5 hours for wheelchair service then told it wasn’t their job to move me when I was left at the gate, so I almost missed my flight while waiting for assistance until the frontier rep was tired of me complaining and started pushing me toward plane. Then on my return flight I couldn’t get assistance so I walked and I’ve got leg pain with a clot in it.

Also surgical wound that’s healing and to no avail any assistance. I want my bundle payment returned to my card. Thank you

I purchased one way tickets through Hopper leaving San Juan PR going to Ohare Chicago on April 4th. i arrived on time and even upgrademy tickers and luggage through the frontier app once I arrived at the airport.

Moving forward, my traveling aprtner and I got oin the flight and was awaiting take off but was faced with a delay. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!- THEY SUCK, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I made reservations in March to go from Orlando to Jamaica on June 16th - 20th. My original flight was supposed to leave at 10:15 am, non-stop flight. They modified it without consulting me to leaving Orlando now at 10;30 pm at night! Really!!! With a 6 hour layover in Atlanta which means I wouldn't get to Jamaica now until the 17th. My reservations are for the 16th! What the fuck... doesn't make sense at all. On 1/1/2022 Frontier cancelled flight 827 from Trenton to Tampa requiring me to rebook this flight for three passengers out of Philadelphia with American Airlines at an out-of-pocket cost $859.80. I have filed many requests with Frontier for reimbursement through there website with no resolution. I has also made many attempts to reach anyone by phone to resolve this issue but the customer service people you are able to speak to just tell you to go to the website and file an complaint. When you ask to speak to a superviorsthey tell you there is no one there that you can speak to and refuse to put anyone else on the phone. I would give a negative number if I could. Never ever fly frontier again. At Orlando airport 3 hours before flight. In a 2 hour line for ticket counter. Was turned away because it put us 1 minute over 45 min limit. Forced to change flight.

Another 3 hour line after that. No way to leave that day. Should of never happened. We were at airport in plenty of time. It is all frontiers fault. They refused to take responsibility of it. Had to wait another 30 hours to get out of town.

No one should give them their business!

Frontier Airlines customer service is the worse. We were at the airport waited for 7 hours. Frontier told us that the flight is delayed till the next day. They issued a $150 voucher that needed to be used by 6/11/2022. I tried to book a new flight using the voucher but the website side kept saying that there is no dollar amount to retrieve. I called Frontier customer service without any luck. After putting on hold for several hours, only to be disconnected by Frontier agents. If Frontier wants to stay in business, they better provide better customer service.

I am still waiting to book my flight using the $150 voucher.

I had an issue with a few flights being booked as I tried booking online. I did research how to find someone to speak with meaning like a supervisor, and I kept getting the same phone number of customer service who were completely rude to me, hung up on me three times, and the quy was a wise ass!

This is the second flight in a 4 month period of time that Froniter changed the times from the original itinerary by a significant amount of time. They also haven't been helpful about rescheduling flights to get us to our destinations in a similar time period. Only option offered were days away from the original times. Did offer to book us on another airline. And, not compensation for my time and aggravation due to the cancelled flight! This is after hours on hold with customer service with agents who are hard to understand and not trained properly and can't help. The only remedy is to refund the flight which isn't an option because of other travel arrangements! Also, rebooking at the last minute is much more expensive!!

DO NOT patronize this company. It's NOT worth the aggravation!

After cancelling our flight on March 17th without any previous notification, we haven't received any type of compensation for the 2 nights we had to wait until getting the flight they rearranged. On March 19th, we took our flight from San Diego to Denver to get the connection from Denver to Raleigh. m.

However, after a nearly 2 hour delay the plane arrived. They put us on the plane and had us more than an hour waiting inside the plane. They first told us that the plane had overweight, and then that the crew had already done their maximum hours of service so that they had to change the crew.

They deplaned us and made us wait for other 2+ hours on the airport, resulting in a total delay of 5:45 hours.

Had direct flights to cancun booked for 7 months, then a week prior to departure, we were notified that the flight was oversold and HALF our family was rebooked the next day on a connecting flight. Who splits a family up traveling internationally?

Escalating to customer relations did nothing. Only $100 vouchers on FUTURE flights were offered, no thanks. Total BS.

I have been back from Mexico since January 6th and have been dealing with finding my suitcase since Noone has answers Noone calls back then they wanna be rude when you confront them about it.

This was one of my worst experiences traveling in my life. I am a medical student that was scheduled to go back to school/the hospital tomorrow, January 3rd. I checked in and paid for my bags before arriving. After being told my flight was delayed, then back to the original time I scrambled to get to the airport with over two and a half hours until departure.

I then stood in a line of all passengers for 4 flights for over two hours, with one worker behind the desks. About 100+ passengers missed their flight and I was told that I could either get rescheduled or get a refund.

I opted for a refund because I needed to get to my destination by tomorrow bc I work in the hospital. I paid astronomical prices for another airline to get a flight for tomorrow, because the only option frontier…

I canceled my Discount Den membership in 2018 but they continue to charge my credit card every year. Each year I call and cancel and demand a credit. It take over an hr. each time and you have to ask for multiple levels of supervisors. Customer service reps are told to never give refund even in cases of error or fraud.

5 hrs. of my life have been wasted dealing with these people. Never sign up for discount den it is as bad as a time share.

I will never deal with frontier ever again, I will walk first.

I traveled from Philadaphia to Orlando on flight 1171 on 9/30/21. The flight was delayed. I was with my grandmother, my husband, and my 2 little girls. My just turn 2 year old daughter was very cranky from the long day.

Once on the plane I was approached by the attendant. Who scolded me about my two year old not keeping her mask on. I understand the policy and i was attempting to convince my two year old keep her mask when she cam up and abruptly told me that if she didnt keep the mask on we would be remove from the plane.

Which just upset my daughter more. I work in customer service and I would never treat a guest like that. I think retraining is needed at your company.

we received notification that our returning flight is canceled. On 09/06 we contacted representative of Frontier Airline Gloria Gomez. she told us that the only options are 09/20 or 09/23. We need to be in Orlando on 9/20 and were considering 9/23 if Frontier Airline will provide accommodations.

It will cost us more than the price of the tickets to satay in Orlando for extra 2 days. We requested from Ms. Gomez to put us on another airline, but she told us that is not an option. The other suggestion was to cancel the whole flight, but she was offering less money that we paid.

specific with 100 words?? tried to change my flight that was booked through one of your (frontier) third parties edreams. i tried online first then had to all. on hold for 48 minutes (screenshot on time and number). was told that my reference number given to me by edreams wasn't right but can see my name and info on the manifest.

refused to help me sent me to edreams. which i called first. they said i had to make the changes with frontier. and apparently fixing it for both companies?

I woke up on the morning of August 3rd to travel to Miami and received an email saying that my flight was canceled a few hours before the trip. I received my money back. I had to cancel the tickets back and they do not refund money and simply give me credits.

This is NOT a complaint!! It is to COMMEND two employees with Frontier Airlines ! The first is Angie, who worked the DIA checking desk around 9:25 am She was AMAZING and helped us make our flight on time!!!! She was very courteous and professional!!!! We appreciate her.!

The second was a flight attendant. Joel on flight 680 from Denver to Orlando at 10:13 am. He was truly remarkable during our flight and was one of the very best flight attendants we have had!!! We flew on Aug 2, 2021.

These two people really make me want to fly Frontier again.

My family of 6 flew on Frontier on 6/12/21 (S6Y4TY) and upon arrival Frontier lost our son's toddler car seat. For whatever reason, no one could locate the car seat but we were told it would be delivered to where we were staying by the next day and we were offered a booster seat (which states on the box for age 3 and up) for my 18 month old!

Despite the huge safety concerns it was our only option since we landed at midnight. The next day no one had called and no car seat was delivered and when I called Frontier they told me they still couldn't locate our car seat but someone would be in touch soon.

2021. The flight supposed to depart at 9:00 pm, but was delayed until 10:30 pm. When the flight arrived at the McCarran international airport around 11:30 pm, no gate was available or shortage of staffing. We had to wait on the plane until 1:10 pm to deplane. This is unacceptable.

Apparently there was a change in my flight time. My booking company never let me know. They said they did not have access to Frontiers tickets and therefore could not help me with getting a new flight booked. When I called frontier, I was told I was emailed in April.

I have a habit of not deleting emails so I searched them. I got an email from Frontier in December with original flight confirmation and then again in March with some flight deals and then not again until June. I was told since I missed my flight I was marked as no show and basically I was out of luck.

My husband and I booked two flights from Phoenix to Denver and Denver to Cancun for 5/8/21. 5 hrs between flights and were a little worried about that but thought it would be alright. Frontier changed the time of the first flight by one hour giving us only a half hour to get our bags and ourselves on the second flight.

We tried to find other Frontier flights but none of the times worked. A representative suggested that we fly into Denver the night before and stay at a hotel and they were going to offer us a $50 voucher which was not acceptable to us.

This is by far the worst airline to work with. I had to cancel my family vacation back in March due to a national pandemic. 00 tickets because I canceled and not the airline. News flash..... the flight is still available so that the airline doesn't have to refund anyone.

I made several phone calls constantly seeking to supervisors telling me that all they could offer was a credit. I finally contacted the BBB and received an email from a customer relations specialist at Frontier. He again continued to tell me that it didn't matter that I needed my money back, their policy is only a 90 day credit.

Frontier Airlines seems to try to present themselves as a budget airline, but charge astronomical fees. I have consistently seen very rude employees in personal experiences with Frontier Airlines. They entice you with low fares, but I have seen them raise their prices before I can complete a booking.

I have also seen error messages on their website when trying to book their "low" costs. When I go back to try again; the error has mysteriously vanished and the prices have gone up significantly. I have had numerous conversations with their customer service agents on the phone, and they are extremely rude and have even hung up on me.

My family and I have been mistreated and humiliated at the boarding gate as well as observing the poor treatment of other Frontier Airline customers.

I just arrived home from my first and only Frontier fly which was a nightmare. 5 hours. My daughter called to complain and determine if they compensate customers for the inconvenience. When my family arrived at the boarding gate we discovered our tickets had been cancelled.

I took a return red-eye flight #488 on 04/28/2019 SYNZ4T - I have taken before. What I can share is I understand things happen that you are not in control of by other passengers, but what can be controlled is the Frontier Staff who represent your company.

Missing item from my wife's checked bag from Des Moines to Orland (a $150 Phillips Sonicare Electric Toothbrush). Due to not reporting it in 24 hrs of landing we are pretty much out of luck. My delay on calling in with a claim was to wait and give Frontier a break and check our home and make sure we just didn't pack it but that was not the case, it was packed.

I left out from Denver International Airport on Sunday, February 24, 2019 traveling to Atlanta, GA. Flight number 420. I put an expensive pocket knife in my "checked bag" and when I arrived to Atlanta, GA, the knife was not in there.

I was going to let this go but I have a survey you sent me and that triggered my bad situation. My wife and I were on flight 1447 Saturday night Tampa to Chicago. The flight was fine but we landed at 10:50 even a bit early which was wonderful.

One and done with Frontier Airlines! I have $50.00 voucher and a $98.40 shell credit that I'm willing to forfeit. Dealing with Frontier has been a nightmare and it won't ever happen again! Frontier being "a ultra low airline", but yet I would need to stay overnight in Denver? Why should I have to absorb that additional cost, makes that ultra low claim go away! This is my second attempt filing a complaint with this airline. I booked a flight leaving 11/18/18. Departure flight Noverber 11/28/18. , I was told that I never paid for a round trip ticket! 09. Thinking that I now have my flights.

My experience with Frontier was horrific , It started when my family an I boarded the plan from Philly to Punta Cana. One of the flight attendants was rude. Ready to return home on 10/13/18 from an awesome birthday celebration to only be informed that your flight was cancelled.

My wife and I reservations on 10/17/2018 to fly from Austin to Las Vegas for our 33 wedding anniversary, but my mother in law passed away on 10/14/2018. At first my wife changed the flight to 10/17/2018 to 10/19/2018 instead of the original dates 10/17/2018 to 10/21/2018.

Then she had a change of heart and decided it wasn't right to go on a trip while her mother laid in the funeral home waiting to be buried on 10/20/2018. My complaint is that we were never offered a chance to take our flight within a year.

We were told that if we changed are ticket it would be a one time arrangement. Are you in business for customer satisfaction in order to make money and for customers to come back to your company. There was a time when people cared.

I got up at 4am to go to Cleveland ohio from pa to ,cartch my flight on your airlines. 30am there was something wrong with the plane so they told everybody if they wanted to get off and stretch they can but make sure you take your boarding pass with you so you can get back on a lot of people got off .

was on there for 3hrs then they said the plane was canceled so we had to get a cab which cost 30 to got to my nieces car and we drove to florida . we stayed 2 night at a motel with it cost money I was so afraid I was going to miss my son wedding I got scared the day my son got married I ended up in the hospital in florida.

this is the second time iwrote you and it will be the last cause. if I don't get compensated for all the extra money me my niece and daughter spent I will call my lawyer…
