There was a fire in our oven/stove unit. Someone could have been hurt. Any reputable company would want to see the unit & understand how/what caught on fire. They would send someone out to investigate. This could have caused a house fire.

This tells me Frigidaire is not concerned about their products being dangerous. It makes me never want to purchase a Frigidaire product again. That’s sad. Frigidaire has horrible reviews & unfortunately they do not back their products. Too bad.

I purchased a frigidaire side by side refrigerator, within a year of purchase I noticed the beginning of small cracks of the interior walls and interior doors and shelves. Now the have gotten larger. I am 70,, live alone so I know this appliance has not been abused in any way.

I am very unhappy with this purchase.

I purchased a Frigidaire microwave in 2019. The stainless handle is defective and cracking away. When I called for a replacement I was quoted $140 because warranty expired. I did not call for service, I called for a defective part to be replaced and was expecting a replacement.

I don't believe that I should be expected to pay for a defective handle. A reply would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for reviewing this request.

Purchased a microwave FGMV176NTFC Serial number KG92715529 two years ago. The stainless handle finish is cracking, so it is obviously defective. I called the 800-374-4432 customer service number and was told that it is out of warranty. My issue is the microwave does not need service, it has a defective handle.

Why would this not be covered and replaced? I was quoted $140 for a replacement handle. I am currently shopping for a stove and a dishwasher and obviously this experience will be considered as I decide on the purchase. Your product is horrible and the customer service is even worse. I purchased a refrigerator for an elderly couple in November 2021. The refrigerator stopped working on January 2, 2022. A frigidare technician came on January 4, 2022. He said the refrigerator needed a new compressor, and it would take a week to get the part.

Frigidaire called me and scheduled an appointment for January 14, 2021 between 8AM and 5Pm. No showed by 2 PM, so I called customer service. I was told they were still waiting for a second part to com in. The lady told me the second part will arrive January 29th.

This elderly couple will have been without a refrigerator for a month. That's unacceptable.

Model Number: FFSS2615TP4 Serial Number: 4A02406149 My fridge was bought on July 16, 2020. The freezer (side by side fridge and freezer) stopped working on January 14th 2022. I tried to call Frigidaire next day. But office was closed. I called on Monday(January 17, 2022).

I was told that 18 months of purchase was on January 16th of 2022, so company can't do anything to resolve my problem. I told this happened in the weekend and I tried to reach the company. But I was cut off.

I’d like to file a formal complaint against a technician and customer service representatives on my case reference ID 85124571. I have had the same technician previously service on the same appliance 3 times now in which the product is not being fixed and I keep having to call for repair.

I purchased my side by side refrigerator in 2019, and within that first year I made multiple calls for repair within the warranty time frame in which ultimately the refrigerator was replaced. I received a new refrigerator however again I had to make multiple calls out on the second refrigerator concerning a leak, ice machine broken, and not cooling properly.

Purchased Dishwasher from Lowes that was delivered/installed 7/26/2019. It always had moisture around inside of door. Then it quit draining properly, checked everything under bottom blade which was clean. I am a widow, so I do not use every day and rinse my dishes before putting them in washer and now the controls will not light up and washer will not work.

Terrible product will never purchase Frigidaire again.

We have a professional Frigidaire with two ice markers. Since day one we have had nothing but problems, neither ice maker works on a regular basis. Within 6 months they replaced the refrigerator after try numerous attempt to repair. We have had so many repair people and it works for a short time then stops.

No one can help us and the place we bought it went out of business. Please advise I feel like we got a lemon

I placed an order for filters back on 12/11/2021, with an order number of 54452159 which still states in progress and I have not received anything in addition to or my order. My account was charged and after multiple attempts to contact customer service, I am not able to get in touch with anyone.

According to the tech my fridge is not repairable due to manufacturing defect moister on the rear and water stop coming down. I was told to get an ice maker upgrade kit to fix this issue from Frigidaire. I do not need a 10% rebate.

Bought a Frigidaire Refrigerator (model# LFSS2612TFO) on February 27,2019 and within the first year fractory warranty it had to be fixed twice for the same problem. Then just a month ago through Lowe's extented protection plan it had to be fixed again for the same problem which in my belief there was a problem with that model and

the manufacturer should have been willing to replace that appliance but instead of standing behind there product they said there was nothing they could do. So then i looked up reviews for that model and was i suprised at all the same issues other people were having with that model and even a law suit against Frididaire.

I bought a stove just over a year ago. Since October I have had repair technicians come out 6 to 7 times and still having the same issue. The place where I bought it has also been of no assistance.

I would like to have a new stove!!! There is obviously something seriously wrong if a technician after 6 to 7 times can't fix it. Please reply but I am not optimistic based on service to date from all parties.

My Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays were ruined as we could not cook!

I have a Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator purchased in 2018. In less than a year, one of the brackets on the freezer drawer broke (on the right). A year later, the bracket on the left broke. Both times it was fixed by the company.

Less than six months later, the bracket on the left broke again, but Frigidaire refused to fix it even though it has been fixed less than 6 months and now the problem is worse than before.

The only thing worse than the freezer that doesn't work is the poor excuse for customer service. After 33 calls over 3 months and being lied to and hung up on numerous times, I was told I'm "not allowed" to speak with a supervisor or manager.

They won't call back, they won't respond to emails. They can't fix the freezer which was less than a year old when I started calling. They don't have the parts. They agreed to replace it, which turned out to be another lie.

They put in a replacement for a microwave from Home Depot in New Jersey. We did not buy a microwave, we didn't buy it at Home Depot, we live in Tennessee. Now, they won't even TRY to remedy the situation.

They just hang up on us every time we call. We have a farm and lost an entire hog, 30 chickens, and a 1/4 acre vegetable…

Home Depot, where I purchased my microwave, sent an e-mail to Frigidaire with my question and received no response. Fridgidaire does not provide direct contact information to dpeak to s sipervidor and woll not transfer to one. 4 months and three freezer doors and I still jave a leak or a damaged door in the process of repair. I have spent many hours on the phone on hold.

Now there system just transfers me directly to the repair company which has no skin in the game for my problems. I want to talk to someone at corporate.

I purchased my range 02/2021 and by 06/2021, the digital display board stopped working which means we can't use the oven, timer, or clock. I contacted customer service and a repair man came to replace the display board with no problem.

Fast forward to November 2021, the display board went out again and I called customer service for repair. The repairman came to determine the item that was needed so he could order it. At this time, it was 3 weeks before Thanksgiving.

I bought a refrigerator in July 2012 from lowes in Frankfort Ky. It made a loud popping sound each time you open or close the doors. SEARS repair put all new parts and it did nothing to correct the problem.

I was not offered a replacement . Then they sent another repairman out who wants to put new parts again. I called today and the representative in Sinapore after I requested a supervisor transferred me to a survey then disconnected.

I have a wonderful frigidaire refrigerator FFSS2315TP I bought from P Richard on 2/30/18. The bulb just blew the other day and I called AFCO service. The repairman was able to remove the bulb, however, he just replaced it with a appliance bulb.

I was unable to purchase the exact replacement. I was charged $97 for a ten minute visit and no bulb. I read that the bulb was to last over 30000 hours. WE are seniors and we are not opening and closing the refrigerator all day.

Purchased a brand new double 30” wall oven professional series. It’s never worked. Frigidaire sent out a tech who refused to look at it because his work order called for a range. Found a tech on my own. Problem “diagnosed” part ordered.

Confined by Frigidaire that the error code was for said part. Part arrived and my tech replaced it. Still getting same error code. Called Frigidaire multiple times. They refuse to do anything other than set up tech appointment for weeks away. No compensation. No apologies.

We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator August 15, 2021 for our rental property. We thought we were doing a good upgrade for our tenants. After being delivered around September 15, 2021, the refrigerator stopped working after a week or never really worked well from the start.

After weeks of speaking with customer service they decided to replace the fridge since they had no one to fix it in our area. The replacement fridge was finally scheduled to be delivered to the house around October 18, 2021.

We now been in this process for two months! Then we get a call from the trucking company stating that the fridge was not put on the proper truck and will not be delivered that day. Now we are at November 18, 2021 and still no fridge!!

Purchased a Frigidaire Freezer from Home Depot. Within 2-3 months of owning the unit, the freezer completely broke- it went warm and lost of I all of my food; thousands of dollars worth. Called for a refund on the unit and was told I needed to have Frigidaire fix it.

After 4 services calls and three more breaks/outages with the unit, the Repairman is at his wits end. If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased a new Frigidaire refrigerator 4 months ago and it has not been working for the last 3. Customer service reps and repair folks have been extremely unhelpful and will not give us a refund.

I received a very defective Refrigerator/Freezer. It has several issues such as scratches, the doors didn't hang straight, the water/ice panel was warped and the lights in the Freezer would most of the time not work. I tried to contact customer service and I can usually understand and communicate with Foreign speakers but I couldn't understand anything she said.... and she couldn't understand anything I said. She managed to only log one of my issues.. which was a miracle. I guess I will have to keep calling back till I find someone who can understand English. Very Sad

I will never buy Frigdaire again.

I have a Frigidaire gas range that after less than a year is having problems with the control panel. I called Frigidaire customer service and only got through to automated responses. Left a call back number but no call was received.

Tried calling again the next day and got an automated message saying that due to high call volume they simply couldn't take my call and then disconnected. I have no confidence I will get any kind of responsive service as indicated on their customer service website.

Trying to access warranty service doesn't even result in a run around - I am getting no response at all.

Trying to get widow AC either fixed or replaced. Unit worked great for about two weeks and then would no longer cool. It quit cooling at the beginning of July been trying to get something done for the last three months.

Your customer service phone line sucks. Impossible to get through and when I do I can’t understand what they’re saying. Then they schedule me with A&E Factory Service who either cancels and want me to reschedule or is a “no show”.

When they do finally so up they do nothing. I have countless hours invested waiting on the phone with Frigidaire and A&E and countless hours waiting on service techs for nothing to have been accomplished yet. Fucking ridiculous !!!

Purchased refrigerator with freezer on top. Once completely operational I noticed water droplets and ice forming inside the door all along the top shelf of the freezer and adjacent freezer portion. Service said they could order a new door but not sure if that would fix it and would take weeks to get a new door.

I decided to return it and have a new refrigerator delivered. To my disappointment the replacement refrigerator has the same problem! Unbelievable! You would think their engineering department would figure out the problem and correct the problem. This is a serious quality problem.

May be looking for a different company other than Frigidaire.

I have an extended warranty from Frigidaire which is basically worthless to me. they refused to cover a broken part on the Laundry Center that is 3 years old. a clip broke on the machine front which is causing the dials to malfunction.

This is from a family of 2 adults which uses the machine maybe twice a week. So because it's the cover of the unit it is not covered under the extended Warranty. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with supervisors who just kept saying the part is not covered.

so my machine is now worthless because we can't start the dryer. I would never purchase a Frigidaire product or an extended warranty from them again. I learned my lesson the hard way. the technician said it will be a $300 fix.
