If I could leave 0 stars I would. 7 new in 21 and have had nothing but issues for 3 years. ect. I was a ford guy for 15+ years, not anymore. Your quality has truly fallen, your costumer service is just pathetic and your promises are just laughable.

I’ve been without my truck for going on 3 month, this wouldn’t be an issue if it weren’t for the fact that my truck is my actual livelihood! After this last round of “fixing the issue” it’s back in my driveway, unable to start yet again.

So thank you for charging an outlandish price for a “reliable vehicle” that isn’t worth the dirt is on.

I had an appointment on August 31st 2023 at Wally's Ford in East greenbush. I dropped my car off the night before filled out all the appropriate paperwork left my keys with an associate because the garage was closed. Today is September 13th 2023 and I still do not have my car back.

Days and days and days of phone calls actually unanswered phone calls. Rude associates being told day to day that they don't have my car they don't know where my car is when they had the keys to my car this whole time.

June 2023 my truck was seen by Ford Maui and I was told Ford would order a transmission for my 2007 Ford f-150, no charge to me because Ford initially gave my mechanic a rebuilt transmission to install into my truck 2-1/2 years ago with a 3 year warranty. My warranty as of today has about 4 months left, when Ford assessed my truck in June 2023 there was 6 months left on my warranty.

I'm so upset and heart broken, I worked hard to buy a new to me 2017 Ford Escape Se in 2020, the newest vehicle I have ever had and now wish I never did buy this vehicle. I drove for 2 years no problem, kept maintenance up on it and Christmas Eve 2022, I start it and it ran a few seconds and died, would not start back up.

It would crank but not start. So I was told at the first place they couldn't figure out what the problem was, except there was no compression on the motor. So then I had it towed to a Ford dealership 30 miles from me, they checked everything as far as oil,coolant, all was good.

I am a 68 year old woman with no means of support except social security. I purchase a new 2017 Ford Escape. Now the paint is peeling around the windshield. After a search on the internet, I find that this is a known issue with this vehicle and year.

I cannot afford another car, so I take very good care of my vehicle. The paint peeling issue is the fault of Ford Motor Company. I need you to pay for the fix. I cannot. Nor can I afford to replace the vehicle when it starts rusting out. THIS IS YOUR FAULT.

My daughter took her truck to envision Ford in Oxnard for service. coolant leak and the dust cover that goes on the bottom of the engine... Unable to find leak, ok no problem. Dust shield She was told that she ran something over .... That is the way we purchased it from the dealer we were told to bring it back and they would fix it............. My wife went to pick the truck up and was charged 252.35 for that repair.......So I look online and ford says the msrp for that part is 120.50 the dealer charged 198.95 plus 35 bucks to put it on....never got any information or answer if the part was under warranty. I don't think this was very professional.....

July 1st of 2021, I purchased a vehicle from a Ford dealership in Pella, Iowa. The customer service at the dealer was amazing. I purchased a 2 year extended warranty. I took my truck in to have some warranty work done before the warranty expired.

My claim was denied stating that my warranty had expired on June 28th of this year. I got the vehicle on July 1st of 2021. The dates don't match up. 5 hours, I was still denied. I requested twice to speak to a supervisor.

I was told that my case would be put into escalation and that a supervisor would call me back. It has now been one week and no one has called me back. After reading other complaints online, every single one of them showed no response back from Ford.

I've had this 2016 Ford Mustang Gt for a few years now. I purchased vehicle in California where A/C was not as important as it is now that I relocated my family to Arizona for a better life opportunity for us all.

I've spent well over $1500 in replacing ac lines, pressure valves and compressor and still A/C system not working. Now im forced to spend another $1800 to $2200 to have A/C Evaporator replaced which means entire Dash has to come out in order for mechanics to be able to reach the system that needs the fix.

I've been doing some research on this matter and for what I've been reading this problem has been very common on 2015 and 2016 Ford Mustang Models therefore is there anything that Ford is doing to help us owner deal with this issue. I dont feel like a faulty part on Fords…

I take my 2019 Fusion in for the scheduled maintance my last visit no problems. I take it back 6000 miles later it goes back in for the oil change. I told it has a noise on the brake system the tell me it need new brake pads front and back.

I have the premium extended warranty why didnt the catch the car brake pads getting worn down. Now it need two new rotors on the back. Now they said the battery is showing weak charge. Its not coverd fine it was replaced 9 months ago in plant city Fl

I had made an appt for my truck to have two recall services completed. The person I spoke to assureded me that the parts were available. I I dropped off my truck early that morning. I was assured of a call about when my truck would be ready.

Around 3pm still no call, turns out parts wre NOT available and no work was done at all! When I arrived to pick up my car, no one knew where it was or why services were not performed! What kind of clown runs their service dept??

I have a 2019 Ford Escape that the check engine light came on. I took it to local Bill Brown Ford. They did a scan for codes and it came up as cylinder 3 misfire. They also checked the Vin and found out my engine has recall. Also having coolant intrusion.

I can't get my vehicle in for 2 months. I can't drive it, and Ford customer service is no help at all. Ford sold me the car knowing there was a problem with engine. They won't even give a loaners.

I used to think Griffith Ford had the worst service dept. ever but it seems that Bluebonnet is trying to see if they can take the title. They changed the transmission in wife’s expedition & it’s been down hill ever since.

Her car makes a wicked rattling sound that they won’t fix, no matter how many times we ask, they left the vacuum lines off of her front end & charged us for the repair. Now the turbo waste gate has been identified as another issue that they tried to say was a failed heat shield that cost us even more $ to prove wrong.

Now they say that the waste gate issue isn’t a threat & may just be something we have to accept. Really?!?!?!?! I guess we’ll see how it plays out but I see my 27 year run with FORD for all of my family’s vehicles coming to end.

i ordered a 2023 ford maverick, its been 232 days from when I placed the order and the company is going to stop producing the 2023 in October they have every part to assemble my truck yet they have refused to assign a VIN number and no one in the company like it a big secret is not telling anyone anything including the dealers.

I have a 2022 Ford Bronco. I hit a deer on November 11, 2022 and it is April 20,2023. I have been waiting for headlights to fix my vehicle for almost 6 months now. They have been on backorder and still appear to be.

I am single, commute 80 miles a day for work, I am making a car payment and paying full coverage insurance but can't drive my vehicle. I have had to purchase another vehicle just to have something to drive. Ford needs to do a better job servicing its customers.

My best bet is to hope a hail storm comes and hails out my car at this point!!!

I was having trouble with my 2016 F150 shifting hard, sometimes it would feel like the the rear end of the truck was going to fall off shifting between first and second. I had 93,000 miles on the truck and the service guide gave no recommendations for service.

There had been no error codes thrown when my mechanic tested it and suggested that I take it to the dealership and have them check for codes, trouble shoot and flash the PCM. I am a single parent with 4 children who purchased a car with a loan. I have a 2018 Ford Fusion titanium. The engine light we in toke it to the Mechanich change one thing, then another and finally put a camera inside to see the problem.

It’s a bad design manufacture problem with this cars has a rack on the cylinder wall. Head gasket leak on cilindro 1. To repair it would cost 6,000. This is a manufacture problem. I called Ford at no fault assuming a car should last more than 3 years and they had me wait for 5 minutes came back to me and said we are very sorry we can’t help you and don’t have any programs to help you.

I have a 2007 f150 n the frame is rusted thur , you can put your finger thur the frame n it's has a 3 foot cracked in the frame on the same side . The heater hoses are lasting longer than the frame did .what a shame, can or will ford do anything about this? Bought a Ford Mustang Mach-e all electric vehicle and they had a recall where vehicle can lose power randomly. I brought it to dealership immediately and they did a so called software download upgrade to fix the problem. Months later at the most worst time of driving up a sloped road The power suddenly turned off and I found myself rolling back and brakes did not work at all I had to jump out to avoid being killed when the car rolled off a steep hill 10 ft and totaled.

Ford has been avoiding me contacting them about this issue. Maybe lawyers can help

I took my F 350 to get a oil change at Derrow Shirkey Ford Montpelier Ohio. I heard they got a new Service Manager and wanted to give them one more try after poor service before and the convenience it serves being so close to where I live.

They change my oil and the service was in a timely fashion before I left the parking lot I noticed they put a synthetic blend on my paper work in my truck when I asked for a full synthetic oil. I went back in told the Service Manager he said he would get my truck back in and call me when to bring it in.

Three weeks later no phone call so I called and he said he had called my phone but the voice mail was full! OK whatever, I checked my voice mail it wasn't full but wanted the right oil in my truck so I dropped off my truck.

I bought a new truck being led to believe that it had a security system. Wasn’t until after my truck was burglarized that I had found out that there was absolutely no alarm system whatsoever. After contacting the service department at the dealer originally they agreed there should be in that they would install one. But that has changed.

Now I cannot reach anybody and then when I return phone calls or emails or give any explanation. My window sticker specifically states that an equipment group 101 a for a 2018 F150, that includes an intrusion alarm. The entire module is missing from my vehicle.

Took my mother's truck to be serviced. Left front caliber was sticking. Charged her 200$. Did not fix problem. Took it back. They changed a break line. (Left front). Did not resolve problem. Like I said left front caliber is still sticking.

My 2019 Ford Ranger Lariat started having “check engine” light issues as soon as the 36k warranty expired! I have had my truck in the Ford service shop four times now with this recurring problem… days waiting for the fix … nothing but technician breaking a bolt that had to be “drilled out” (???

I have no way to turn off the daytime driving lights. I followed instructions from owner's manual and the option to turn off the daytime driving lights does not come up. I took it to Killeen Ford to help and they were unable to help.

I called the customer service line and after being transferred 4 times and after one hour and being ran around they just told me to take to a different dealership. This is completely unacceptable. I am going to the GM dealership tomorrow to trade in this FORD on a GMC.

I will never own another FORD.

Recall. Contacted closest dealer, Wareham Ford. Gave them my information, they were very polite, and told me they would order the parts and call me. Recall notice 22s11/nhtsa 22v150. I did not receive a call. Several weeks later I received another recall notice 22s56/nhtsa 22v-648.

My wife and I have owned Fords/ Mercurys for 30 yrs. I bought a 2021 Ford ranger in Dec 2021. In Feb, 2022 my radio screen started flashing and wont stop. 2 dealers tell me Ford Motor Co. knows of problem but doesn't know how to fix.

I filed a claim and talked to a very nice lady you was helpful. I talked to her toady a week later and she still has not contacted anyone from Sarasota Ford. I am told by both dealers to drive around with radio flashing until Ford finds a fix.

This is unexceptable it is distracting and sometime I feel ill. No one from Ford seems to give a damn, its everyone else fault.

Customer Service is a joke. We bought brand new 2022 Ford Lariat F150, it was our 3rd Ford pickup and probably our last. The first year we have owned this truck we have had 3 issues with the truck. The first was when we put better tires on the truck, our mechanic took the tire off and a bolt and washer fell out of the hub.

That was alarming, as we just returned home from a 1200 mile trip! The 2nd issue was a pinion seal leak. And today we drove to work, then my husband went to go run an errand. He started the pickup with the fob, as it is very cold here and he wanted it to warm up.

I received a recall notice in the mail and called Jim Hudson ford in Lexington SC to schedule an appointment for 03/06/2023 the young lady that gave me this appointment advised me it would take a couple hrs. so when i get there to drop the truck off @ 1:30pm i am advised bt BOB HARGRAVE he would need my truck for a couple days I agreed.
