Purchase a Frigidaire Refrigerator(Model # LFHD2251TF6)on June 30, 2019, from Lowes Home Center located, on 414 Constant Friendship Blvd Abingdon, Maryland 21009; less than one year, the ice maker stop producing ice. We went to the owner manual to "trouble shooting" section; went through each potential cause - nothing work.

We called Lowes, and was told to disconnect the electric power for 24 hours to thaw out the water line inside the ice compartment. We empty the food in the refrigerator, and disconnect the power- Hooray! loaded the food back into the refrigerator and connected the power, and ice cubes were dropping after 3 to 4 hours.

Within 5 to 6 months, after the process the ice maker stop producing ice once again. We contacted Lowes and were told to contact Frigidaire directly.…

My refrigerator freezer is over freezing my food. Everything has ice crystals on them. The food containers in the refrigerator section have moister in them. The service department after 3 service calls keeps telling me that what I am experiencing is normal. I have had many refrigerators in my lifetime and I have never had these problems. I want a replacement. I tried to upload photos, but this is the message that popped up.....

Dishwasher with a one year warranty failed at 10 months. Had to call Frigidaire directly to arrange for service; selling dealer does not have service capabilities. Frigidaire automated telephone system is laborious and astoundingly poorly staffed. Wait times frequently over 30 or 60 minutes.

Also frequent hang ups by system while on hold. Less than minimal live human interaction. After two service calls carried out, dishwasher failed again. At that point Frigidaire refused to authorize any more service despite the unit being within the 12 month warranty period.

My next step is to notify the Consumer Protection Bureau because of Frigidaire not honoring their warranty.

I purchased refrigerator electric stove dishwasher and microwave on February 20,2021. I’ve had my stove replaced by Lowe’s within 2 weeks. Called for repair on dishwasher a week later. July 1st my refrigerator wouldn’t cool or freeze. Very frustrating calls to Frigidaire.

Took 45 minutes for the ones that were answered. There is only 1 certified repair businesses available. It is August 16th and my refrigerator is still not working. Need better quality and more repair personnel available.

Horrible customer services. They sent. Services technician out however refrigerator still went bad within a month of repair.

I called customer service and they claim that I was out of warranty. The product was bought last year on a clearance. I have had an horrible time getting refrigerator repaired and would never purchase a Fridgare product again. They are not reliable

If I can give zero rating I would - new Stove just purchased less than a month ago - first time using the oven made a very loud noise through the entire cooking time .. and almost an hour and half after it’s turned off called to inquire as I don’t see this as normal .

After 3 attempts each placed on hold waiting for someone to pick up and 4 th time after 56 min of wait .. a very rude agent answered and said this is normal I tried to get clarification she said that’s how it is and we are very busy because we are closed weekends..

I purchased a French Door Refrigerator this past March, Model # FG4H2272UF. Serial #1K04370811 In June it showed an error message and my food started freezing in my refrigerator. I called your service department and they scheduled an appointment for a local technician.

They came out and diagnosed the issue which required parts to be ordered. This is where my trouble started. It took 3 weeks to get the parts, then I could not reach the service provider to come back and install the parts.

I called customer service back and they scheduled an appointment with a different service company which was supposed to be today, August 9, 2021. I called the service company today and they have no appointment scheduled. Frigidaire never scheduled the appointment.

Now I have to wait 2 more weeks for…

I purchased a Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator on August 4, 2018. I'm glad I purchased the extended warranty! I have had nothing but problems with the refrigerator from the beginning. To date, I've had 4 service calls and each time, they had to repair something else.

I'm now trying to make my 5th service call but the service centre is not taking any calls. I am being told they have a high volume of calls and to try calling again or to look on their website.

The website isn't useful as I am not looking for general information. I am trying to get the refrigerator fixed, yet again. The customer service is the worst. If I could give it 0 on a scale of 1/5, I would.

Refrigerator has not worked properly since it was received in November. I've had to open two different repair tickets have had 6 appointments and then they were trying to replace parts that had already been replaced. A&E submitted a non repairable ticket and Frigidaire was supposed to send me a replacement when they found the unrepairable report on 6/18 but then they cancelled it.

First complaint is both side by side refrigerator and free standing range purchased a year ago have had to be repaired. 32 repair. I had to pay this because I was told warranty was no good. Who could afford 1200 a year for a new refrigerator I surely can not.

Upon speaking with escalations department I was told they would see if repair company would refund my money given no timetable as to how long this may take. When I paid for service it was because I had been living without my refrigerator for 10 days and company was recommended by frigidaire 800 number under your warranty options for repair.

Now i cant pay my rent on time due to this so I will incur a late payment fee as well. This greatly upsets me as I am in a very low Income bracket and will be set back for months due to these…

On June 30, 2021 our Frigidaire dishwasher caught on fire. Thankfully someone was home and the fire was put out in time. This fire was the last thing we could ever imagine would happen. We are very grateful to have our home and our lives, but unfortunately, we were left with over $5,000 in damages to our kitchen, which we are in the process of repairing.

A representative at Loews where the appliance was purchased, as well as our contractor, asked us to reach out to Frigidaire to see if they could come out to our home to investigate and determine the cause of this fire so that we can replace it. We then called Frigidaire’s customer service department on 7/23 who immediately asked if we were all okay and apologized for what we just experienced.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I purchased a double wall oven for more than $3k - it worked for 4 months and stopped working. I have had 3 technicians to my home over the course of 4 months and still nothing. Frigidaire could care less.

The customer service center is not in the US and they just give you the run around- so I’m out $3k and an oven!!

I purchased a Frigidaire range the end of October, 2020. It was delivered November, 2020. My kitchen was completely redone by a contractor. I did not start to use the stove until December, 2020 when the kitchen remodel was completed.

I followed the before use directions. It replaced a Frigidaire smooth cook top range and the range worked well and there weren't any scratches on the stove top. It was only replaced due to cosmetics for the kitchen appearance. I am VERY DISSATISFIED with this range top!!!

I have written about this before but no response to my complaint. I have let it drop for awhile but here the noise is again and it just makes me angry. I purchased a Frigidaire beginning of this year. Purchased it from a scratch and dent place, Express Appliance Boise, Idaho The noise from the refrig was immediate when I got it. I called the place immediately and told them about it. I would give a zero if I could I just bought a new Frigidaire refrigerator and it was delivered on Friday July 23. It is not keeping cold.. it took 2 days to get through to someone to look at it.

Unfortunately they still won’t be here for another week. We had food spoiled because of this. I am so disappointed with this purchase. I will never purchase another Frigidaire again. The customer service is horrible.

Right after replacing my water filter, I purchased 3 original brand WF3CB water filters in January of this year. When I went to replace the filter this July, the new filter would not lock in. I opened up a 2nd box and tried it and it would not lock in.

I then put the old filter back in and it locked in fine. I read online complaints of other people having this same problem with this same filter. I have contacted Frigidaire customer service several times, but they offer no help because I purchased the filters from Walmart.

Walmart can't help because of the amount of time since I purchased them. So I am stuck with 3 Frigidaire water filters that I can't use. I have read online where there was a problem with the locking clip on the top of the filter.

I call because im freezer has been broken for 3 months now and the repair company cant get the parts for the repair of the freezer and i tell the lady we need to get a replace cause i cant live without a freezer any longer. And by law they need to replace a item if cant fill the need to repair it.

The lady goes quiet than hangs up on me because i guess she didnt like that i told her what needed to happen and this is after waiting on hold for 2 hours for someone to answer my call. I was very calm and respectful even though im very upset that my problem hasnt been fixed in 3 months.

He calls Fridigaire for advice as it is under warranty but nothing they suggest helps the problem. Unbelievably slow response to solve the problem for a washing machine that is obviously a piece of junk .

It began the last week of June. We had guests over for the weekend. Sunday Morning the kitchen floor was flooded. We determined it was coming from the dishwasher. Begin washing dishes by hand. Called Frigidaire Monday. They were "helpful" and had a local tech come out to look at the issue.

There was A HOLE MELTED IN THE BOTTOM OF THE DISHWASHER WHERE THE HEATING ELEMENT HAD WARPED AND BURNED THROUGH. Local tech looked. Took pics. Said that they should replace the unit. Waited a week. Called Frigidaire. They "had not received any info from the tech".

Called the local tech company. "The tech did not attach the case number to the images and report". Ok. Fix it. Wait 5 days. Check again. Still nothing. Sent in my OWN PICTURES to Frigidaire.

I have been trying to order a water filter cartridge for a refrigerator I have been calling the "customer care" line for 3 days! Nobody answers just an endless hold! Doesn't matter what time you call all their representatives are assisting other costumers I call it a lie!

The virtual assistant they connect you to gets nothing right! The website is a nightmare to navigate, VERY user unfriendly! It's like they don't care about wanting your business- I am definitely NOT recommending ANY of their products-not even a toaster!

I purchased a Frigidaire Upright freeze on January 22, 2021 and it has begun to not freeze. I’ve spent COUNTLESS hours on the phone calling every number available and have gotten ZERO help! 800-374-4432 – That’s a joke number, right?

Hold times are “greater than 30 minutes” every time I call and when I have waited, for much longer than 30 minutes and someone does finally answer they said “Hello, ok no answer and hang up immediately” both times! It is infuriating!

The ONE repair technician that actually services my area - will only service the product if it was bought from their store! Why even have their information listed on the website? I will never, as long as I live, buy another Electrolux or Frigidaire product.

The I’ve literally NEVER had worse customer service – NEVER.

I wish I could give it zero stars. Bought an expensive dishwasher with warranty. It broke within 7 months. Called for service and they couldn’t get somebody until 3 weeks later. I’m hand washing dishes with two kids and a baby in the heat of the summer.

Technician finally arrives and he is rude and impatient and tells me it needs parts that won’t be there for 3-5 weeks.

He then leaves after using my paper towel to clean what he’s spilt and leaves a clump of wet and dirty paper towel on my kitchen counter and also leaves the machine unsecured, which I only discover when my baby tries to use it to stand and it moves.

Call the company and talk to four different people who just say “it’s not my department “.

Bought refrigerator on April 5 and have had trouble with it since May. 3 repairmen have looked at it . Freezer isn’t working right. Have had 2 doors replaced on it before they finally said it couldn’t be fixed. Now have I’ve hanging in freezer and on door.

My fridge broke due to an evaporator leak so I contacted the company. They sent a technician to assess the situation. It was concluded that they do not have the parts to fix the problem so a new fridge will have to be delivered.

The technician informed me that it will take 7-10 business days for the company to review my case and have a new one sent out. I contacted Frigidaire within 7-10 days for an update and they kept saying that it was being reviewed.

Fast forward its been almost 2 months without a fridge and they said that because of peak season, it is taking longer than usual. I really wanted to believe that but each time I speak with a representative, they give me the run-around and then re-quote me another 10 business days.

I have owned a freezer since the middle of January. Has been nothing but a problem from the moment we received it. Freezes up door doesn’t seal properly makes all kinds of noise and I shouldn’t have to take a blow dyer and thaw it out.

Also Getting someone out here is almost impossible and when they came out they took a blow dryer to it and said that we had the door open to long????? Now it is not working again and I have food that I am losing this is bull——.

If I don’t get a response immediately I will take it back to the store and get my money back. And I will NEVER buy or suggest a Frigidaire to anyone!

I don't know why there is a 1/5 on here, there should just be a zero. The dishwasher that I bought has broken twice now. The top of the dishwasher , electrical buttons, ALWAYS GO OUT! That mean with a family of 6 I have to hand wash, which would be fine had I not bought the dishwasher to do it for me!

I have to wait days for a tech to come out and replace the electrical board because that is the only way to get it back working, that means when my warranty goes out then I'll have to pay every 6 months for someone to come out and fix the issue. Absolutely ridiculous.

I will never buy their products again. Poor quality!

Bought new refrigerator, we had to wait a month for Lowes to order and deliver the refrigerator. The refrigerator arrived with a problem with the right door switch, we contacted you and you scheduled a local service company to come and take care of the problem.

My name is Dena Samad and I just moved into my home at 23 Malibu Ct, Staten Island, NY 10309 five months ago. I am the second owner of this home and my Frigidaire range stopped working in the middle of a birthday party I was hosting. All of my food was half-cooked and it resulted in an awful night. I purchased a Frigidaire upright Freezer, received 10/31/2020 which as of this date: 06/28/2021 is not working following several attempts to correct the problem made by DeAnza Appliance. Apparently, Frigidaire "will not replace or refund purchase price of any appliance" unless the repair representative is able to "continue attempting to fix the problem".

and it is left up to this company to state the Freezer requires replacement or refund no matter how long this takes and the freezer does not work. This policy is Ludacris! I purchased a Frigidaire 18 inch dishwasher. I had it installed a couple of days after receiving it. I used it one time. That's it, just one time. Before the second use I noticed an error code. Per the user manual I went to the dealer who told me I needed to contact Frigidaire.

Frigidaire gave me a service center that only services appliances they sell. Several phone calls later and over an hour on hold the Frigidaire customer service rep scheduled me for service two weeks later. The service tech came out and didn't complete the service.

I called to complain about my fridge and basically was brushed off the fact that i had history of complaining of the same problem. My husband called and he was given the run around. I ended up calling again and it went from fixing my fridge to a therapy session the rudely hung up on because the lady didnt like my answer.

I was like why ask personal questions if its a fridge call and especially going thru a pandemics everyones emotional. My fridge is still broken and there was no solution.. this company sucks balls

Purchased a new model home in the Clarence center NY area in June-2017 . The home came with a frigidaire professional series side by side s/s refrigerator. The temperature inside the refrigerator side goes from freezing our food to having the temperature too warm.

I've had refrigerators in the past that I've had for 15+ years w/o any service . Frigidaire could keep their parts warranty since service and labor are not covered. Never,never again.

I received an email requesting that I review my new gas range. Below is what I submitted and they refused to accept it. I re-worded it every possible way and they still would not accept it. No one at Frigidaire seems to care what I have to say.

My new $999.99 Frigidaire gas range was delivered today! I also own a side-by-side Frigidaire refrigerator / freezer. It has two handles one on the door of the freezer and the other on the door of the refrigerator that are very similar to the one on the oven door of my new stove. My refrigerator / freezer is just shy of being a year old, I assumed the handles would be alike. I was wrong! There is a sharp edge on the entire length of the oven handle, top and the bottom. I only had my freezer for a few months and it went out. They sent a repair man out here a month ago and he said he had to order a door. I have been getting the run around for a month on when it will be in.

They told me last week that it was at the warehouse and it would be delivered here yesterday or today. Now they are telling me that it is on back order and was never in and it will be at the warehouse in three weeks.

Then it will take another seven to ten business days to have it installed. I am going to write to corporate.
