While experiancing with your CrackerJack product it seems nothing has really changed. Way back at a New York Met game say 1988 during the 3rd inning I was snacking on a box of Crackerjacks. I could wait to come acroos those delicious toffee coverd peanuts.

I opened a bag of Doritos Flamin' Hot Limon Chips and to my surprise, the chips are plain, no seasoning on them. These are the worst chips I have had in a long time. What happened to QA? doesn't this company check the product before is bagged?

Not really a big complaint, with the understanding of the restraints in the world today. But, your bags of chips are sooo small now and with all the air to keep the chips safe. I can no longer be a patron at the price point but thanks for all the good years

I purchased a pack of Grandma mini sandwich creams when I open the box and open the packages there was literally three cookies in each bag there should be probably close to 15 or so it is the 1oz bag. it happened on 8 out of the 9 packages I opened from that box that's unacceptable.

I bought Kettle cooked BBQ Lays in a vending machine at work.They were stale.

The amount of cheese on the Cheetos snack has diminished greatly. For years I have purchased Cheetos puffs and it seems no matter what size or what store I buy them from the quality has just gone downhill, and they are just not that cheesy anymore and they taste Bland and dry.

I have tried buying other brands seeking out more of a cheesier product. If the quality of your snack doesn't improve I will cease buying the Cheetos brand altogether in the near future.

Weekly buyer of the variety packs, sometimes twice. Last several purchases the cheetoes were sealed but empty. Several bags, lately there have been unsealed bags with chips and ants. Different chips. I am disabled and I order my groceries online . Thank you DB

I recently purchased a 42 bag Frito Lay variety snack box to share with my co-workers. After opening the box one of my co-workers opened a bag of Ruffles potato chips to discover it completely empty. I have purchased the variety snack boxes many times in the past and have never had this happen before so I am disappointed that this has happened now.

Today, Saturday, May 6th, 2023, I opened and began eating a small bag of Chili Cheese Fritos. About halfway through the bag there was a small "pebble" or rock-hard piece in the chip that, when I bit down to chew, instantly broke my lower denture in half.

(The denture is only ~2 years old, so it's not like it was fatigued or brittle. ) I'm not interested in a lawsuit or anything like that but I feel strongly that Frito Lay owes for the replacement of the broken lower denture.

If Frito Lay will do the right thing and take care of the denture I'll be grateful and peaceful about it. Please reply promptly; it's not something that can wait for a long drawn out process. I'm attempting to use glue to be able to wear them for work, to talk and, hopefully, to be able to eat.

There is a female frito lay worker that frequently services my local store in warren county. My child was asking her a question about chips and she ignored her. It wasn’t until she turned around and saw her. Then she pulled her earbuds out and still wasn’t very pleasant to my daughter.

She is short black hair tied up like an onion and dressed like a homeless person. Now everytime I see her I avoid her and have to wait until she moves all the carts so I can get what I came to the store for.

Is this the kind of people that a billion dollar company hires? Angry looking homeless people that listen to music instead of helping customers and snapping at children because they interrupted them while they were supposed to be working? Isn’t that part of the job? Customer service. Shameful!
