The slide in range that I just bought in June has a burner that has stopped working. The Electronic Express store where I bought it said it was under warranty and gave me a phone number to call. After waiting on hold for 55 minutes the woman told me that it was not.
I have my receipt and sent in the warranty cards for all my appliances. I tried to complain with the chat site and they sent me an application with a charge of 5$! I just want my stove fixed!!!!!!
