You pay the usps to deliver your sales flyers each week. We look forward to using your wonderful sales and base our store list on this flyer. We have to call our post office to receive this flyer every week and do not receive it till it is expired or not at all.

You are wasting your money and we are disappointed every week.

Dear Giant

I experienced an unfortunate altercation on 8/22/22 with a Giant checkout cashier servicing aisle 14 at the Giant Store on 18104 Village Center Olney Maryland, 20832, store number 2317.

I have shopped at Giant over 50 years or so at different city locations. I found Giant services in all areas generally exceptional over these years. However, I experienced a recent altercation with a Giant checkout employee regarding contributing 5 dollars to a charitable cause.

Although the cause appeared worthy, I mentioned to him that I have given to other charitable causes throughout the year. I said that I would pass on his request to contribution 5 dollars to this worthy cause.

However, he insisted that I give $5 for this csuse and attempted in my opinion to embarrass me in not doing so…

I had an issue with our bonus card. We routinely used our points at the end of each month for 25 gallons of close to free gas. About 4 months ago the Giant system hooked our points to one of our son's card and he was using those points.

This created a significant loss for us and I was very unhappy that Giant just automatically connected the two cards. I went to the local store and they advised that I needed to contact the number on my card to discuss the matter.

, a very pleasant lady who spent over an hour patiently on the phone with me to get this resolved. I wanted to get that information to someone that can tell her she is very good at what she does.

She saved you a customer that routinely spends well on $1,200 a month in your store. Now my complaint, your web site is too complex…

The Dover Pa Giant is poorly stocked, has dirty floors n food cases and is a local topic of conversation. We wonder why ALL other Giants are well stocked and organized and ours is horrid. Employees that have been there over 10 years are overlooked and very underpaid in comparison to the worthless kids you're hiring.

Most of us have since started to shop at Weis. Service, cleanliness. Awesome meat and lots of choices. So anyhow, what's up with the Dover Pa a Giant? Laughing stock of the area. Shame on you. Been like this for a year now!! Thanks

GIANT NEWTOWN SQUARE Ordered 1lb Borshead corned beef. Opened to serve for dinner was TOTAL FAT IN SLABS. 00 and how could a normal person 'slice' 90%fat, Wrap it and serve to a customer. Found out from deli person who sliced beautiful replacement it was Dexter.

If Dexter hates his job so much, go to McDonalds they will hire the likes of him. MANAGER MUST BE AFRAID OF FIRING THIS BUM. I GUARANTEE HE WILL BE BACK TOMORROW TO SCREW OVER NEIGHBORHOOD FOLKS. LAZY ASS. BTW customer service was very nice gave refund and free replacement.

I really like your store on 5th Street highway in muhlenberg Pennsylvania. The people are friendly and say hello all the time. I get quality products at a very good price. The bathrooms however are like a pigsty. The toilet seats are badly damaged.

The bathroom is not clean for days at a time. I was there every day Friday Saturday Sunday and when I got there on Monday the bathroom had still not been cleaned for 4 days. I would think this well lit store that has wide aisles could do a better job when it came to cleanliness.

I hope this reaches the right person because I'm there early in the morning and I'm a senior and I'd appreciate the fact that you would clean the bathrooms and that might get the flies out of there too.

On Friday 6/10 my husband and I spent at least one hour or more to grocery shopping at the Dickson City PA. store. When we got to the checkout line and waited our turn, we placed our groceries on the counter while the person in front checked out, the cashier then scanned my Giant card and then proceeded to tell us she can't accept Debit or Credit. No reason given.

I asked why she didn't tell us this as we were placing our groceries on the counter. Asked for manager, who promptly arrived and looked puzzled. Our order was approx. $140 or more and the manager explained that all systems were down.

I asked why he did not notify the customers of this either by announcements or visible signs and he had no answer. We had no choice but to walk out and leave our food. He said we needed cash or a…

This incident happened at GIANT store #329 at 9719 Traville Gateway Drive, Rockville MD 20850I.

I was checking out at counter #7 when the girl working the checkout waved me off, indicating she had closed.

I moved to another checkout point only to observe the same female attending to an Asian family. So, I approached her and said to her, "You told me that you were closed" to which she ignored me and went ahead to attend to yet another person.

So, I went to customer service station to lodge a complaint. At first the store manager tried to rationalize the episode by telling me they're short staffed and the girl was about to go for her break. As I was about to say that doesn't even make sense in relation to her poor manners, an eyewitness approached and corroborated what I'd said and went…

About 3 weeks ago, I reported to the customer service dept that Nature's Promise garbanzo beans 15.5 oz can was ringing up for $1.29 when the shelf price is .99. I was told that the error would be corrected. As of yesterday April 10th nothing has changed. For at least 3 weeks customers throughout the Giant Food chain have been charged 30% above the listed price for this item. And this is not an isolated case, as this has happened a number of times with different products. How will you identify and compensate all of the customers who have been harmed?
