On Sept. 30 at 5:20 PM one of the delivery semi's got off I75 south at the us 10 interchange and got on I75 north where the driver changed lanes with cars in the lane and forced them over then he changed lanes again nearly hitting another car exited I75 to wilder rd Bay city MI and turned to the west.

The trailer had no number on the back and I was unable to get the number off the truck . This driver was not a safe driver .

We purchased a bag of your Lay's Classic chips from Fry's Food (Ocotillo & Gilbert in Chandler) over the weekend. When we opened the bag yesterday we found the chips to be not great. They were kind of dry and not real salty at all ... and many of them were kind of extra brown/overcooked or something. The date on the bag is 5 NOV 2019. 647321506 us printed just below this date and just below this number there is I think (as it is very hard to read) 05.29

The bag is priced at $4.29 but FRY'S had them on sale for $3.49. Can I take this bag back to Frys to get a new bag or refund or should we send this bag to you or ?

I bought a family size bag of BBQ lays and the bag looked very mishandle and a lot of the chips seemed a Burned or over cooked and at the bottom of the bad the sealing wasn’t complete so there was a little hole in the bag. I am unhappy about the baging of the chips and how the chips was inside the bag.

Totistitos Cantina Traditional Chips are great with one small complaint. They are just too salty. If they could come in a low salt variety I think they would be perfect. This is not a lot dependent characteristic. I have tried them several times and are always disappointed in how salty they are.

I have also tried the thin variety and they are a bit better relative to the salt level but too thin to make for a good dipping chip.

Caucasian driver of vehicle # R43206 and Lic# CH-71051 was seen driving erratically in a construction zone and cutting over motorists on Chandler Blvd in Phoenix,AZ around noon on 09/07/2019. Please education/ retrain this driver on the importance of roadway safety and how it might affect him and other drivers.

These chips that I purchased at publix have a very fowl smell. They smell like rotted potatoes. And they taste terrible... not a happy customer.

These potato chips stink. And of course taste bad. They smell like rotten potatoes . Obviously rotted potatoes were cooked, when i opened the bag you csn smell immediately. Not a happy customer.

Hello, my complaint is about the wrong flavor chips in a bag. So, I bought a family size Sour Cream and Onion bag of Ruffles. When I ate the first chip, I noticed that it tasted like the plain original Ruffles.

I thought maybe that chip didn't reach the seasoning at the bottom, and shook up the bag and reached toward the bottom to grab 3 more chips. Same result, they also were plain original Ruffles. I looked at the bag to see if I had grabbed the wrong bag from the store, but the bag clearly said "Sour Cream and Onion".

How do you put the wrong chips in a bag?! I am so disappointed.

I love the doll pickle flavored chips but they are not sold anywhere in my city. I have to drive 30 minutes away to buy them.

Crushed chips just as well eat dip with a spoon

Purchased ruffles chips dated for 8oct2019, 374219114, 72 18:46 from Harris teeter. The chips had a burnt taste to them. They were edible and fairly good, just not the usual quality. We purchase a lot of ruffles and love them, just disappointed with these. We will buy more

While the Stacy Pita Chips taste good they need to be taken off the shelf immediately and modified as they are currently dangerous in their present state. I bought a 28 ounce bag of the pita chips last year from BJs to eat with my Hummus, and when I placed the chip in my mouth and bit down, it broke into many pointy and sharp pieces, like a shard of broken glass, and cut the left inside of my jaw. The injury was very painful and took a long time to heal. I stopped buying the Stacy Pita Chips after this incident.

July 2, 2019, I bought another bag of Stacy Pita Chips again from BJs to eat with it. I took great care to place the pita chip with Hummus on it into my mouth and bit down on it slowly this time hoping to avoid the breaking of the pita chip into pointy and sharp pieces, and again,…

Update to last nights complaint. After eating half that bag with rat poop Cheeto in it, I’ve had hot/cold flashes, dizziness and diarrhea. I’m probably calling in sick to work. Would like a response from you on how to proceed?

why don't you put your potato chips in a resealable bag instead of a bag that once you open it it rips all the way down the side every one of your products are putting some flimsy ass thin piece of film. Great economically but it's impossible to reseal your package for reuse.

Maybe you should think about repeat business and commercial business. get rid of the college boy running the economics and talk to the people.

So thank god I dumped it out before eating it all. This seriously looks like rat feces. I ate half the bag before discovering this. Hopefully it’s not infectious. What should I do besides keeping it in a sealed ziplock?

We found Chesters Puffedcorn at a small grocery store near us . 00 a bag we thought we would try it. It was a hit. The puffed corn melted instantly and the flavor was very cheesy. We went back, but they were sold out.

Whenever we found them we bought and told everyone about them. This was last year. But recently our purchases have been very disappointing. The bags we bought at various supermarkets and convenient stores were all slightly stale tasting and the flavoring was drastically changed. Hardly any cheesy flavor.

Where previously we would buy a bag with our weekly groceries, we now try them once in awhile, hoping the last dozen bags were just a bad batches or imprinted used by dates, which would be the reason for the change. But this last bag, purchased two days ago will be our last…

My name is Travis Campbell. Like pretty much everyone on the planet I've been eating Frito lay products all of my life and have had virtually no complaints until now. None worth reporting anyway. I am from Muncie Indiana and I purchased a large bulk bag of (Frito lay MUNCHIES SNACK MIX) bar code number 28400 65020 and under the bar code the information reads MUNC-568211A/7E LAP 30047702 while eating some at a cookout I was having I bit down into something hard enough that it actually chipped a large chunk out of my front tooth and severely lacerating my tongue.

I called the 800-352-4477 FritoLay customer complaint line during normal business hours and received a recording that told me to do so. The company should not advertise a toll-free number with a bogus recording. I typically do not submit complaints about a particular product but I felt compelled to do so this time.

I love Frito Lay Salt & Vinegar chips and buy them often. This time I was extremely disappointed at the "FRESHNESS" of the 7&3/4 ounce bag! They were so stale and not typical of a FritoLay potato chip. I want to submit the information on this package to the company for review.

The last 10 bags of your chips have been terrible! Burnt, greasy! Used to be my favorite, wavy lays chip now it's a gamble, will they be good this time? Poppables are okay but burnt one's in them too! Have to find a new chip!

I buy lays products at least 4times a week. The past 2weeks more then half the bags was air.I was very disappointed.

I am not sure if this should be a complaint or just a question that I would like answered. I like the Lay's lightly salted potato chips. Typically they are light and crunchy. This is one of the things that I really like about them.

I bought 2 bags recently and the potato chips were hard and some were brown to a point that I would call them burnt. Consistency is what I most favor when purchasing products for my household. I'm just wondering if the Lays company has changed it's process permanently to this style, for making these potato chips?

I love the flavor of your chips,but when I buy a bag the chips are like crumbs and I will switch and be dissatisfied with the ones I choose and try your chips again to be disappointed again because they are crumbs. And can't even dip with.

I am not one to complain but over the years of back and forth I have chose to wright you because what you don't know you can't fix so here it is the best chip in my book is still yours but I want buy them any more because it is a waste of my money.

We have bought a lot of frito-lay products over the years with very few problems. We have bought "cracker jacks" on as regular basis and in the last couple of weeks we had one box that it had one pop corn grain.
