The absolute worst experience. They charged a hidden fee for carry ons... both ways! We bought the ticket then once we were in line they said we had to pay 99 each for the luggage. We had no choice... so added the cost to our round trip ticket price. Then they charged us again to get home with the same luggage!

The flight leaving was an hour late.... so we missed the reason we flew instead of driving. Now to get home they switched the departure time from 7:50 to 11 pm with no communication! We downloaded the app to get notifications....yet, nothing.

We chose seats together both times and they separated us.... and told us if we wanted to sit together that they would charge us extra!!!! We will never fly frontier again and I hope the whole company burns in hell.

How do I give zero stars? The go wild pass is essentially unusable because they never have seats available and when they do there is often a layover between 10 and 20 hours for even a simple 3-hour flight from Seattle to San Diego. There is zero customer service and a surprisingly hostile and antagonistic attitude on the plane from the flight attendants.

Frontier check in desk employee refused to let my family check in, essentially missing our flight and having to purchase new flight on different airline, due to “disrespect”. We waited for over an hour to check in after trying to check in online and then in their app. Then they ripped apart our wrapped car seat bag and wanted to charge us for it.

Horrible Experience with Frontier Airlines!

My family and I flew with Frontier Airlines from Philadelphia Airport to Orlando and back to Philadelphia, and it was a complete nightmare. The airline had no staff to assist us, and we were left to fend for ourselves at every step of the way. They didn't even give us any information about flight time changes, and we were just left stranded at the airport.

When we asked for help, the airline told us that we needed to rebook and pay for our flight due to their mistakes. We were forced to stay two nights at a hotel because they wouldn't provide an early flight for us. This was a significant inconvenience and an unnecessary expense that we had to bear because of the airline's incompetence.

Absolutely the worst experience! So bad I’m leaving a review and I never leave reviews. Seriously stay away!!!! Pay the little bit more for a nicer airline as frontier will fuck you over anyways. Arrived at 5:30am and they did not have a seat assignment for my 15 year old that they stupidly put my 11 month old with instead of me.

They tried to put my 10 year old by himself. I talk to the desk to get it sorted and they reassured me everything would be okay. They said that I can come up when the flight was boarding and our seats would be ready.

This was my booking # CYDZRP Got a round-trip ticket from Orlando to Columbus, Ohio Coming home on July 6 had to drop the rental car off after I dropped it off. I got an email the flight was totally canceled. No delay just canceled.

They were pulling the plug on my father’s life-support at 5 PM. They never offered to wait for me to even get back to Florida. I never got to say goodbye to my father, all I ask, was they refund my flight in its entirety, or re-issue a voucher for a round-trip from Orlando to Columbus or I would get an attorney.

I missed a one-way flight to Seattle Washington, two tickets two persons traveling, I was held up in the line at the airport to check my bag and pick up my ticket , I was informed then I missed my flight so they offered to sell me two more tickets at the price of 286 apiece needless to say that flight was for the next day too so

I had to get a hotel and an Uber because I live in the state of Arizona. I could not go home it’s too far I did not have a car this is very unacceptable. I hope the airlines does something to make make it right be much appreciated .

If I could give 0 stars I would. 23. We checked in 24 hrs ahead & there was no info about flight being cancelled. We had no idea until we arrived at airport. They had canceled flights for the 10th and 11th.

The app was never updated. We were all just left standing there on our own. Only a guy in a Frontier polo walking around with a whiteboard and saying it was only his 2nd day. We had to pay to book our own flights on another airline.

Cancelled flights can happen to any airline, it's just the way they did nothing and communicated nothing when we were in a foreign country. The board and app still said the flight was on time. There was no phone # to call, no chat service, no way to reach out.

I plan to file a complaint with the FAA as well. Not worth the so called "discount".

In San Diego, Frontier Airlines customer service representative Mia was rude and disrespectful to most of the passengers who needed some assistance. She was even disrespectful to the people she worked with as well. We were told that we must pay an additional fee to change flight to Atlanta.

Then, she mistakenly added my luggage to my first flight and forced us to pay for changing the luggage to the new flight. We told her we didn’t add luggage to first flight because we didn’t ride the first flight due to weather conditions so we booked a different flight.

She still refused to listen to us. It gets worse! Then, we kept getting notifications that this plane is running late.

Customer Service is horrible these people tell lies to people I booked a flight in May for a trip to Vegas in June well I didn’t make it to Vegas unfortunately because I was told when I booked the flight that they had already charged me for my baggage I had a very important conference meeting there on the way to the airport I called to check in and that’s when I discovered that they were trying to charge me another fee for baggage I didn’t get to go to this very important meeting because frontier airlines are full of crap.

I been upset and crying this whole weekend because this made me look very bad. I was supposed to be a guess speaker for this event. I will never ever book a trip with frontier again. And also no refund or credit.

Horribly disrespectful You know, I don’t expect much out of a discount airlines, however, I do usually expect common human decency, from other humans, like just a bit of courtesy, respect and at least a bit of compassion for elders, and especially our elder veterans. On Saturday April 22,2023 at the Tampa International Airport TPA at 3:00pm I experienced an awful encounter with one of the Frontier Airlines Ticket agent. Unfortunately, I did not get his name because he would not give it to me and did not have a name tag as well.

I went to TPA to purchase an airline ticket directly from the ticket booth. I stood online, like the rest of the airline passengers, who were checking in bags. The line was very long, so I was on it for about 30 minutes.

We had trouble on the way here with our carryons. The humiliated us at the airport so when we got to Denver we went out and bought a checked luggage. We had no problem with two of the pieces on the way here.

So we brought those to the airport and checked in the larger piec. Before boarding we were told that we needed to size our luggage. So we put it in the box and it fit fine. The attendant said to flip it the other way.

So we did and it was 1/8 inch above the line. We only had a few items in the in the piece so we left it at the gate and boarded the plane. There were a bunch of people in front of us that didn’t pay for their luggage and it was way bigger than ours! How is this fair?

Bumped off plane. Told to stand to the side until all passengers were loaded. After all this time, they said I needed to check my baggage, after flying to Las Vegas with it as a carry on. I threw my suitcsse in the garbage because I did not have money on my debit card to pay for it.

Rude mean, uncaring supervisor telling me she didn't care if I was stranded. She did not have to help me. Badgered me, treated me like I was of no importance. Laughed with another employee about my situation. Read off a flight for the next day and asked me if thst was ok.

I booked a flight from Dallas fort worth to phoenix sky harbor airport with frontier airlines. At the time of the boarding, the airline changed the boarding gate from E20 to E10. This was not informed to us(passengers). We were waiting at E20 till the time of boarding.

When the boarding time passed we asked the frontier employee, she told us the boarding is at E20 only. we waited for 20 more minutes after that it was informed us that the flight already flew. When we asked the manager she responded rudely.

We didn’t get any refund or rebooking. Even on the internet, it was showing E20 even after the take-off. I feel like the flight was overbooked and that's the reason Frontier Airlines was playing some kind of game just to escape the refund.

Forced to stand in line for three hours to check baggage due to conveyor belt issues and then told I missed my flight a half hour before take off because my luggage wasn't checked in an hour early. I was Refused a refund after the airport error and forced to book with another airline because Frontier couldn't accommodate all of the people forced onto other flights. I purchased tickets through Expedia to travel to and from Houston, TX and both of my flights were canceled by the airline. Even though I bought insurance to protect against issues with my travel dates my flight was canceled and not by me (though they later claimed I did).

The airline canceled my tickets and now I am being refused a refund. If an airline cancels my entire round trip ticket without my knowledge and I am not flying on those dates on that airline I should be refunded the full amount.

I have spent far too much time dealing with this between Expedia, Frontier and AIG. A kind person at Expedia did all they could to try and resolve this issue for me but the airline refused to refund stating I had canceled it myself.

Now: Yesterday I was to fly Frontier again, only because of the voucher received and a family emergency. I came by max due to Uber breakdown and when I arrived, I called to inform Frontier of my location. I was told that they had no one available and were unsure when they would. After about 20 minutes I needed to use the restroom, I had three bags, my cane and wearing support on both knees . I fell. Medical attention was necessary. I missed my flight and connecting train. Flight rescheduled, but I have no resources left.

The treatment to passengers with disabilities by Frontier is neglect.

This airlines has a customer desk just for stealing money from customers. My bag was just 2lb above the 40lb and the agent was not allowing to take anything from the bag unless I take the risk of joining an hour long bag drop off line.

Yes I mean 1 hour plus long bag drop off line which I already passed to reach the agent. I ended up paying 50$ extra for a bag which I already paid 35 bucks while purchasing ticket. There is no managers to report issues too.

Because of the stinky or fishy policies (scam) they are making money on bags.

This is the absolute worst airline ever. We had an emergency landing due to Maintenance Negligence and many of us got carbon monoxide poisoning. They gave us a 200 dollar voucher but after that experience, who was thinking about flying.

After 7 months, I decided to try and use the voucher and was told NO, it was only good for 6 months. In addition, they hid somehow from the attorneys. I found that odd so I reached out myself and was hung up on several times.

I was finally able to reach someone by email and was told that I was already compensated with the 200 voucher and basically it was my fault that I didn't use it within 6 months. I had the worse experience using Frontier Airlines as my choice of travel. I tried to get a refund for errors that the ticket counter girl made and they sat no refund. I would like a refund for the ticket counter girl trying to fix an error she made brought me the wrong ticket then gave me a card to get a refund. She gave me someone else’s ticket then who’s name is Karen who is now part of my profile. I just want my money back for the flight that was in error that I did not use, because she made me buy another set of tickets, because I missed the flight I was supposed to take . Maybe the ticket counter girl should have stop m making personal phone calls while helping the customers.

I would like a full refund. The refund policy should not be counted on the ticket that is in error!!!

Booked round trip travel way in advance, almost 3 months. 2 months away they changed flt and flt time which they assigned a later time by 5 hours. That didn't work for my schedule so I asked to change to a much earlier flight.

You CAN NOT GET A PHONE # TO CALL AND HAVE TO TEXT THRU THEIR APP. During the texting I lost the rep and had to re enter the app and wait.

Meanwhile The next agent who text me said that I cancelled my flights, which I never did. 00 cancelation fee ( for 2 ppl round trip), and to boot they cancelled my return trip on me. Thus company has no idea about customer service..

My flight was canceled without any notification. The only way I found out was I chat to see if more seats were available. My itineraries still shows that my flight is still on and I’ve chatted with customer service twice and they have not been able to help me.

This was two hours on the chat line. I’m glad I didn’t show up at the airport.

I have been trying for over 2 years to change my name to my married name on my online account I received a new credit card from Barclay years ago, but my online profile/account information has not been changed. There are no forms online to get make this change, and the customer service with this company is a JOKE.

I want to speak with someone that can help me. I booked a flight and checked in with 6 people under my booking. Hours before my flight I realized that my name on my boarding pass is my maiden name.

The customer service agent I spoke ith said " its fine, you can fly with it like that" uh, TSA won't allow that! The fact that I have to PAY for my ENTIRE party to get help at the front desk is ABSURD.

Well last night my Mom (Eileen Hathcock) Boarded a flight at 6:22 pm from Jacksonville international to Philadelphia International arrived 8:10 pm, flight 2322 confirmation code YGIBMA ,seat 6F with Wheel chair assist. Well my mom is 89 years old so my sister talked to flight desk down in Jacksonville international asked if my brother would be able to get a gate pass to make sure my mom would be ok to get her off the plane,.

Hello, My family & I were supposed to fly last March to Ft Myers on Frontier and a week prior to our departure I received an email saying that our outgoing flight had been cancelled. We had to rebook on another airline and pay A LOT in such short notice and over spring break time. I asked for a refund, told I would get a flight credit, which I did not want as we do not intend to fly Frontier ever again. I demanded a refund (approx $900) and was finally told I would be mailed a check. Fast forward 11 months and I still have not received the check I was promised. I have been told that a check was mailed to me - but I am very good about checking all my mail and I never received it! I cannot believe it's almost a year and I am still dealing with this!!!

Do not use Frontier for your travel needs. This airline cancelled my flight on 01/19/23 leaving from Miami, Fl to Puerto Rico. I was going for a family ER. My flight and everyone else was cancelled at 5:37am when we were suppose to begin boarding at 5:20am.

The employees said through the speaker that it was CX due to Cut of time of the Pilot? What is that? Don’t know. All they did was give everyone a ridiculous $50 voucher, I had been in the airport since 3am for this to happen.

There were so many people angry, people getting married, people that had reservation and auto reservations that were not refundable.

During the Southwest holiday meltdown, I booked a flight on Frontier not expecting Southwest would get back on schedule to return us to Florida. I live on Long Island, Frontier and Southwest are the only airlines that fly to Orlando Florida from our regional airport.

My wife purchased tickets to San Diego for my nieces wedding on February 24, 2023. I am unemployed and recently got a job starting 2/22/23. I tried to change flights but Jordan in CS really upset me. He was not empathetic.

it is always delayed or canceled and then you get another flight to return home 3 days later and it is over the price because you are booking late IT WAS THEIR FAULT FOR CANCELING WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY MORE. ALSO I AM TSA GOT IT STRAIGHT AFTER MONTHS OF TRYING AND THEN PRINT MY BOARDING TICKET AND AGAIN IT DOESNT HAVE TSA .. NO NO NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was a passenger on flight 826 from Tampa to Trenton. My family and I were humiliated, yelled at, and my family kicked of the flight by a flight attendant who aggressive spoke to me when I asked if my toddler and husband can be moved to a seat that was more comfortable.

I asked for this because my 6 year old was in the last row with my husband crying and I wanted to avoid disturbance on the flight. She ordered me to move out of my paid exit row seat, without proper explanation.

After following her order, she continued to speak to me in an aggressive tone in front of a full flight of people on board. When I spoke back to her and told her she was being rude in her approach, she ordered me off the plane.

On January 23 my fiancé and I were attempting to board a flight to Baltimore that was to leave at 6:30 AM in the morning on frontier airline. After spending 45 minutes in the TSA line in Atlanta we went to the frontier gate assigned on my ticket and found out that the gate had been changed From D1 a to E 10.

We went to gate E 10 and found out the gate at now been changed to Done. The flight was now about two hours late and when we complain to the attendant (Ayanna) she became very aggravated and told me that I needed to stand to the side.
