I can give you zero score, I would. We bought a new home with a GE café refrigerator. It did not work from day one. The freezer destroyed our frozen foods. The display doesn’t work, the water doesn’t work, and the ice doesn’t work,.

GE service takes three weeks to schedule and then doesn’t show up on the scheduled date. We have been in the house for almost 2 months now, with no operating refrigerator or freezer. Lemon!! Do more recommend.

To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Vikki Lockard, a co-owner of a Lennar at Emerson home in Henderson, Nevada. In July, 2021, we purchased 1309 Ossa Street, Henderson, NV 89052. Included with the purchase, was a GE refrigerator (copy of Model and Serial Number is attached).

On October 16, we noticed that the refrigerator stopped working and we had to throw out all the food. Since this was supposed to be a brand new refrigerator we, of course, did not consider buying an extended warranty that cost $400 per year. We did not believe that the GE refrigerator would stop working after 15 months.

A mechanic we spoke with, advised us to purchase a new one since the cost of repair is about $1,000 and it will take several months to get replacement parts.

I have owned many homes and refrigerators…

Order new kitchen range Was delivered and the only thing that works is the clock.. Never got to use it . Waited weeks for service repair person only to have it rescheduled again. No GE repair in our area. Waiting .

Lowes wont take it back even though it was brand new never used. Says it is not their problem Next... Has brand new GE micro delivered with range. Opened the box and installed can't find parts to mount it on the wall.

It is sitting on my floor. Parts coming in a few weeks. Will never buy anything from GE again.

I purchases a Ge Dishwasher in 12/21. It was installed on 1/22. It stopped functioning in 4/22. A GE serviceman made a service call 5/11/22. He said it needed the electronic parts replaced. )I did not receive the parts(they are FedEx directly to the customer)until 7/22.

Another service call was done in 8/22. The new parts were ineffective. The technician said he would ask for a replacement of the dishwasher. I was told by customer relations that the request was denied and I was given a case manager who ordered more parts.

These parts were sent and the technician made a service call on 10/10/22. Again, the electronic parts did not work. I was told someone would contact me in 24hours about what is the next step in resolving this. No one has contacted me. (I sent…

I would like to voice my concern about the terrible appliances GE is now manufacturing and selling to the consumer. My wife and I purchased a suite of appliances for a Big Box store with the understanding that GE was a well known and established company.

We purchased a French Door Refrigerator, Gas Range, Dishwasher, and Microwave Oven. The purchase date was July 11, 2016. In less that 6 years, the diswasher LED's and display turn on at random times and makes a beeping noise. The microwave over no longer works on the popcorn mode and burns popcorn.

And recently (3;00am in the morning), the French door refrigerator started making a loud noise and longer longer cools or freezes food. Of course they are out of warranty but who would expect appliances to go bad, especially three of them, in…

I purchased a stainless steel washer and dryer in 2020. The washer is full of rust and the dryer stop running . These appliances were bought brand new and I paid 1500 for both and neither is working and GE refused to do anything about repairs since there over a year old.

I bought a General Electric refrigerator in March of 2022. Within a few days, I returned to Home Depot to tell them that I was only getting a cup of ice every day, the freezer door did not shut tight, and

occasionally, the fridge motor roars and sounds the the fridge is gonna get up and race out of the house. Home Depot says only have 48 hours to complain and that now I have to deal with General Electric myself.

I have had four service calls, and had to take off work unpaid for three of those days. You have to wait all day, they never give you a time slot at all, not even morning or afternoon. They call and say the are on their way.

The guy ordered a new seal and scheduled another appointment for three months later. The part came in a week so I contacted him and asked him to come sooner…

I bought a GE washing machine from Home Depot and within two years the tub broke the door because it slammed into it or did something I don’t know but all I can say is that my door was the latch was broken and then the plastic on the outside was broken and it leaks and I tried to call somebody out during the pandemic and nobody would come out either I want a new wash machine or I want a new door if not I’ll go to the to the news and will get this resolved somehow

Hello, my name is Kristen Bosgraaf. My phone number is 815-935-6637. My GE dryer, that is less than a year old, has been broken down for almost 7 weeks. The repair company GE sent has been here 5 times, in that 7 weeks.

I do laundry for my family of 5, 3 kids, 2 of which are in multiple sports. I also take care of my 90 year old grandfather. I do laundry almost every single day of my life. I have had to go to the laundry mat, every day or every other day for 7 weeks!!!

As of today, I have spent $90 just on drying our clothes at a laundry mat. That does NOT include my time, or gas. My husband and I are incredibly angry with GE that more hasn't been done to make this problem right.

Rating -0-Purchased new GE washer and dryer. Within one year the washing machine needed service as the belts were not installed correctly, now screws holding the dryer drum have fallen out. The machine is unusable. Cost to repair is more than we paid for the dryer.

The Cafe line dishwasher is poor. I have yet to get a pot cleaned in that dishwasher. There is always residual food onthe pot, sometimes even the door of the washer. My copper bottom pans never get clean. I have had Bosc dishwashers for years and this doesn’t hold a candle to it.

Waste of money, I will probably replace it

Company has people waiting around multiple days saying that they’re on their way for 15 minutes all day long. Four hour window has now turned into an eight hour window has now turned into they were here and I wasn’t.

Unbelievably worst service I’ve ever encountered in my life. I will never buy another GE appliance because of the service that GE offers.

Purchased GE Refrigerator was supposed to have been delivered three weeks ago change the date on me for 9/12/22 on that day driver calls me says he’s 11 minutes away then never shows up we call driver never answered GE warehouse they had no information they mention driver said nobody over 18 was there to sign my wife and I live there by ourselves.

We called them back and they said they have to reschedule for a week more because they have other customers that need their appliances delivered so we have to wait let me remind you that we already have paid for our refrigerator. We are so disappointed with GE Appliance customer service is horrible will never buy GE stuff again.

9 cu. ft. Top Freezer Refrigerator, Slate Item #1419570, we ordered on 8/22//22 on line said would be about 4 days . I checked status on the 3rd day, date changed to 3 weeks the new delivery date was 9/12/22 between 1 to 5.

I had received many texts and email and phone calls saying 9/12/22 is the delivery date, on the day of delivery i checked status from the link and they said we would be the last delivery. hours later i get a phone call saying they would arrive in 11 min, well the never showed up.

I called customer service and they could not give me a answer.. they said i dont know, call back tomorrow. they even hung up on me a few times, Ge Has had they worst customer service they could not figure anything out, I have not had a refrigerator in 3 weeks.

I will never buy another…

I had purchased a GE model GFE29HSDASS Refrigerator / serial #DA502734(FYI. I had owned GE refrigerators all my life (also, my wife and I are senior citizens on a fixed income budget). We had the water/ice dispenser control buttons (WR17X13200) on this unit fail 2 years back and had it replaced.

We couldn’t understand how this item would have failed? Since we are seniors and didn’t abuse these buttons in any way. So we had to have it repaired and went on with life, understaind that even well engineered and manufactured things fail sometime, it’s happens.

With this email I am informing you that I am filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau ("BBB) for failure to fix my dryer in reasonable time. Parts needed. To fix dryer are out of stock. As your computer records will show, I have called a minimum of eight (8) times from 7-7 to 9-1-22. I have service warranty til 2023.

Each time that I called the status of availability of part(s) needed, delivery date is moved up. Last call, I'm informed delivery date is 9-29-22.

I am a 70 year old on disability and live alone. Going to laundrymat is difficult and expensive.

My request is that I get dryer fixed immediately or that I get a new dryer (new dryer request has already been denied)

Complaint to BBB going out Wednesday. 9-7-22.

Case# 08491388 I have a refrigerator that has been broken for 3 of the last 5 weeks and I can't get anyone to return a phone call or get it fixed. am I supposed to live with no refrigerator for another 8 weeks?

I wait nearly 2 hours each time I call just to get someone to answer the phone, they tell me someone will call me back in 24-48 hours which never happens. They said they would send me a check for $200 to rend a mini fridge which never arrived.

They tell me they have no phone number to forward me to to talk to a manager, I'm DISGUSTED. I had to cancel a family part this holiday weekend because I can't store food. My only option is to buy a replacement even though this one is covered under warranty.

Dishwasher stopped working in June 2022. Repairman came July 1, 2022, said a part needed and would be ordered. Then never heard back. Repeated calls to GE repair hotline and customer relations get me hours-long holds, bounced around from one number to another, hung up on, and inconsistent answers.

One agent said the repairman arrived August 12 but couldn't reach anyone -- UNTRUE, we work from home. She then said he ordered us NINETEEN parts!?!? Several agents have said the next time repairman can return is in OCTOBER.

Bought GE dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and oven in 2019 for a new home. Within two years I have had to have the dishwasher replaced at my cost!

Also have had the microwave serviced at my expense! Fridge runs extremely cold and oven is very noisy! This is unacceptable! This has been costly and this complaint has to been reviewed and some sort of compromise must be reached.

Appliances which are new should last much longer than this!

My name is Dominic Vetro. I purchased a GE dishwasher for my mother in March (Order Number = W881906551) and unfortunately have experienced issues with it leaking since we purchased it at Home Depot. I have worked through the GE Warranty team and have 3 different GE technicians come out to address the leak. Here is the summary of the visits: Visit #1 – The technician replaced some type of drain hose. Result after running a cycle, same issue, it leaks Visit #2 – The technician redirected the hose coming from the sink. Result after running a cycle, same issue, it leaks Visit #3 – The technician said the problem was my mother was using old detergent. Result after purchasing new detergent and running a cycle, same issue, it leaks.

I just spent over 50 minutes on hold with the GE Warranty…

bought refrigerator & it quit working after 2 weeks. it took a week for a repairman to come out. When he got here, the repairman told me that the compressor was bad. it took another week to get th epart here.

once here, it took another week to install. the new compressor was bad, and the fridge stopped working after a couple of days. GE ordered more parts but will not contact me back about repair status. they told me that more parts would be available in Setember.

it was July 15th when they told me that.

I would like a full refund .. we purchased a hot point Dryer on oct 27 21,... on July 14 2022 it stopped working its covered in the 1 year warranty ... I called and GE gave me a repair confirmation for July 25th , problem is GE failed to confirm with the repair people...

so 11 days no repair and a run around has ensued GE transfers our calls the we get disconnected ... now all they are offering is a appointment for Aug 4th.. are you kidding me,,, this is not service, I need my dryer..

Im not able to go out in this heat and humidity and hang clothes I bought the dryer so I didn;t have to hang clothes out, in this humidity and storms nothing dries its a shit show with clothes hanging in my house.... Would you wait this long...? CG.

Apparently the engineers at GE do not use the washers they design. I was very excited about this washing machine I purchased 18 months ago. It was large capacity and had all the bells and whistles I wanted. It gets off balance on almost every load.

I am very deliberate loading the machine. Doesn’t matter. Usually have to stop load and untangle or run rinse and spin to knock out all the water. Come on guys. You can do better. This is a nightmare!

Washing machine Model # GTW335ASNWW has not operated properly since purchase. Clothes have become so tangled around themselves and the agitator, I've had to untie them. They are never rinsed properly, leaving streaks of detergent residue even though I only use a minimal amount.

The water level is always low no matter what setting I have it on and the clothes come out almost dry. (They say it's "energy efficient") The machine runs far too rough and shakes (ground is level) and I have to stop the machine and redistribute even if only a few light items.

Clothing is always extremely wrinkled and worn looking. Ruined many good pieces. Have had service out 3 different times but all they do is fill the water, drain it and say it runs as designed despite the photos and video I have shared with…

I purchased new side-by-side refrigerator in Aptil-2020 from Queen City in Charlotte, NC. Since then I have had 6 visits (3 from Queens City and 3 from GE) to level, adjust door and worst look into/diagnose freezer & refrigerator issues: 1.

Freezing foods, destroying food, ice building, icicles, etc. problems continues. Three case #s issued with no resolution yet. 08108945, 08106184 and 08205145. Can not accept this. Need help to allow replacement. This product is not functioning as it should. I have given some photos to GE tech. 5 months to diagnose.

Microwave PN RVM5160DH8WW has 5 holes (2 = 1/2" X 3" and 3 = 1" X 3") on the top front where air is exhausted into the kitchen. These openings have nothing covering them which allows objects to fall into the interior workings of the microwave.

GE customer service has provided three different answers (part available for additional $15; no additional part available, designed this way). This is an extremely poor design. I would have returned the microwave had the contractor not installed it already. No more GE products for me.

It took 5 visits to finally repair my GE dryer. You can probably look at your records to see the numerous calls I made for various things.

The first visit was April 23, 2022 by a repairman by the name of Santo. He opened the dryer and looked at various parts and decided that 2 parts had to be ordered. When he put the dryer back together the light was not working so he figured he must have broken the light so he also ordered a new one. On May 4th a different repairman came by the name of Will. He took apart the dryer and installed the 2 parts (that we had received in the mail to our address). He did not have to change the light bulb because when he went to see what was wrong with that he saw that the previous repairman did not reconnect the ground wire properly for the light. I purchased Cafe appliances in November. I still haven’t received my range— and am now being told they are not fulfilling that order. I can go outside GE to purchase— it if I desire.

However, I have not been refunded my $4000+ for the range— and no idea when that might happen. They seem to believe a range was already delivered to me (not true) and some paperwork issue is holding up the refund.

Six months delivery, compressor fails within 3 months, three weeks to get service appointment, Tech shows up (5/17) and identifies problem in five minutes but does not have parts, says need to be order. He said he would call and let me know when he could get parts.

the next day I received a call telling me part would not be available for a month. Within two days parts start showing up by UPS at the house, no communications from GE at all, seems like there is very little communication within the company.

Finally receive a call a week later, after receiving four packages of parts, saying the parts are being shipped. On 5/25 I call Customer Service to find out when service is schedule, they tell me its not scheduled so I set up service appointment for 6/9 and received a confirmation email.…

In January of 2017 I purchased new appliances, stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. I bought GE not because I felt they were best, but because the sizes fit our spaces. The dishwasher quit working. I called repairman, was told "well, this is what we called GE JUNK".

It needed a new smart board. I still considered it new. If course, not covered by warranty. It is pretty bad when service people know this product is inferior , yet GE doesn't seem to be able to fix their issues.

The sadist part is that to replace it, and have it match I had no choice but to replace it with the same product. I do not think you should have to buy an additional $200 warranty. I sincerely hope GE figures it out, and becomes a company people want to buy, and not have to buy, because of size or color. Shame…

THIS IS UNACCEPTBLE. On September 25, 2021, I purchased a GE dishwasher GDT665SGNBB from Home Depot who set up delivery to arrive on October 14, 2021. In less than 1 month the top door trim began coming off which affected the closing, we stopped using the dishwasher because the door did not close properly which affected the operation of the dishwasher.

On 11/15/2021 a service was scheduled however no one came and I doubt the appliance repair company was still in business as I called prior to the date to confirm the appointment but never got anyone nor an answering machine, ticket number 07619372. On 12/17 2021 GE service person came, ordered a part for the dishwasher door top control panel, the repair technician returned when the part arrived, was replaced on 1/6/2022 by a GE technician…

Refrigerator came damaged and had to have door replaced. The replaced door does not line up correctly. Authorized service repair person comes late and states before he has even seen the problem this repair will only take 5 minutes. He looks at the doors and pushes on the seals.

His conclusion after calling the tech desk was nothing can be done. Told repairman the double doors do not line up and are not level. Suggested he adjust the bracket on the replaced door. The repairman said this would do nothing to put the door into proper alignment since GE allows the doors to be up to 3/16” out of alignment and still be in tolerance.

Will never own another GE product.

GE appliance customer service is very very bad. I ordered Electric gas Range and Dishwasher with delivery service. It would be a month now and the delivery agency is not able to deliver the product in time. They have cancelled it 3 times and asked me to come and pick up instead.

The reason that they give is that they are unable to deliver because of weight restrictions on the delivery location. I have communicated several times to please consider this and even requested to bring in a small vehicle. But they said they cannot do that and if I want my product, I have to pick up myself at my own expense.

Even the customer support I received from GE is helpless and I dont know whom should I reach out. I havent seen anything worse service in terms of customer relations and resolving customer…

I have lost complaint faith in GE Appliances. I installed a new dishwasher and microwave. (by a professional). The microwave failed in 3 years and the dishwasher failed right on 4 years. As a massachusetts home inspector i used to recommend GE to my clients, but now i advise avoiding GE.

I purchased a GE Monnogram wall oven 12 years ago. All of the temperature numbers and letters for cooking mode have flaked off. Presently I am using dymo tape to hi lite the temperature controls. This is totally unacceptable for what is one of GE’s highest end appliance.

It is obviously a defect as no other appliance that I have owned has done this. 00 ; Once again , this is totally ridiculous. I need a solution that is satisfactory to both of us or I will never purchase GE again and I will ensure that I post many negative reviews in regards to service and quality of any GE product.

Hello my name is kinyarnta johnson. back on December 3,2021 i received my new washer delivery. I didn't use the washer until 3 days later. upon using the washer I realized that it was faulty and didn't properly work. I called in to GE and told them about the issue.

That it had been 3 days since I received my new washer and upon using it, the washer doesn't wash the clothing it just fills with water and drains. Instead of sending me a replacement unit right away they opted to fix the one I had in my home for only 3 days brand new.
