Gieco and their claims adjustors, along with the paint and body shop , and a illicit tow company , stole and sold my car.
I got insurance with Geico last month and paid 6months up front. On Aug 17th I received a letter stating I needed to send in paperwork by Aug 16th. I call and get reassured by two agents I can send in the paperwork before the end of the month and it will be taken care of. No Problem.
Fast forward to Aug 28th I call in since my tracking number says the papers are delivered. I call to ensure everything is taken care of, no the issues actually occur. I have since spoken with 5 agents and 2 supervisors who repeatedly promised different outcomes and callbacks.
It is now Aug 31st and no one has called us. Though we have continued to call them. We paid 6 months insurance for them to tell us we do not have insurance and their underwriters haven't gotten to the paperwork yet.

On June 8th, 2023 I called Geico to report a hit-and-run that happened in May and took my 2011 Nissan Altima to Toyota Gosh Collision in Hemet, California as they are a partner with Geico insurance.
The Adjuster Ryan at Toyota Gosh dropped the ball on communication and he never called me to talk to me about my car nor did I hear anything back from Geico. On the early morning of 1/1/23 my daughter who was on my policy had her car totaled while it was parked. On the next day I called Geico to take her car off, thinking it removes her also. We have multiple cars and campers insured with Geico for many years and my car was stolen 2 months ago. The customer service representatives that have been handling my claim have been absolutely horrible. No communication at all. It's been 2 months and they have completely left us out of the loop on everything.
Our bill went through the roof and the car that was stolen is still on our policy, it is still unpaid and no one will communicate with me about what needs to be done to resolve the the claim. This is by far the worst thing to happen to me and it's been the worst experience from this insurance company.

Not a policy holder. Received a letter to call them about a car accident in which my parked car was hit by one of their policy holders. The letter only provided a first name and an 800 number. I spent a half hour on the phone trying to get through their idiotic voice prompts, which don't offer an option for getting in touch with someone who only provided a first name.
Terrible interaction, and tells me there's no way I would ever get a policy with Geico. Can't believe how messed up this place is. The very worst there is. I couldn't even find a place on their site to complain, either.

I was involved in MVA with GEICO insured individual who was 100 % at fault. This was last October. I finally got my vehicle fixed in January. I had it done at one of GEICO's preferred body shops. The work was poorly done and I pointed it out and the body shops response was basically "aw well, That they way we do it".

Agent Greg Holestin is highly direspectful to other customer service agents. Being that he represents Geico even when traveling being demeaning and arrogant to staff members of other businesses looks really bad for his particular office in Coliseum Crossing located in Hampton VA.
If one of my team members behaved the way he did, they would be promoted to guest. It is unacceptable to deman individuals purposely because of a feeling. One can only hope that he doesn't treat his customers the way he treats workers of other businesses.

GEICO indicates on their website that they have a "97% customer satisfaction rating" according to some firm back in 2015!! That's 8 years ago!!
I can guarantee that their satisfaction rating is no where near that now (or of course they would have used that information)!

I want to go online and pay my bill each month as I have always done. I do NOT want to have to sign-in with a password. I do NOT want to download an app. I do NOT want to have to pay by telephone. My policy renewal for 27 JAN 2023 increased $500 for 6 months. I dropped comprehensive/collision on one car, dropped one car, one driver, and the quote for that liability only renewal was still $697 for 6 months. I used online chat, their mobile app, and spoke with agents by phone. The website and mobile app are terrible and I went through 2 confused agents until I was finally able to make policy changes.
I found a policy thay was available for $497 for 6 months with better coverage from a more highly rated company that writes the greatest number of auto policies in Texas. My new insurer is Texas Farm Bureau which is a membership organization with dues of $50 per year. I been with Geico for over 15 years and they decided to raise my rate over 50%, monthly payments were $168 for three vehicles and renewal increased to around $280. I complained and they told me the increase was due to area rate increase.
I filed a complaint to BBB. Then a Geico rep contacted me and told me they increased the rate because I make payments too close to cancelation date. BBB erased my complaint. I always paid my bill 5 to 7 days before cancelation for 15 years and never had it canceled.

Called for a simple repair hit a sink hole in Florida. Went to a Toyota dealership. They painted the front bumper. Which was not the major damage. Told me suspension was in great shape. I get the car back it's shakes on the highway plus makes nosie and have grease leaking in fender liner.

I’m incredibly unhappy with the service I’ve been provided through Geico. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years. I’ve never been in an accident, never had a ticket, and I think I’ve only ever been pulled over once in my driving life so far.

Frivolous sold me pilot car insurance for $570 a month required $1500 down and $570 a month . I purchased it on oct 7. Less than 15 days later they sent me a cancelation on nov 22. Stating they do not sell pilot car insurance.
