My daughter purchased a brand new Manufactured home in SC. It contained a Fridgedaire Refrigerator Serial #4A21904350. The ice maker had been recalled and was still missing when she took possession of the home. She contacted Fridgedaire in August 2023 about the issue.

They sent out Russell Moore from Mullins, SC to check it out. He came out and submitted his report to Fridgedaire Tech department that the fridge was un repairable due to several issues with it including a large gash on the inside of the freezer from Fridgedaire removing the ice maker. That was 08/30/2023.

It has been a nightmare I have a window heat unit that quit after a few months called the warranty and waited 2 months when I called back I was told they needed the serial number which I gave the first time I waited another month called again now they need my email seriously I need heat in my house nobody ever called me or texted like I was told they would do if they needed anything I have never had this problem I will never purchase another appliance from here

Worst Dishwasher I have ever seen/ used !!!!! I bought this dishwasher after mine went bad twice, after reading reviews this seemed to be a good product. I purchase the product was installed. After trying the product out I found dishes not being clean totally.

I gave it a chance tired going back to owners manual, arranging dishes, still same result. In some cases coming out oily, and not even clean. I tried all settings still same result. As a retired military member, I have traveled all over the nation lived in different apartments and homes.

On Aug,7,2023 i purchase a Frigidaire wall oven microwave combo model GCWM2767AF,Serial # VF31126314 From AJ Maddison,an Authorized Frigidaire dealer. Upon installation ,found that the control panel was inoperative . A technician was sent out on Aug 29. He repaired the problem .

then in early October, the whole unit was completely dead .. A technician was sent out to troubleshoot issue . He found the unit was blowing the 20amp internal fuse. He ordered parts which he said would be sent to me.

The worst I have ever experienced by a house hold name brand company. Purchased a new Frigidaire refrigerator from Lowe’s less then six months ago. Compressor went out. It took at least 30 calls before I actually spoke with a representative to activate the warranty.

Three weeks and 37 calls later still no resolution. When I say 30 calls. That’s how many times I had to file the number before I could get a customer service rep on the phone. I need a replacement or a refund.

Frigidaire has its service set up to avoid their responsibility to the customer after the purchase of an appliance. You can go months without a refrigerator according to their ststem. purchased refrigerator and freezer, matching set. Both units did not work from day one. the refrigerator was repaired and is currently operating properly. The freezer has an internal water leak and therefore cannot be repaired. I was offered a buyback based upon the amount I paid which is less than I can purchase a new freezer for, not including shipping or tax.

I have requested the amount of the buyback to be equal to what it will cost me to purchase the same freezer but Frigidaire refuses to respond. This is a known problem with this model freezer, model number FPFU19F8WF.

Purchased new fridge 9/5/23(+$2000), installed 9/18, stopped working 9/23. Troubleshooted issue for week + per Frigidaire. Contacted customer care 10/3 for service, was told 10/6 no service in my area. Have contacted Frigidaire customer care thru text line, instagram,email, & phone almost daily since 10/6.

It is now 11/2 and no resolution, no answer from them. 6 wks without refrigerated food! They will neither replace nor refund but continue to tell me to be patient and be patient. Multiple associates have told me one thing and the next employee directly contradicts them.

My unerstanding is that they have 90 days to resolve so I believe they are purposely dragging their feet and lying so they have no obligation. Incredibly dishonest. Have filed a complaint with BBB

Horrible customer service. I paid for an extended warranty and have been back and forth with Frigidaire for over 2 months now. The door fell off my freezer. All food ruined which they will not compensate for. They cannot find parts so were supposed to buy me a new freezer.

Then they decided to buy back my freezer. It has been over 3 weeks and they have not sent payment or let me know how much they will be paying me. I have spent hours on the phone to no avail.

There are no managers to speak to and they just keep escalating. Literally you talk to people in the Philippines. Don't purchase from them.

Our new refrigerator was broken upon purchase from Pieratts. We were wrapping up construction and did not plug the unit in within the 7-day window Pieratt's warranty allowed which we were not aware of until we called to report it.

4 months later Frigidaire has still done nothing to assist us. One repairman is available in our area and did not return after his second visit and failed to turn in his paperwork which apparently kept the company from replacing the unit.

We have a copy but that isn't doing us any good either. We are literally calling daily now trying to force them to uphold their warranty. They keep telling us we have to wait and set different times every day.

The customer service agents appear to work from home because you can hear dogs barking etc. and tell me they do not…

My dishwasher has never worked since it was installed. I have had 6 technicians here in 8 months. Clean water no detergent is used. Pictures were sent and technician was on the phone with frigidaire and he sent Pictures. The last advise was to wash out the soap no soap or dishes in the dishwasher.

I did this 7 times. Dirty soap fills up from the bottom. Vegetable oil put in bottom of dishwasher by technician. It is never going to work. I have been cheated. I will try to sell it to a company that refurbished dishwasher and it is still under the warranty. Do not trust frigidaire.

I've been without a dishwasher for over 5 months now. A part broke after having it for 2 months.

First the part that broke was on back order with no estimated time when it would be back in stock. Next I was promised follow up emails to my issue and have yet to receive one. I've probably been on the phone with them over 10 hours total at this time and still no dishwasher.

I tried the "chat" route and the person just ended the chat when I asked a question. I'm only looking for an R/A to be sent to Lowes so that I can return the broken one and purchase another> NOT FRIGIDARE

This information was already communicated on one of your other platforms over a month ago, but it was either ignored, or it just fell onto deaf ears, However if your stock lost a point, you'd panic. To be honest, I can't believe the horrible quality of products that exist today -- including products by you, Frigidaire.

Re: Frigidaire French door counter depth Gallery refrigerator. An ice cube formed on the back of the unit behind where the icemaker is located, causing a large rust spot. Called phone number. Told only option to pay a repairman a fee to come out and assess it.

I shouldn't have to pay for a manufacturer defect. The company should replace the refrigerator. Attempted to attach photo--wouldn't accept it.

Purchase a refrigerator on 8/9/3023. Ice Crystal started to build up in the freeze a several days later. customer service and they send a technician. The technician reported that the refrigerator had a manufacturer dent and the refrigerator need to be replaced he couldn’t repair it.

Frigidaire customer service told me I had to report this within seven days of purchasing the refrigerator. I explain that the technician said a customer wouldn’t be able to see the dent because it’s inside the freezer.. Frigidaire send a second technician from another appliances company for a second opinion and he give the same report.

Frigidaire refuse to replace my refrigerator or give a refund due to a manufacturing defect.

A repair man was supposed to come today (September 12th, 2023). He did not come. They rescheduled for Friday the 15th. They said they e-mailed and texted me - LIES. Couldn't speak to anyone stateside. Calls are funneled to the Philippines.

Freezer has ice and frost build-up. Technician came September 1st 2023 and said the freezer is bowed and not sealed properly. He could not fix. Technician said he will notified Frigidaire for a replacement refrigerator. They should contact us by the end of next week.

Have not heard from Frigidaire and all attempts to call lead to voice recording saying volume to high and to try again. Tech also gave his number and to call him if Frigidaire had not called back. I have left 2 voicemails and have not heard back from Technician either.

I am deeply disappointed in the service I've received from Frigidaire regarding the professional line of appliances I purchased. The dishwasher has not worked since the day it was installed. I've spent hours of my life on the phone with Frigidaire I have had several service appointments scheduled.

I have taken off from work 3 times only for them to come back and tell me I need another service appointment before they will consider replacing their product.

Additionally the refrigerator was missing parts when it was built. I am taking steps to return these appliances and I will never consider or recommend another Frigidaire product. The customer service is terrible.

I purchased a refrigerator in my new home which was a FRIGIDAIRE GALLERY on 10/15/2019. Everything was fine for about 4-5 months and it started leaking water from the bottom of the fridge. I called the 800 number listed on the inside of the FRIGIDAIRE and they sent out a tech. to review and fix.

Parts were ordered and the tech came back out and tried to fix the refrigerator but could not. I called customer service again and this time they sent out someone from Electrolux and not a third party and after multiple visits the tech.

Scheduled repair of new Frigidaire stove that would not heat. Appt confirmed but no repairman ever showed up during scheduled time. Service appt shows as "cancelled" and assigned service repair company states that they do not even service Frigidaire. " Or something like that.

And that's me being polite. All of the appliance companies are probably equally as bad but I know that I will never purchase Frigidaire again.

I have a side by side model FRSC2333AS refrigerator that is not even 1 year old. I have had problems with small rust spots, the liner detaching cause I h the refrigerator not to close properly. The refrigerator is not great quality and when I call to have it serviced I am transferred to the service dept and an automatic voice says all reps are unavailable and refers you to view a YouTube channel. This consistently happen.

I am extremely disappointed in this product and the companies customer service. Just horrible.

I made an online purchase at Lowe’s Yonkers branch in April for a Fridgedaire refrigerator about 3 weeks after I notice the refrigerator wasn’t cooling. I got I touch with Lowe’s and they advise to take this up with Fridgaire since they don’t accept returns after 10 days.

From early May I’ve been in contact with Fridgedaire and nothing have been up until now. They sent multiple technicians and the diagnosis from everyone is that the unit is unrepairable due to compressor leakage. Fridgedaire keep telling me they haven’t gotten no report from the technicians.

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with their customer service. Probably the worse I have ever experienced. She said her name was Anne and she never allowed me to speak to a manager and she said that I had to “deal with it” and accept that my refrigerator was out of warranty because i was a second owner.

No repairmen on my area. How can you sell to this area then? I have a fridigaire suite. I've had to replace the oven, microwave, refrigerator bin and now the refrigerator is having issues and I can get no help.

One person passes the buck to another and so on. NO HELP! Funny their corporate number for complaint is the same number for troubleshooting. Here you get to talk to someone who speaks very broken English and are absolutely no help.

First of all I am fed up to the MAX with this company. I started a claim the first week of June because my frig was spitting out water when I was trying to get ice. Contact the All-State number got chedule for someone to come out, noone show up.

They gave this timeline which ties up your whole day. I call to complain about noone showing up. They scheduled me for this week Tuesday June the 27th. None one showed up. They were supposed to come between 8 to 5.

I stayed home all day and still a no show. I am tired and wished I would have never bought this refrigerator. I talk to frigidare and they apologized for my inconvenience. They tried to called the repair team and they got no answer.

I bought 3 Frigidaire appliances from Homedepot online last month. When they were delivered, 2 of them were not working properly. The dishwasher's problem was found within 48 hrs so Homedepot replaced it with a new one. As I didn't plug in the refrigerator in the 1st 2 weeks, I found the problem later than 48 hours, the customer service just asked me to wait 3 weeks for the parts and get it repaired.

They did nothing to care about the consumers. I swear I will stop anyone around me from buying any Frigidaire appliances in the future.

On May 11th. 2023 I had 2 brand new wall 12000btu ac units delivered. After paying an electrician $500 to install them. I discover that frigidaire sent me two pieces of crap. On 1 the compressor is bad(doesn’t stay on and all the lights blink) and the other the unit is faulty (it turns on and off and doesn't cool).

I contacted your customer service on 5/26 and he refused to assist me in anyway and told me to contact walmart who I ordered it through. So your company wouldn't cover two wall ac units that were 15 days old.

Your app states that you have a 10 year warranty. I couldn't even get your company to assist me on 15 day old product

Well we bought a Frigidaire dishwasher from Home Depot. Well the dishwasher went out a week before the warranty expired. We made appt with frigidaire to come out to see what was wrong with it. and the never showed up we waited all day.

They keep sending txt messages they were on there way but of course they never showed up. I wasted my hole day waiting for them. Then we called them to set up up another appt they txt us on Easter to confirm are appt for April 10.

I received a txt at about 3:10 they were on there way it is now 5:53 and the still have not showed up this is bull shit now two days of my days wasted. And we called them and there not accepting calls at this time.

Horrible experience with Frigidaire!!! My husband and I purchased a dishwasher for our daughter and son in law in November of 2021. We were told Frigidaire was one of the best. The dishwasher stopped working 14 months later, January of this year, 2023.

A repairman came out, from where it was purchased, and said the motor needed to be replaced. AFTER 14 MONTHS???? The repair will cost almost as much as the new dishwasher!!! I bought a refrigerator about 3 1/2 years ago and a serviceman is coming to my house today because the frig part of my appliance is not keeping cold. The freezer part is working but not the frig and it's not even 4 years old. I'm a little disappointed in the Frigidaire --- not sure if I'll buy another one in the future. Bought refrigerator November 2022. Ice maker stopped working mid January 2023. I have the extended warranty. Called customer service. Tech came out February 6th said needed a part. It is now March 27th. I called customer service every week since February 6th, took weeks and 3 supervisor to get part.

Then tech service said the part was on back order. Called customer service and 2 supervisor later, got back ordered part. NOW IVE MISSED 2 DAYS OF WORK WAITING FOR THE REPAIR MAN TO SHOW UP AND WORK ON THIS PIECE OF JUNK.

I actually had a supervisor tell me on March 22 if the tech didn't show up on the 27th that they would replace the fridge. Guess what, SHE LIED. Called today and customer service told me a supervisor didn't want to speak to me.

This is merely a heads up to all of you trying to have an issue resolved. Frigidaire for all intensive purposes HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICES, PERIOD. After trying different numbers and multippe prompts. I was finally able to speak to someone.

When I explained my situation. She thanked me then transfered me to the same stupid # that said "we can't help you now". Wow now type of customer needs no help, right?

We just bought a new home with a fridgidaire dishwasher. It was working fine for a few months and then it stopped draining. we checked the line and made sure it was clear. Then it would not even turn on.

I called the appliance number that Clayton gave us. I made contact and the live agent said I would receive a call back which was about 6 days ago. We have 5 adults and 2 children living in our home and really need a working dishwasher.

The worst extended warranty service provider ever I have had 6 different A&E service techs come out to service and try to repair the refrigerator and none have had any success in doing so the last tech that came out was on March 3rd , 2023 and while attempting to repair my fridge he broke it , told me frigidaire authorized a replacement and to wait 7-10 business days that I would hear back from them.

Frigidaire has been playing games with me , haven't reached out to me at all every time I call they claim to have lost my number and e-mail address as well. I would never buy a frigidaire fridge or product ever again.

Recently (Dec. 2022) purchased a mobile home that came with Frigidaire fridge and electric range. My range "crackles" when not in use. Have called 800-374-4432. "Due to unusual high call volumes we are unable to take your call" Why have a number when you can't take a call?

I just want to know if this is an unsafe condition or if it's just what they do.

I bought a frigeraide stove, I requested service because the stove continues to beep at random times (including at night), it locks itself or turns itself on. They send a technician, requested a part and change the panel. The issue persisted, sent a second technician.

The second technician was very rude. He said there were roaches, I asked to see it and there were none. I do live in south Florida. I don’t have a roach infestation but I wonder what poor design would cause a panel to be damaged twice within a month because of roaches (there were none).

The technician disconnected the panel so it won’t beep, this means I won’t be able to use the stove. Then he left. Now frigeraide refuses to send another technician. I have no functioning oven and my warranty will expire in one month.

I’m 57 years old and have dealt with every company imaginable in my life. I can say without exaggeration that my recent experience with Frigidaire has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Just an embarrassment of incompetence, misinformation, and being lied to.

Whoever is in charge of your customer service department should be fired. I have called at least 10 times, spent at least 3-4 hours on the phone, been transferred and cut off multiple times, and I still cannot get a status of a simple order for two filters I placed 6 weeks ago.

I was also denied more than once when I asked to speak to a Manager. The order number is 55404885. I’m done with you. I had to order them on Amazon. I just want a refund. Please process asap and advise when done.
