Edit Ordered from Gillette Baldly. Item ships from Andover, MA and I am in Boston, MA. Should be a quick delivery. But a week after ordering, I get a notice from USPS that the address the item is being shipped to does not exist and the package is being returned to sender. They had addressed the package to Bronx, NY rather than Boston. I request a refund.

They tell me that their policy is to only issue refunds once the item is returned. That would make sense if I chose to return it. But it is being returned due to their error. What if the package is then lost by USPS? I would then be left without a refund.

Package was returned today, but I was told that I must still wait 5 business days to get refund. Such a stupid way to generate bad will and lose a customer for life.

I have used this product for several years. Was very satisfied until,this last order I purchased gillette pro glide 5 pack in November 2023. I really like this brand until this last purchase. I can only use the blade one time, I use to be able to get 2-3 shavings from one blade.

I feel the quality is not what it should be. With the cost of this product, I expect better quality.

I have used Gilette Foamy for 20 years. Last can purchased at CVS , code date, 23048323X1, has caused a burning/ tearing sensation in my eyes when I lather up as usual. Have you recently changed your formulation of the product?

I have been using Gillette shaving products exclusively for 50+ years. Because of convenience, I have been using most recently, the disposable Sensor 3.

However, my most recent packs seem to lack the quality I have become accustomed to. a new razor out of the pack feels like one that is already been used and is ready for the trash can.. When I experienced that impression from the first one, I felt it was a random problem. But, it was not.

There is no lot number for reference and I am disappointed and reluctant to buy more. Has there been an issue?

Having shaved for well over 40 yrs now , always used mach 3 blades . I used to get 4 shaves from 1 blade but as lately I can only get 1 shave , at the price of them this is a bit of a rip off .

Must b using crap material for blades now . Will have to look at other company's for better razers , won't b buying any more Gillette products.

You have PRICED me out of buying your blades! I have been a life-long customer but the price of your blades has continued to rise until I'm paying $20 for a four pack. I have changed to Schick and pay $6 dollars less for a good shave and the same number of shaves.

I have purchased the Gillette Custom Plus 3 at Costco 3 or 4 times over the past two years. Initially the razors would last at least a week before starting to get dull. With my last purchase in the fall of 2022 the the razors are great the first time, not bad the second but by the time I use the razor for a 3rd time the blades are getting dull and

I have to work hard to cut a shave and it is not a very good one at that. This decline of quality is very disturbing and a change has to be in my future when this package is finished.

Back in November I purchase two ten packs os sensor blades for my shaver. They were taken out of the display packaging and packed for my five month stay in Mexico. This was more than a $60 purchase. I have the receipt at home in Maine, I do not have it with me so I cannot copy and send to you.

I will gladly do that once back in the states in April. I have no idea what the job lot on these purchases are, I just picked up what I usually buy when restocking my supply. The frigging blades work for a while and then pop out of the damn shaver.

¡ I have put up with this all winter long and is leaving me feeling quite bitter with you, Gillette. I expect to have your company resolve this, whatever it takes so that I am satisfied and will be able to have decent shaves once home in April.

The labs I've tried are horrible they don't remove the hair on my face it takes approximately 25 to 30 mins to clean most of the hair ... had to shave my face 4 times to shave most my face area... I won't by any gillette razors again the lab is worst

I have a Gillette Labs razor that stopped working. I called Gillette and spoke with them and they indeed said it was broken. They asked for my email address so they could correspond and I could send a picture so they could determine next steps. No email from them.

When you call, you get the scripted message "we are experiencing high call volume" !! Seriously---who calls Gillette. At any rate, they do not stand by their products.

Last month I purchases a packet of Pro Glide blades in the Walmart store in St, Croix Falls, Wisconsin. I am 82 years old and have used Gillette razors and blades since I was a teenager. Within the last few weeks, I have had to change blades about every 3 day whereas I could have 5 to 7 shaves before a blade change was need.

I am greatly disappointed in the product, and at this point question the quality control being used by Gillett. Please don't blame it on Covid 19.

I purchased the Gillette ProGlide Shield Power Men's Razor Handle,... the unit with the "Battery System". The on off piece keeps popping off. I had this razor for nearly a year and while I really like it, the piece should nit be coming off. Sometimes it stays for days but eventually keeps coming off. Is this a defect that others are reporting or just mine ? For what I invest in the blades this should not happen.

What did they do to my Gillette Foamy??!! The new aroma formula is horrible - persistent and nauseating! Used it twice and it has taken over our house. My wife worked for Gillette and P&G for many years, and till now we have been lifetime Gillette products users.

Now I have to either try and dispose of the rest of this stuff legally without creating an environmental hazard, give up shaving, or switch to a new company. is anyone listening that can please fix this?

Purchased a 8pak Gilette Proglide Power blades a few months ago. I always shave in the shower and so left my blades on the shower caddy. I soon noticed that there were rust spots on 2 of the blades that had not yet been used.

I always thought they were stainless and should not rust. I just purchased an 8 pack for $48, hope the same does not happen to them. For your info and consideration.

I bought some of the twin plus fixed razor blades made by Gillette and they are completely useless, I used to buy the good news razor blades but can't find them anymore. They were a pretty good razor, I guess I'll have to find a different brand because unless I can't get the good news or something like them i'm done. Thank you

New fragrance in Foamy shave cream smells rancid. I have a very sensitive nose and it was the only cream I could tolerate. I’ve been using your product for at least 55 years and used to joke about not knowing what I would do if I could no longer get it.

Now you have changed the formula to something I find awful and will no longer purchase it. Can’t understand why you had to ruin a good thing. Will have to find something else now.

I've been using your sensor razor blades for over twenty years. I was able to shave using the same blade for 2-3 weeks. NOW, I'm lucky to get days before it STARTS pulling. Are you using a different metal? What happened?

I have been a user of Gillette Foamy Regular for decades. Recently a fragrance has been added that persists regardless of how much I rinse after shaving. I tried Gillette Foamy Sensitive in hopes that it wouldn't have any fragrance. Sensitive has the same issue. Is there a way to return Foamy to its original formula. Perhaps you could offer Foamy "Classic" as a choice. I am unlikely to finish the contents of either the Regular or Sensitive due to the fragrance and will be searching for other options. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Several weeks ago I purchased an eight pack of Gillette Mach 3. i have used these blades for a long time and have always been pleased. The pack included 2 packs of 4 blades. The first pack was fine, looked normal and worked great.

The second pack was awful and scraped my skin. They also looked different. Instead of a thin blue line over white, there was a thick light blue line not over white. The bottom was a thick black line instead of a grey line.

The part where you put the razor handle was light grey instead of black. I have used Gillette for years. I would like to have a replacement for the 4 pack that I couldn't use. I will mail the pack I can't use to you, if necessary.

What did you do to the Gillette sensitive skin shaving cream? I recently purchased a replacement can of this product and to my surprise (No notifications on the label) it has a new odor/smell to it. I don't find it appealing and am wondering why?

If I had my receipt I would return it and try something else but I don't. Why? Why? Why?

Just bought a new Gillette Foamy shave cream and find it doesn't have the same great aroma it had ever since I first used it as I shaved with cold water in a steel helmet in Korea in the 1950s. I note the ingredient listing still shows a "fragrance" had been added so I wonder if the formula has been changed

Re Gillette Foamy shaving creme.. Where was it manufactured ? China ? While list of ingredients has not changed the new version smells like a chemical brew as opposed to one with the promised " fragrance added" of old. Not pleasant !

I've been using Foamy since I shaved in the early '50 s with cold water in a steel helmet in Korea but not sure I'll continue if the fragrance of old doesn't return.

Your Venus razor depicting a young woman shaving her pubic hair is in very poor taste. While the purpose of advertising is to get your product known, in this case, your reputation has been negatively impacted. Modesty is a idea lost in today's young female and commercials like this reinforce the acceptance of loose uninhibited behavior.

So when you catch your 16 year old texting pictures of her pubic area what can you say?

I have several containers of your Gillette Series Shave Gel. The Bar Code on the 7 OZ container is 0 47400 13070. I MOST probably purchased the Gillette product from the Base Exchange at Los Angeles AFB, CA - I shop there frequently since my assignment out here in So CA.

I retired from the USAF some time ago after over 21 Years of Active Duty 'Service'.. The other containers of Gillette products seem to work just fine; with the possible exception of one Gillette Right Guard Spray which produces LITTLE spray deoderant

Two weeks ago I purchased a 10 Pack of Gillette Razors ( 8 Months shaving ) So far I have used three razor heads, The blades only give me three to four shaves and then the blades start to pull, and leave stubble, I will be lucky if I get 8 weeks , This is totally unacceptable I am 81 years old and have used Gillette blades all my shaving life, On a pension I cant afford to waste my pension on products that don't deliver, Its the first time I have brought a 10 pack package and

I am 81 years old and have used Gillette razor blades for most of my shaving life, Last week I purchased a ( Advertised ) 8 months of shaving satisfaction , A ten razor pack so far I have used two shaving heads as the blades give me at the most 5 shaves then the razor starts to pull and wont shave me clean, ( Leaves stubble ) Question as I said above I have never had problems before with Gillette razors can this have been a faulty pack.?

Hi my name is Mark I placed An order for 8 razor cartridges on august 14th got email order confirmed processed with my billing address shipping address and total then on august 15 th I got an email from Gillette saying order cancelled why cuz the money was takin from my credit card. So I called Gillette they said I checked out as guest so probably got caught up in some kinda fraud protection said probably would have not been cancelled if I'd checked out by creating an account.

I really needed my 8 pack shipped asap So here's my beef why would you offer check out as guest and my funds were available then cancel order that doesn't even make since anyway Gods a forgiving God but maybe the only option their should be is to check out by creating an account instead of as guest also. I have been using Gillette razors and shave cream for more than 50 years. I prefer Gillette foamy shave cream over your competitors because it doesn't have a strong floral scent. My recent purchases of Foamy, however, have a different smell than the "traditional" product.

These cans of Foamy had lot numbers 21678323X1 and 21578323X1. The scent from these two cans is overpowering and is difficult to wash off of my face and out of my nose. Please tell me that this was a manufacturing error and not the new standard Foamy.
