We bought 2 boxes of cereal (Cookie Crisp) and they were very hard and the grandkids were unable To chew them - had to go buy 2 more boxes of other cereal so they could eat while we were camping Very disappointed as we buy these all the time

I bought a bag of your Cinnamon Toast Crunch on April 3rd, 2022 and when I arrived home I made my kid a bowl of cereal and they both said it was nasty that it didn't crunch. So I tasted it for myself to see what they were talking about and realized that the cereal was stale.

We bought the variety pack of gushers, roll ups and fruit by the foot. All of the packets of these items we have eaten so far have been hard as a rock. I had to throw the box away.

I purchased Honey Nut Cheerios a few months back and my son poured a bowl for breakfast on Sunday. 2/27. He said it smelled off but tried a bite. He immediately spit it out and threw it away along with the rest of the box.

He said it tasted a little like detergent. Since then for the last five days all he has tasted or smelled was these bad Cheerios. He doesn't really want to eat because he doesn't want the taste in his mouth.

What happened to Hamburger Helper, I'd rather eat dog food than the crap they sold me. The whole package was smaller and I don't mean the box size, the portion size has shrunk. That doesn't matter a lot since it wasn't worth eating.

I absolutely love chexmix and eat it all the time. It’s definitely my favorite snack. I got a bag of white cheddar from wawa for lunch and opened the bag not looking inside. After one time of putting my hand in the bag, I felt something weird.

I pulled out a 2 inch long hard piece. I don’t know if it’s ceramic or rock but it’s white and has some kind of dirt or something black on it. I wanted to reach other and let it be aware in case other people have other pieces of this because it’s broken off of something.

I am very upset about this.

i had just opened my box of Trix cereal and started to pour it into my bowl when to my surprise a formed brick of powdery batter came out along with the normal cereal. at first glance i thought it was a dog biscuit.

For a long time I regularly purchase about 6 boxes per week of Nature Valley Dark Chocolate Peanut and Almond granola bars. Now for the last few weeks I have experienced bars with 2 or 3 chocolate pieces on about half of the 6 boxes. I realize there is shortages of some product but PLEASE I am a chocolate addict and need my fix of chocolate on the bars. Please let me know if this is an ongoing issue or just my bad luck.

I recently spoke to someone in reference to buying a bag of bugles for my grandson birthday party when I poured them into the chip server there were two in the shape of a vagina I was told that someone would be getting in touch with me on this matter since he didn’t know how to answer why or how could this have happened! I was so upset especially when my grand babies noticed the difference in the bugles I find it very offensive especially in the times we live in & obviously it didn’t matter to anyone I never got a call email from anyone what I got was a 5 dollar coupon to replace the bag what about the kids seeing that disgusting display in bugles !

My grandson loves cinnamon toast crunch..while eating a bowl we found a large clump ( big as a teaspoon cup) of cinnamon and sugar..this would not be good foe an 8yr old. Looking further we found smaller clumps..this is not the norm for your cereal. Should i be looking for a safer cereal.

I buy Chex Mix Snack Mix a lot and have found that there will be either a lot of Rye bread or none at all. More times it's none at all and this is very upsetting as it is one of my favorite parts of this snack.

I purchased a big bag this morning before I went to work and no sign of any Rye bread ever existing in this batch of mix. This is very disappointing because now I have to start buying a bag of Gardetto's Rye bread to add to my mix myself.

Why in the world did you decide to change the Fiber One brownie with the 90 calories? Terrible decision. I have three co-workers who used the 90 calorie bar and even with it being more points on Weight Watchers it was worth it.

There is hardly any taste and the bar is very dry. I would a million times over re-purchase the 90 calorie bar, but the 70 calorie sucks big time. Be wise and change back to the old recipe you were using and you will regain all your Weight Watcher friends, if not, your bad!

I bought 2 boxes of Fiber One supreme Brownie. triple chocolate products one box was fine...I love the product and it's helping me with my dieting needs. I bought 2 of your Chocolate Fudge Filled Pastry Bags 16 oz. I tried to use both of them to ice cupcakes but both were so dried out the frosting wouldn't even squeeze out of the bags. Both have sent in the garbage!

my family have been buying NATURE VALLEY granola bars for as long as i remember and have experienced after opening the package to find the bars stale. Today for the second time this week it happened again date on package feb 2020.

I am a huge consumer of your Fiber One Soft Baked Bars (Cinnamon Coffee Cake and Birthday Cake), yet since your new packaging, every bar is extremely dry! It's like there is no moisture in them anymore. Me and my family could eat these things all day, yet now we are just eating what we have and will not be purchasing for now. I may try once again every so often to see if they get moist again - HOPING!!!

my complaint is the 90 calorie fiber one bars, mainly the cinnamon ones. I here you changed the recipe. bad move! The new ones don't taste very well, too dried out and crumbly. to save 20 calories? bad move, it probably already had 70 calories since it was made smaller, so to save money!

In the long run, you will lose money! you ruined a good thing! They would great before! the price on amazon and ebay has risen. will stick to store bars now, will through the boxes I have else they are no good, you probably have gotten much more complaints. Donna Sloney

Hi I can't stand your Black Rap Cheerios commercial. Most people in a America hate Black Rap. In fact the only time I hear Black Rap is when I'm passing the Ghetto, a great misfortune when I do have to drive anywhere near those areas.

This is a very, very sad morning for me as I am eating my last Fiber One Lemon Bar. Evidently someone at General Mills has decided to discontinue them and I love them in the morning with my coffee. Please bring them back!!! They are delicious!

I love General Mills Cheerios but I need the company to make the peach Cheerios a Permanent brand in Boston MA. If anything make the blueberry flavor a limited edition. My family feel in love with the peach flavored Cheerio the I went on a man hunt looking for them at every store and website.

Nutrena layer, Nutena calf starter had dust by at least 16ounces. Purina stocker grower texured was dried completely out. The only other product was not yours, but the game bird conditioner had it's packets of mineral in jelly form.

I purchase my granddaughter a lunchable from our local Publix store in Seminole, FL. The lunchable was the nacho and cheese with the flavored bottled water. I packed it in her lunch today and when she opened it there was no nacho chips.

I have literally grown up eating General Mills Cereals. I am now 48 years old, and I have a 22 yr. old daughter. During Halloween Time, my mother bought Count Chocula and Frankenberry every since I can remember. and so, of course as my own child grew up I kept the same fun and hilarious fad up in our family.

Muy daughter and her friends since they were in Kindergarten waited in excitement just like a kid does for Santa To come, just as intense as they loved this cereal as much as they did him. Literally! I purchased a couple of family size of Honey Nut Cheerios, Anyway I tried to open this plastic bags and both of them had so much glue on them that when I finally did get them open the whole bag of cereal went all over my kitchen floor. Why do they put so much glue on the bags and boxes. I'm an older women and love these cereals.
