Purchased Fridigaire Gallery Gas stove 10-28-2020. I had this model in my previous home & loved it. Before the installers had left my driveway, the stove (during "break in") started beeping & control panel locked up. I reset breaker & thought it was s fluke.

It happened again several times & also goes to 666 often during preheat. Five service calls & nothing has been resolved. Tech says factory defect & has been trying to get a replacement, but company says no. I call Company & get put on hold for 45- 60 mins & then disconnected.

Don't know where to turn & completely disappointed with lack of service. I will never purchase anything Frigidaire again.

I bought a freezer in November 2020. The interior light quit working shortly after I got the freezer. A technition came and adjusted the magnet and it worked for about a week then quit working again. Then freezer started making frost and ice in the bottom of freezer and bottom of door.

Technition came and said door seal needed to be replaced and ordered it. I waited 6 months for the parts to come in. Frigidaire scheduled repair to be done 6-29-21 but freezer quit freezing on 6-16-21. I called again and they scheduled Cate Appliance Service 254-562-7696 to repair it on 6-21-21.

On 6-21-21 I called Cate Appliance and they said Frigidaire can't make appointments for them and they don't service my area. I called Frigidaire back and got the usual recording that my wait time to speak to a…

Bought fridge 60 days ago from lowes, called Frigidaire and 2 weeks now no fridge. Half ass a 1 appliances didn't show on Tuesday reschedule n never called tech. They lied n said they did. No fridge 2 week. Horrible customer service none does their job. Junk.

When I made an appointment to have my freezer repaired , the agent asked if we were vaccinated and I replied yes. So I assumed this meant Frigidaire was making sure the technicians and customers were safe.

However, when the technician arrived he did not wear a mask, but thought he must be vaccinated against COVID so no problem because we are vaccinated. When he was finished I asked about his vaccine and he told me” he was not vaccinated and would not get vaccinated because COVID was a hoax”.

So why is Frigidaire jeopardizing their customers by not screening their technicians. If not vaccinated, they should be wearing masks. WHAT A LACK OF CONCERNS FOR CUSTOMERS.

I purchased a refrigerator 4 months ago, about a month ago the freezer stopped working I called Frigidaire to put in a warranty repair and have since been trying to get them to fix my brand new refrigerator. I have spent over 20 hours on the phone with customer service, have had 2 repair man sent to my house to try and fix it and still nothing has been done.

Every time I call I get a different answer and no one can provide me with an update. By far this is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with.

Impossible to get customer service-the 1-866-5286 gives prompts but never lets you talk to someone -gets busy signal Also when I finally resorted to CHAT after numerous attempts, I was told a Frigidaire Technician was not available for my zip(23059) when my son (less than 5 miles) 23060 had a Frigidaire tech fix his refrigerator issues. This phone system needs to be improved!

I have paid for extended service since 2016,and most of my problems are minor dealing with the digital numbers starting to go, which is minor compared to more serious issues.

Also 3rd party appliance dealers ca not always solve these problems.

Purchased a side-by-side Frigidaire refrigerator on August 30th, 2019. Less than 13 months later on September 10th, 2020 the refrigerator stopped working. A experienced refrigerator repairman came and repaired it but stated he could not be confident the refrigerator would keep on working, mentioning something about information being sent to the condenser, faulty wiring by the manufacturer. Today June 16th, 2021 my worst fears came true. The exact same problem. I usually do not complain but I believe as a dedicated purchaser of your products my question is what can you do to fix this problem. I cannot afford to keep spending money on a refrigerator less than two years old.

I replaced a broken refrigerator door bin 3 times already costing me about $200. I have 2 more broken bins. Obviously these bins are poorly made and break easily and was only offered a 20% discount tobuy 2 more. I've spent enough. Very dissatisfied.

I called on June 7, 2021, around 8:42am. The customer service rep was no help and proceeded to tell me no warranty due to noise. She did not listen to my concerns at all and got me off the phone.

Did a chat the same day with a different individual and she was helpful! She also, sent me a link to pinpoint the noise, and scheduled a work order. Now, come to find out the evaporate fan is bad…. So, if I would have just listened to the first rep who had no care in the world about my appliance (purchased in Feb 2021), I would be stuck with it not cooling or freezing properly..

I wanted to voice my concern about the forst rep who was unwilling to help me

My dishwasher broke. It has been a month and the parts were not on back order but the person they contracted to fix it does not have time and its been a month since it has been broken. When I called Frigidaire they said there are only 2 service providers in my area and will not try to get someone out to fix it sooner.

I purchased a new frigidaire up right freezer through home depo in February 2021 and the day they delivered it the freezer had problems. I called right away and home depo told me I had to contact frigidaire. They had put me through 5 service calls on that freezer with no success of fixing that one so they sent a replacement to me through a third party and that was a battle because the third part kept putting my delivery off.

So after dealing with that when I got this freezer it has all the same issues. They sent the tech out and he told frigidaire that it needs all the same parts as the first freezer. New fan new door sencor a shim kit and a new door.

We moved into our new home in 9/2020 and it was equipped with all new frigidaire appliances. Sometime in February or March we made a service call for our dishwasher. The latch was messed up and it would not close.

The repair was finally made after a few weeks. Instead of replacing the part, the service man just "unstuck" the latch. Now here are awaiting a second service on the dishwasher for the same exact issue. We are having to wait approx 3 weeks for the repair to be made.

I really wish we could just be given a new dishwasher at this point. The one we have is obviously a lemon.

I don’t even give it a 1, there was no option for a ZERO!!! Only had refrigerator 6 months and it already we t out on me! It needs 4 major parts to be fixed which will take a week or two to come in.

I cant reach anyone to request a NEW refrigerator! I have water leaking all over my floor, it doesnt hold temperatures, it keeps beeping and making LOUD buzzing noises and clicks! I have 4 children (one being a newborn) whose formula i have to keep cold!

I purchased a refrigerator on 6/4/20 which has already broken. When i called to get service today, 6/2/21 i was advised no one could come out until 6/9/21 and that the technician would have to evaluate the problem to see if it was fixable.

Something on the back of the refrigerator blew up and caused a burn to my wall in my kitchen and the refrigerator no longer stays cold or even cool. I advised of the burn to my wall and was advised by a supervisor that i still had to wait.

In the meantime i have no refrigrerator for over a week and have lost over $500 in food that we will have to or have already thrown away not to mention the burn in the back of the refrigerator and my wall. Purchased refrigerator less than 6 months ago and it has not lasted more than 45 days before the initial issues.

First tech came out and looked at equipment and said I don’t know what wrong. Came out second time and changed some part. Unit broke again in less than 30 days.

Second guy comes out and says I think it’s another part. Now they are 4 hours late to come do another repair. Due to lateness I have to take off both jobs. Lost more money than I paid for the thing.

Purchased Frigidaire upright Freezer October22,2020 delivered on 10/31/2020. LIght in Freezer went out first week of use. Called to Frigidaire tech service to replace light. when arrived to check problem, was advised it was a problem with the door which was to have indicator turn interior light off and on.

I purchased double ovens from Frigidaire through Home Depot in March, March 26 they were installed and they currently do not work (5/21). I have spent over 40 hours on the phone with each company waiting and being told I am sorry, there is no urgency for a repair appointment and no remorse or accountability when repair company continually does not show up, or actually fix the problem.

I currently still have no working ovens and I had to have them put out of the cabinet so they are now blocking my dining room all weekend bc they failed to show up and fix them, 3 months later. Absolutely absurb and embarasssing.

Do not use this company.

My Frigidaire dehumidifier stopped working after 7 months. I contacted Frigidaire as it was still under the one year warranty and was instructed to cut the cord and send a picture, the original receipt, and form with Model and Serial numbers.

I did all that and heard nothing. I called again and was told that I would be receiving a new machine by UPS. Again, I heard nothing for over 2 weeks. I called again and was told the machine couldn't be replaced so I would receive a refund.

Bought a frigidaire set all fridge/all freezer 18m ago for a custom kitchen. They are complete junk. Warranty is a complete joke we’ve been without a fridge for 9 weeks with a family of 5 in a pandemic. Frigidaire will not answer phones.

The company has discontinued the model which is clearly defective- now that we have read the overwhelming negative reviews. forcing us to purchase a complete new set and having to spend thousands remodelling a brand new kitchen to accommodate different specs of appliances.

We bought a new Frigidaire refrigerator on Sept. 9, 2020. It went out on us on March 19 and we reported the outage on March 22, 2021. The first repair person was sent out on March 23 and he advised that this refrigerator did not use Freon and he was not qualified to work on it.

I bought a brand new refrigerator and it is freezing everything in the fridge portion of the refrigerator. 5 Worthless frigidaire technicians came out and none of them can fix this big old lemon. The people at frigidaire customer service keeps making promises and is doing nothing to fix the problem.

Been working with customer service for a few weeks. We submitted the paperwork that was requested for an air conditioner that was broken. They told us to cut the cord and send a picture proving this. We did as instructed.

We are being told now that since we can't produce a receipt that they cant replace. We cant produce a receipt because it was bought through my husbands company program and the receipt is on his work computer. He was let go from that company of 30 yrs in November 2020 due to covid.

About 2 months ago, I replaced my still functioning 12+ year-old stove with a brand-new Frigidaire Gallery stove. For the first few weeks, it worked perfectly, then an error message began appearing, so we'd turn it on and off and that would work.

Then another error message appeared, and the stove would neither heat up nor cool down. We are a family of 8. We worked hard to save for a stove, and it has been ONE MONTH since I have been able to cook a pizza, lazagne, casserole, etc. in my stove.

The repairman lives in Virginia, and only travels every-other-week to make repairs in NC where I live. The cost of my time and actual cost of having to prepare only stovetop meals for over 4 weeks now has been rediculous.

I have been calling Frigidaire since 3/30/21 regarding a broken Frigidaire refrigerator. It took 2 weeks for Frigidaire to locate a missing part which remains out of stock.

My friend (who is 91 years old) has been trying to get his Refrigerator fixed for SIXTEEN days. It's 7 months old and under warranty. The customer service is horrible. He has been getting the runaround for the last two weeks.

The first appliance repairman who looked at the refrigerator arrived promptly (well somewhat) and said he couldn't fix the frig. He said he would contact Frigidaire and they would send someone out. Two days passed, no contact from the company.

We purchased a Frigidaire Freezer, Model FFFU20F2VW0, in December of 2020. Two days after receiving the freezer the interior light stopped working. We call for repair service. After three attempts by the repair service it was determined that the freezer door was "warped" on the bottom of the door.

A new door was order by the repair service on 01 March 2021. We were told it would "overnighted" to us for replacement. Its now the 26th of April and no door. We have expressed complete dissatisfaction of the freezer and customer service.

I have had two service calls for the ice box not working properly and two for the freezer and refrigerator not working. Freezer is icing up and the refrigerator code keeps beeping. Service came out twice now. Replaced door seal and fan for refrigerator.

Lasted 2 days now down again for the same thing. Said they could not be back out until 5/5/21. I have had no usage of this for over a month now. Still paying the extended warrenty for what a sorry refrigerator.

This complete unit needs to be replaced. In my book I would never buy another Frigidaire.

I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator about 8 months ago. About 2 months later the rubber gasket seals started falling off. We dealt with that for a while. Then the refrigerator was not getting cold and the fan motor was making a loud noise.

OMG first tons of prompts. Then it says 1 minute wait. I've been on hold over 20 min!!!!! Then during dumb music there's a quiet pause that makes you think someone's there but not!!!!! How aggravating! I have other things to do!

Your fridge has been falling apart since I got it and it's not even 2 yrs old!!! Garbage!! Now he couldn't help me and didn't even acknowledge my aggravation!!! Holy cow told me to call same number again!!!! I AM BUSY!!!

It has been just over a month and after two attempts and four visits to the residence the problem has yet to be resolved. Just over a month ago our washing machine met its demise. The attempts to fix it by All Set appliances have been futile, although the stabilizers and motor have been replaced, the machine does not operate as normal.

We need a machine desperately. As the caretaker to two seniors, who haven’t left this house in over a year, plus three adults the situation is overwhelming. A washer is as essential as a refrigerator or a car neither of which can go idle for a long period of time without due hardship.

I don’t know if this email will make a difference either way but I won’t rest till this is resolved.

Bought a Frigidaire freezer from Home Depot 12/17/20. Green light at bottom started flashing in March. Food started thawing quickly. The freezer was full and of course when I called this was NOT considered an emergency. Several days later and lots of meat ruined, a nice man from Sears came to repair it on 3/19/21.

Again, 4/15/21 we have the green light flashing once again. Called for service and someone is coming Monday, 4/19. More food being ruined!! Angry and disgusted with Frigidaire!!

I purchased a new Frigidaire dishwasher March 12, 2021. It has not worked since the day it was hooked up. The panel lights come on but do not work. A&E service has been here three times and has replaced 4 touch panel boards. Still does not work.

Now they said they'd schedule a 4th app (Apr. 23rd) My old Frigidaire dishwasher worked for 23 years!!! I wanted a white one to match my Frigidaire stove and Fridge, so I purchased this one. I am a senior citizen (80) on a limited budget, so I purchased one that I could afford.

On 04/07/2021 I scheduled an appointment and was given a window between 12pm-5pm. Andrew (the technician) canceled due to an incorrect Model number associated with our account.

However, this is really confusing as we do not own another fridge. Andrew refused service and left. On approximately 04/07/2021 I contacted fridgidaire at (844) 327-7374 for 1 hour and 5 min exactly after my appointment. They scheduled another appointment and the customer service rep (Jasmine) corrected her mistake on the model number associated with the fridge.

Wife spend most of yesterday trying to get customer service was transferred twice to an out of service number, once to a recording saying goodby and was on hold for hours never got ahold of anyone other than to be transferred to nowhere (see above). In the meantime we have a piece of junk ice maker!!!

I got a Frigidaire stove in Aug 2019 @ Lowe’s Before the year the burners went bad, few times. Because the COVID 19 they kept giving me the round and round, sending me back to Lowe’s And Lowe’s keep sending me back to Frigidaire because I didn’t purchase their extra warranty.

The stove still the same even though that the parts have been changed several times After all the time now because is being more than a year they don’t want to replace it And the only that they are going to do as a courtesy is to send someone to check it out and they want to sell me a warranty for a $190.

Electrolux refrigerator serial # 4A23716687 Model # E123BC35KS4 This refrigerator was purchased on 9/21/2013 from Spencers Appliances in Mesa Arizona. There have been been various issued, eg broken door holders, poor rubber around the doors that has split, cheap edging strips that have separated from the bottom of the doors and the top of the freezer.

In February the water/ice stopped working, I called my home warranty company and they sent an engineer. The engineer stated that it was unfixable due to the large ice formation and rust on the back of the fridge. He came back twice to try and also told me that when he was at training school for ELECTROLUX that they had been told that this was a KNOWN issue on these models for 2011-2017.

I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator on 2/23/21. It was delivered 2/25/21. By 3/20/21 I began having issues with it not cooling properly, I followed all the manual instructions to adjust the temperature and make sure none of the vents were blocked and the freezer wasn’t overly full.

click! I finally got through to a representative who provided me with two service contacts only to find out the one would not drive the distance to my home. The second service company said they will no longer service Frigidaire and have notified them but they have not removed their business name from the list.

I called back to Frigidaire Canada to be told they had no other service contacts and I would have to find my own. More frustrating was when I requested to speak to a manager I was denied. Never will I purchase another Frigidaire or Electrolux product.

3 years old dishwasher leaking from bottom. called the 800 number for trouble shooting 20 to 30 minutes wait to speak to a frigidaire customer representative with no call back option. actually never got to speak to a rep because I hung up after 20 minutes wait and 5 attempts finally booked an independent appliance repair company without ever getting any support from frigidaire after 5 days of trying.

I purchased a dishwasher online. I've had issues with the soap dispensing. I called Lowe's no help. I utubed it and tried to figure it out. When I was looking in the bottom of the dishwasher I noticed the bottom of the tub was melted by the coil?

I don't want this dishwasher. I only used it 5 months. Lowe's won't pick it up and repair man was out once and fridgadre said he heads to come and replace the tub. It has been a nightmare 2 months now

I ordered replacement filters for my refrigerator more than a month ago. When I first contacted the company I was diverted to a life alert salesperson after stating my age. When I told them I was not interested and just wanted to locate the replacement items.

They would not stop the sales pitch and then forwarded me to another Life Alert salesperson. I finally had to hang up because I could not get them to quit trying to sell me something I repeatedly informed them that I had no interest in.

I finally got through to "customer service" After more than 27 minutes on the phone I was told the part was shipped and I needed to contact UPS. I was given a tracking number and UPS has handed it off to USPS.

Oven takes more than one hour to reach temperature set for. Repair was a replacement of a part called a bake relay but that did not fix the problem at all.
