The slide in range that I just bought in June has a burner that has stopped working. The Electronic Express store where I bought it said it was under warranty and gave me a phone number to call. After waiting on hold for 55 minutes the woman told me that it was not.

I have my receipt and sent in the warranty cards for all my appliances. I tried to complain with the chat site and they sent me an application with a charge of 5$! I just want my stove fixed!!!!!!

Bought refrigerator July 4,2022 for new house being built. Sat in original packaging until December. Storm outage February 2, 2023. Has not worked since. Can’t get anyone out to check for what the problem is. No show appointments. No working refrigerator as of today since February.

Bought a basic refrigerator for the garage in order to have a working refrigerator. Don’t know what else to do to get my refrigerator working

I called about my refrigerator not working on January 23rd 2023. As of today it is still not working, but my appt is scheduled for the 14th finally. This is also the 3rd or 4th time my refrigerator has stopped working and needed to be repaired.

I bought this refrigerator brand new from home depot. It is only 2 years old. There's no reason I should have this many issues already. I have called, sent emails to different people and it's like they don't care. I feel that they need to replace my refrigerator at this point.

But they just tell me to wait for technician to repair it. Why so that it can stop working in a couple of months again. Do not buy from this company. I never will again.

I have had to replace my dehumidifier every year for the pass three years. I called again to day and was told it’s no longer under warranty. I received the last dehumidifier on 5/25/2022. The product should last more then one year.

I will post this on social media if I do not receive a reply. Very unhappy

Purchased a Frigidaire induction range in 2021. Within a year three of the burners stopped functioning properly. Service rep. was sent. Three new burners ordered. s I believe.

Finally burners arrive and installed. Within a couple of months burners again not properly functioning. A second service rep. Came out. 00. Called Customer Service again. They insisted a third service rep. had to see the stove. He confirmed problem.

Waited a month - called customer service again. They wanted to send a 4th service rep. Claimed they did not get report from 3rd service rep. I called 3rd rep. They informed me that their report was filed and they had been paid for a service call, but claim denied as it was a $1,500 board replacement that was necessary.

First off I wouldn’t give you any stars on my experience!

Second I buy a new , and not cheap, refrigerator from you . This product hasn’t worked correctly since it was installed , I have had to change my schedule 2 times to have someone look at it and now I have to do it again .

This refrigerator freezes even with temperature set on 42 degrees . Was told it is required that service tech has 3 chances to fix it before anything can be done . Frigidaire does care about the customers time only wants to sell !

Bought all new appliances for my kitchen from you and sooty I did . Your customer help/complaint line is a waste of time . Wanted to answer a survey at end of call but you employee “Jack” wouldn’t end call so I could.

He was a waste of my time too. I bet this complaint is a waste also…

Bought a complete Frigidaire kitchen in September, from Lowes. Installed fridge in November. It never cooled. 6 or 8 visits and one no show from A&E, (where you have to be available 8 to 5) and it is still not fixed. We're in March now.

Half of my factory warrenty is gone and it hasn't chilled a beer. Another call in and time on hold and there're sending a different company out (be available 8 to 5). Wish me luck.

I have called four times concerning the repair of my dishwasher. The rep made an appointments with 2 different people who DONT service my area. Their is no one in this area Brookhaven MS. She talks in circles saying the same thing over and over.

I purchased it from Home Depot. They have called twice. This is going on three weeks. Never has worked right. I’d give a 0 if it was an option. Terrible business.

Refrigerator sounds like a John Deere tractor. I have had a service man out 3 times . Still make a loud noise. Called in again and you said call the repair man again. Now for the same compliance that I have had for several months he wants to charge me to come out .

He didn’t do anything thing the last several trips , except to tell me your appliances are noisy. I can here the refrigerator running in my bedroom.

I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator, the food rod it in it lost a lot of money. They sent her a tamper technician out. He fixed it supposedly but then the food started freezing both of the repair man they sent out the last one said he fixed the problem with the food, still froze and both repairman they sent out.

Frigidaire sent out half damaged and scratched up the door. I have ordered parts which I’ve been here for three weeks and no one has showed up. They have failed to send another door which they have damaged and scratched up.

Hello, We purchased a Frigidaire 24" 60dB Built-In Dishwasher Model # (FFCD2413UW) Serial # TH2164994 - White from Best Buy on Oct 6th 2022, installed it a few days after receiving it and found it was not working. We called and your company promptly set an appointment for repair.

The Tech came and found the pump was not working and he would need to order the part. Well, it is now February 10/23 and its 4 months later and this Dishwasher has not been fixed and the pump has been ordered but its status has been "PENDING" until today.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with Frigidaire. I purchased a Gallery 4-door fridge on 7/19/21 to be delivered a little over a month later. Here we are in February 2023. One and a half years old and the ice maker no longer works.

We have water but no ice. along with being disconnected. A repair person has already replaced the easiest being the ice maker and no luck. He is now discussing possibly the control board. This appliance was just under $3000! My model is FG4H2272 and serial number is 1K10979446.

My Frigidaire refrigerator that I bought a few years ago almost burnt my house down. If I would not of been home my house would have burnt down and I would have lost everything I own. The refrigerator released a terrible gases into my home then a fire started from the bottom which I’m told is the compressor.

This model needs a recall and now I will have to buy a new refrigerator which will not be a Frigidaire. I am thinking of calling an attorney.

Regarding work order#86084930. Within the past month I purchased 3 Frigidaire major appliances. Refrigerator, range, and dishwasher. My refrigerator left door will not stay open fully. I called Frigidaire and was provided the above work order number. A service tech came over to tell me the right side of the unit needs to be elevated.

He needed to make sure this was covered before repair. I called Frigidaire only to find out they would not help me. I am extremely dissatisfied with this response and regret purchasing from Frigidaire. I am sincerely hoping someone will reach out and help me rectify this unfortunate situation.

Had the fridge less than 4 months when freezer went out. Still under warranty?! Yes but good luck getting them to send out an actual technician. They make appointments over and over and then the tech never shows up or calls and when I contact them they say they don't know why the appointment was scheduled with them because they don't have any refrigeration techs.... NEW DAY SAME STORY!

It looks burnt on the inside too. NO ONE AT THIS NUMBER CARES OR SPEAKS ENGLISH CLEARLY!!!

We bought a model FRSS2323AS side by side refrigerator-freezer on July 28, 2022. Within a month, we had issues with the freezer motor. Now we are experiencing a loud, grinding noise that sounds like a jet engine. It lasts anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour.

My wife is a diabetic and her medication, Trulicity, is very expensive and must be kept cold. We have had a lot of trouble contacting your warranty service by phone with wait times as long as 30+ minutes. Each time we were promised next day service only to gave the contractor tell us it would be several days.

We should not have these issues with a 6-month-old, name brand appliance. We are senior citizens on a fixed income and this is frustrating. We want reliable service when needed or a replacement for this one. It’s likely…

A new refrigerator did not work and the first call to the help desk the robo operator informed me unfortunately all operators were busy so please call back. On the next call I waited 35 minutes and once connected was told I needed a serial number which I did not have with me. So shame on me for not having the number but shame on them for not having enough staff to answer calls.

If I could give less then 1 star I would. We purchased my mother a brand new refrigerator. After 2 days it stopped cooling entirely. My mothers food had to be thrown out. After 2 weeks they sent out a service tech who said the wire harness was bad and they needed to send a new one in order for them to repair it.

After 4 different calls I spoke with a supervisor who informed me that they would send the wire harness out first thing in the morning and have tracking sent to my email. Here we are a week later and no tracking and no wire harness.

I recently purchased my first home in March 2022. It came with a Frigidaire dishwasher which was not my choice of purchase, but I wasn't disappointed at first because Frigidaire is a name brand and I expected high quality. Unfortunately, within in just 4-5 months, the dishwasher suddenly stopped working.

Have a dishwasher still under warranty. Called local appliance guy out who discovered it was the motor pump assembly thet had gone bad. Called Frigidaire took an hour to get a representative on the line. This person could hardly speak English and was difficult to understand.

Plastic bin on the lower fridge door has cracked THREE TIMES IN TWO YEARS. Have had to replace this item. I don't even store anything in it and I believe it may be sticking to the lower bin drawer in the main fridge when the door is closed.

What a piece of garbage in My opinion. You would be better off buying LG. Poor quality workmanship from frigidaire. Do t purchase their products any if them. They r all garbage in my opinion.

I don't even know where to begin and I could fill a novel with how absolutely horrible this company is(Electrolux is the parent), and uninterested in providing a modicum of customer care to its customers. It has always been difficult getting a hold of someone to assist with issues with our refrigerator but lately it's impossible.

I am 40:25 holding as I type this out. I cancelled our subscription for water filters 3 months ago and they are ready to charge my CC and send on this month. If I could afford to give our expensive refrigerator away and buy a different brand I would so so in a heartbeat.

Possibly the single worst company doing business in the US today.

My brother purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator on 11/7/2022, delivered on 11/9/22, it wasn't cooling like it should. A repair person was sent out on 11/29. He said it needed a new part (brand new refrigerator) and it should take about a week to get it.

Then it completely stopped working about a week later and he had to throw out everything again. The repairman was sent out on 12/20 only to tell him it needs another part. All of this going on through the Christmas Holidays, NO REFRIGERATOR.

As of today he hasn't gotten much of a response from Frigidaire. The PARTS have not come in. He purchased the brand new refrigerator in good faith. Frigidaire should replace the refrigerator. My husband,Terry Allison, and I bought a Frigidaire upright 20cu Ft garage ready Freezer from Home Depot in Scottsboro, AL. Model# FUE2022AW Serial no. BB23104576, On December 10, 2022. It was delivered on December 20, it worked fine. We made sure it was cooling and transferred our food on Dec. 24.

It was cooling through the week. On Tues. Jan 3, everything had defrosted. We lost our food! It had cooled for only a week! We cannot have an unreliable freezer. 82. We are going through the process that Frigidaire requires.

A repairman is coming Jan18, 2023. The lights were working so the power was not off. The door was closed. It will not restart cooling. We cannot own an unreliable Freezer. We want our money refunded and a shipper to come get the Freezer!

We purchased a new home in Denver, Colorado in 2019. The home came with new Frigidaire Appliances including a gas stove top 5-burner. The “flame failure device” has never worked and I don’t see any stem on any burner to monitor the heat, hot/cold.

We experienced a major defect in the Frigidaire gas burners when the flame went out and a neighbor was smelling gas at her contiguous home 2-doors down. The gas burner without flame was on for over 24-hours and Denver Fire Department immediately came over and helped us evacuate our home.

My range started demonstrating electrical issues within 2 months of the expiration of my 3-year warranty. I paid out of pocket for repairs, only to have two additional electrical problems over the next 1.5 years. The unit was finally diagnosed as having electrical problems in the main board with a repair estimate of $500 plus dollars. Between the repairs and the extended warranty, which I never used, I purchased a new oven. The funny thing is though, I spent all that money, yet I still do not have a stove that works properly. Thus, I am requesting a replacement or at minimum a voucher for a discounted purchase of a new stove so that I can actually enjoy what I paid for the next time. Term: 3…

I purchased a Frigidaire 4 door refrigerator in August 2022 in Silverthorne, CO. The refrigerator quit working totally December 18, 2022. I called Frigidaire and requested help. They told me to unplug the appliance for 10 minutes and then plug it back in.

That didn't work so the person I talked to said they would schedule an appointment for a repair person to come on December 20, 2022. Peak Appliance was never contacted to repair it. Peak Appliance did finally come over December 26, 2022 and said they would need to order 3 parts and would let me know when the parts would be available.

I have been unable to get an answer on when the refrigerator will be repaired. We have been WITHOUT a refrigerator for over a week. This is a rental property and causing major problems. Totally…

9/16/22 - purchased Frigidaire wall oven. Model FCWS302LAFA. Serial VF20217378 10/6/22 - oven installed. Oven was defective 10/28/22 - second oven installed. Oven did not work correctly 11/7/22 - Unique Repair Service appointment. Control panel ordered. 11/11/22 - Unique Repair Service appointment cancelled - part not in.

I purchased a Frigidaire Freezer in November of 2021 and it failed in less than 6 months. I have had several service companies come and have still do not have a working freezer. This is a warranty issue as the service person that you sent told me the compressor was bad and he had to order.

He called a month ago and said he had the compressor. His mail box is full , he won't answer text. And he won't answer the call. This is redicilous Please help me get my freezer fixed or refund my money.

I'll go buy a different brand.

2 months old Range stopped working on Sun 12/18 took hours to get thru to CS Mon, warranty repair scheduled Tues was a no show& discovered they are out of business on my own! More hours trying to get thru Weds.

next repair can come to look at on 1/3. They offered 60$ towards a rental if I needed an oven over the holidays. Completely unacceptable. Never again. What a joke.

Frigidaire Over the Range Microwave Model LFMV1846VFA We purchased from Lowes on September 03, 2022 and also paid for it to be installed BIG MISTAKE. Once installed it started making a clattering noise after a couple on uses. I contacted Lowes and was told I would have to contact Frigidaire.

They contacted an appliance repair company to investigate. They found 7 parts that were defective and had to contact Frigidaire to get authorization to proceed with resolving issues' It took until December 19, 2022 for the parts to make it to the appliance repair company.

I purchased a new refrigerator on July 22, 2022. Into the second month I noticed that the fridge temp. was running quite cold even though the dial was set at the recommended area. So I lowered the dial a little bit and then noticed it was too warm.

I asked for the fridge to be replaced being it was recently purchased and customer service flatly refused saying it is their policy to first have a service person come and see if the fridge could be fixed. I argued and they said it is not up to them but the service person to deem the fridge beyond repair. He came and said that it is a faulty thermostat and that can be repaired. I asked him if he has the final decision on replacing the fridge by deeming it unrepairable and he said NO, that is the companies decision.

We bought a Frigidaire refrigerator less than a year ago only to have it die the week before Christmas. We were basically told tough luck. By the Frigidaire representative in our area. This is not only inconvenient it has resulted in a loss in food for the up coming holiday season.

We were told the part had to be ordered and the part may not be available until after Christmas. The main reason we bought this $2000 refrigerator brand is because it was American made and the sales representative indicated that if there were problems it would be easier to get repairs done quickly if we had a problem.

If someone would call us to remedy this situation before Christmas it will be appreciated. I’m not sure if we want this refrigerator to be repaired and would rather have it replaced with a new one.…

Recently moved to Florida and ordered an entire suite of appliances Refridgerator, Double Oven, Microwave, and dishwasher, all less than a year old and under Fridgidaires factory warranty. The microwave was intermittent and would not operate. I contacted Frigidaire, and a certified tech came out to evaluate and indicated it needed a new main board and a bulb.

We waited a couple of weeks, and the technician discovered other burnt components he needed to order. Several days after the attempted repair, smoke-filled our kitchen. The microwave is a custom built-in installation and cannot be removed or unplugged quickly.
