We are on FL 1314. We now boarded For three third time. Just sitting here Frontier doe seem to have any backup plan when mechanical issues occur. Very poor service. Will never fly Frontier again. I am all ready telling friends never fly Frontier.

I just on how to check in online and a lady from the kiosk yelled at me very rude customer service I was in the check in counter and I was told to us help to the lady in the kiosk so I don’t need to pay the 25 dollars just for check in my # 1983 from Vegas to LA 7am flight. Baggage check lady was very unfriendly and would not put my bag on the conveyor after a minor fix. Was very rude about it when asked to put the bag back on convey after some time.

I was given vouchers because Frontier overbooked my flight in Orlando, FL and I gave up my seat to a family that needed to fly together. There were unable to get a child onto our flight because of this and I felt very bad for the family.

I had to stay overnight and cancel a day of work to do this and it was very inconvenienced. The agent indicated he would give me $1,000 voucher to do this so I agreed and had to go through a great deal of trouble with my work because I had to stay overnight in Orlando instead of flying out.

I was unable to use the vouchers so made more than 10 phone calls and emails to try and get this resolved. Because of work conflicts, I had to reschedule the flight which I was unable to do online because I used vouchers.

This airline is a scam. We paid for three checked bags and one of those bags was skis which frontier considers a regular checked baggage. When we got to the counter at the airport to drop off our bags, frontier agent said skis should’ve been dropped off an hour before departure. We got there at 59 minutes before departure and thought we were early, because the email we received from frontier said we needed to get to the drop off bag counter 45 minutes before. It’s a scam and they were trying to keep us on the ground and rebook us because they overbooked the flight we were on. We received an email prior to departure asking us to volunteer to rebook the flight to a later one.

Their website is glitchy and I believe it’s on purpose so that people are not able to pay online for checked luggage…

We, a combat vet, current law enforcement officer and his wife, a teacher and their 4 little children were stranded today at the airport. While my 8 year old daughter had a bathroom emergency, the flight attendant shut the door in my husband and children's face while they were in line and wouldn't let us board even though there were still people in the hallway.

We ran and begged and pleaded and No one would help us. They oversold the flight and stranded us in Texas. they did not offer us compensation, help, or any other assistance.

1 star is too good for Frontier. Last night plane delayed by more then 4 hours then we waited for 2 1/2 hours for bags from our flight to arrive. On top of that it cost me more parking and we didn’t leave the airport until 6 am!

My flight one way was canceled & I have a return flight as well. I have been holding on chat with Norma for over 3 hours to get this resolved. I am not even acknowledged so it appears she has just left with no response to me.

This is ridiculous that you can not even send a reply within 3 hours. All she says is she is checking & " are you still with me?" but no answer from her.

Your customer service is terrible. One more traveler you have lost, but you do not care about any of us.

They purposely over booked our flight. I paid for seating fore and my wife, Frontier closed the gates at 6:15 am our flight was to leave at 7am, we were in line for approximately 2 hours. They had the never to say weissed our flight...How can we miss our flight if we arrived on time and were standing in line, this is by far the worse Airline in existence today!

My granddaughter traveled on Frontier Airline on December 10th, 2022. Her flight was suppose to take off at Atlanta at 2:24 pm and arrive in Philadelphia 4:26pm. Instead it was 4 and a half hours late for take off from Atlanta where she arrived in Philadelphia at 9:30 pm.

The weather was not bad it was clear and sunny no rain in Atlanta or Philadelphia there was nothing wrong in the Airports on either side other Airlines was coming in and out of the airport. 00 for an carry on which she has always carried the same duffle bag, when she travel.

Frontier may be cheap with their flight but they will charge you for every piece of luggage, I had payed for the luggage that went on the plane. I am not happy…

My girlfriend and I were boarding a flight from Orlando to Philadelphia. We were both told to check out backpacks for size restrictions. After dropping my bag into the size container the attendant cleared me to proceed to scan my ticket.

My girlfriend was requested to pay for her bags. I went ahead and scanned my ticket and stood aside and told the ticket agent I would like to wait for my girlfriend to finish ticketing before stepping into the jet bridge.

There was an argument at the ticket counter between the attendant and another customer. As my girlfriend was finishing paying for her baggage online the attendant (emotionally) told the ticket agent to close the door. 92. 96 using the credit but was told it was already used. 00 had they honored both flights. 96 flight. This seems very unfair. On another note, four of my upcoming flights had time changes. This I understand, but I spent a total of 5 hrs on chat to make changes because of disconnects and lag time which eventually cut me off, even though it was Frontier lag time.

I would suggest that Frontier not try to rebook elderly people for flights that depart/arrive around midnight.

On November 28, 2022, Frontier Airline notified my daughter-in-law (the ticket purchaser) that my flight1090 from Orlando to Indianapolis was interrupted. This notification arrived as we were pulling into the departure terminal. No explanation was given and alternate choices were flight to Denver two days later, an eight hour layover before continuing to Indianapolis.

OR a four day later trip with an up charge. We were offered a fifty dollar voucher for a future trip. No mention was made of a refund for unused portion of ticket, refund to seat assignment, a carry on, and a checked bag (the works bundle for $342).

I simply cannot understand this way to run a business. As a teacher, I would be fired for not doing my job. com. Please explain what a flight interruption is.

That it was a very inconvenience being delay for 7 hours and then when we get to Orlando we have to sit on the plane from 30 to 45 minutes before they can find someone to bring the ramp over to the plane so we can get off. This was worst flight with Frontier. I know you can’t always know what is going to happen I know they sent me a 50.00 voucher. But I that that I should get a refund on some of my ticket please send me a email so I know that you got it

Also you can’t even talk to you call the customer service number and you are on hold forever no one ever answers I have talked to a few passengers and they won’t be traveling with you again

Our flight was delayed during the whole trip. It was delayed when we flight from Chicago to Florida in more than 3 hours and back the same - more than 3 hours!!!!! They tried to charge us for printing our boarding passes for $25 each!!!

DO NOT FLY on FRONTIER AIRLINES. They advertise low cost flights only to gauge you when you have no way to defend yourself. My son flew home from college (traveling alone) without a parent. He had a small soft sided tote bag well within the personal item size restrictions.

He had flown on FRONTIER previously (6 times back and forth) to college since August.

However, today, the gate agent at DFW, refused to let him take his personal item and forced him to pay $99 for a carryon at the gate. It was clearly not a personal item and fit under the seat in front of him.

My son was not allowed to push the bag into the compartment, it had to slide in without touching (think perfectly rectangular lunchbox) Because of the shape, it would not just slide in, it just needed a small push as it was soft…

When I approached the gate, I checked my personal items size right away. The first gate agent gave us a thumbs up. But the second gate agent did not agree and became hostile. She didn't give us an opportunity to talk, she was rude, made up rules, on a coin-flip she was ready to kick us out, threatened to close the gate, forced us to pay $198 or leave us stranded.

I'm a woman with two kids (9- and 3-year-old) and accompanied by my parents (70- and 64-year-old). My parents were shaken, kids started crying. I felt she totally took advantage of a vulnerable woman. It was a traumatic experience. I didn't see any empathy or hospitality in her, just pure hostility.

Booked a flight on line from Sarasota to Phila. In doing so the computer picked up the wrong date and I caught the mistake immediately. Made the correction. The new flight confirmation number is B6LSGI. I printed the paperwork and noticed that the cost was the same as the other flight and it should have been cheaper.

When the computer put that I was returning on Dec 22 it was more money than the flight on Jan 1, 2023. So I called the customer service. The girl stated that she could make the correction but she would have to cancel the flight and rebook it.

96 on my card but it would take a week to 10 days to happen. After 10 days I call (waited 2 hours for a rep and then it was hard to understand her with the accent). I also sent an email and there answer was that I had no refund coming…

Booked a flight for two, and a car rental over a month ahead. The flight and car rental were were calculated and paid throught Frontier's website.

When I arrived at my destination, Avis car rental had my name, BUT, no payment for the car rental. I had to pay $1,300.00 for rental or be stranded.

After almost 5 hours on the phone, no supervisor, and not understanding half of what the Customer Care individuals were saying, I was scammed out of $399.96 for "Options."

I was given a confirmation code to rebook a flight within 1 year. As I’m trying to rebook, there are only depart flights (1hr flight time). Return flights are only available for either a 10 hr flight time or overnight layover.

I can get a return flight on another airline, although frontier won’t honor it. I just threw away $300

I've been flying for 30 years and I have NEVER experienced such horrible service as yours. Our family flew from Hartford, CT to Atlanta GA 3 weeks ago for a much anticipated vacation. 5h before the flight. We went to check bags (which we paid for in advance) and there was nobody at the desk.

We waited an hour and the line started getting long. People in line started getting impatient. 30 minutes before the scheduled flight one of your employees showed up, checked in one person, then took the microphone and announced that she needs to go back to the gate because there is a plane coming.

She then instructed us to wait until she came back and that the flight will be delayed. So we waited. Me, my husband, our 3 very small and very hungry children and about a hundred other passengers waited…

35 last year for 6 seats to Orlando, Florida. One of the passengers was very ill (he has since passed) and I was forced to cancel the reservations. ) Frontier said they would extend credit for one year. Because of the death of my son-in-law and then the Covid pandemic, we never used the credit.

I booked a flight from Frontier Airlines. At the gate, I was denied boarding and was told that the flight was overbooked. I was denied any compensation at the airport and no documentation was provided for me. In my negotiation with Frontier airline customer service team via email, they told me that their record shows that I was tagged late and the flight was not overbooked.

Their record was incorrect as I was early at the gate and waited in line with other passengers. I requested again for investigation but they closed the case.

I experienced the worst travel ever especially being partially disabled.

In addition to the money that I spent with Frontier for my vacation the 19th through the 26th I had to spend an extra $900 on another airline to get to my destinations because Frontier failed to provide great service.

The Frontier staff at Orlando International Airport that I dealt with treated me poorly. They were disrespectful, insensitive and lack good and quality customer service.

One Frontier employee who identified herself as a manager named Jackie was the most horrible person I ever encountered and she does not deserve to be a “manager”.

My flight (number 1335) from LGA to MCO on Tuesday, July 19 was delayed causing me to miss my connecting flight (106) from MCO to SJU.

The stewardess on the plane that was rude to me was not wearing a name tag she had blonde hair. 5 minutes to the plane landing she snatched my cane out of my hand and told me she don't know how I made it through security with my cane and I need my cane to walk.

First of all their customer service line is horrible. I’ve been disconnected multiple times. My flight for Mother’s Day weekend was canceled the morning of my trip, just a few hours before I was heading to the airport. I called frontier and there was no reason provided.

They promised me Shell credit for my flight for $326. They also emailed me an option where they would cover a refund if I booked another flight through a different carrier up to $300 per person. I booked a last minute flight through spirit and spent $687.

I followed up multiple times on my refund and finally got it two months later for $600 so I was out $87 from the second flight. I then recently tried to use my shell credit for the first canceled flight and I received an error made…

My baggage was not received. I arrived 7/20/22 in Jamaica at 9:15am. I was told my baggage was probably on the next flight which arrived at 1pm and that someone would contact me to have it delivered to my hotel.

I contacted Frontier customer service chat TWICE. The first time I contacted was around 3pm, I was told a baggage handler had my bag and someone would be in contact with me. No one called. Then, around 6pm I contacted the customer service chat again and they were no help and kept telling me I had to deal and wait for the airport.

Vandionira Raulino is my Aunt and she came from Brazil. She is old and barely speaks English. She arrived earlier at PHL airport to dispatch her luggage and then went straight to the gate. She told us that it took her a long time to get to the gate and when she was there she was informed that the plane was full. She was then put on flight 2295 to FLL. She had no idea that she was in a different city. After a while, she realized that and had to buy a $150 ticket to arrive in Tampa 8 hours late. I'm in dismay that no one on the airline could notice that she was alone, old and a foreign traveler with broken English. This should be part of the routine of good customer service. I have no doubt that she got lost in the airport scared and not knowing how to get help.

This is the worst run airline I have ever dealt with. They screwed me over on a reservation I never completed and charged me to cancel it when I never fully paid the reservation. I talked to multiple supervisors and customer service reps and they all gave me the same general cookie cutter answer.

Not one person has tried to help me or offer solutions. I will never fly with these money hungry worthless people. Not even corporate has a way to get involved. I will yell from every platform how awful this airline is!

flew with frontier airlines flight 726. Because it was the day after july 4th we were rushing to avoid delays my elderly mom fell on route to the terminal. Had to wait for the paramedics to assess her but still made it to the gate by pushing my mom via wheelchair after grabbing ice to put on my mom’s knee from a restaurant at the airport.

Unfortunately at the gate we run into the worst customer service representative. She had asked my mom to put to her personal item to fit in the bin. After my mom had fallen I had her switch her shoes to keep her safe on the wheel chair.

Since the shoes were sticking out of the bin she was more focused on charging us $89 dollars. She kept on harassing us that she is closing the gate unless we pay the fee. I had already paid for a luggage just for the tip…

I bought a round trip ticket June 30 to return July 5 upon getting to St. Louis there was a death. I called right away to cancel my return trip, a nonspeaking decent English person named Dennis took my call.

I could not understand him after I was on hold for over three hours. 00 refund that I have to use in 90 days. He also said no refund on luggage cost, in short your aiilines is charging me for services not rendered.

The worst experience. They cancel our flight and told us the next outbound flight was 3 days from the day. 00. 00 to get our family back home. Their C. Service is the worst. We have made 4 calls of over 2 hours each with no results.

I guess its gonna have to be legal.
