I have been trying to get a repair for a safety issue on my stove for over a month I have contacted customer service numerous times I’ve been told that I’m going to get a callback from back office about the concern to date no one has called me back and it’s over a month They keep making changes to what the resolution is in my file without notifying me if I don’t call back I don’t know what is happening they offered me a repair where the technicians do not show up a callback I complain they say they’re going to replace my unit because they have no other technicians in the area I wait weeks no one contacts me about the replacement So

I called back and they have denied the replacement without notifying then they say hire your own technician and we’ll pay you back if you cannot return a call…

Can’t do this I. 100 words or less Had a problem with my wall,oven since July 9, 2020, tech has replaced every part possible It will not hold 350 degrees, it goes from 350 to 400 to 300, and sticks sometimes at 278 Have callled and noted all calls to customer service 12 calls 2 emails to the CEO- no reply Now they say tech says it is unrepairable and Frigidaire says they are going to process for a new oven, It takes 7-10 days just to look over the notes, then paper work has to go in (which I already sent ) but no they want it again, then they will contact the supplier and who knows if it is even in stock To date it is 9 weeks without an oven I have tried a couple of things and burnt and thrown out everything

This is a night mare, and I can’t afford to just go buy another wall oven

Purchased a Model FGHF2366PFEA refrigerator Ser# 4A65102136 Lot No. 00312600 in March of 2017. Since that time the wheels on the glass shelve above the crisper baskets have broke off at least once per year requiring the purchase of a new glass shelve and moving the rails from the old glass shelve to the new one. I believe that the weak unsupported plastic where the wheel attaches to the shelve is a poor design and does not stand up to normal use. As you know the cost of a replacement shelve is not insignificant. When I Goggled the issue I notice that there where many comments and videos on how to replace the shelve on the internet, so many others have had the same problem.

We bought our freezer 11/30/2021 and have had an issue since first delivered. It forms frost and/or drips even after not met Pus service calls. There appears to be a gap in the top center but to date, nothing has resolved the issue.

The final straw is your Electrolux repairman cane today and upon entering, he was rude and said he had no idea what our problems had been. I explained to him and the entire time he said “I don’t know anything about it”.

Then he said “you said your piece, now let me talk” contentiously. He never tried to look at freezer, acted like he didn’t care and when I asked him to please lose the attitude or leave, he turned around, opened the door and left

We have never had such rude service nor have we ever had any issues with appliances as we have this freezer

The refrigerator that I purchased from Lowe on 6/4/22. The delivery person said that ice would start working in 48 Hours witch it did not. Call lowes to have it replaced and they would not after 48 hours. So I called for warranty service and after 5 service technician visits.

The ice maker is still not working. Now have a 6th technician scheduled. After all this Frigidaire still will not replace the refrigerator unless the service technician recommends replacement. I have also had issues with door alignment witch is not 100% right.

Bought this 2 months ago, the first week of June. The freezer completely stopped working as of August 6th. It was hovering between 37 and 45 degrees. Called Fridgaire to repair as it is still under warranty. after waiting on hold for over an hour they scheduled me a repair for 5 days later.

That repair man calls to tell me he doesn't even work on those refrigerators and I have to call back and get a different repair person. after waiting on hold for another hour, they finally find someone to send out 4 days later.

that guy shows up unplugs it and plugs it back in and says call if it's not fixed. Shocker, it's not fixed! after waiting another 30 minutes on hold with their customer service, they tell me they can send someone out on August 29th.

Brand new frigidare side by side, installed one month after purchase due to kitchen remodel. Professionally installed and never got cold or made ice and the fridge made very loud grinding sound. Called customer service, which was no help and was referred to another number.

Called this number around 9 am on Friday 8/12 and was told a repairman would be in touch. Repair company called around 9 am on Monday 8/15 and was told he doesn't service this type of fridge and he would send me back into the queue.

I called the frigidare repair hotline and explained the situation and was told that someone would be in touch and they could not help me immediately. It is now 9 pm on Monday 8/15 and no one has been in contact with me. I have been.

purchased a new range on 7/29/22 , delivered 7/31/22. The oven does not work. I had to wait until 8/9 for a tech to look at it under warranty. It requires two new parts , the control board and the thermostat.

Thermoset was not in stock and need to be found thru backorder. It has been 15 days and I cant use the oven. All requests for a replacement range have been deflected.

30 days waiting on repair on Fridge that had a bad compressor when delivered. Service tech missed appointment and didnt have the freon to do the repair in the first place. Was rescheduled for 7 days later. Started warranty request on 7/8.

Repair was to be completed 8/11. New date is 8/17.

I purchased the FFAD5033W1 Frigidaire dehumidifier July 17, 2021, I received it July 23, 2021. Sometime during the week of July 11, 2022 the dehumidifier started to show the error code EC. I followed the instructions in the guide. I unplugged the unit and plugged it back in several times because it would work again and I would leave it assuming it was working.

I did this a few times but when I researched it online I found that there were many reviews for the Frigidaire dehumidifiers having the EC codes. The EC code actually means that the unit is not repairable. The dehumidifier is critical to my cookie decorating projects as the royal icing has to dry in an area with a certain level of humidity.

I purchased the range 07/07/2022 and it was delivered 07/22/2022 and have not been able to use the stove. The leveling leg was bent. After multiple call waiting periods they order the part only to mail me the wrong part.

When I finally got the right part, had to call back and wait 39 min to schedule a technician. Customer service really sucks. Today is August 8, 2022 and the issue is still not resolved, when requested another range I was told the technician had to deam the range unrepairable.

I will NEVER buy another range from FRIGIDAIRE and I don’t recommend this brand because Customer service is not willing to make this right after a month of waiting and still no resolution for a brand new range.

Several dehumidifiers have failed after only 9 -12 months use. Warranty extends only for 3 years from original purchase. If one runs a replacement ( the original similarly failed within three years of three months of summer use) for three months for three summers and and it then fails, it won't be replaced because it is beyond warranty date from original purchase.

Apparently Frigidaire has no faith the product will perform for very long Will never purchase Frigidaire product again

I contacted Fridgedaire the first week of June 2022 to send a repairman for my refrigerator that was still under warrantee. A&D Appliance was sent. No diagnostics were done. They had to come a second time. ” Again, no diagnostic testing.

It is now more than two months later and my refrigerator has still not been repaired. I think, at this point, Fridgedaire should replace it with a brand new one since they have not honored the warrantee.

Side by side refrigerator ice maker pouring water into ice dispenser slot and not filling the ice maker since they replaced the recalled part. I have been calling customer service since June 27, 2022 and cannot get anyone to come repair it. Model #FRSS26L3AF Serial #4A14405228. We bought this unit November 2021. On 6/18/22, I purchased a gas range from Lowes along with the extended warranty. One of the burners did not work properly once the stove was installed as it would flame up extremely high. After checking all the installation and nothing worked to remedy the problem, I reported it to Lowes within a week and was told that I would have to report it to the manufacturer.

I called Frigidaire and was given a repair appointment for 7/20/22 since the range is still under the manufacturer's warranty. On 7/20/22 the repair man came from A& E. He stayed all of 5 minutes. He stated the burner needed a part and I would have to purchase it. I disputed this.

He left without any other comments and left no work order. From 7/20/22, I have called Frigidaire more than 10 times. Customer service is horrible.…

The refrigerator that I bought less than one year ago is not producing ice as it should. I called and set up for a technician to come by to fix it. No one ever showed up, no one called to cancel, nothing!

I called Frigidaire again to see what happened. I was told the appointment was cancelled by the technician. Nobody ever told me we set up another appointment, no one showed up again. I called back and was informed it was cancelled by the technician again.

Crisper drawer rail broke after 3 months. Bought Frigidaire Gallery fridge to match other Gallery appliances. Frigidaire claims this is an esthetic issue not a functional issue so it’s not covered under warranty.

Purchased a dehumidifier from Costco. when plugged it in it made girding and scraping noises. something was rattling inside the unit so i turned it and a couple of screws came out. I called customer service 3 time each time had to wait 20 minutes on the line.

The first call the call got muted even though was still connected as if the representative just muted it, I hanged up after waiting for a while. The second call the representative was borderline rude, I asked to talk to someone else or a manager he refused and ended the call.

My refrigerator is under my husbands name Dan same last name. We have had problems with the ice maker from the beginning. Had someone come look at it The next day it still was not working. Found out ice maker was on recall.

They had to order the replacement for it. They came out and put in the new one. Now it is still not working. The 3rd guy comes out and it still is not working need a different part. They told us it’s on back order so now the refrigerator side is not working says it’s to hot.

So now we have to wait for this part and then wait for them to schedule to have them come out again. We lost all of our food and they are telling us it is not covered. #1 we had it in a cooler but that ice only lasts for so long. #2.

We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator at a cost of $ 900 as a replacement for a Frigidaire refrigerator that lasted only 3 years . What a lousy company for repair service!!!!! This is my third day of rearranging my schedule to wait for service that as of right now I'm not sure will happen today. I spoke with a supervisor a short time ago and it appears that they're trained to give generic answers to any questions that you may have.

I will now make an attempt to contact the corporate office in the hopes of getting someone to understand that my time is valuable, yet Frigidaire is the only one getting paid for their inability to schedule appointments.

purchased model GRFS2853AF on April 16, 2022 it was delivered a few days late. About three weeks later our first issue started. Ice maker was full of water and temperature was up then down and freezing items in refrigerator portion.

Called warranty and they sent Lords Appliance. Lords came out and replaced the tower. Still did not correct problem. Called warranty again and they were absolutely no help. Lords came our again and replaced the circuit board. Still freezing food.

We purchased a used refrigerator from marketplace so we had somewhere to put food Every time I have to call warranty they stall and say they cant see notes from repair company. Funny I have a copy of every note so how do you not see them.

I purchased a window ac unit July 12th 2021 and May 16 th 2022 it stopped functioning and I called Frigidaire on May 16th. I spoke with Jason who stated a replacement would be sent once I submitted replacement form which I did on 5/16/2022.

As of 7/18/2022, after multiple calls and emails, I am still stuck with a faulty window AC, mid summer in the desert in Arizona. I cannot get it serviced, replaced, or refunded. the agent I spoke with today just left me on hold for an hour.

I have reached out to customer support at least 3 times regarding a defective freezer (known issue) I purchased. The first time a tech was dispatched he diagnosed the problem. Didn’t hear anything after! Called customer support again and was told the part is on back order and you have no idea when it will be in stock. We called a third time and was told you would expedite my claim to management to replace the unit and was guaranteed an answer within 10 business day via email. Haven’t heard anything since! When I went online to order for filters for my Frigidaire it didn't take long for somebody to answer or to take my order I paid over $400 for filters it's been going on 2 months now and I still haven't received every time I call someone tells me well the system down or give me a number where nobody answers right now I've been on the phone on hold for 30 I say about 40 minutes now and

I had my ice maker replaced for $400+ and 4 months later it broke again. 00 and said he’d have to replace another part of it didn’t work. He scammed me because it still didn’t work and refuses to answer repeated calls .

You need to stop hiring people right off the boat and start hiring Americans. I want all my money refunded. Filing with BBB and that’s just for starters!

I purchased a Frigidaire air conditioner six years ago along with extended warranties. The air conditioner failed and the warranty department indicates I need a sales receipt from six years ago. I ask you how many people save the receipts from six years plus?

I’ve been paying for the warranty over the last six years at the same address and the same serial number for the air conditioner but Frigidaire will not honor my extended warranty so I am requesting that my warranty charges be credited or my air conditioner replaced.

Purchased a new refrigerator. Delivered with two damaged trim parts. Been calling three days now and phone system won’t connect at Frigidaire for help. Purchased the unit at Lowes and they won’t help either. Very frustrating. It is almost like Frigidaire is no longer in business!

Starting a long term relationship this way sets a very bad tone for long term service. Extremely frustrated!

We purchased a new Frigidaire refrigerator from sheelys furniture and appliance in North Lima Ohio on May 11 of 2022. It was delivered on June 20 of 2022. The icemaker does not work it creates a thin layer of ice on the bottom of the icemaker and drips condensation.

Stackable washer/dryer has not worked correctly since day 1. Bought at Big Sandy's and they sent a repairman out here several times, but could never repair it. We complained to the ceo at Big Sandy's with no reply. Now,just 5 years old, the washer completely quit.

Have been waiting since April for a brand new fridge to be repaired. The freezer side works. The fridge stays too warm. Have to put ice in it to keep food cool. Now we got a recall on the icemaker.

I bought anew home 3 weeks ago. My refrigerator is no longer working. I am covered by warranty and was assigned a 3rd party repair company who never showed up. Now, Frigidaire is telling me it won't be until Thursday before anyone can come.

I have been without since Saturday the 18th of June. I have lifesaving medication in the refrigerator. I need service Immediately but nobody seems to care. Seriously disappointed and do not understand why nobody can come sooner due to the medication.

I am a disabled veteran with 3 small children including a 1 year old. What am I supposed to do with my medication?

I have been dealing with a warranty/replacement issue on a Frigidaire dehumidifier with your Philippine Customer Service group. It has been almost a month now since I first sent the requested information to them. I have called the 3 times now only to be told they never received my email submissions and requested to have me start the process over again.
