Paid $3200 for a refrigerator on 12/1/2023, 5 months later middle drawer and bottom freezer quit, service guy came out a week and a half later, couldn’t get very well GE support on the phone, so he guessed it was the computer board. Came back a week later, and installed the computer board.
Didn’t fix it, so I called in a day later to report it and case worker said she has to get confirmation from service tech before she can do anything. A week later she got it and now it’s been a month without a refrigerator and service tech has to come out again.
A month without a refrigerator is unacceptable! Do not buy a GE product! And customer service is unexceptable!! n
