We bought appliances from you, and they were delivered on November 13th. We bough a Washer and Dryer. When delivered, they came scratched and dented. We filed a claim and customer service offered to send us two $100 checks in the mail, one for each appliance. We received the first check no problem, but have not received the second check. we have called over 12 times, every 2 weeks since then, to ask for the check,. It has been reissued and sent multiple times, yet never arrives, The latest reason they gave us is that they sent it to the wrong address, and that they didn't have our home address on file. This is not true, since the first check was successfully delivered to our home address.

Purchased dishwasher GDF630PMGWW ON 7/19. In October 2021 lost all power. Tech came out reset at a fee of $100. In February of 2022 same issue. Was scheduled a week out for service for 2/18 then was told you were overbooked and rescheduled for 2/24. 38.

Today, another tech came to install the part and we are told it is not the UI control and the motor is burned out quoted a discounted cost of $492 and the part will not be available until the end of April. So as it stands now if I wish to have this repaired I will have been without a dishwasher for 3 months, have to pay for repairs that are over the purchase price plus already paid out $100 last fall.

I understand that there is only a year warranty but needless to say I don’t believe a dishwasher with moderate use should end up costing…

My brand new GE French door refrigerator model number GFE28GYNGFS was delivered two days ago and I have not slept in 2 days because of a combination of very loud noise and vibrations which can be felt and heard in every room in my house. I specifically asked the woman in PC Richards whether this refrigerator was noisy before I purchased it and she assured me that it wasn't noisy. So now I have a refrigerator whose motor is so loud that it is impossible to live normally in this house.

This refrigerator should NOT be on the market. GE has no business selling it and PC Richards has no business lying about it.

Bought a top load deep fill washing machine. It has a the impeller in the tub. No matter what you put in it or how much care you take loading the washer, it aways gets off balance Very disappointed in this new a regular one with an agitator in it.

My six month old GE stove top/oven would not stop emitting gas on 12/31/2021 from the top front burner, even though all the burners were turned off. No matter what we tried, we could not stop the gas emission. At 2 am in the morning we had a house full of gas.

My husband turned off the gas intake valve, unplugged the stove, and we had a GE technician, Santos, visit on Thursday, 1/13/2022. Santos replugged the oven and reconnected the gas and claimed that there were no issues at all because he could not recreate the problem.

We insisted there was a defective burner and our family was put at great risk. Santos promised us he would order new burners for us and should be back end of January. I checked with GE and was told that the tech closed the service call and said no new parts were…

This is the email I sent Home Depot just now but just know that GE consumer care/service dept have not been helpful. Each time I call they verify my address, I tell them it’s wrong and they don’t change it. Also, I’ve been told more than 5 time my particular case worker would call me and they haven’t. The service people haven’t communicated all the problems but GE hasn’t been helpful either! I told them the dryer was crushed and they said they must attempt to fix it first. The phone system and online system used to schedule, change, or cancel service orders are essentially non-functional. The phone system does not allow you to alter appointments, only cancel them. The online system can't locate appliance information using model or serial numbers as the system doesn't even recognize them.

Calling in and speaking with an agent is not helpful as they do not even know how their own phone system works. When you call in, the automated system doesn't ask for any information beyond a phone number and a confirmation of physical address.

You aren't able to give specifics of appliance issues, how many appliances have issues, or anything of note.

Service call was scheduled within this morning time frame and confirmed. Tracking service portal showed the service was scheduled for the afternoon between 1 and 5 PM, so I contacted the call center. I was informed that my schedule time was changed at 8:00 this morning to an afternoon service.

I was informed that the time was changed due to lack of technicians. My complaint is that the time frame was changed and I was never notified. Had I not called to inquire, I would not have known. Service call is cancelled til I can take another day off for a full day.

Complaint number@ DG 1795010-2021. Dear Sir Madam, I am writing this complaint as i have been totally mistreated by your company in dealing with a repair to my Hotpoint Washing Machine. I first reported a problem on about 14 November 2021 and had 6 engineers , (1) did not show up at all.

Upon leaving, the machine packed in again. 00. The final engineer asked Hotpoint to make a decision to either fix or replace the Item, your company decided to replace and deliver a machine on 29 Dec. 00 hrs my wife was informed that the vehicle carrying the item had broken down and a new delivery date of 07/01/22 .

Breakdown #1 - August 16, 2021 - Washer leaking oil after 5 months. GE replaced transmission. Total time without washer 15 days. Breakdown #2 - November 17, 2021 - Washer motor overheating; runs in wash mode awhile, then shuts down.

I had a GE appliance technician appointment scheduled for today (a Monday). They gave me a 4 hour window and I made sure someone was home and available. I got a confirmation text message the day before that that said the technician would let me know when they were 30 minutes away.

While I was in a meeting and unable to answer I got 3 calls in a 5 minute window, 2 from a blocked number and one from a visible number. As soon as I was able (15 minutes later) I stepped out of my meeting and checked messages.

The third call was GE Dispatch saying because no one answered the phone my appointment was cancelled. When I called customer service they said that's just how it works, even though no communication I recieved stated that, and offered me an appointment for a week and a half later, which…

We purchased a GE Profile refrigerator over a year ago and after 3 technicians coming out, they could not fix the door alarm which came on for no reason. Consumer relations said they could not give us an allowance and that they had to send a new refrigerator.

This arrived last Spring with two dents in the door. We were out of town all summer and Consumer Relations sent a new door a few weeks ago. The technician came out, checked the door, found damage and said GE would send another door and that the old damaged door had to remain with us until a new door was installed.

This has occurred two more times. I now have three of your doors taking up space in my garage with a fourth on the way. I do not have enough space here to tell you how ridiculous this is. Please advise how you can solve…

I bought a Haier refrigerator in April 2021 for an apartment I own while it was between tenants. I did a walk through if the apt Oct 31 before the new tenant moved in the next day. I opened the refrigerator in passing it and a bucket load of water fell out of it onto my feet and the floor. I called the store, they helped by calling GE and GE would not give my new tenant an appointment until AFTER Thanksgiving weeks away.

We bought a GE washer and dryer in July 2020. The timer recently broke in the dryer and we've had it less than a year and a half! We've tried calling the company but they won't help us. We had to buy a new dryer right before Christmas.

We had a hard time getting a repair guy to call us back then decided to buy new because of the potential cost to fix it. We'll never buy a GE product again. They are all junk and I will tell everyone I know never to buy it either.

My uncle is an electrician and says GE is junk. I found this out after we had already purchased the washer and dryer. This is a crime in my eyes. A dryer should last longer than 17 months!!!

Worst customer service ever! Would not buy another appliance for them if they were the last company on the market! I bought a $3,500 stove from them and when it arrived it had a defect. I contacted them for replacement as I did not want to fix since it came from their warehouse defective. They refused!

They argued with me for a long time wanting to fix it. I did not want it fixed I wanted it replaced and they continue to refuse. I had to get a rental to take it back to Costco. Then order another one and that one was better.

Since then I have contacted them about 12 times to tell them how I felt about the way I was. They have ignored all my messages. I am disgusted with general electric.

n May 27, 2021 I ordered a suite of GE Profile appliances as part of a major kitchen remodeling project. Included in the purchase was an Advantium built-in oven, French door refrigerator and a GE Profile induction/convection oven (model PHS930YPFS). When the appliances finally arrived for installation on October 26, 2021 I found that the oven was badly damaged, both sides dented, oven door cocked to one side and not close-able. The oven appeared to have been dropped several feet during shipment. These appliances were purchased from Specialties Appliances & Plumbing, Berkley Michigan 40072. The retailer reordered the oven but I’m told I can’t expect delivery until February of 2022.

The service guy came into our facility and first off was super rude. I didn't know if we have an account with GE and he said he had no way of knowing. We also have a Lobbyguard to go through as we do all contractors that enter The Ronald McDonald House here in Omaha and he refused and said he would decline srevice.

Lobbyguard is a way to scan DL to see if they have any charges against children as we have a ton of children here. Didnt even suggest rescheduling, he walked out and left. Super rude. His van he was driving had UMF 987 for a license plate.

So now we have a broken dryer and don't know when anyone will be back to fix our dryer. He was also 4 hours late. He wouldn't give his name either. I work in public as well and if I ever acted this way, I probably would not have a job..…

A 2 year old fridge broke down in July. The failure was part of the "sealed system" with a part on back order for 2 months. I have been dealing with GE "consumer relations" for more than two months now. Responsiveness has been terrible. Calling in takes longer than an hour. Emails go unanswered for more than a week (despite multiple requests for updates). Promises to call at a certain day / time don't happen. I was supposed to have purchased a new fridge (discounted) but twice missed out because by the time I was able to connect with Consumer Relations, the new fridge was out of stock.

I did not receive a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to arrival of my technician. I did receive a text message which said respond yes to confirm which I did. Driver states he showed up here and nobody was home.

The tracking app I was told to use had arrival time between 2:30-4:39. The driver text me at 12:15pm. Upon text I confirmed yes, as well as called to confirm he was enroute in which the customer service said he’s in route and will call 30 minutes prior to arrival.

Then my appointment was cancelled by the driver, I rearranged my entire day for this appointment to only be cancelled. Then I was told the next available appointment weeks out. This is unprofessional work ethic and customer service at it’s best.

I placed a service call in June, 2021. My double oven shut off and locked after a self-cleaning. First technician stated he could not open the gate. He left instead of calling us, as we had been waiting all day for him. Several weeks went by and another Technician came and said, he needed to order parts. Again several weeks went by, third technician once again needed to order additional parts. The forth technician came after several weeks again. Once again he needed to order parts!? Its been 4 months and I do not have a working oven. There is another appointment scheduled but at this time you can understand why I am concern.

I purchased a few cafe microwave less than 30 days before it went bad from Lowe’s. Lowe’s doesn’t want to stand behind it after 15 days. Ge scheduled service with a company 70 miles away online for the next working day only to find out the repair company was a week out.

They then rescheduled me with a local company who hadn’t bothered to call back to schedule an appointment. Now ge told me it was my problem to contact them and hung up on me. Only thing I can say buyer beware.

Was told that they would deliver, install and haul away my less than 2 year old dishwasher because of constant issues. When the delivery day arrived it was brought by a third party company and I was told that my new appliance couldn't be installed because of a slightly uneven floor that the current dishwasher ruined because of a leak that was not fixed properly the first time I had a service technician out.

I offered to pull the dishwasher out myself and push the new one in if they would hook up the electricity and the hoses to which I was met with a flat out refusal. After being on hold for 3 and a half hours and talking to a supervisor, I was still met with conflict.

I called GEappliances 30 days ago asking for a repair on a washer 5 months old with one year warranty.

First, I was promised a local repair service would be contacting me. Despite numerous phone calls and e mail correspondence, no repair service contacted me. I was given name and phone number of 2 companies that could service my machine.

I called and got voice mail message that their voice mail was full. Customer service then sent me an email that a new washer would be delivered and installed and I would have a one year warranty from that date.

I was first told washer would arrive in 7 to 10 days, which have passed. I then received another email from another person saying new washer would be delivered in 5-7 business days. That deadline was given as 9/3/21. I have been given the run…

I just got off the phone with the service department. My main reason for calling was to verify the date of service for a non working microwave. I purchased the microwave June 30, 2021 from American Freight. I attempted to use microwave two weeks later it does not work.

I called the extended warranty Transfoc? and they have been here five different times and the microwave still does not work. The GE customer service lady tells me she wants to trouble shoot I need to put a cup of water in microwave.

I purchased a GE dishwasher for $1100 after taxes in November of 2020. The heating element is no longer functional. Contacted GE Service in early August. They came out and were unable to repair because parts were needed. A follow up was scheduled for August 17th.

They subsequently canceled that appointment and rescheduled for August 31st. The appointment was confirmed by GE on August 30th. I was advised today that they were rescheduling AGAIN to September 14th. Of course I took off work to be here and no GE!!!!

I don’t understand why I keep getting rescheduled - 2 weeks out - and have to continually take off from my job! It would seem to me that I would be considered a priority customer since I keep getting appointments canceled.

I had the customer service help file the complaint. I wanted to clarify my experience with GE.

I noticed a problem the beginning of August with my GE refrigerator MODEL# GFE28GMKBES/ SERIAL# DH513894. The food in my freezer was beginning to thaw out. And the refrigerator was not as cool as it used to be. I called August 8th and the earliest appointment they had was for 8/17. All the food spoiled.

(Also, not related to this issue but it should be under warranty as well. Water dispenser is slow and ice maker are slower than when I first bought the unit.)

Unfortunately, my wife was not able to get the day off from work so we had to cancel that appointment. We canceled that appointment on 8/16. The next available date was 8/26 (10 day wait).…

On August 18th, 2021 I had requested repair services on my washer machine to replace the basket. 2 service technicians came out and one of the technicians named Shawn was very rude and upset because my stackable washer and dryer was not accessible to him to work on at the time of arrival.

The machines are in a closed space with a folding door that can be taken off by a latch that's on top to remove the door for access to the machines. The technician went on by saying he does not have time for us to remove the door off the latch and that it should've been done prior to there arrival.

I explained that it doesn't take much time since he has only been at my apartment for no more than 5 minutes already. He complained about having other jobs and customers to attend to and doesn't have 10mins…

My GE refrigerator stopped working when we were away and we lost all food in refrigerator and freezer work $500. The repairman came out and replaced the compressor, relay switch which was covered under warranty. We were told that the refrigerator would not be cold for 24 hours.

The refrigerator did get cold and is working fine now, but the it is not making ice. I called GE and they told me that wasn't covered under warranty and I would have to pay for that service. I am trying to contact GE consumer relations and have been on hold for over 2 hours.

One of GE's vans tailgated and then rudely passed my car while accelerating to at least 55 MPH in a 40 MPH zone. I called your number for "How am I Driving" (888-326-4199) but could not get through to an agent.

It's been about 6 weeks now and my refrigerator that the freezer and ice making was working now the whole refrigerator is not working. I called the repair company that has been out 2 times and has got it fix yet had order 5 parts they say they have 1 of the 5 parts in and no date for the rest to arrive.

So I call GE back told them the problem and they transferred my call to another number to get the parts expedited but I was on the phone for over an hour and they never answer I was working to couldn't stay on phone any longer. So I called Home Depot where I bought it and talked to a manager said he would check on it and call me back and I have not heard from him yet and this was on Thursday 8-5-21.

So tell me what good is a warranty if you can not get a replacement when the refrigerator…

received a GE dishwasher on July 10. purchased from Home Depot invoice # (H1092-271084). The unit has missing BOM part. can not be installed. because I am doing kitchen remodeling the dishwasher can not be installed before the floor finishing.

My dryer died within 8 months. The service from GE was terrible. I was told by Costco (where I bought it) that someone from GE would call me in 2 days. After 2 days I called GE and they told me they didn't have a service person in the area and they were looking for someone.

I called again and found my service appointment was 3+ weeks out. I asked for a sooner appointment and they said they'd have to cancel the first appointment, I'd lose my place in line and may have to wait longer.

Why couldn't they just tell me if there was another company that could do it sooner? So I said yes and GE said they'd call me within 48 hours. After two days I called them again and they said they had no record of me calling earlier asking for a sooner service appointment.

Made an appointment for service (064299554) for Wednesday July 24th from 1pm-5pm, close to 5 pm I checked the status a new time window showed 4:30pm-6:30pm. No one ever showed up, called GE and was told they did not know what happened and if I would like to schedule another appointment, I declined until I could find out what happened to the technician and why we were NOT notified they would not be out.

Called 5 hours later since we had not heard from someone and was told since I declined to reschedule no one was going to contact us. How do you expect a consumer to schedule another appointment if the first one was missed with no communication.

New dryer del 5/27 called to schedule service on mon 7/12 no show no call. called agin o 7/13 set for another service company will call in 24 hrs no call I called service company will be here 7/28 I hope.

New appliance will be without over 2 weeks. Nothing like good old American service. Why buy GE.

I am normally very patient; however this has reached a point where I need a supervisor to please step in ASAP to resolve this situation. Issues:I have had seven (7) appointments with GE service center for a broken freezer, under warranty, I have taken seven (7) days off work to be present for these service appointments.

Some of you Technicians were EXTREMELY unprofessional, cancelled appointments and were very rude in the process. I have had garbage bags worth of food I had to throw out because your techs repeatedly cancelled on me. I have requested Home Depot liaison with GE service center to help resolve this issue at a corporate level.

GE's "customer service" system is obstructionist and designed to give the customer the run-around and place such an extreme burden on the customer:1.…

I have dryer that's been out for 2 months now and your 1st tech came out the service the dryer and he ordered a board for a washer and it was never the washer then the 2nd tech came out and said t's the wrong board the ordered again the correct board and said it would be here est 6 weeks and i then decided to go on and

pay for a new dryer in 6-23 but now as I call back daily and stay on hold for 2-3 hours no one seem to know where the dryer is and when delivery. Case # 06068000 , this has gone own too long and NOT RESOLVED , very displeased with this entire process with still NO solving this matter soon.

I Paid for this new dryer in hopes no have to still wait weeks. This is very POOR customer service and COVID has nothing to do with having such service trying to resolve this issue.

My service appointment to repair my GE smart air conditioner unit has been scheduled & rescheduled dozens of times since June 2020. I have been informed multiple different reasons as to why my repair has yet to take place a year later.

I spent extra money to have an air conditioning unit that was able to connect to the internet with a name brand I thought I could trust, which I have yet to be able to use. I have received the most terrible customer service I have ever received.

I will be contacting the BBB regarding my past and reoccurring issues and unresolved repairs.

I bought a Profile GE refrigerator on 11/9/2020 delivered on 11/24/2020, 3mon5gs later the door stop closing they send a technician to repair, 3 weeks ago the freezer stop working they send a technician and is 19 pieces according to the invoice that need to be change, this unit don't have 6 months I request a exchange and they denied, Is been 3 weeks without freezer I only want to exchange how come 5 months 19 pieces to change, on the long run this frigerator going to be with issues
