First, my dishwasher, bought for almost $700, on sale, broke down in the first year. After more than a month a repair person was sent out and fixed the burnt wire that had caused the problem. Being rural, I understand that it’s a bit more of a challenge to find repairmen, but it took several phone calls , which should not have been necessary.

Finally, when my dishwasher was operational again, I was discouraged by its performance. I set it to normal wash (162 minutes) and was very disappointed in the job it did-or rather, didn’t do. I don’t believe one should need to prewash their dishes before loading, but it seems that is necessary!

I had thoroughly cleaned the filter before using the dishwasher, but am very disappointed in its performance.

Purchased Gallery series kitchen package on 7/1/2021. Dishwasher model FGID2476SF was advertised by Lowe's and on Frigidaire site as having green and blue floor cycle indicator lights. Upon use of dishwasher I noted only green light was illuminated. Called Frigidaire customer service on 7/23/21and they scheduled tech visit through Tiger Mechanical for 8/2/2021.

Tech arrived, inspected dishwasher and stated in addition to light not illuminating he noted water leaking between tub and door panel. He stated he would order door indicator lamp and door panel. New visit scheduled for 8/12/21. Tech arrived as scheduled and stated lamp indicator was sent damaged.

No replacement of door panel completed. Tech to order new lamp indicator. 8/31/21 Tech arrived and replaced door panel and indicator…

I will give the rating 0 star if the system allows. The ridiculously terrible experience I've ever had!! After my Frigidaire refrigerator was broken 9 months of use, it took the customer service 2 months to not solving any problem (replacing parts or sending replacement).

Took longer than expected time for them to coordinate between departments. I can't talk with customer service representative because their system hang up your phone directly when you call in. Customer service people are not friendly. Their attitude (including supervisor Ashley S) is like they don't care customer is out of refrigerator for 2 months.

The door to my refrigerator makes a major cracking noise when I open the lower door. Tried wd40 and checked that there is no external interference. Called Frigidaire on Mon.. Tech set up appointment today (Thursday, Oct 21 with Bells Appliance 910 939 2090 between 9 am-5 pm.) When no one showed up I called Bell's in Jacksonville, NC (same number) and was told they never had an order for my repair. I've called Frigidaire help number all day (800 374 4432 - all day long). The only response I get is no one is available to take my call and I must call back again.

This door is broken and needs local repair service. This is not acceptable. Please help

Currently having problems with dishwasher, called about this, a tech was suppose to show up on October 19th, say home all day, no one showed up, no phone call about delay or whatevet, have a protection policy for the appliances, cannot get through to Frigidare to talk about this problem, recording says, " unable to take your call at this time", absolutely rotten service, wish to cancel this protection policy and request a full refund!!!!

In July 2021 I Purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator. Frigidaire customer service department was kind enough to send a technician out to reverse the door hinges. When the technician from A&E factory repairs completed the request, when the door is open and closed it makes a loud popping noise (the door stopper). The technician stated; "don't worry, the noise will go away in a couple of days. The noise persist. I paid in full for my purchase, but to date have not received any useful service.

I purchased a FA Ice Maker from Sams Club on 1-31-2021 and another in February. I one I purchased in January is currently having issues. I have to turn it off and unplug it atleast 2 x a day to get it to start making ice again.

The other one I have has not had any issues what so ever. They are both use for personal use. 1 at home and one in my office at work. 98 at Sams club for both. i HAVE ATTATCHED THE RECEIPT

I had several providers come and service my fridge within a year of purchasing it. I was advised to buy an extended warranty and still the rep was unable to fix it. A manager approved my replacement fridge then a week later after two attempts to find out when my replacement will come a manger states I was not in warranty at the time I had the issue.

She refused to honor what the other manger issued.

I have been trying to get repairs to a range since 6/2021. I purchased the range on 7/ 2020. Technicians have made appointments for the entire day which I had to take off 4 whole days in order to get issues resolved, unfortunately they were resolved. m.

I have called their service repair department for 4 weeks ago and they said a service repairman is coming to fix my AC Unit. But twice no show and no phone call, each time I called the service department (somewhere in foreign country) they tell me the repairman is on the way. NO SHOW.

I really do NOT think there really is a repairman working Frigidaire. It is a joke. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS, IF THEY BREAK UNDER WARRENTY THERE IS NO HELP TO REPAIR OR REPLACE IT. Bad customer service.

What's it take to get service on high dollar appliances your service department is a joke the people I've talked to have no clue how to make it right my freezer was less than 4 months old when it started having to much ice build up and would stop cycling I've lost $500 to $600 in meat I've had two service companies out the first ordered a part and installed it that was good for about 2 weeks the 2nd service company came out and

I would give a ZERO if I could. Absolutely horrible customer service. We purchased a drive brand new in March and it arrived april. By the end of June into July issues started. We’ve had to call 6 times!!!!! For service.

A tech has come out 3 times and the same thing happens each time it works for a day and then goes back. Originally it quit cooling so everything would go bad and the fridge would be Luke warm. Now even on level 1 our fridge is side is FREEZING everything.

We can’t keep milk, eggs, drinks, or ANYTHING without it being frozen solid within 24-48 hours. Not to mention the freezing busted the water filter and line so we can’t even use the ice maker or water. I purchased two new Frigidaire upright freezers in July 2019. One cooling unit piece went out in November of 2020 and I had it repaired. Now the other freezers cooling unit piece went out three days ago (9/10/21) and I'm going to have to have that one repaired as well.

I should have purchased an extended warranty on the appliances, but I didn't, because I believed Frigidaire freezers to be extremely reliable, as I owned one prior that ran perfectly for over 15 years. It appears your products have went downhill and are no longer that reliable.

I will not purchase another Frigidaire product in the future. Not happy at all.

Before you consider purchasing a Frigidaire refrigerator, consider our experience. In July 2021 ours, less than a year old, stopped cooling. We have a service contract. A service tech arrived within a few days and determined two parts were needed.

One arrived within a few days but the second part did not. We called Electrolux, who owns Frigidaire, and was told the second part would be sent out on August 25. It didn’t arrive. A Second call said It would be shipped on September 3.

When that didn’t arrive another call to them resulted in an estimated delivery in early October. We have been without a working refrigerator since July. Buyer beware.

On 6/3/21, I contacted Best Buy due to my 24" single gas wall oven filling with black smoke. Best Buy came out to check the problem, and they stated the gas wall oven was defective. I then contacted Frigidaire, and they scheduled A&D service to check the problem. A&D service stated there was nothing wrong with the oven even though he could see the entire inside of the oven was filled with black smoke. They suggested that I clean the oven.

On 8/28/21, a representative from Wallace Energy came to install a gas dryer. He looked in my gas wall oven and told me not to use the oven as there was a problem because it was filled with soot. Bought a New Fridge in August 2020. October 2020 the handle snapped off. In March 2021 the Fridge stopped cooling and would randomly heat. First company they sent out could not fix the refridgerator. They sent a second company. Now 6 months later, the fridge still is not fixed. The part is on back order and they will NOT replace the fridge because "The part is available, just on back order".

At what point in time is a fridge a lemon? Apparently it is never a lemon and if it doesn't work, too bad. I will NEVER buy Frigidaire again. Going back to my Solid Brand GE.

I purchased a built in Frigidaire Microwave Professional 15 months ago and it has all ready failed. The control panel only works on one side and requires a new control panel to fix the issue. I have had a service repair technician to diagnose and price the issue and the total cost is 600 dollars, 400 for the control panel and 200 for the repair.

Being a new and expensive product I am extremely upset. Searching on the internet it appears as though I am not alone with this issue and it seems to be common for the control panel to fail. As this is a known problem why is there no recall to have the control board fixed by Frigidaire?

My upright freezer Ser#BB10813066, Model # FFFU20F2VW, has not been operating since 2 July 2021. The freezer was delivered March 29,2021. I was repaired for a factory connection problem o/a June 24, 2021. It stop working again on July 2, 2021 and I was scheduled various service appointment with two separate contractors that were cancelled because their workers were not available.

I bought a Beverage Center on August 9, 2021. It works and cools except that the display to allow you to adjust the temperature does not. After checking and finding I cannot get another unit from any location within 50 miles of me nor online, I emailed customer service.

Customer service replied back that they sent the issue to technical support and to expect a reply within 72 hours. I waited 120 hours (5 days) before emailing again. After another three days with no response, I called the customer service line.

The representative apologized, took my information, and told me she would email me a reference number. She also said to expect a call from technical support on either 8/30/21 or 8/31/21 between 8AM and 5PM (EST).

We bought our Frigidaire freezer February 2021. It ran fine until the summer and then the fan blades could be heard hitting something. This week the alarm started going off telling us that it wasn't cooling. We reset the alarm but the issue is still there.

Receive e-mail on Sunday from Fridgiaire for a water filter for the fridge, have bought about 5 so far. Offer is 25% off with code PURE25. Fill in all info knowing lots of companies add the discount code at final checkout.

They are closed Sunday so called today at 8:30 am at opening time, it is 3:30 pm. I have called many times wait on hold then get told unable to take your call CLICK. Left a return call for 1 hour but got call 2 hours later by very rude employee !

He transferred me to customer service to wait on hold for 10 minutes and then the usual, we are to busy at this time to answer your call try again some other time. FRIGIDAIRE SUCKS, I GUESS THAT WOULD EXPLAIN BEING UNABLE TO GET THROUGH.

Unpredictable!!! We’re very familiar w/Frigidaire & it’s brand so that’s why we chose to purchase this refrigerator back in June 2021. Fast forward to August 2021(2 months later), new refrigerator isn’t working. Repair guy said the compressor was gone! With a manufacturer’s warranty & an extended warranty, we have been left w/o a refrigerator for a whole week to date (8/20/21)!

Warranty has option to repair or replace, so of course they decides to repair HOWEVER, repair person can’t get out til 8/31/21. Have spoken to numerous reps (and the issue is not w/them because they’re just the messenger) & we don’t feel like nothing is priority to Frigidaire!

I was dealing with Frigidaire for almost 2 years now. The first refrigerator I had the repair guy came out about 6 times to fix the ice maker , then finally Frigidaire gave me a replacement for a different model.

On August 16 2021 had new refrigerator delivered. On the new refrigerator I noticed the door was not adjusted correctly. I waited to about 1:00 pm . Then I called Frigidaire to confirm my appointment they told me my appointment was on August 25 , so they called the repair guy and they said he wasn’t scheduled in the mean time I took off work and lost a day pay.

It’s very sad that a big company Frigidaire has to treat there customers. I will never purchase a Frigidaire product again.

Bought a new side by side refrigerator. The fridg. Part stays at 28 degrees. Called Frigedaire who sent out repair person to diagnose problem and order parts. Returned in 3 weeks and replaced parts. It didn't work. Waited 2 more weeks to get him to return and order parts.

In 3 weeks he installed more parts but didn't work. Now after 2 months I and 4 visits I still do not have a working fridge. Frigedaire refuses to replace the lemon. They just keep sending repair people who can't fix it.

Their corporate office is unfriendly and unhelpful. " I won't get a working refrigerator probably for another 3 months. I will NEVER buy a Frigedaire or Electolux product again.

Bought entire suite products in Feb2021. Since then the refridge model FGHB2868TF serial number 4A04907815 has been creating condensation, moisture and water. Dispatched WS Appliance on 8-13-21 who indicated this will not be covered under warranty and if I had questions call frigidaire 800-374-4432.

Called multiple days and times since and get the message "experiencing higher call volume and cant take your call, visit our website or chat, goodbye". com that has no chat and to call the 800 number for service. Stuck in a loop with a leaking fridge that I have to wipe up water each morning and evening. Please help!!!!!

I was lead to believe after three repairs I could get a refund and buy any washer I wanted. But They told me I have to exchange it for the cheap miserable lemon I already have. I will be telling Yelp everyday for the rest of my life.

I probably made 15 calls and spent 10 hours of my life trying to straighten this out. Frigidaire should be ashamed!!!

7-29-21I called Frigidaire 800/374-4432. They referred me to a repair company (A FAST LOCAL REFRIGERATOR REPAIR 630/624-0646 Scott) 8-2-21 Scott came out and said it was not the fan it was the mother board and will need replacing. Service Fee $95 only check or cash 8-4-21 Scott came out with and tried replacing the mother board and said it did not work a voltage issue with the mother board and will have to order a new mother board.

8-10-21 I texted Scott for a update. Scott called me and said he was waiting for the board to arrive. 8-23-21 Called Frigidaire 800-374-4432. Can not get through "due to call volume unable to take your call" try CHAT. I try CHAT and they tell me they can not help to call Fridigdaire.

I have a brand new range and I received a code on July 8th, 2021 that caused my range not to work. The technician never came on July 8th, the same day I called, but called me and asked a few questions and determined I needed two parts.

One part came in but it's been over 45 days and the second part did not come in on its scheduled delivery date of July 30, 2021. The part needed is the controller. The estimated date for the controller now is now August 30th, but not guaranteed.

, Cleveland,TN. This retailer's practices will hurt your companies sales if not addressed. I had to replace my Frigidaire microwave on 8/7/21 after many years of reliable use. While in this Lowe's location I decided to include the matching electric range which I did and delivery was scheduled for Friday 08/20/22.

This delivery was confirmed via phone by Lowe's on Thursday 08/19/21. It is now Sunday 08/22/21 and I am still without stove. This morning Lowe's attempted to deliver and only after taking stove from truck and un-packing in yard was I told that no cord was included and I would have to pay extra.

To Whom It May Concern: I am requesting my money back on a Frigidaire freezer which worked for a few months, and then defrosted out all of my food items. I purchased the freezer in November 2020. The freezer stopped working in March and only kept things cold like a refrigerator, but I was not sure since it was still running.

To whom even cares at Frigidaire. I recently purchased a kitchen appliance package at Home Depot, Lake Wales, FL. it was delivered as promised on Aug 3,2021. On Friday Aug 6,2021. I discovered my, Side by Side Refrigerator was not Cooling.

After many hours on hold and days of trying. I finally got through on Aug 9,2021. Customer Service schedule a technician for the following day Aug 10. The tech troubleshooted and determine 2 parts were needed to complete repair. He would need to order them and get back to me.

At this point I have been without a refrigerator for 5 days. On that same day Aug 10. I visited Home Depot to complain. They informed me its a warranty issue. "that I would have take it up with the manufacture".
