The chips are good but I was craving some jalapeño kettle cooked chips so I went to the store and got some, when I got home and opened the bag of chips they were the original kettle cooked not jalapeño like the bag said they are.

I got barbecue chips that just taste just PLAIN lays potatoe chips. Literally not one hint of barbecue flavor!

I have been buying your products for almost 50 years and one of those products is Munchos. I buy 3 bags a day faithfully. 00. 49 is absolutely disgusting. How dare you take advantage of people at this economical hard times.

I purchased a variety box (18) of chips from my local Wal-Mart, spending $10.98, only to discover that I was missing all four (4) bags of the Lay's cheddar and sour cream. Is there anything that can be done about this?

Purchased a bag of Cheddar & Sour Cream chips on Monday 1/2/2023 at a local grocery store. When opened later that night the seal on the top seal was barely there. The taste of off and looked like they were over cooked. This is the information from the bag: 28Mar2023, 287236177, 30 17:07, 28400 51774. Not sure how you folks fill the bags but it looks like the top sealer or tube what out of adjustment. This is just a FYI to make sure that you are aware. The price of groceries today that the consumer really does not want to get screwed on their purchases.

Another FYI, I tried to call the Customer help line several time and could not get through and when I finally did I was cut off! Not a happy camper here.

I am a concerned customer, i have noticed over the past few years that you lays chip bags are not filled completely, there is at the, "very least"1/3 of the bag filled with "AIR", if your not goin to fill the bag all the way then please do not waste material and money just to create more plastic waste when you could simply make a smaller bag that fits your standards.

To charge more due to inflation or just pure profits is NOT justified. I know for a fact that the amount your company makes in a year, well makes up fo this problem, i for one will no longer be a, "valued customer" and support this bologny...

I bought a bag of Lays chips and more than half the bag was just small broken pieces of chips.

I have been purchasing your chips as long as I can remember. The last few or 4 purchases have been terrible every bag of plain chips I have purchased have been burnt and the chips themselves our to small to even use my ruffles dip with. Thank you Alison Johnson

Purchased a bag of chips from the vending machine at work on 11/10/2022. The bag was filled with 3 seasoning clusters, maybe 5 chips. Bags was 1.25

I bought a holiday themed chip mix for my kids lunches for school this week, I picked that one because it had different options with popcorn, pretzels and showed no nacho Doritos which my kids won’t eat, so that’s great except upon opening the box there is only one of each popcorn and one pretzel, the rest is mostly Cheetos and nacho cheese Doritos. Unhappy about this.

i got a party size bag of salt and vinegar chips and they were stale and had no flavor at all it was disgusting. i’m done with lays chips.

On Oct 26, 2022 I made a purchase at Dollarama (300 Borough Drive- Scarborough Town Centre location). I purchased a pack of Frito Lay ‘Munchos’ brand Potato Crisp (among other snack items). ( Batch#: 303325701 80 23:52) (SKU#: 0 60410 00654 2)expiry date Dec 13, 2022).

I started eating the chips and after consuming some of the chips I noticed a loonie sized perforation (hole) on the front of the package and several smaller perforations (holes) on the back of the package. The perforations are clearly indicative of being bites from rodents.

I am now extremely concerned for my health seeing that I’ve consumed some of the rodent ridden chips. The Board/ Ministry of health certification status at the this Dollarama shows ‘PASS’. I will be seeking medical attention and advise. Please respond to…

The bag clearly say guarantee fresh for 30 days but it do not add on there with the bag closed my bag of chips did not guarantee stay fresh they was stale in two days

i found a piece of blue plastic in a classic lays chip bag. it was unopened, i opened it and found it after eating 1/3 of the bag. lazy and hazardous. we’re in a pandemic too! why did a piece of plastic end up in a chip bag?? do better.

I purchased the family fun mix box. I picked up my groceries only to get home and be disappointed. I open the box and there is only one bag of sour cream and onion ruffles. The box states it should be three bags of sour cream and onion ruffles in the box.

I received six bags of sour cream and cheddar lays. I would like to know how can this issue be fixed. I purchased the box with the expectation of receiving what I paid for.

I’ve bought a few 42 boxes of variety mega box the purple one and never dies it have a few of the bags of chips! This is my second box and I’m still missing bags (the first box was missing lays bbq and ruffles cheddar… the second box is missing lays bbq and Cheetos puffs!

On the box it tells you exactly how much your supposed to get and which bags it’s false advertisement this is an o going thing. I buy them for my daughters snack and she constantly looks for certain ones abd their not there please refund me or send them directly to me

I bought your chips for years. Lately all you get are crumbs. You buy ruffles for dipping and now they are just terrible. I set out a bowl to serve to my family and we couldn't dip but a few the chips are way to small.

My point is my kids dont really care for pretzels but love sun chips. shame on you for putting undesirable chips in you mix . Wont buy again .

Bought the 30 count baked box. It was suppose to have sour cream and onion and BBQ but didn't have any. It included extra cheeto and sour cream and onion instead.

I purchased a bag of cheddar Sun chips from Walmart and there was original Sun chips in the bag my daughter was very disappointed I've ordered the several times before from Walmart and Fenton Missouri that's where we stay I was very upset that she was upset that she'll get the Sun chips that she wanted I've never really had a problem like this before I don't know what the problem is

I bought an 18 pk bold mix from Kroeger/ Fred Meyer and it only had one spicy sweet chili instead of 4 and 6 salt and vinegar instead. I will attach a pic. It's missing 3 that my daughter ate which was a Funnyuns, hot Cheeto, and the only spicy sweet chili.

Well I couldn't attach a photo because it said it was too big. But anyway hopefully you believe me. I don't know what or if you do any compensation or not but either way just bringing it to your attention.

Very disappointed in the packaging! This is the 3rd box I’ve bought that has not had the specified amount correct!!!!

I just purchased my usual 10 bag box of Lay's original snack packs for my daily lunch for work. To my dismay ... and a 3rd bag had a slit in it on the back side, and 4th bag came totally opened!!!

Hello, I purchased three cases of the family fun pack mix 18 count that has 3 Cheeto puffs, 3 Cheeto crunchy, 4 lays Cheddar sour cream, 4 flavor twists, 2 funyuns, and 3 sour cream ruffles. I opened the first case to eat the sour cream and onion ruffles only to see that there was 1 bag of sour cream and onion.

I shrugged it off as a factory error because I know sometimes there are mistakes but I opened the next box for the same sour cream and onion chips only to find one bag yet again. So I decided to open and check my next box only to find one sour cream and onion bag in that one as well.

I am really disappointed I paid for those chips and was shorted on my chips. Is there anyway I could receive my 6 bags of sour cream and onion chips? Those are the only ones that I truly enjoy out of…

they vibrate violently . the ceiling is 5 ft high so if you're any taller tough luck. The metal belts cut into your skin leaving extremely triggering marks they dont give u protection or supplies to make this make sense. lol.
