I have been in a rental for 2 weeks my ford is still not fixed and it’s covered with warranty and has been siting in the same spot at the Ford service department. How long does it take to fix a car and am I getting reimbursed for the tow 2 times and my rental because y’all refused a loaner while my car is suppose to get fixed. I really need to let people know when asked Ford is not the way to go !

I am the owner of a 2019 Ford F-150 VIN# 1FTEW1CP9KFB4477. I have written twice previously via USPS (once certified mail) regarding ongoing catalytic converter, misfire and other issues with this truck. I am once again getting FordPass notifications regarding yet another catalytic converter issue.

I believe one or another of the catalytic converters have now been replaced five times. It has been such an issue that Dick Masheter Ford (Columbus, OH) suggested I contact Ford again and inquire about a potential buyback. They said that you should be able to access the service records to verify how this has become a real issue that even the Ford Engineering service representatives have been unable to resolve.

I would be interested in making a bargain deal on a comparable equipped new Bronco but…

I went to see what prize I won from a mail flyer received in the mail. It said vehicles as low as $239 a month. I expected a good visit with good customer service however I did not receive it.

My sales person was named Liz and she introduced me to her General Manager who never introduced himself. I was going to trade in my 2016 Nissan Rogue AWD. 46 The supposed General Manager to me I could afford more and with high pressure sales tactics and refusing to give my keys back had me to agree to a higher payment and

now I believe I have been down graded with a higher payment on a vehicle that is potentially unsafe with the high winds prevalent in my area. Their contract says no cooling off period so I don't know how this situation can be resolved to make me whole.

I am filing a complaint regarding Schults Ford in Wexford PA. My daughter was told she needed a new APIM on her 2019 EcoSport, which by the way had only 35,000 miles on it. 00 for part and labor. 00, and did it in 40 minutes.

I just wanted to say that I have had a 97 at 350 diesel since it was new best truck I've ever owned. Then I purchased a 2004 F350 6 l diesel. That I had had nothing but problems with but yet Ford would not help with any of the repair costs.

4 l diesel that I have had nothing but problem after problem after problem with. So I guess I am done with Fords all together as far as I'm concerned they're junk .

Schedule an appointment for our f250 pickup on 12-20-22. Still in the shop 55 days later and nobody can give us a date that it will be worked on and fixed. We have missed 6 weekends of stock shows due to the fact having no pickup to use.

Have spoken with the receptionist, technician, maintnance manager and sales manager. Keep getting the run around, lied too and false promises. Been the worst service I have been a part of in my 52 years. If billingsley ford of lawton doesn't want to work on the vehicle or are smart enough to trouble shoot the problem, then it needs to be taken to another ford dealer and fixed.

On 3/14/2022 I purchased a Ford Escape plug in hybrid from Orleans Ford Mercury Inc. located at 1405 Main St. Medina NY 14103. At that time it was new to everyone, including myself how the state rebate of $500 worked. I assumed I would receive a tax credit at time of filing taxes, the same way federal system worked. But when I filed my taxes it was explained to me by my tax professional that I was due the $500 at point of sale not a state tax credit.

2/6/23 (am) I notified Orleans Ford that I never received my $500 at point of sale. I was then informed by sales manager, John Brabon, that the Ford Escape plug in hybrid was not eligible for any rebate.

I took my car there for service on recall part.

First they said that was the problem then they said it was something in the transmission but didn’t know what and told me they was gonna charge me if I didn’t come pick it up. I got a tow truck to pick it up.

When it got to my house the TCM was totally missing. I had just got the part 3months before that at the butch outstalet in Wiggins . It took 6 months for bitch oustslet to repair my car and now the part is missing after taking it to the Astro gord in Biloxi Mississippi.

I can’t get dignoistic on it or anything without that part. I need help getting to the bottom of the problem. Why did they take parts off my car? Thanks

Complete failure at customer service. I ordered a new Ford Maverick on 28 Oct 21. My ordering dealer contacted me in June of 22 and told me Ford is unable to build my 22 Maverick and my order was being resubmitted as a 23 order.

My Maverick was finally built and shipped from the Mexican assembly plant on 28 Dec 22. After a 16 day and a 2800 mile roundabout route, my Maverick arrived in the Atlanta rail yard on 10 Jan 23. Seven days later, my Maverick still sits in the Atlanta rail yard.

After a 15 month wait, Ford cannot figure out a way to transport my Maverick the last 115 miles to the dealership. I have bought Fords my entire life, this will be the last one.

Got work done at ford because I have a ford they told me I didn’t need my struts in front pretty much assured me . They talk me into getting my brakes and rotors done for 500 for the front two tires.

I got new tires and needed a wheel alignment. I needed struts in back so I didn’t asked to a back wheel alignment. They gave it to me any ways . My car was driving so bad and still is I took to a different shop they said the wheel alignment shouldn’t have been done because I needed my back struts done .

I purchased a 2017 F 150 King Ranch 3.5 ecoboost (Vin 1FTE1EG1HFB24416) with 117,000 a year ago. I have had nothing but problems with it. Oil leak on drivers turbo, and coolant leak on passenger side turbo. Front wheel bearing failure.

I have purchased many Ford's over my lifetime of 69 years both personal and work trucks. I have went thru the 6.0 problems and the 6.7 small issues. I chose to go back to the 150 because of fuel mileage and my age. Hoping to retire and enjoy. Everything states the ecoboost should be a 250,000 mile engine if properly maintained. I checked records and this truck had a good history on these items.

We bought a used 2019 F150 in Vermont with just over 32,000 miles on it. We drove to Pennsylvania to visit friends and family for a week and the transmission went out. Got it into Luther Ford dealership in Ebensburg, PA and they claimed they fixed the problem, but on the 2 hour drive back to where we were staying in PA we had the exact same problem, however we were able to slowly “limp” it back to my parent’s house near Pittsburgh, where it remains parked.

My husband called Ford Customer Service first thing the following morning and they took all his information and said they would call back in 45 minutes when they found a dealership/service center that could take our truck in. We never got a call back!!!

I just bought a new Explorer to replace an older Explorer. What a disappointment. First why does Ford add an expensive towing package but eliminate the navigation package? The new computer console is basically useless. It has very few features and those it does have are simply a downgrade from the old system. I don't understand how you can build a new car and eliminate some of the best features. The computer display looks like something from a kiddie car. Additionally, there are 2 interior lights in the car's ceiling right above the rearview mirror that are on continuously! What moron designed that?

We were traveling in Franklin Tennessee and the oil light came on. Within ½ mile we were exited and pulling into the gas station parking space when the check engine light came on. We did not crank the car again.

We called Franklin Ford one mile away from us and spoke to Zack, and told them him issue. He suggested we drive over since we were so close but we refused, knowing with oil pressure issues this is not something that you do. We explained we are on a road trip from Florida and are a long way from home as well as our destination. Zack told us by the time we get to him the rental office would be closed.

We waited almost 4 hours (nothing to do with Ford) for a tow truck to move our car to Ford. We then took an uber to the Nashville Airport to rent a car and this expense was $830.00.…

Within a year of buying my car, it was back needing a motor. They replaced the motor and damaged some other parts. 6 months later the turbo had to be replace. They refuse to fix it. They refuse to fix it saying I didn't have a warranty.

How do I not have a warranty on a new motor They just replaced. I have had to pay out of my pocket for towing, parts and mechanic. And still made my payments. Now the car sits at the garage again with a blown head casket.

That falls on the manufacturer of the motor. When that motor was replaced why was there no warranty on it. Every garage puts a Warranty. The service department needs to be re trained. They are very rude and unprofessional.

2017 Ford Escape stranded my family off highway exit. Car jerked and revved then barely could go 10 mph. New Torque converter needed at 64K miles.

However, torque converter requires significant transmission work in addition. Ford Dealership said part was back ordered with a 1 year wait at a cost of $4500. Other transmission repairman in area quoted me $6,000 and said he had another Escape with the same problem the week before I called.

I looked at replacement cars at County Ford in Graham, NC where I had purchased it 2 years previously, however, I felt the sales team was overly aggressive and not empathetic at having sold me a car 2 years previous that was now unrepairable at their dealership. Awful, awful experience.

I had my 2020 Ford escape in the shop in September for a window issue, motor and track needed to be replaced. it took 5 days. Yesterday the other window has malfunctioned and I had to schedule appointment, Nov 5th is the next appointment.

My sound for blue tooth began to make a gargly sound in and out. I took my vehicle to a dealership and they said it was fine and there was nothing they could do. About 4-6 after that, in July, all the sound went out - no radio - no bluetooth.

I called 2 dealerships and the soonest they could get me in was 2 months. I called my rep that sold me my vehicle and he said to disconnect the battery for 5 minutes and see if that works. I did that - but it wasn’t even like a “regular” car battery - it required tools and assistance, it was NOT easy but it did work.

I had to reset all the settings on the inside, but sound was working. Today, ALL THE SOUND again STOPPED working. I am beginning to think that I have a lemon, I haven’t even had the vehicle for a year - I can’t imagine what’s its going…

Ford escalated claims department is the worst! The customer experience specialist Kareltra (or Karley as she likes to be called) is by far the WORST customer service person I’ve ever dealt with. Does not follow up with you, does not answer questions with any kind of answer that’s relevant/useful and does not even do her job!

I have had terrible service from Russel Smith body shop. I told Michael Olivio at least 5 times that the truck is missing the factory skid plate and he needs to install one. I get the truck back and after a week or 2 I decide to check.

Of course there is no skid plate. Why does a 68 year old man have to crawl in the dirt under the truck to check the work. In addition Olivio never returns my calls - I went 3 weeks leaving him messages but to no avail.

I left a msg with Kevin the mgr of body shop but of course he has not returned my call either. What kind of people dont return calls?

My vehicle was scheduled for a factory recall repair approximately 6 weeks ago. My vehicle is still at the Ford Dealer waiting for parts. While I understand that parts are on back order, what I do not understand is why we can not get a loaner vehicle while we wait.

I have called numerous times and keep getting shuffled around. The dealer said its corporate headquarters who need to approve the loaner, Head quarters said its the dealership who has to send request. My car was called for a recall. Theyinformed me about some issue in then car, but didnt tell me that I will have to pay for it. The representative insited I leave the car in ford for service, despite me telling him I can't afford the service.

They never cleaned the car and returned it dirty. I was completely stressed and upset how they dealt with the issues related to my car and this guy had put me under lot of pressure. Highly dissappointed with the service.

My name is Timothy Daly, and this email is about the service I have received on my 2012 Ford Fusion at Five Star Ford located at 3800 Highway 78 East, Snellville, GA 30039. Last August 2021, the air conditioner on my fusion began to malfunction.

It started blowing hot air out on when on the AC setting. When I changed the setting to vent, I had the same issue. I took it to Five Star Ford Stone Mountain. The service advisor was Mr. Tim Sykes. 43.

I found this charge to be extremely high but went ahead and got the repairs. I picked up the vehicle on September 1, 2021. In a couple of days, the same issue with the hot air blowing out on any setting.

received an oil change june 17 2022 at banner ford. technician did not put oil filler cap back on . luckly i just caught it 6 days later after noticeing an oil spot on my driveway . now i have an oily mess under my hood .

this could have caused engine failure. Now i cant drive it until the dealship invesstigates the matter. THISis very disgusting to say the least.

I reserved a Bronco almost 2 years ago. I placed an order a year ago. 00 deposit on this vehicle and never heard a word. I contacted Lilliston ford in Vineland numerous times. I finally received a VIN # in the winter of 2021.

I contacted Ford Motor Company a few times and the were rude and told me they had no idea what I was talking about. I contacted my salesperson and manager there. The salesperson said there was nothing he could do and Ivan the manager was rude to the point of yelling at me.

Bought a 2020 ecosport and have had nothing but problems with it which would not be so bad if they honored the b2b warranty but they didn’t and they don’t and its still under warranty and I’ll once again be paying for repairs or letting my vehicle sit for weeks or months waiting for them to even diagnose it!

Don’t sell cars with a warranty you refuse to honor! Horrible business practice!!
