I have been trying to get a repair for a safety issue on my stove for over a month I have contacted customer service numerous times I’ve been told that I’m going to get a callback from back office about the concern to date no one has called me back and it’s over a month They keep making changes to what the resolution is in my file without notifying me if I don’t call back I don’t know what is happening they offered me a repair where the technicians do not show up a callback I complain they say they’re going to replace my unit because they have no other technicians in the area I wait weeks no one contacts me about the replacement So
I called back and they have denied the replacement without notifying then they say hire your own technician and we’ll pay you back if you cannot return a call…
