I just purchased a bag of cheddar sun chips, and they are stale. This is the third time it happened to me this month. I don't know if I am just really unlucky or you guys just selling shitty bags..

I have gotten 3 bags of Cheetos the small packs that have been stale in the past 2 weeks. Each time I am not near the store to take them back to so just threw them.

Why did they mess with changing the best sour cream and onion potato chips lays had?the new recipe is awful..the previous recipe was the best and I purchased it often...I will not be purchasing Lays brand again..better tasting cheaper chips are much better than the new ones lays has produced with their new (terrible) sour cream and onion chips...why cant the big wigs of the company see their mistakes??? Would love an answer..

I am complaining that you all only give us BBQ Fritos intermittently. I hate your Chili cheese Fritos. And when you do intermittently bring back the BBQ Fritos I buy them by multiple bags. I just found some at Kroger on Boston Rd here in Lexington KY and snagged up 4 wonderful bags.

I bought a variety pack of chips at the store over the weekend and over the past few days I’ve ate a few different kinds and the Doritos seem to be stale both nacho cheese and cool ranch but the rest are fine. And Doritos are my favorite ☹️

We love the Lay's Dorito flavored chips. My 10 year old daughter especially enjoys them. We hope you keep them.

I purchased the mega size box w 42 1oz bags, and we were suppose to get 7 crunchy Cheetos-5 Cheeto puffs-4sour cream&onion-4bbq-5 cheddar and sour cream-4chili cheese FRITOS-7 Doritos nacho cheese and 6 Doritos cool ranch! We were not given any Cheetos crunchy suppose to have 7 bags, we only have 2 Fritos chili cheese instead of 4, and 3 Ruffles cheddar and sour cream instead of 5!

All of the missing bags were replaced with Doritos cool ranch, and that is not my Childrens favorite at all. We purchase the mega size flavor mix box of 42 bags to make everyone in our home happy and it’s never happy when kids are they feel promised something we paid for, for them to be happy at lunch and snack time!

I have always bought lays potato chips for years. Now they are to thin broken and greasy. Why did you change the thickness. Just trying to get more chips out of every potato will put you out of business. They are terrible.

I work at Walmart in st Clairsville ohio store #2199. i said well our customers need to be able to get through the The young then replied I don't give a f about customers I just here to do my job so get over it women.

I real feel this young man needs to be talked to as this is not look good on your company as alot of customers heard him. Plus I know Walmart would not let this happen

A Frito lay rep named Terrell that's services giant food golden ring MD is extremely unprofessional and his district manger Eric do nothing and are just as bad both service the store poorly argue and both refuse to rotate and relocate it's constant tickets on out of dates and poor service today aug 13th Terrell when leaving store argued with management still didn't take out of dates out store and when.

Leaving was driving reckless blowing his horn at customers and flipping them off out front of the store

Just strongly wanted to say, with price of chips up tp 5.99 really not liking more than half the bag crushed. Also got entire bagg of broken and chips size of a quarter a couple times recently! More and more not quality for the price.

They dont taste. Like. Sour cream. And. Onion. They. Taste. Like. Plain. Chips

Today I purchased a party sized bag of your Ruffles Sour Cream and Cheddar flavored potato chips. I have opted to purchase Ruffles becaue my family likes them better than the "House" brand. But the last four times I bought the Ruffles brand the condition of the chips inside the bag was less than satisfactory.

Consistently between 85 and 90 percent of the chips have been so broken that they are too small to eat let alone use for dipping (which is Ruffles' big draw). I emptied the bag into a clear baggy and took a photo so you can see the sorry state of the chips.

Also included in the photo is the price label and product codes found on the bag. I'm 75 years old and have been a faithful consumer of your comany's products for decades, going back way before all the mergers. But, at this point…

I have an Airbnb & always treat my guests to a basket of goodies which includes small sacks of chips. I hurriedly bought some today & of the 18 bags only 1 was nacho cheese Doritos & 2 were cool ranch & the rest of the 15 were Cheetos. How disappointing.

Bag of chips half empty. So pissed

Recently when I buy the family size bag of lightly salted lays they have only really small chips in the bag . You can’t even use dip with them . WHY!!!

I bought a snack time mix with munchies the 28 snacks. A blue bag of the cool ranch Doritos was missing it suppose to b 4 bags and I only have three. I'm very disappointed because I paid to much for this box to be missing a bag of chips.

I recently bought an 18 bags Box of bold mix supposed to have 4 spicy sweet chili's 4 flaming hot Cheetos 3 salt and vinegar and 4 spicy nachos I ended up with no Doritos spicy sweet chili's and 8 spicy nachos the reason I bought these is because I wanted the spicy sweet chili's. Please watch what is going into the box.

I bought a 42 bag box of variety. Was supposed to have 6 Cool Ranch Doritos and 7 cheetos. Received 13 cool ranch doritos and 0 bags of cheetos in the box

Chips look like a gorilla stomped on them.

This is the second box of chips I purchased and received 12 bags of Cheetos and only 1 bag of sour cream & onion. The box says 8 bags of Cheetos and 4 bags of the others.

My chips were stale and not good

We bought a pack of variety chips hoping for a variety that was stated on the box. Instead we got a box full of spicy nacho Doritos (7) and salt and vinegar chips (7) funyons (3) and (1) spicy chili Doritos.

No flaming Cheetos at all. We were disappointed in the lack of variety.

No really a complaint. But I bought your 42 count individual bags of chips. It says it comes with 7 crunchy cheetos. We got 1 bag . And got 13 bags of doritos (nacho cheese).

While eating Nacho Cheese flavored Doritos, a “nugget” came out of the bag. I took a photo of the nugget, as well as the product information on the packaging. I would like to know what the object is, and how it came to be in the bag of chips.

I received the family size bag of Wavy Lays opened on the bottom. Not only unsafe but stale to eat. Chips have risen in price astronomically lately and I’m deeply regretting purchasing Lays. Just unbelievable how your company has changed.

Hi it's really sad when u buy a Funyuns Box of a10 count and u open a bag and find only 3 pieces of Funyuns in it It's bad enough we r all going to hard times but to a 10 count and only to get 3 pieces in a bag not cool I wish people would take pride in there work to take care of the comsumer money don't come off tress very dispointed as a Customer .

Bought a bag of cheddar jalapeno chips and no floor at all, even no salt. Two times now.

I absolutely love the sour cream and onion potato chips. I stop eating them bc the flavor was so bland. Then one day I saw on the bag there is more flavor in every bite. I bought a large family bag and ate the entire bag. My husband would buy me a bag a day and I was devouring them.

Today I buy a bag with the more flavor in every bite sign on the bag. I only buy if it had thst on the bag and they taste like plain lays.

I recently purchased alot of your chip brands for one of my party's alot of them had barely any sauce some were old im not sure what is going on but food is to high to have to deal with this. So were do we go from here?

I don't usually gripe about these things but chips are way too expensive to have over 15 chips burnt and I know this next 1 isn't your fault but the whole bag was literally chips of chips. Psychopathic driver at approximately 1:15 pm drove the wrong way into oncoming traffic on Polhemus st in west Nyack NY, in a rush to get gas at the Mobil chestnut station on the corner of route 59 and Polhemus St. The truck number is R44903.

This is my second time buying the 18 box ,and not getting all of my chips. Two of my cheese puff were miss, only received one bag...I don't think that I will be purchasing them again, not very happy.

A month ago I returned 2 party size bags of Ruffles to Tops Markets that when opened were just crumbs. I hate to complain but I recently bought 3 of the smaller bags for a get together. When opened and put in bowls I noticed they had a burnt look to them.

I have a local driver continue to use my trash container to toss out his expired boxes or whatever items that need to be discarded.

However this container is not a public trash it is private and I've tried to reach out and yall 1800 number is a joke. After spending almost 45 min on hold just to get transferred and then get sent to Pepsi headquarter then back to your hr department then back to someone who said she can't help at all is very very frustrating.

I use to love your cheddar poppables. The taste and texture was enough to buy 3 bags every visit. The last trips to the store noticed a difference in crunch. Much harder and more abrasive in the mouth. Seems the flavor has been altered some.

I think I am done with the experiment. I will not be purchasing anymore. 6 months of promoting to many. Sorry, just not been a good change you made Greg Biance

I just bought a 42 pack assorted chips box. It was short 4 packs of Fritos. We got exactly 1 Frito snack. 99. I would think for that price they'd have the correct number of chip bags started on the box. I'm very disappointed. Wanda

#1 complaint, you won't answer 1-800-352-4477. #2 bought a 7 3/4 oz dillpickle lays potato chips and when I opened them---nothing but crushed chips. Got 10 whole chips the rest were crushed. Don't own a car so couldn't hop back in my car and return.

Totally pissed and won't pay extra anymore for your product, stick with offbrands.
