Geico is a horrible insurance company! I was recently in a car accident that was not my fault and I was provided with extremely poor service. No adjuster was assigned to my claim and no one contacted me to process the claim.
The claim representatives are extremely unprofessional and unknowledgeable of how to answer questions regarding an insurance claim. They sent me to a bad repair collision center which damaged my vehicle and the Geico claims department never took the time to contact me and investigate or inquire about the damages.

They keep charging extra after adding a vehicle and they argument they did not prorate the last added vehicle. They have told me the same two months in a row. They still can’t develop a system that calculates automatically those situations.
They find a lot of excuses but they are not honest, and cannot admit they make mistakes. F……GEICO
Geico is claiming that I have had 7 road side tows but they are wrong we called only 2 times. The rest was part of actual claims. They are very dishonest

I am now scheduled for my Third (3) appointment to replace my windshield with Safelite setup thru GEICO. The first appointment was for 5/12/2022 between 12noon and 5pm. Got an email confirming on the installer’s arrival the day before (5/11).
On the morning of 5/12 (8:50am), installation day, got a call from the installing technician saying “windshield had not arrived“ telling me I need to call Safelite to reschedule a new appointment. My husband had a driver to his left make an improper lane change in front of him where there was no room for a car. While Geico says the lane change was improper, they charged the accident to my husband, stating that he had enough time to avoid the accident.
When my husband told the other driver that he had the accident recorded on dash cam, the other driver didn't even report the accident, no doubt because he knew he was at fault. We (stupidly) did what we thought was the law and reported the accident.
We should have kept quiet, and there would be no "at fault" accident on our policy. Geico has not been asked to pay out a dime, yet we are still going to have our rates go up. This company (at least the people in the claims department) is filled with idiots.
1. 8 days since accident, 2 working days before adjuster contacted me, know another 4 working days with no follow up.

I was hit by a GEICO customer. I was on my way back from delivering a boat, I am a boat hauler. The customer pulled out in front of me and totaled her car. My trailer was damaged almost to total but was able to salvage with a total of $5200 repair which was within her coverage.
2 1/2 months later I can't reach the claims adjuster, who never calls me back, never answers emails. I have been out of work and I can't even get an answer. Just ridiculous behavior for a normal human being.

I am beyond disgusted with Geico. I was hit by a person who has Geico for their auto insurance. I was hit on November 14, 2021 and as of today January 11, 2022 at 4:56 PM I still do not have my car.
I do have a rental, but I have a balance for 7 unapproved days due to lack of communication and follow up with my claim rep Brandon Hoch. This has been a complete disaster. I have done the ground work for not only my Auto collision body shop, Enterprise and Geico to no avail.
I spoke with a claim rep today (Deb) and was told that Brandon has not submitted any messages or correspondence since DECEMBER 20, 2021. Any time I have tried to call or get ahold of Geico the wait time has been more than 1 hour.

We started the insurance policy with GEICO 08/16/2021. Policy# 6076773057. The primary policy holder is my son, Sharas Apichainimitdee who is not listed as a driver. I am writing from the providers office. I contacted Adjuster Kelly Woods at 516-714-7108 regarding a few claims that were denied. She immediately stated "I should have known it was you calling" with an attitude and proceeded to say "Please use the other telephone number or Geico portal for questions as this number should be left open for claimants to call".

Regarding GEICO claim number 0653788950000003, incident date 10/4/2021. My car was hit by another driver on US41, Tampa Florida. I reported the incident the same day to my insurer, GEICO. The driver at fault has Progressive insurance. Very quickly GEICO established that the other driver was at fault. The problems began here.
They advised me to contact Progressive to coordinate the repair of my car. Of course, Progressive did not wish to deal with me. I have asked my adjuster, and the local GEICO for assistance in dealing with getting my car repaired but everyone has declined telling me I must coordinate this with Progressive.

As a policy holder of Geico insurance for my vehicle, I transferred insurance to my new vehicle which changed slightly - This was over a month ago. Now I get an email from them indicating that my next payment (from $170.00) is now $456.73. That's a 62% increase in my bill! Then my monthly payments after that are $380?! I call geico last month to take me off of auto pay before September 6. The lady took me off. I told her I will call back on September 17th to pay for my bill. Well geico went ahead and sent the payment through my account making it overdraft twice.

I am very upset with David Putnam essentially misleading and taking advantage of me as a Geico customer. I was told when making my claim that I would have up to 30 days rental, based on my chosen coverage. The earliest I could get my car fixed was 2 weeks.. which it would then take 3 days to fix (estimate). David only signed off for a few days of rental car, so now I am here over a week later with no drivable car (car goes in on the 13th) and no more time left with a rental. Help.

I had a horrible experience with a customer service representative - his name is Travis. I had a question about my upcoming charge, which seemed incorrect. The First-person on the phone said i added a new car, than that it was because of an accident.
He had to check with the supervisor to be able to respond to my question. After 30 min he said that the charge IS CORRECT. I did ask to explain and received the rudest response ever: All I can say is this is correct.

This is not so much a complaint as I am disappointed in GEICO services. I have been a customer of GEICO for 10+ years and they are canceling my insurance and not because of a negative driving record. My record is clean but because my spouse does not have a license and a vehicle is co-owned, they are requiring that I show proof that he has a license in order to keep my insurance instead of putting him down as a non-driver.
Never mind that I had several of the same vehicles prior to even getting married. GEICO is full of it. Finding me a better insurance company.

Geico is horrible! My daughter was in an accident. She has her own insurance with State Farm. I have insurance on her car through geico. There was no Witnesses that stopped at this accident, so FHP was not able to give anyone a ticket even though the other driver stated she was looking down and wasn't sure if the light was red or green.
(Fyi she ran the red light and hit my daughter) . Well 5 days later Geico called to tell me there was a witness and I would be held at fault for the accident. (My daughters insurance declined geico and said there was no Witnesses and she's not at fault).

Our car 2016 Outback was stolen. Our adjuster Scott Young is not returning calls. Mr. Brandon Young is out indefinitely. 00 of charges put on my wife's card for a rental that was to be paid for through Geico but no one is calling back.
I understand many are not at work or out of work.
I contacted Geico about how my claim was mishandled and I was made to pay the body shop that did the tear down on my VW 2013 Tiguan $541. Geico refused to pay the full bill. Then the deducted my deductible $500 on the pay out for the total loss.
Then stopped paying for the rental car before 30 days. I was told over 3 weeks ago it would be reviewed and they would get back to me in 2-3 days. I have heard nothing at all. This total loss declaration has cost me $2,000 out of my own pocket.
Their insured hit me in a parking lot. Hit my open door and now Geico says I am at fault. I want to say how bad this company is and I hope you folks sue the hell out of them.

When your car is in an accident and you have full coverage, you should not be left without a rental while a third party investigation is being conducted. Does the third party investigation mean Geico is not going to fix the car also? Would like corporate office to call me @757-544-0095 to explain this to me.
