Frigidaire and Electrolux service do not care about their customers. They don’t want to help you with problems from there product. Don’t even seem that their repair man even wants to be there. My repair man drove off as I was pulling into driveway after a 3 week wait and told me to reschedule... Worst service ever....

I purchased a Frigidaire gas stove sept. 2019. At the end of 2020, I noticed my racks tarnishing; turning an oral like color. February, I reached out to lowes extended warranty dept. They indicated the racks are not covered under the warranty.

I decided to purchase new racks costing me $250. The replacement racks are also turning colors. The oven temp reaches a maximum of 550 degrees but I do a lot of baking using a temp of 350 degrees. So, I contacted lowes again at which time they told me to reach out to Frigidaire; its a manufacturer defect.

I did so on 3/17 , spoke with Caroline who indicated I need to talk to a manager. Since then, I've contacted Frigidaire customer service & left messages for someone to contact me. As of today, 3/25, I have not heard from a Frigidaire…

from lowes in bellefontaine ohio. said they ordered a new compressor an circuit board an a relay switch. the next morning it was not working again. Called repairman back he came on 2/24 an put compressor in. it hasn't worked since!

This repairman Kevin called frididaire on Feb 26th and talked to Eric. Eric gave him a reference#84312341. We heard nothing from anyone for a while. she said we would difinitely hear something by phone or email by 3/17. We called and talked to Robert on 17th.

He said she Jessica had filed paperwork wrong and he said we would hear from someone about a replacement within 72hours. It has been more than 4 days an we have not hear from anyone. We called 6or 7 times today and get message about high volume and then get hung up on.

I purchased a Frigidaire dishwasher back before January of 2019 I didn't get it hooked up the first month or two that I had it because we were renovating the house. When we got it installed, it did not work.

We bought it from home Depot and they were as bad as Frigidaire they referred us to them to have it fixed. They sent out Watson's appliances to repair it. They put on the pump sensor and a pump assembly.

It worked about halfway not great up until March the 5th of 2019. we called them again they sent Watson's out again this time they put a new board a new console assembly motor and pump assembly pump assembly Frigidaire labor charge that was about a $500 bill.

I did it right about half ass until June 20th of 2019 when they sent Watsons out again at that time the door wouldn't shut…

I purchased a Frigidaire less than 4 months ago and I've been going in circles trying to get someone to repair it and its impossible to reach someone at fridgidaire and the repair company they use keeps rescheduling my appointment. I've been without a fridge for a month now and its under warranty and this is ridiculous!

My freezer only lasted 2 months. It was running but not cooling. There was no beeps or blinking light to warn me. By the time I realized it was to late. Prime rib roast ,rib eye steaks everything gone. I called, got an appt. for 10 days later.

When that date got here A&E service was given the wrong appliance #. Called for service again. They told me yes they gave the wrong # and they would (send it upstairs) and someone would call me to have it fixed that week. Haven't heard anything yet.

I am getting ready to call for the third time. Needless to say I am very unhappy with the appliance as well as your service. I feel like you got my money and I get nothing in return. This needs to be made right ASAP.

Frigidaire has extremely poor customer service, at best. We have a couple month old, expensive range and are trying to get service for a small problem. It is not rocket science. Because we live in a rural area, Frigidaire uses A&E to handle service. A&E is incompetent.

They cannot get a service date set. When it was cancelled because the part wasn't in, they still notified us 3 times, by both email and phone of the appointment that had been cancelled. A&E doesn't accept responsibility for the errors.

This morning someone from A&E called, the call was disconnected before I could speak with them. They never called back. I have made 4 calls to Frigidaire today to no avail.

bought Frigidaire dehumidifier on 6-27-2019. June 2020 unit would not work. Contacted Frigidaire was sent claim form processed it and returned 6-13-20. Replacement 83662287. Since then nothing but "the run around". Several emails all unanswered chat conversation that was worthless.

I have contacted Frigidaire twice about this issue, the reply was someone would get back to me! Never happened ! I purchased a Frigidaire window AC model # FFRE0533U1E, serial #HK80371044. It was very quiet for the first season. I have whole house AC, so the window AC doesn't get much use.

But sometimes the kitchen needs a little more cooling .. This season the fan bearings are so noisy we can't stand to be in the room when it is running. It lasted ONE SEASON. It was very quiet when we first used it.

The second season started out , "LOUD". My old Sears window AC was still going strong after 14 seasons, but we thought a new unit might be quieter. Big mistake.

We bought our refrigerator on March 1, 2020.

First one delivered didn’t even make it off the truck as it was damaged. We waited two weeks for second refrigerator to arrive. The ice maker didn’t work. We waited two weeks for repair worker to come out to fix it.

He couldn’t fix it, so h ordered parts and we waited two more weeks for his return. He still couldn’t fix it. We waited another two weeks for refrigerator number three this arrive. Guess what? The ice maker had the same defect and didn’t work.

6 week old Frigidaire refrigerator had the hinges malfunction and a work order was placed with CNP Technologies Inc. through Frigidaire. The tech came out and said the hinges are bad and he has to order another set. So he duct taped the freezer door and refrigerator door closed. nothing.

I bought a Frigidaire air conditioner on 7/11/17. Model no. FFRH18L2R21. This unit had air and heat . I took out an extended warranty for 3 yrs upon purchase. Towards the end of 7/20, it stopped blowing cold air, however it was blowing air.

I called the phone number on the side of the unit for service. No one would answer the phone. I also tried another number inside the air conditioner book with no luck. I stayed on the phone for what seemed like forever until I gave up.

A friend gave me the name of an air conditioner repair man here in my town. He came over and took my air conditioner to his shop. He said something about a leak in the rear coils but didn't want to do anything because it might void my warranty.

Recv'd new frig on Friday, and upon inspection noticed that the doors were misaligned. The doors are 1/16 of an inch apart at the top and 1/2" at the bottom of my new side by side. Dhould never have left the factory like that.

I have been trying to get through on the cs line all morning and still on hold while I type this. Sure takes the fun out of a new purchase.

I have contacted Frigidaire several times by email via Frigidaire’s website and asked for help regarding my malfunctioning home dehumidifier w/o receiving any response. The device has been running in my basement for weeks. The fan is continuously on but the humidity is creeping up.

I bought a Frigidaire a/c thru Sams club, I received it on 7-17-2020 thru Fedex, the young man rolled it to the porch which I informed him he shouldn't have done that. Any way I have been trying to get a whole of Frigidaire for several days and have been unable to call or email your company it kept shutting me down or hanging up.

All the tools accessories that you sent with the ac were wrong, the screws are too small for the holes and you sent me two right window filler panels and the a/c was quite banged up, enclose picture's pictures of the a/c, what's holding it up right now is the outside window bracket which I had to buy. I don't want to return it, just send me the correct hardware and panels.

And as I understand that Sam's did not include the warranty or insurance for the a/c, can…

I purchased a brand new Frigidaire refrigerator from Home Depot in February 2020, got it delivered on March 7th. In April it broke down and I called Frigidaire with the problem. Technician #1 came saw it accessed the problem and recommended that it couldn't be fixed and it should get replaced.

Never received a call from Frigidaire with a follow up or a solution. I called Frigidaire multiple times trying to figure out what the next step would be. End of April, Technician #2 came, saw the fridge and said I should just get it replaced because the parts that were bad shouldn't be going out for at least 12 years.

Cannot get through to customer service. My chat did not work. We have a Frigidaire refrigerator that when the power goes out and the power returns the refrigerator stays in power fail. This is not acceptable!!! This should not be happening.

If you go away for a couple of days and the power goes out everything would be ruined in the refrigerator. We are receiving no satisfaction with this. The refrigerator is only 1 year old. We want the appliance store to take this back and replace it with another brand.

FRIGIDAIRE SELLS BROKEN PRODUCTS Along with this company selling broken products they also have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Rude people making smart remarks and refusing to give us someone else to talk to when asked.

Our dishwasher came JUNE 3rd and came with a broken motor, Frigidaire refused to replace it only “fix it”. It is now June 25th and our dishwasher is still sitting here broken. Twice they had people come to fix it, I took off work both days.

The first time no one showed up and the second time they brought the wrong part. I will never buy from this company again and I advise anyone who wants to buy from this company to think before doing so.

We bought a freezer July 17, 2019. It broke down still under warranty. We called for warranty service on Tuesday, June 23. Frigidaire booked a service appointment and the service people said they would not do it. We had to keep calling to try to get warranty service, waiting for about 1/2 hour on hold each time. Each time I call I get disconnected after waiting on hold. Sometimes I reach a customer service representative, give my phone number, and request them to call me back if I am disconnected. I have called 6 times. 3 times the system hung up on me. 3 other times a representative answered after 20 minutes of wait time. 1st call he transferred me and system again hung up on me. 2nd and 3rd same costumer representative answered and said my dehumidifier is not registered which is not true. I bought 2 and registered both on the same day. finally my call just got answered for the third time. Jonathan Johnson answered and he was wonderful. He is the best representative you have. Thank god for him.

The 18 cu ft Refrigerator is a 5/5 rating BUT the issues were at start up there was a continual loud knock. Upon checking things out the fan in the freezer compartment was hitting the wire harness. I repaired that. Then we discovered that defrost hose was not hooked up. and we hooked up the hose. We would suggest that you improve the quality control inspection of each frig We are handy people but not everyone would be able to correct these problems without contacting Lowes.

We do like the quietness of the frig after it was fixed. Also, pleased with all other features.

I contacted fridgidar within 5 days of my stove purchase. They did not explain the technology of my coil top stove. I could have returned it to the retailer within 2 weeks but I waited for the manufacturer to send repair guy over.

Because of covid I waited 6 weeks for a call then finally called the company back. The repair guy told me the hear buttons on the elements are a safety feature and if water continuously stops boiling it is just the way the stove is made.

The manufacturers never explained that to me until I called back when the repair guy left. I could have returned this stove within 2 weeks but the manufacturer intentionally dragged it 9n so I would be stuck with a stove that cannot boil water.

Have a Frigidaire microwave. Bought in 2011. Now has two cracks in the door. Have a Frigidaire refrigerator. The door handle cracked and pulled loose. I have a Maytag electric stove with bad plastic ... don't know if thats the same company but the quality is bad.

I own an upright Freezer, I've had service 3x as of today. Electrolux requested ( All major appliance) to service freezer. Theses are very uncertain times for us all. I have been unfortunate to loose food. I have spoken with a supervisor that ONLY offered me a 50.00 prepaid card. I'm VERY disappointed/dissatisfied. As of today I have an appointment for the technician, Friday May 22, 2020. When I spoke with the technician he instructed me he will only come out IF the parts that he ordered works, sometime parts that they(ALL MAJOR APPLIANCE) order needs to be tested first IF they don't work we have to reorder and that can take days...……..

I have never been so disappointed...……:(

I purchased a new top freezer refrigerator about 7 months ago. The compressor has failed. Calling electrolux, Thursday, results in them requiring you to find a local repair place, only providing names of locals based on zip code, but it's up to the customer to set everything up BUT then they require you obtain an authorization to actually get the 'service'.

The first 'service' result, Friday, is "we can't repair closed systems". Electrolux then says they won't replace the unit until someone that CAN repair closed systems looks at it and deems it not repairable, next Tuesday, and then it will take 7 to 10 days to get authorization to replace it!

This is not a warranty, this is a runaround bullshit operation and I am very, very angry. I am starting an international boycott of electrolux…

My refrigerator was delivered with no problems. The refrigerator door was lower than the freezer door. We tried to follow the instructions to raise the door, but the part would not turn to raise the door. The part seemed to be fused.

I called customer service and a "repairman" was sent out. He spent the majority time he was there trying to level the refrigerator, which was already level. He then told us that our floor was un-level, which proved to be incorrect when we pulled out a level and showed him.

When trying to even the doors by leveling the whole fridge, he put a dent line on the side because it was pushing against our cabinet. He finally decided to try to raise the door and said that the part wouldn't turn.

I purchased Frigidaire gas stove top a few months ago; one of the burners malfunctioned within three months of purchase. I contacted the Lowe’s where I bought it; they referred me to a Frigidaire subcontractor who handles such issues for Frigidaire.

I’ve been getting the runaround on parts availability for two weeks from this outfit after they initially told me 2 - 4 days to repair. Talked to them again today and told me ANOTHER 2 - 4 weeks before parts available!

Come on Frigidaire, this is BULLSHIT!!! You need to have parts available and technicians ready to go !!! Subcontractor is A & R Appliance in Visalia, CA.

The 70 pint dehumidifer's fan was running continually with the humidity level set at 60. I called Frigidare and was patched through several departments. One of your customer representatives told me the fan should continually run. I have an extended warranty.

I know the fan does not run continually. Very poor customer service with one of you representatives!

I bought a range-from Frigidaire 12/24/2019 it stopped working . I called and they send a technician to my house. I waited for days and called for them to tell me that I wasn’t covered because the technician send pictures of chewed wire.

I ask them to forward the pictures them she said there’s no pictures in the system. I hired a technician he came and stated something completely different then I called them back they suggested that I hire a company that work with them for a second opinion.

I did and he gave the same diagnosis as the technician that I hired. And they still don’t want to fix my range.

Bought a Frigidaire refrigerator from PC Richards in Brick Township NJ in December 2018.

It has broken down 3 times, once while we were away while our home was being renovated. Refrigerator completely stopped working and the smell in our new home took weeks to get rid of. Never mind the food we lost. It now needs a new compressor. We are being told by your corporate office that nothing can be done except pay for repairs which Jersey Coast appliance repairman told us in December 2019 that our refrigerator was never properly fixed to begin with.

I spoke to your corporate manager Cherekia today and was told without a warranty our appliance cannot be replaced. The compressor for our refrigerator was never ordered although it was supposed to be ordered on Dec. 28, 2019. We are away once again…

This refrigerator cools good but makes all kinds of noise. It pops, cracks and makes growling sounds each time it starts and turns off. I called they said it is noral and they blame it on the energy efficient compressor and all the pipes need to be run for a few months. i don't believe it.

I will be calling service if it continues.. They hire representatives to lie to customers that pay high money for their product. They are worse than a new car dealer.. I never buy anything again from this company.. They suck..

Purchased HE stackable laundry center model FFLE3900UW on 9/21/19 @ reds appliance in farming dale ny. Numerous visits for repairs, no shows from repair companies. Numerous phone calls to your call centers with promises of return calls (non returned) at this point I have a brand new machine that is still not operating without problems.

purchased a refrigerator 10/18 and within the first year we had issues with the ice maker. Just before warranty was up they sent out a tech. He replaced the motor in the ice maker. It's been at the most 2 months and ice maker is not working again.

I called to see since this is an existing issue would Frigidaire stand behind their product and the answer is no. It now becomes my problem to fix and pay for. I will not ever purchase another Frigidaire product and I will not recommend your products either.

I bought a brand new Frigidaire refrigerator and it was delivered with issues. Called and spoke with rep and they scheduled for repair to get fixed after the 3rd phone call. The first 2 phone calls, the reps I got were incompetent.

Well they cancelled the appointment for the repair man. I received no phone call to let me know it was cancelled. Once I called to check on it they told me I was outside the 48 hour window for a repair. WHAT!! It’s brand new. Just 48hrs.

I am extremely disappointed in their customer service.

We purchased a 2nd Frigidaire Gallery wall oven in March 2019. The first one had arrived seriously damaged and unrepairable. Since installation the oven has never pre-heated to the correct set temperature and during baking the temperature varies by about 40 degrees as measured by a calibrated electronic thermometer.

In mid-November 2019 I requested service and the technician said it "might be a defective probe" which he offered to replace. We agreed to try that, he ordered and received a replacement probe. When he tried to replace the probe he tried to pull it out into the oven but determined that he was unable to access the area of the oven necessary to disconnect it without removing it from the cabinet and said that would require an assistant.
