I was eating a bowl of Mini Trix Cereal from a box that I had just open tonight before going to bed. After a few bites I had taken one & felt something hard in my mouth. I went to spit out the cereal onto a piece of paper towel & on it was a piece of a hard glue like substance.

It had obviously been in the box for awhile as it has the Trix colours in/on it. I didn’t have any glue bottles etc anywhere around my kitchen counter where I keep the cereal, poured the bowl of cereal then added milk.

There was nothing anywhere around it that would have caused it to end up in the box of cereal from my house. It was not pleasant to bite into it to feel this & tasted gross actually. I definitely did not expect to find this in my cereal & am glad I found it instead of my young kids. Very disappointed…

I bought a bag of Lucky charms from Food Lion, grocery store. I came home with my Lucky charms bag of cereal. The next day I went to open my bag of lucky charms to have some cereal following the directions on the bag I proceeded to rip the bag, completely open and spilled it all over the floor.

I don’t know who makes your bags who designed your stuff but they should be fired. If you need somebody to make your bags quality that people can use, give me a call. I’ll be happy to come to work.

I bought the family size Turtle Chex Mix at Walmart. Your machines must of not been loaded, or broke because it had no peanuts and no little chocolate candies. Needless to say, my grandchildren let me know about it. Maybe quality control needs to be a little tighter.

Why did you get rid of the Trix "BALLS" and make this crappy funky smelly shapes that turn your milk "PUKEY" colors that stinks and makes you want to "VOMIT" in your bowl.??????? And my next question why are you out sourcing all your calls to different countries that does not speak "ENGLISH" which is my "LANGUAGE"?

This isn't fair to the "USA" you are insulting our "INTELLIGENCE" by routing us to "So call people who say the speak English" and they don't, and they talk over what we try to say and won't let us talk. Direct us to the "USA" people who we can talk to.

We bought a big box of the Nature Valley Crunchy granola bars at Sam's Club in West Jordan, Utah. Opening the box, we noticed that about half of the packages appeared to be damaged. These packages had little holes in them and appeared smashed.

When we opened up the packages, the granola bars were not smashed but were no longer crunchy and were bent. We've thrown away several packages away since no one will eat them. We would like some kind of reimbursement for them if possible.

Four cheese hamburger helper is tasteless.

Hi it's not a complaint that I don't like them ,I really like them alot and last year I had no problem getting them in the winter time .But sence then I can't fined them anywhere I got diabetes and high cholesterol and this cerial was good for those.I know there is other brands out there but I got addicted if you can shed light on were I can get them I live in the owen sound ont area

My complaint is with Blue Buffalo. A few years back, I bought Blue Buffalo dog treats from Walmart. Upon opening them, I found them to be broken up. I didn't realize at the time they were owned by Tyson Foods.

When I called there customer service, their rep almost accused me of destroying the product. I vowed I would never buy dog treats from them again. When I saw the company was sold to General Mills, I decided to buy Blue Buffalo.

A week ago or so, I had the same experience with crumbled up dog treats. I reached out to the company, and which basically said, take them back to Walmart, sorry about that" and hung up. Not a good customer experience though it still tells me that the original Blue Buffalo culture still is intact.

I have purchased 4 different bags of Nacho Cheese Bugles and each one did not contain hardly any nacho seasoning. They were flavored as if they were just the original flavor. This is so upsetting considering this chip is the only one I can tolerate after my surgery.

I hope I can receive a few coupons to re-purchase your product. I just don’t want to waste any more money on the hopes the next bag will be different. com

I ate a bowl of Berry Berry kiks, l a tiny little sliver of glass was in the cereal , and got stuck in my gums.

I bought a Family Size box of General Mills Cheerios. When pouring a bowl, a large black object was in the cereal. I have been attempting to contact General Mills. Phone number won't take my call. How do I get this object tested to see what it is and how do you check to make sure all Cheerios is not contaminated with something?

I bought the Savory Chex Mix Bold Party Blend. When i opened it. they where all broken and squished! I still ate it, but this has happened 4 times already. Look i love General Mills and buy a lot of your products. Its just i'm tired of getting broken chex mix.

Never received my snack bowl. About a year ago I bought three giant boxes of cheerios. I sent in the correct things including the Kroger receipt. Saw the bowls were on back order. When Sept went by I asked where’s my bowl.

I love Honey Nut Cheerios, but the latest box - 15-ounce large size dated 20APR2023 - was stale when I opened it. What a disappointment at breakfast time! I spread out the entire box on a cooky sheet and put it in the oven for 7 minutes at 300 degrees.

They're back to the crunchiness that they should be and ready to eat now.

I bought a family zise box of Cookie Crisp cereal for my 3yr. As he was eating he found a hard dark object In it. Very unreaponsible of your company. My son could of chocked and die with this object.

Poor quality of Fluffy White icing. I bought 5 tubs of icing for holiday baking and the icing is certainly not fluffy, it was very runny. I have used this product for years with no issues, but for some reason this icing is very poor quality.

It was actually running out of my decorator even when I was not pressing for the icing to be dispensed.

I believe the quality control department does not know the meaning of FLUFFY!

Bought a new bag of BUGLES snack and opened it on New Years Eve. As I was pouring them out, there was this black cardboard like thing that had also been through the fryer. All the guests were grossed out.

I still tried a Bugle, but either the foreign object being there or the taste actually being bad, I couldn't eat any more. Not looking for anything, not even replacing the bag. Just want you to watch your quality control.

Bugles are one of my favorite snacks and it took a real hit in front of a lot of people.

Purchased 8.75OZ Bold flavor Chex Mix and it had no flavor. Tasted like the plain type.

I just opened my 3rd bag of chex Mix family size with the Date code 08jun 2023 MG 0756 35 there are no Pretzels of any kind in these bags. I could overlook 1 bag but this is crazy. Unhappy camper!!!!!

I tried the new Bugles the Hidden Valley Ranch, they was delicious but it wasn't enough chips in the bag. I didnt have enough to even enjoy them. Please note to fill the bag a little more, cause it was more air than chips!

Not so much as a compliant, I love the Rye chips in your Original Gardetto's.. Nice flavor, then you have the Special Request Garlic Rye Chips.. They don't have the same amount of seasoning in them.. Just something to think about..

I purchased four boxes of Apple toaster strudels. Out of the four boxes three had no filling in them. I called on Friday and I was kept on hold three different times for over 25 minutes and the person that had me on hold kept coming back saying just a minute just a minute.

I called back this morning Tuesday August 23rd and I'm told that unless I have the proof of purchase there can be no reimbursement for the product. I've used this product many many times at church functions and other gatherings and had no problems.

But from now on I will no longer buy or purchase toaster strudels ever again and I will take my complaint out to Facebook to Twitter and to Instagram to let them know what poor customer service you have and how you do not back up the product that you sell. Shame on you.

The chex mix has zero flavor. This is my second attempt to reach out to you. Even the bold mix tastes like plain chex cereal. I'm better off making my own at this point, at least there will be some flavor.

We understand General Mills is the owner of Top Chews Chicken & Apple Recipe 100% Natural Dog Treats. As of 2022, this treat, often found at CostCo wholesaler, has more than doubled in price. We understand they also sell True Chews, and this brand in related products, smaller packages, but also very costly.

In my neighborhood, no one will continue to buy this product because of price. No one has been able to get a response from General Mills on why they have doubled this price. We understand everything has gone up, but not 100%.

We firmly believe in a free enterprise system, but not in gouging.

I am eating Luck Charms with my child that I baby sat when just after my stomach cramped up tremendously and I go nauseous and started to feel diarrhea run down my legs . I experienced headaches and stomach cramps for most of 4 days.

The child got sick and couldn’t keep water down after throwing up the food he never showed signed of diarrhea but he certainly went to the restroom more often to make a bowel movement. This has really put me in a terrible situation.

Please watch the cerise and people who works for the company closer. My I would post a picture of the cereal box but I store my cereal in containers with the original plastic and dispose of the cardboard box that it’s packaged in, therefore I cannot provide any further information as far as special coding.

At a large bowl of Lucky Charms last weekend (4/16) and a few hours later was violently ill. Felt like vomitting, had horrible stomach pains, nasty diarrhea that was bright green. Could not attend event with wife as I couldn't leave the house due to frequent trips to the bathroom for 12+ hours.

Threw out the box not wanting my kids to each it. Then saw others complaining of the same thing and wanted to report the issue I had.

I've recently had severe abdominal pain nausea and vomiting for 1 1/2 wks. Had no clue why but I was eating lucky charms for breakfast and sometimes for lunch for 2weeks. I went to a walkin clinic on 4/16/22 I'm waiting on my urine culture to come back at this time.

I was on my way to the ER today and saw I had the same symptoms minus the diarrhea as thousands of others who was eating Lucky Charms.

About three weeks ago my 2 year old and myself bought lucky charms cereal from the grocery store and that afternoon we ate some about 4am in the morning my 2 year old woke up burning up puking and that morning I was the same way. We could not stop puking and horrible diarrhea...

I had to call my son's doctor which informed me or might be something we ate which lead to the thing we both ate ... your cereal .... it made us very sick and it was awful .... please check your cereal !!!!!!
