Walked into Forever 21. Saw a few females kinda gathered together, talking and laughing. I approached and said “excuse me” one young female turned to me and said “Yea? ” WOW!!!! That’s the way an employee talks to me? Very shocking!

Your employees obviously need customer service training….

I applied for the Forever21 credit card, paid ONE of my balances late, but mind you - my account was fully paid off in MARCH. However, I kept getting notices of late payment EVEN THOUGH, I haven't shopped at Forever 21 since JANUARY. It is August. SOMEHOW the minimum interest charge is being compounded with late fees and NOW I OWE $62...which I'm only finding out about now because Chase notified me that my credit score was being impacted. This is extremely ridiculous. I was never told that there would be a $2 recurring interested charge FOR TWO MONTHS - EVEN AFTER I HAVE PAID OFF THE FULL BALANCE.

Close my account immediately. Will never open another Credit Card with Forever 21. You lost a customer for life.

so I was trying to do that and I kept asking her how do I get the $30 off when I’m spending over $100 and she kept saying you have to have a code from your email and I’m like well how do you get that? She never explained to me how to get the code sent to my email.

so I just told her to take off the other items that added up to over $100 and I just purchased fewer items instead of trying to participate in the signage so needless to say I left the store very frustrated.

I placed an order on March 24, it was a ship to store. I got and email about a week later it was back ordered. Then I got an email saying my item was at the store. When I called the store ( before making a trip) they said they didn't have it.

I called customer service explaining my problem, they said it most likely wasn't scanned yet and call the next day. I cancelled at that point. This was April 6 or 7.. I called where is my refund? Another "give it a couple more days".

Then I find out the order was CANCELLED on April 14. Still waiting for a refund. and this whole process was way to long. Never shop again there.

I am writing to file a complaint against Forever 21 and their process for lost package. I placed an online order 6 weeks ago which was deemed undeliverable by On Track. Upon contacting Forever 21 I have had to endure a long and agonizing process in an attempt to receive a refund for merchandise that I paid for but have never received.

I am made to constantly call the company to track the progress of the lost items; for which should be the responsibility of the shipping company and your establishment. Despite the efforts and time taken to call your establishment [note nearly 5 times since the package delivery due date], I have received no resolution.

I was denied my rightful request for a refund and told the company held no liability. This is not the mark of good service and is a direct…

Terrible customer service. I cancelled my credit card due to a cancelled order I was charged for and accused of being delivered and also 2 misdelivered orders by ONTRAC that I am being told was my fault they were misdelivered.

I am not a delivery driver nor do I operate the delivery service and to falsely accuse a customer just warned you a cancelled credit account I refuse to pay for items I did not receive and will never shop in your stores again as well. The worst store ever and worst customer service also!

I get better business elsewhere anyways good riddance!

I called to make a payment and they directed me to customer service, everyone I spoke to was rude and all they did was try to sell me something I said I didn’t want, they said it was a gift card but would be charging my card every month, I said I don’t want it.

One of the female customer service told me to get off her line , she hung up on me then I called back because all I wanted to do was pay my bill and another rude male got on as well. This is unacceptable and I think they need to be retrained on better customer service.

I will be suing if I get any charges that aren’t my credit card charges.

Hello i want to say you have to choose better your employees. I went Forever 21 plaza in Kansas Missouri with some friends from colombia . The manager named Brando got mad because my friend did not speak English, he was asking him a question but he couldn’t communicate what he wanted in English the manager called him “nasty” instead of helping him . Please you need to train your employees in costumer service ,We are not animals we are people who love your clothes .

I would give it zero stars. I purchase led a gift on 12/19/22 and it did not arrive on or before 12/25/22. The item stalled at the facility for 6 days and checking on it today, it is still in the same status.

I contacted customer service and all they could tell me was there was a delay. I could understand a delay of a day or two but this was really disappointing. I will never shop here again.

Iam writing on behalf of my 16yr child who worked at you're establishment with Kim as her supervisor in the cherry hill facility. My daughter requested time off through her for family reasons, she denied them for an unknown reason as a result my child sent her a 2 week notice because she couldn't work for a couple of days.

She was very obnoxious and rude as a manager/supervisor. My child was a good worker whom she called on almost everyday for different shifts when she wasn't on the schedule and she went above and beyond for the company only to be said she was put on do not rehire.

I wanted to share some feedback relating to your store location in the Christiana Mall in Delaware.

I took my daughter into the Forever 21 store on Thursday August 18th for back to school shopping. After selecting about 10 items we walk back to find that the dressing rooms are closed for the day. We had no way to try on any of the clothes. Since we live an hour away I had to either 1. purchase the clothes an if they don’t fit drive an hour to exchange or return, 2. Not purchase any clothes, or 3. Find a way to try them on. We ended up having to purchase the clothes an find a bathroom within the mall to try the clothes on and than go back to the store to return what didn’t fit.

My feedback is if you are going to close the fitting rooms down completely at least notify the customers before…

Good afternoon. I would like to make you aware of the consistent customer service I’ve experienced at your Phoenix Camelback location. This most recent and LAST visit was again disappointing. I had to exchange two dresses gifted to me by my daughter however, I did not have the receipt.

The location of this particular F21 is located on 45th street and Times Square. The time was Apox 12 midnight and I was surprised that you guys are still open. On 8/2/2022 I was assisted by one of your cashiers to ring up my clothing items.

This is in regard to your Phoenix Camelback location where I have consistently experienced horrible customer service. On this last visit which was completely out of my way, I tried exchanging two dresses with all tags and was told "we don't do exchanges, store credit or returns without a receipt.

Mind you, I inquired about an exchange which was immediately denied and escalated to a manager. At this point I am confused as I did not request or give any inclination that I need or would like to speak to a manager.

Order 8117160945: The customer service of this company has been absolutely horrible. I ordered items that have not shipped two weeks later. I contacted customer service and spoke with Randa who was absolutely condescending and completely unhelpful. I verified that it has been a total of 10 business days since shipping June 20-24 which is a Monday through Friday plus June 77-July 1 (today) which is ALSO a Monday through Friday.

Randa condescendingly told me do not count Saturday or Sunday or July 4 which hasn’t even happened yet. Once again those dates are MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY WITHOUT HOLIDAYS. FOR A TOTAL OF 10 days from shipping date which is the number of days in F21 POLICY (and Randa verified) to submit the cancellation since shipped order has not been received.

Forever 21 has a bad customer service skills. They still from people. I made a purchase and never receive the package.. I called them, they didn't want to replace the items, nor did want to return the money. the package was delivered to a different address.

I contacted the carrier without success. I made a payment plan with Karna, Forever 21 still collecting the the money. Everything its just bad. I shouldn't have order from them in the first place.

This is a complaint about forever 21 store located in Sawgrass Mills Mall in Sunrise, FL. I went shopping yesterday, I walked into the store, spent maybe 35 minutes looking for stuff that I liked. Usually I don’t find as many items as I did yesterday.

Excited to try them on, I went to the dressing rooms only to find out it was closed. I then walked over to the counter/ registers to speak with someone.. I approached a guy and lady who were just chatting away..

During check out, the POS system was freezing and would not accept my credit card. The salesperson picked up a land line and called someone and gave my credit card number manually over the phone. She had an authorization number written down, and when she came back to the register rather than enter the authorization number, she asked me to run my credit card again. This time the POS system accepted my card. However, upon checking my bank account before I left, I saw two duplicate transactions – from her phone call and from when she ran my card. What ensued next was unbelievable.

I wanted to try clothes on because I had something very important the next day. The try on rooms were closed, so I asked a lady if I could please go and try the clothes on. She said no because they were “short staffed” and “busy” when there were probably 20 people max in the store.

They also said they were using it as storage, but I went back there and they had 6 rooms available. So I decided to take it upon myself and just go try the stuff on, I walk in and a girl is sitting on the floor I said I was going to try stuff and she said she couldn’t let me.

I asked her why and she gave me the same shitty excuse and attitude. She said “you can walk your ass out of here before I call security” so I threw all my clothes at her.

I ordered my item for standard delivery which says 3-5 days on the website, come to find out that was a lie, it usually takes 7-14 days. But the sales rep is shouting and yelling because I only paid for standard shipping.

There is no way to speak to anyone in corporate. They refuse to transfer to a supervisor and will just hang up on you. My package states out for delivery for 2 days. Deliverit says only the shipper can contact them.

Forever 21 refused to inquire until 2 weeks have past. A simple call to see if my item is indeed put for delivery is a simple ask.

Be careful with purchases in this store. They won’t accept returns even if the item can be returned as per Return Policy. Worst store when it comes to customer satisfaction. I purchased a cap at Forever store in south central mall Seattle.

This item was not in final sale and When I tried to return the cap they said they won’t accept returns on Caps. As per their return policy it is accepted. Even after showing them their return policy they were adamant on not accepting the item.

Hello, I made an online purchase on order # 8107144264. I went to the Galleria Houston Forever 21 and requested to return 2 shirts and I was advised by a manager (black heavy set female) that I was unable to return online purchases at the store.

I ordered 3 things from Forever 21 13 days ago. It was promised to be delivered by Monday December 20. When it was not, i tried reaching out to Forever 21 via online chat when the person “helping” me just decided to end the chat without any help.

Next, I called the next day and was told to just wait. After December 20 had passed, the tracking link went blank. I called again, and was once again told to wait. Thursday came along and I called again after hearing nothint, just to be told that it had gotten lost.

very frustrating. I understand company's outsourcing to save money.

However, if the company you're outsourcing with chooses to repeatedly hang up on a customer due to their limited English skills (or whatever their reason was), that's completely unacceptable. Who hangs up on a customer requesting help to complete an order???

This is my first shopping experience with Forever 21 at Arbor Place Mall. My daughter picked out a dress for Christmas from the clearance rack. We proceeded to checkout waiting in line while the cashier sucked on a lollipop. The exchange/refund policy was never mentioned.

This purchase was made 11/24/21. My daughter tried the dress on when we got home and the dress was too tight. I swear forever 21 loves to make their customers hate them. Their app constantly crashes or doesn’t update and is buggy. Their customer service phone line constantly disconnects. The credit card doesn’t work half the time and refunds take up to 2-4 WEEKS.

The staff is rude and the workplace environment is toxic. For a multi million dollar company, you’d think it would run a little better. This is ridiculous and I don’t understand how they’re not embarrassed.

Store manager refused to exchange items saying it was up to their discretion whether they wanted to accept the return. The clothing was clean, unworn, with tags and within the 60 day cut off as mentioned on the website.

"Online purchases are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 60 days from the ship date either through our returns portal or in store. Online purchase exchanges are only available in store. Your order confirmation contains a barcode to make your return easy and specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail or to one of our stores."

On Saturday, On October 30, 2021 at approximately 12:21 PM, I went a Forever 21 Store located at: 1901 Northwest Expressway Suite #1889, Oklahoma City, OK 73118. I was serviced by a store Manager named Michelle- (name that was printed on my return receipt). I believe this to be the single worst experience with a store employee I have ever had.
