appointment for a simple oil change at 2 oclock but they called after four talking about a screw on the oil pan was script and I would need a new one.

Firestone is the only place I get my oil changed, so if it was script the mechanic did it on my last visit or the one who was working on it today and that is what really took over two hours but the oil still couldn't be change. My vehicle would not start, so I jump started the vehicle and drove it around the block until the "check system charging" indicator comes on. So I drove it straight to Firestone branch located at 2424 N. Greenwhich Rd. 67206 Wichita, KS.

to have it inspected while the vehicle was still running. But the customer service person ( Sam Robinson) said they are full for the day and said he thinks its an alternator issue after I've told him the issue with the vehicle and quoted me 4 hours labor and part totaled $844.

I bought a brand new jeep compass the tires have a little over 5000 miles on them. the drivers side front has a goose size egg on the sidewall of tire that just came up today. 52. these are new tires that came on new jeep, if that's the way their going to do I don't want any more of them.

I shouldn't have to pay for a new tire when these are new.

Took my Toyota to be repaired for a fluid leak. I was told it had a problem with the power steering pump. I told them to replace it with a new one. They finished the car and gave me my key , I started the car and heard a whining noise. That was unacceptable.

So they kept the car so they could make other observations. Then they told me I needed a new rack. They replaced the rack , and said I could pick up my car. Went to get my car and after driving for a few minutes it starts to make whine noise.

I'm not happy with it. They don't know how to fix it. What should I do?

I purchased a lifetime rotation package with my set of new tires. When it was time to rotate them, they rotated and said they balanced the tires. I had to drive over 300 miles on the unsteady and bumpy steering wheel to a funeral the next day and did not notice them until I got on the freeway.

Once I got to my destination, I had a different Firestone shop balance at least the 2 front tires and found one tire was off by 2 ounces.

I've been doing business with Firestone for the last 12 - 13 years I come in today to get tires for my 2018 Ford Explorer. Kellogg store was only trying to offer me one line of tires, that I don't want..

I find this ridiculous and unprofessional! I spent thousands of dollars here! They guys not trying very hard to take care of somebody whose support of your business! I want some tires for my Explorer it someone cannot help me out in the next week or two I will no longer do business with Firestone.

I want the tires that I choose for my vehicle not the stores choice also I mean the amount of business I've done here I would expect a phone call

Total untrustworthy establishment. Not my first complaint with same manager as he always set blame on the clerk. I purchased a life time alignment with Firestone andI always request an alignment report. Shop manager and mechanic walked into lobby for after requesting a realignment, total intimidation.

1st report showed car was adjusted and aligned. Schedule alignment again because the car still pulled right. 2nd report showed alignment was way out of spec before and after. Shop manager basically said this was the last time alignment can be done essentially ending the service contract. huh??

Interesting it wasn't brought up the first time I was there. Felt bad for the clerk, manager pinned blame for not letting mechanic know car pulled right??

I made an online schedule for Thursday January 2, 2020 to have my tires rotated and wheel aliment but had to reschedule the appointment.. I contacted the East Orange Firestone to see if they had an opening for Friday since that was my day off.

my appointment was at 8am I arrived at 8:45am my car sat in the parking lot for about an hour before it was taken into the shop. I waited and waited at 11:30am after observing customers that came in after me leave. 5 hours.

I requested my vehicle noting to the staff that I couldn't wait because I needed to go home and get some rest. This firestone gets an no star from me because they are very unprofessional

Hello!! I’ve been coming to you guys for a while in fact December 7, 2019. I got oil changes on both of my cars. Today one of my vehicles overheated on me I don’t you know if they’re not refilling things but it definitely didn’t have any coolant in it.

I purchased on December 16,2019 a complete set of Firestone’s 235/65R16C tire for my 2016 Ford Transit Van. On December 31,2019 the tire that installed on the left rear blew out. I immediately when back to Mullinnax Ford of Mobile and showed them what had happened.

They told me the tire was not under warranty by your company nor Mullinnax. Mullinnax informed me that once the tires are installed on a vehicle and leave the lot, that they have no more responsibility for those tires and that they would have to contact Firestone as to what Firestone want to do about warranting there tires.

I am not a rich person that can afford to pay or purchase new tires less than 30 days old. In fact do to the holidays, I haven’t driven the vehicle less than 200 hundred miles since they been installed.…

I went into your store in Pembroke Pines fl to have my car checked because the battery light was on and it was stalling. The man at the front supposedly checked my car and said nothing was wrong with it .

It’s fine to drive and told me everything was ok . I left and almost had an accident because the car stalled and I had to call a tow truck and miss a day of work. I have never been though this kind of service.

Not a care for someone’s safety. He was so rude and put my life in danger . I expect something to be done about this. I had to have it towed to a mechanic that knew what he was doing.

I am beyond disappointed and if I don’t get an email I will go over this app. I worry for other people’s safety that are bringing their cars there. Horrible company and experience

Have found out that this location more than Doubles the cost of any parts that are needed for your car. Was told my car needed special tires that cant be rotated costing me well over a thousand dollars only to find out this wasnt true and the tires purchased were inexpensive ones from Walmart.

Lug nuts have been left loose and have fallen off while driving. Replaced engine mounts on my car - they said were worn leaving my car in worse shape, entire engine shakes now. Told me I could order parts on my own and they would install them & now refuse too.

Makes one wonder how many other times I've been lied to over 3 years.

Upon arrival I asked to have my custom tires switched out and my factory tires put back on. In the past, for several years Firestone has completed this service for me, to include putting the sensor’s back in the tires I’m putting on the car.

Brice told me today that that was not possible and as I tried to understand why, and that they have always done it he stated, “well, I don’t know what to tell ya”. Which I found to be very rude and confrontational.

I have always received the utmost respect with Firestone until dealing with him today. He got the manager to come out and explain and the manager was very, very nice, patient and helpful to me.

Went on Hack Cross Fire stone on Dec 26 to make appointment on Dec 27, my promble was that my 2007 Acura MDX driver window would not go down and was told by Mr Koto that this store could handle my issue my appointment was at 11:00 and by 3:00 PM , fact was to that needed to go somewhere else when my car was given back to me they could not let driver window up they also couldn't back side back up either in there was nothing wrong with it in first place.

00 to replace the alternator. More than an hour and half later l asked how much longer to get the car ready the mechanic told me that they were haven’t trouble to remove the alternator that one of the bolts is stuck or frozen and

the only way they can get the job done is to cut the belt and that will be an additional charge. what think really happened is tha the mechanic damaged the bolt and his trying to put the blame on me and told me there’s nothing they can do.

I told them that l was going to file for a complaint and went to the waiting room 20mn later the manager of the shop came to me telling me that the mechanic working on my car broke the tensioner. What else went wrong on the car during that visit?

l have my fingers crossed until I get my car back but I have a feeling that…

On 05/09/2019 I visited the Firestone Auto Care at 2996 W 104th Denver Colo.

I had the front brakes replaced on my 2008 Explorer. I returned to the store several times complaining about the brake petal being soft. The manager had his certified mechanics look at the car and stated there was nothing wrong.

He also stated if I took it elsewhere and if they found a problem, he would reimburse me my cost.

I had Brake Plus look at the Explorer and they resolved my issue. (see attachment).

So I have a couple issues here:

1. I didn’t appreciate the way the manager spoke to me, insisting that there was nothing wrong with the brake installation. a. I want a written apology. 2. He stated that the second time they bled the brakes and replaced the fluid. a. (Not True)

We were given an appt. today, 12/29/2019 at 3 pm. We were totally ignored and at 3:30 we left. Kyle is a totally rude, dishonest and argumentative. He was taking people in who did not have an appointment before us.

The last time we came there, he stated we were 20 minutes late so he wasn't going to take us. We purchased a tire there a few months ago and have been experiencing the tire leaking air. We have to put air in the tire about every couple of weeks.

This is the left rear tire; we also wanted the right rear checked. He argued that we already had a patch put on it, and that we called yesterday and were rude. The last time we came there, we bought the tire--we were never serviced after that.

We called Thursday or Friday to make the appointment, not yesterday. We are tired of arguing…

My 23 yr. old daughter went to your location on Sams Crossing in Columbia SC to get a battery for her car that was a total cost of $218. She was given a battery that had a 1 year shelf life (2018) already which she was not told.

We called the store to ask why the battery installed in her car was a year old and there was really no good explanation. A representative by the name of Michael Stewart told us he would order a new battery to have installed in her car and that it would be in the next morning.

I asked Michael if there would be a charge and I told him there should be no charge because this was not her fault... He stated if it was up to him there would be no charge but it was up to his supervisor.

I wanted to get new tires for my truck I was there at 10 am. Tires was on shelves. When the tires was off they told me I needed break pads 11:30. Then. They could not get the correct pads they sent the wrong pads 3 times.

Each time I hah to wait longer. At this time I am very upset with the customer service. I am spending 600 in tires and 180 for pads. I like to be reimbursed for the break pads. This would be fare. It is now 12:30. And still no pads.

My patience is wearing thin. I have been in for the same problem several times. I have explained to the management that I live 50 miles out of town and it is very inconvenient for me to have to keep coming back.

I took my truck in for new tires ($1200.00) and to get two new tire sensors replaced. At the time of service they told me I needed a wheel bearing but told me I still had some time. So I assumed I had at least a couple of months. Not but a couple of his went by the day of service. On pops my tire pressure light. So I took it back in the next day. They reset the tire sensor. I am complaining about Firestone store in Arcadia, California (1500 S Baldwin Avenue, Arcadia, CA). Two times had issues with my wheel balancing there, when I got my tires rotated and wheel alignment done. Have no sense of how to rotate the car tires.

only reason for me going there was because its close to my work, but I guess I had to find different store where I can get basic maintenance done. I have been firestone customer for 9 years and have not had any issue with them.

This store have no clue of how to fix the cars. Please check their reviews from other people as well, they had same issues. I am contacting their corporate office and area office because I believe they do it intentionally.

They don't know how to deal with tires and alignment.

on december 19 , 2019 my wife is taking her son to the ER for a injury at work but has to pick up his son <her grandson, from daycare by 4 pm , she has a blow out as she is passing YOUR location at 3060 se federal hwy Stuart Fl , pulls in ask if they could put spare on real quick so she can get to grandson by 4 , re: there is !

thats ONE customer in waiting area, 20 minutes later someone takes her truck. at 4 oclock she sees and this telling someone he doesnt know how to get the spare tire to come out, are you kidding me ! a mother taking her son ,30yrs old, to ER at hospital but must pick up his son <her grandson< by 4 , she got out of there at 4;15, PLEASE excuse my english but thats bull......

we know that could of and should of been done in 10 to 15 minutes, no they were not busy…

I had my towed to there shop because my car wouldn’t start after I went to the store. So after them inspecting my car they said that my starter had stop working. 00. After I I picked up my car a few hours I say 2/3.

My belt went to squeaking and then when I turned my heater on my car start trembling which my car never ran like that. So I call back up there so they say bring it back up here in the morning which I did.

Once I got there I was told to bring it back, which I went through twice . Say due to low technicians availability. Ok the third trip there they finally checked out my complaint and I was told that they didn’t hear or feel no squeaking or trembling in my car which is false cause as of December 18, today it still does it.

Still no response from you. Now it has been over a week. I had my tires on less than a week. And now my transfer case has gone out. My mechanic said the reason is because I had two different tire sizes on the truck.. I go to your company expected to receive a tire care specialist as quoted from your advertising. This is what I get? If I had been informed that I need to have all 4 tires done I would have done so. I expect a response from someone in the next 5 days. If there is no attempt to resolve this I'll be contacting a lawyer. This is unbelievable.
