I’m done buying Lays potato chips. I’ve complained to their customer service and got no response. Their chips just aren’t any good anymore. You open up the bag and it’s just a bag full of brown chips. Decided to try them one last time… Bought two bags… Same thing.

Going to have to find myself another brand.

My bag of doritos bag contained some chips that were burnt on the edges.

I bought a big bag of lays bar-b-q chips and they tasted horrible no flavor at all they tasted as if they were just regular potatatoe chips..

I like the Salsa con Queso. Lately when I open the bottle eat half out it in the fridge go back to eat the rest it’s like soup. That’s not good the bottle is costly as it is for me to only enjoy half was not like that before when I fist started eating your product like I sai like it.

First Complaint is I have called 4 times today and all I get is music. 4 hours for the complaint department to pick up.... NO ONE ever answered.

Second Complaint is the quality of the Lay's Classic Potato Chip has plummeted. Lately the chips are no longer consistently baked. Several are overbaked, brown and or burnt. Several have what appears to be rotten spots and the bags seem to have potato "pieces" near the bottom of the bags and slightly larger chips towards the top of the bag.

These use to be my favorite chips and if the quality doesn't pick up soon, they will be HISTORY in my house.

Bought 2 bags of Lays Classic party size and I was disgusted by how salty the chips are and my family had to go with out chips for our party we had over memorial weekend. Food is expensive not to mention I had to throw away 2 party size bags very disappointed with Lays

I have bought the 28 variety chip box X3 now and it is supposed to have 3 pretzel packets in it and there has one time been one pretzel bag. Just imagine u buying the box cus one kid loves pretzels and the other loves Cheetos to get home and listen to a crying kid because there are no pretzels.

I went and bought a bag of chips from Brookshiers and my chips had hair on it.

Your product that comes in the box I believe it’s the 18 count of individual bags of chips assorted flavors second time buy in the box numerous bags were open with stale chips very disappointed will not be purchasing again

I was at sams club yesterday & picked up a box of 50 classic assorted lays chips. Inside were NO sour cream n chive chips! What a rip off! What kind of idiots do you hire that can’t put four stinkin bags in a box?

I expect better from Lays!! Sour cream n chive is our favorite!!! What a let down.

Bought 2 party size bags of classic chips (over 10 dollars now) they were so salty I had to throw them out,burned my tongue.My husband couldn't eat them either.We only buy lays brand for many years now and we are 70.just want to know what's going on with my chips!!

I do not the name of your employee, but the Walmart store is #4288 in Broomfield, CO. I was looking at the Dorito section, when he came up to me and gestured for me to move out of his way. Said nothing, just that.

Ruffles jalapeño Ranch has disappeared. Now some jalapeño lime thing, we hate. We were buying a bag every week or more and taking to every get together.

Purchased chips with Subway sandwich in Charleston Ind with sell by date May 2022 about month ago Greasy and stale. I do have pics. Trying to get them to load.

I got a variety pack that was supposed to come with 4 bags of cheddar and sour cream chips, 3 bags of Cheetos crunchy, and 3 bags of sour cream and onion. Instead it came with 1 bag of cheddar and sour cream, 1 bag of sour cream and onion, and 8 bags of Cheetos crunchy. Kind of mad.

I opened my munchies peanut butter crackers and the top layer was missing peanut butter.

Today I purchased a bag of Frito's Scoops with my lunch. I love the salty taste once in a while. This bag is so bad. There isn't any salt flavor and the chips just taste bland, not even the chip tastes good.

The bag was from Acme in Mt. Holly NJ 08060. they expire in June 14, 2022. the number under that is 765307244, hard to see but I think this is correct. Very disappointing, have always loved these but now wondering why they changed.

Last week I utilized a grocery service to purchase ruffles potato chips from the Meijer store in Seven hills, Ohio Unfortunately this is all the infromation I have as my husband threw out the bag with the information. At the bottom of the bag I put into my mouth what I thought was a chip and it was something that was potato colored and hard as a rock with a slightly black tip.

I have no idea if this was the butt of a potato that slipped in the bag but it broke my tooth when I bit into it! 00 dentists bill! I think there should be a warning on the bag that it may contain these hard , burnt type pieces because there's no way to distinguish before placing in your mouth.

I will think twice before purchasing again.

Not happy with the red bag home style chips. We used to buy these all the time so I saw them on sale and bought them again. They do not taste good. They don't have the good taste that they used to have.

We thought it was just us because we don't buy chips much anymore. Then my uncle bought them and we tried them and again we did not like them. Is it possible to get a refund?

Tostitos have black stuff on them from a newly opened bag. Date was that these would be good until Feb 2023.

Tostito Issue: I have gotten Tostitos in my bag that were encrusted in black stuff. The bag said it should be good until February of next year.

I bought a bag of ruffles jalapeño ranch chips, the bag was not even half full and had no flavor of jalapeño or ranch what so ever. This is not the first time I have had this issue, I do not believe I will buy your product anymore.

It very frustrating to buy a family size bag of chips only to see nothing but crumbs, this happened a lot an I’m wondering if you changed your packaging to like years ago Mrs Howes came in a cardboard box. You’ve probably heard this compliant quite a lot but just wanted you to know that it’s disappointing when your ready to watch the big game an the dip has been made an you open the bag an the chips are all broken.

I bought a variety box at Sam's club with 50 bags of chips. Nobody in my house likes salt and vinegar chips but the box said there were only 4 bags in the box so I got it anyway. There were 10 bags of salt and vinegar chips and only 4 bags of the chili fritos.

They were reversed of what I thought I was getting. Very disappointed. 10 wasted bags of chips I'll have to give away if I can find someone that likes that flavor

I purchased a bag of Fritos on January 30, 2022 my son was eating them and then started complaining that his teeth were hurting and spit the chips in my hand when I was looking at it I seen what looked like aluminum foil that he was chewing on with the chips ! I am disgusted and completely shocked. Taking him to the doctors to make sure nothing is wrong, I’m not sure if he swallowed it or what even it is.

I ate to the middle of my bag of the ruffles jalapeño chips and fount a bird feather in them!! They carry diseases and everything! I took a photo of it and the bag and the barcode. It will not let me upload all of the photos for some reason.

I am a regular consumer of frito lay products, and I prefer to spend the extra cost for the flavors of your products.

However in the past month, I have purchased classic potato chips on several occasions, and they have been stale. They are not outdated, but just taste old and rancid. I have purchased family size bags, and individual size, with the same results.

What is happening to your products?? I may be better off with store brand in the future. Please offer a resolution of some sort. THANK YOU!

I bought 4 of the three pack cracker Jack and out of 12 boxes 4 of the boxes had nothing in them. I was very disappointed that the boxes were empty. When you shook the box all you can hear is that little piece of paper.

I bought 2 bags of lays plain chips and both bags was really salty and the chips was like burnt. I never had a problem with any lays chips before don't know what happened but them chips should never made it to a bag.

I bought a 2 3/4 oz bag of Doritos Nacho Cheese chips and all of the chips were rolled up and hard as a rock. The date on the bag is 22 March 2022.

Why did y'all stop with the best chip y'all had. BBQ corn chips.

I purchased two bags of Wavy Lays for Christmas. I poured them in a bowl and there were mostly crumbs. I know this happens. I’m not really upset. But is there a way to check a bag before purchasing to avoid this issue in the future?

Hello I went to a store near by l today and purchased 2 bags of Salt and vinegar chips, neither bag had any season on them... I am highly disappointed ☹️

I buy 2 bags of salt and vinegar chips a day! My husband and I sit every night and eat them with string cheese. Only the blue bag! Not the cheap purple bag or others. && the last 6/8 bags have been hard as heck and a couple had no vinegar taste, they tasted plain ... I don’t get it. What happened?....

Ate a bag of flaming hot funyun's, pretty good until i noticed a weird crunch. Turns out there was a tiny piece of rounded glass in the bag, im not harmed or anything, but what the fuck lol
