We bought appliances from you, and they were delivered on November 13th. We bough a Washer and Dryer. When delivered, they came scratched and dented. We filed a claim and customer service offered to send us two $100 checks in the mail, one for each appliance. We received the first check no problem, but have not received the second check. we have called over 12 times, every 2 weeks since then, to ask for the check,. It has been reissued and sent multiple times, yet never arrives, The latest reason they gave us is that they sent it to the wrong address, and that they didn't have our home address on file. This is not true, since the first check was successfully delivered to our home address.
