Frigidaire has extremely poor customer service, at best. We have a couple month old, expensive range and are trying to get service for a small problem. It is not rocket science. Because we live in a rural area, Frigidaire uses A&E to handle service. A&E is incompetent.
They cannot get a service date set. When it was cancelled because the part wasn't in, they still notified us 3 times, by both email and phone of the appointment that had been cancelled. A&E doesn't accept responsibility for the errors.
This morning someone from A&E called, the call was disconnected before I could speak with them. They never called back. I have made 4 calls to Frigidaire today to no avail.
