My 84 year mother bought this worthless fridge from Maruszcak (Schererville, IN), it was replaced by Action Appliance (Portage, IN) within 6 months due to bad controls and door. The "replacement" lasted 5 months. Action said "it was going to be replaced" again.

Then Frigidaire changed their mind and arranged for A&E to replace the compressor. The compressor was to be sent to my mother. A&E never actually talked with her. The compressor was never sent, only a rubber footing part. After days of multiple attempts to find out what's going on A&E emailed that they didn't get the compressor either.

They are scheduled to be here Thursday, yet with no compressor. This has been a 3 week plus torture on my "84" year mother. 3 ice chests daily filled, lost food and mainly fast food. FRIGIDAIRE IS A…

Bought a 12,000 BTU air conditioner the Economy setting if I set it at 71 my thermostats in my small apartment say 85 I bought air-conditioners for over 40 years this is not a good air conditioner to buy somebody told me this many years ago but it was on sale so I bought it this is an mediocre Air conditioner I called the customer care service line wait time was too long so they will call me back they call me back with a survey never spoke to me terrible customer service better conditioner I would never recommend it to anyone

I purchased a package of all Frigidaire appliances. Range dishwasher microwave and refrigerator in December for my house which was under construction. The range and the microwave have never worked once. After multiple calls and confused contradicting information. I am now waiting for a supposed appointment on June 21.

This has been the most frustrating and aggravating experience I have ever had with a warranty issue. After complaining about a two week wait to get service, I was given the name of another company and schedule for the following day.

We purchased a series of warranty contracts (last of which was Contract # 9000260202). I am writing to discuss my serious disappointment with your firm and your products.

We purchased the freezer only to have a Freon line fail causing us to lose a freezer-full of expensive meats (my wife is a holistic nutritionist and we purchase expensive, organic chickens each year and store them in the freezer for later use--we typically purchase 35 or more chickens which average $25 per bird).

On or about 5/12/2022, I purchased a room air conditioner thru Lowes. Included inside the box was an extended warranty form which I filled out together with my personal check for $31.90 and mailed in a pre-addressed envelope to Frigidaire Service Contracts, P O Box 212849, Augusta, GA 30917-9971. We bought two Frigidaire Fridges from CAS. One came completely broken and didn’t work right out of the box, so they had no choice but return it. The second fridge was broken out of the box too, everything in d fridge froze and there was ice formation everywhere causing things like milk bottles to explode.. but apparently it’s “fixable”..

After waiting tirelessly for over 2 months and 2 rounds of repairs and parts, fridge is now functioning even worse. It freezes everything in the fridge at 38’F temp. Now the repair man says there is another part that needs replacement but has no ETA on when it might be available which is very frustrating. Spoiled groceries cost, incredibly poor support from seller and manufacturer is taking a toll in our overall health.

If I could have given zero stars I would have. ). I scheduled a service appointment for 6-7-22 with Frigidaire Service. They stated that I had to pay $99 in advance. They originally told me that my appointment was between 8am and 5pm.

Toward the end of the call the woman asked if I preferred am or pm. I stated the earlier the better, so then she stated they'd try to be here between 8am and 12 noon. At 11:39 am on 6-7-22 I called and spoke to a CS rep who stated the technician was on his second call and I was next (3rd on his schedule), which he said the tech would be headed to my home shortly.

We purchased a new Frigidaire freezer on November 11 and we received delivery of the freezer on November 27. Just after this date we received half a beef, which is why we purchased the freezer. On February 22 a repairman came out just to diagnose why the freezer had began to not cool.

On march 10 he came back out and replaced a part which did not fix the issue. He came back out and replaced another part at which time it seemed to be working.

However, April 26 he was back out and this time he informed us that the unit was not repairable and that we would receive a new unit. Every time we had issues it required a call to Frigidaire which is a time consuming and frustrating process and after we were told the unit was unrepairable we quit receiving any correspondence from the company.

New wall double oven had defective audio volume control. After a nightmarish time trying to get help with this issue and repairmen who did not know what to do with the computer, they told us we needed a new circuit board.

How can they put a product out there they have no support for? We shortened some cabinet doors to fit this thing in, I am very hesitant to replace it with a with the same oven If Frigidaire can’t support it with a circuit board for the computer.

We finally got a replacement authorization number but we have to decide what to replace it with and it may require the expense of new cabinet doors.

Under warranty I called 1-800-374-4432 with a freezer door problem. I was referred to local authorized company, in December 2021 they said we needed a new door, current door was damaged in shipping. From then until today June 1st we received back order notices for the repair company.

I called customer service again today and was told (I paraphrase) the delay is my fault because I didn’t call them sooner. Seems once a problem is passed to a service company Frigidaire is finished with a costumer problem. I was told my only option with Frigidaire was to call back in 3-4 days to see if they located the part.

This was my only recourse under the “system. Just not an image I would want my costumers to have when considering future purchases.

We had two defective appliances: a dishwasher and a refrigerator. Despite numerous calls to customer service, they seem uncaring. The high call volume caused no one to answer the phone for a week. The second week they advised to order both appliances on the same day, but the tech only looked at the dishwasher.

I called the next day to find out why the report had not been submitted. After three weeks it has still not been submitted. The last 3 weeks, I have dealt with your company without a dishwasher and refrigerator. One of the customer service representatives told me there was no supervisor available when I requested to speak with one.

We purchased our refrigerator on March 28, 2022. Delivered to our new home on March 31, 2022. We bought a Frigidaire Gallery because our brand new house had Frigidaire Gallery installed for the built in microwave, stove and dishwasher. I will be replacing all of these with an American Made company ASAP.

On Saturday May 14, 2002 we noticed water in front at the bottom of the frig. We pulled it out to discover a leak that had been leaking since it was installed and damaged my new hardwood floors. No one is in on a Saturday we shut the water off and called on Monday.

Service technician comes on May 18 and thinks he found the leak. Leaves cover off of the water lines cause he wants us to verify where it is leaking. We determine around 5:30 that night it is leaking down another line.

I have received horrible customer service with your multiple staff, I am trying to order a part for my ESM100 smoothie maker (glass mason jar) and no one is able to connect me to the correct number who has the mason jar. My name is Maricela Hernandez. My phone number is 866-579-0827. I called on what I believe was the 10th of May to schedule the warranty company to come to repair a fridge I bought a month ago that stopped working.

I was told the earliest appointment was for the 16th of May yet no one showed up, no call or email. I called again and rescheduled and they said the next available appointment was for the 25th. Come to turn out it's really for the 26th.

We waited 15 months for our refrigerator/freezer to come in. The ice maker has not worked since we received it mid February 2022. We have had A & E Factory Services out to repair our freezer five times and the company we bought the freezer from two times.

The companies have yet to succeed. They have replaced the ice maker three times, still no ice. One repair guy took the original gasket off and replaced it. The seal was worse than when we received e freezer. We had another work order for someone to repair that gasket.

Frigidaire refuses to replace our freezer. A & E won’t deem it “unrepairable”. They keep trying to fix it. After four months of scheduled appointments that my husband or I have had to take off work to be home for, we are quite frustrated to say the least.

We purchased a full Professional Line full kitchen package recently (less than 6 months ago) for our new home. My ice maker stopped working and I was told that since I have a whole home RO system, I needed buy a special filter to bypass the faulty one that was installed at the factory.

We purchased a new Frigidaire Refrigerator from Lowes this past January 2022. Over a month ago the refrigerator stopped cooling properly. The temp never got below 46 degrees. We called Frigidaire. After numerous attempts to even get a call in, we finally got a rep who did arrange a service call.

The tech came when they said they would and determined it was an evaporator fan not working properly. Supposedly the fan is on order. We are frustrated to have a brand new appliance that is not working properly and the constant replies that the part is still on order is not helpful.

Purchased frigidaire freezer, 08/21/21, and in March 2022 compressor failed. Frigidaire sent two different repairman verifying the compressor failure. Neither appliance repairman could replace compressor. All information was sent to Frigidaire. After multiple phone calls to Frigidaire, company still refuses to do anything about this problem.

I have a brand new range/oven that has been in use since mid sept 2021. I have had nothing but trouble. Now, since the end of March, it hasn't worked at all. A service technician has come out 3 times. Still not fixed.

Now a senior technician has to come out... I called customer support and they told me my warranty is up. I guess not. I was told if I have to get a new oven I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT.

So I have to pay for a new oven because my current new oven doesn't work at no fault of my own... that makes sense. I will never recommend Fridgidaire to anyone nor will I ever buy Fridgidaire again. This is no way to run a business.

I have purchase my range since December of 2021 and it gave out on me 2 months later. Constant back and forth trying to schedule a technician through the Frigidaire company since I was still well under the 1 year warranty but everytime I scheduled an appointment the technician never showed up.

I've been stooped up twice Saturday April 30th and today May 3rd. What to do?? Now I have to wait to speak to another representative when I did ask what if this happens again. What's the next step and no answer was given.

I work in the medical industry and what I do is very important so taking a take off here and there is nearly impossible but now since I did it twice I'm not sure I can even be scheduled again in the morning because of this inconvenience.

We purchased a double oven in October of 2021. From the beginning, one oven did not work properly. We have been waiting for it to repaired since November. We stayed home all day today because we were assured that a technician was coming.

It is now 4:00 and we just got a call to say he will be here Monday. This will be his fourth visit to our house. He was supposed to be here two days ago but we were told he was ut sick.

We bought a fridge August 12, 2021

January 2022 the refrigerator stopped cooling. We had a technician come out on January 18, said it was the starter, came back 2 weeks later to replace the starter, but still would not cool

Then another company came out to fix the fridge, but never returned. Now dealing with Electrolux. Had technician come out and he ordered more parts. Today 4/22/22 technician was supposed to be here between 8-12 showed up at 2:45PM!! If the fridge is not fixed after a 4th technician, we want a new fridge. This has been an absolute nightmare.

I purchased a refrigerator in April of 2021. It soon died and I lost all food. It took forever to get with repairs. It took over a month to get parts. Than within 2 weeks it was doing the same thing.

They sent out Frigidaire repairman. I was told they shouldn’t have tried the repair. So I was told he was putting in for replacement. That was in December. I’ve called numerous times and than I would check will Lowes and they would state they haven’t received paperwork.

Well today they did and of course my refrigerator doesn’t exist and they only giving the price. No taxes or haul away. But you can send a extension on warranty bill. My warranty is up and no replacement and if I want a new refrigerator I need to come up with more money.

I have been waiting to get my refrigerator fixed since beginning of march 2022 . The repair man came only look at the upper part of freezer but not where problem was never look at the bottom .. just say I need a new fan .

The part was suppose be order that Friday that didn’t happen at all. This past Monday they finally order just to be told after calling again it’s back order no accommodations were made for me at all.. I called numerous times telling the part would be delivered this past weekend that didn’t happen.

Our new gas stove was A few months old & notice bad streaks between the glass doors, not much of A cook & only cooking maybe 2 pizzas in it at the time, service man finally came out & told us we have alot if "HOLES" in the stove that its bound to get streaks between the glass!! Every contact call to (844) 327-7374 has been a terrible experience. Call center representatives intentionally hang up on customers once a supervisor is requested or sit on the line with dead air. I’ve contacted Frigidaire 6xs today with absolutely no resolve.

I was told to contact a company for info on my replacement fridge and that company has no info from Frigidaire. That company rep contacted Frigidaire with me on the line and was instructed to call themselves!! These call associates are disrespectful, unprofessional, dishonest, and I will NEVER purchase anything by Frigidaire based on my on going terrible experiences with their call center representatives from Nov 2021 through the present date.

I have never received a service this bad I made a comment about the technician he was on the phone with someone else and he couldn’t diagnose. It worked for 90 days , then the cold air went hot. I called Customer service. They scheduled a technician to check it out for me. He never showed. I called back . They scheduled one again. He never showed.

Now repeat this for a year. Every time I called to get updates, they have no record of me calling or interacting with them. Bunch of bullshit when a big time company can't stand behind it's products. Room air conditioners are not cheap.

I used my income tax money on it. I also have 3 young kids . I had to rearrange my budget to get another one (different brand this time) to keep my kids cool . I told customer support that and here we are today.

When I called on 2/18 not only did I get hung-up on 5 times but when I finally asked to speak to a survivor, she acted like she didn't even care! She finally told he that she would have another tech come out in a week!!!! A week!!!!

When I said that was unacceptable she conveniently said they would send somebody with in 2 days. I have not had this bad of an experience EVER! As I explained to the "supervisor" I did not get the fridge for free I paid for a brand new fridge!

Purchased Frigidaire refrigerator GRSS2652AF Serial 4A14807440 from NFM - October 2021 Delivered February 2 2022. Crushed ice sensor working intermittently. Contacted NFM - I was advised to call Frigidaire - Contacted Frigidaire 2/8/22 Claim No 85183386. Was advised that I would be contacted within 3 business day from an authorized service provider.

On 2/14/22 I had not received a call to service the refrigerator. I contacted NFM and advised them of the situation. They asked if I would like to have the refrigerator replaced and if so they could schedule it. I decided to schedule the replacement which is for March 16, 2022 in case Frigidaire doesn't come out to fix their product.

but only two months later, the same problem happened again. another technician came after i called them and this time the technician stated that the locking mechanism has to be replaced and possibly the display panel too. he said he will give his diagnosis to frigidaire so they will decide to replace the locking mechanism and display or give me a new model since this one had problem from the start and it supposed to be brand new.

1 week later, i still did not hear back from frigidaire, i tried to call them and each time there is some long hold and i would be disconnected…

Microwave FPBM307NTF Blowing breaker in circuit box after 2 years. Repair cost to replace 2 switches and door latch was $250. Just over a year later, same thing happened. Response to my Email to Frigidaire customer service was an automatic reply with their customer service number.

Customer service answered with recording that they can't take my call. This is a high priced microwave that I am not willing to spend $250 annually on. I will be buying a new microwave from a different company.

Got a brand new gas range and within a few months it was turning itself on like perheat or the air fry. Got worked on 3 or 4 times and a buy back. They never gave me my money back for their junk.

Been hung up on many times trying to get this finished. The letter got to me 3 days before my warrenty ran out theu said. If the clam was started it shouldnt matter. They owe me 1200 dollars.
