If I could I would give ZERO stars! 8 cu. ft. counter-depth French Door refrigerator was purchased as a part of a kitchen renovation from Home Depot. It was purchased early in the process due to delay issues assocated with Covid.

It sat isolated in my garage for 6 months out of the way with no one touching it for any reason. When it was installed it would not cool. From October 20, 2002 to present, I have been trying to work with Frigidaire to replace the unit.

I have been getting the run-round about not being able to replace it unless it is unfixable and each technician that comes out has to diagnose it on his own and determine what's needed. The first time a step valve was ordered.

This is a follow up to a complaint filled 12/6/22 about missed appointments, especially since on 12/6 I received a text at 4:54 that the technician was on his way and would be here shortly. After no shows for two days, 12/5 and 12/6), on 12 /7/22 I was told I would need to wait until 12/12 for an appointment.

I asked for a supervisor and after hearing what had gone on, she assured me that someone would be here either Thursday 12/8 or Friday, 12/9. As we talked I received a text msg that I had an appointment for Monday 12/12/22.

She advised me to ignore that one and that some would contact me directly and be here Thursday or Friday. Nothing happened Thursday and I called today 12/9/22 around 1 only to be told that I am still scheduled for Monday and no one would be here today.

Brought dishwasher on 10/31/22 on 11/7/22 it was installed use that day washer stop and flash code i30 called frigidaire sent repair men told my water pump was bad,only used for 1st wash,now I have to wait til 12/21 for repair this shouldn't happen to a new dishwasher that never been used and only 1/2 cycle to replace water pump I give you1/2 star

I bought a $900 Frigidaire refrigerator and ALL the door bins started breaking right away. CHEAP even $39 replacement bin arrived broken! I've had many refrigerators in 40 years and NEVER one with bins this cheaply built and not even cheaply priced! DONT BUY

I have called Frigidaire phone number 1800 374 4432 since September till now November 30th 2022 trying to have my side by side refrigerator repaired because it makes noise and has the sign on the door saying high temperature. I have been given so far 8 repair appointments 2 no shows and 1 repair company called to inform me that they don't have a tech to service me in my 19151 area.

My next repair appointment given today is for 12/02/22 and I already took off from work 8 times without pay and the above appointment will be # 9 without pay. Iam very unsatisfied with the assistance with the problem that I am having with my refrigerator.

In September 2021 I purchased a Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator. Last week (November 2022) the fan motor that cools the compressor shut down. The repair bill was $295 on a refrigerator that I owned for only 14 months. Of course, the one-year warranty expired. I tried calling Frigidaire for counsel but was on hold for 40 minutes. With my patience running low and my refrigerator at risk, I phone a local repair shop out of fear of losing my compressor.

Well, my problems seem to continue. On Sunday, (of a holiday weekend), my water dispenser slowed to a trickle and the refrigerator is not producing ice. My fridge is 7 months old . After 3 calls with a 40 min hold time each time I had a technician come to my house to inform me that I have to wait 2 weeks for a part to be ordered .

The technicians are not empathetic at all they are very cold and honestly your company is awful. You should never allow a customer with a new fridge to go 3 weeks without a fridge . What am I supposed to do for 3 weeks ?

I will NEVER buy another one of your appliances. You all should have replaced my fridge since you can’t get a part sooner .

I bought a new Frigidaire range from Lowes and had it delivered the first week of November. After delivery installer said regulator is leaking and needs to be replaced to continue LP conversion. After Regulator was replaced LP Conversion was performed and oven did not work.

Frigidarie sent another tech and concluded a valve needed to be replaced. After the visit I called Frigidaire immediately and mentioned I want a new range cause parts are taking too long and Thanksgiving is less than a week away.

Monday comes along and after talking to customer service I realize parts were not ordered yet they reassured me that parts will be expedited and sent on Wednesday and to call Tech to come out when I receive parts. The Wednesday before Thanksgiving.

Complained from beginning ice maker is horrible. Put new ice maker in but it's not that. This model makes very small ice cubes 8 at a time. 2 1/2 days and had 1/4 of a bin forcing me to buy ice 2xs a week.

Want to upgrade or money back. 11/16th told approved and would receive email to do either. 11/17 no email so called and replied denied any conversation took place with company 11/16th and said I was denied. We have owned our Gas range for just over a year (purchased March 2021). It's been serviced once already as had a leak in the valves. those were replaced roughly 9 months later (yes you read that correctly). Now we have another issue of too much pressure being pushed thru the stove.

ALL the flames are HUGE and ORANGE and shooting out!!! So I called 800-265-8352 (Oct 28) and after waiting in the queue for 42 min I discover I've reached the US service centre. She did however take all the details of my issue told me that a work order would be issued once their computer system was back up.

We purchased a side by side model fss2312 teo about 4 years ago. After hearing a loud “pop” the inside freezer now has a long crack in the plastic out side wall, but still works.

However the refridge section no longer cools. I have tried customer service and cannot get thru. I have tried a previous review and was told more info needed. See attached pictures.

I held for over an hour the last time and phone just rings after an automated message. As they do not answer the phone and email sends you to a for pay site, how can you get in contact with them? I purchased a dehumidifier last September for about $250. I used it for a little over a month last year and for about 5 months this year. The unit now constantly throws an EC error code and shuts off. I've contacted customer support several times but since I'm over the 12 month warranty period there is nothing they can do.

So basically I have a $250 paper weight. This unit only ran for about 6 months!

Also this is a known issue with this unit because I read MANY reviews online and people are complaining about the exact same issue as I just stated. This is absurd that Frigidaire does not stand behind their products and I for one will NEVER buy another Frigidaire product and I will be sure to let everyone know this as well.

My Frigidaire microwave is out of service for now approximately 2 months even though I have paid for an extended warranty upto 3 more years. Technician stated it needed a control fuse that he did not have in his truck.

Dehumidifier failed with EC error code 6 days past the one year warranty. Frigidaire would not cover the unit. Fortunately, I bought the unit with a credit card that offered an extended warranty. Unfortunately, Frigidaire refused to give me a letter stating that the unit could not be repaired, even though they had told me that very thing both on the phone and in various chats. I had to take the unit to an appliance repair center and have them tell me what I already knew that the unit was not repairable. This cost me a additional service fee that was totally unnecessary if Frigidaire customer support was worth anything.

I bought a Frigidaire Gas Stove model number FGGH3047VF.. at Home Depot in Matthews, NC, on Sept 30, 2022,was delivered on 10/2/22. I did not open the box when it was delivered, due to the fact that I had to have a gas line put in and the company that was going to install it was not able to come and install it until after the gas line was inspected.

So when the Company came to install the stove they found that it was damaged. The top of the stove does not sit even on the bottom of the stove. If I could give NO STARS I would. DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS. JUST DON'T. Was forced to take possession of these 5 months early due to Covid and now they won't extend my warranty to fix a range that's been broken since date of install.

Spoke to Larry G who claimed to be a corporate supervisor and they won't fix it because my warranty ended DATE OF DELIVERY. I was forced to take delivery. Horrible, awful. Refrigerator leaks water, water dispenser serves warm water, horrible noises.

I purchased a feidgidaire built in microwave on March 28th 2021 that cost me $400. It stopped working in January 2022, I submitted my claim to the warranty immediately. I then have been eating for approximately 9 months for parts to fix this microwave and have not received all of them.

Every week I call your customer service which is very unprofessional by the way, I can hear kids screaming in the background, fans blowing, food cooking. They have no solution for me, I keep getting told that the parts will come in next week and they never do.

We bought a new house. Back on July 31st. It came with brand new applicances including a fridge. The day we moved in the fridge did not work. We called the warranty department and they sent out a tech. He could'nt get it to work.

They sent out a differant company. They could not get it to work. They sent out this company a total of 5 times. That's 5 times I had to take off of work. 5 times I had to move around my schedule.

They could not fix it and told me they would be telling them I needed a replacement. Another week goes by with 0 communication from anyone. It has not been almost 2 1/2 months and still no fridge. I then get a call from a rep or something telling me since the house I cant provide a receipt then I will not be getting a fridge. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!??

We bought a French door refrigerator from a company in Cincinnati (Recker & Boerger) in April 2022. In mid-August 2022 this fridge stopped working. Worse yet, Frigidaire STILL has not repaired or replaced it. Service across the board has been lackadaisical, uncaring, and unorganized.

We've been without a kitchen fridge for FOUR WEEKS. This is the worst customer experience I've ever had by far. We were sold a lemon and are dealing with a company that obviously does not care about customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MODEL.

And frankly, I don't recommend buying any of their products if this is the kind of performance and service you might end up having.

Extended Warranty inaction in providing replacement or tracking information within 7-10 business per their own correspondence. I called their 1800-944-9044 support line twice within the week and have been told to call back in another week as your claim is still being processed.

Their own process states "Thank you for contacting Electrolux. If we have received all the required documentation (Signed letter, Serial Tag and Receipt) in a JPEG or PDF format, you should receive your new product within 7-10 days or an alternative solution if no inventory is available.

My side-by-side refrigerator is 1 1/2 years old the seal gets very hot around the freezer part my icemaker quit working and so did my water and now I’m told that there’s nothing you guys can do so I have to have a service tech come out which is going to cost me a couple hundred bucks thank you very much but I will tell everybody how rotten your customer service is and to not purchase one of your appliances because apparently you don’t stand behind your product also they said my warranty ran out
