I think was man in charge seemed like, but from the time set foot in the door 25minutes early I felt not welcome told me person out lunch until 1pm,felt wasn't ok to wait their so I killed time came back. Good evening sir We buy a new swaraj tractor with good years tyers (13.6.28)on 2021 march for my own agriculture purpose and we spend 8 lakhs. Still now running 1600 hours . But our tractor tyers are not good. I took my 2004 Honda in your shop that has 143,000. I asked for an oil change and new air filter because the dash lights were on. I was given a call that my car was not given oil change.

That they tested the car but there would be no charge? That they refused to do work on my car. I said ok. When I drove from Good Year to go home it was running so rough that I was concerned I would not get home with out breaking down.

I was able to get the car home. I called Good Year and told them that my car ran ok until they worked on the car. Bob told me that the mechanic that worked on my car took out one spark plug.

-In November 2021, I had the Goodyear facility in Fredericksburg, VA change the rear differential fluid in my 2016 RAM as a preventative measure -at 80,000 miles. 31,000 miles later, my rear diff is making grinding metal-on-metal noises. Turns out the service center used the wrong gear oil (this has been verified by the service manager) and now the rear diff needs to be replaced.

My truck has been sitting idle for a month now as I wait for a response from the claims department. No one can give me any answers, and all I want this fixed and back on the road. This was 100% Goodyear's fault and although I understand mistakes happen, the time it is taking to resolve is totally unacceptable.

I have had to borrow a vehicle just to get to work each day. Anything that can be done to expedite this…

I took my 2010 Dodge Charger in for and oil change and tire rotation to Pearl City Goodyear on Kamahemahe Highway. I made an appointment for 2pm. Arrived about 1:50. It took 2 and half hours to service my car.

I pay and get and start it up. Every light is on on the dash. Car want go into reverse. I question them. I was told tech notice low fuel and manager stated she so the lights on. I said, why didn't you say something to me. No answer.

Car was in limp mod. No way i could have driven it to the show and why would If it was like that be getting an oil change. If you assist, it would be greatly appreciated.

Bought Goodyear tires from Sam's club. We got a sidewall cut about 4 months later and they prorated and charged me. I was fine with that then 6 months later a nail was in same tire. A repair shop plugged the tire.

Rotation time at Sam's club said they would not rotate the tires and voided our warranty on all the tires unless i again replaced that 6 month old tire. I used Goodyear tires on my motorhome and cars for years I will replace these tires in a few months with a different brand.

I will not buy from Sam's or Goodyear ever again.

I am very discouraged that I have not heard anything from Good Year about my tire warranty. The place I bought my tires has been closed for over a two weeks now. 00 for another tire. it couldn't be fixed.

I have the tire in my trunk to prove that and what was taken out of the tire. I have had these tires maybe two years. I emailed good Year to see how I could get my refund for that tire and I have heard nothing.

Why would I have tire warranty coverage and I can't get it covered. I have had 3 flats in one month and two of the tires I could get fixed. 00 to replace. I have always used Good Year tires but this is putting a damper on the way I see things.

please honor the warranty that I paid for. Thank you!

I have a 2021 Ram 1500 Bighorn 4 WD. Vehicle is 23 months old with less than 14,000 miles. Had to use temp spare for less than 4 miles. On way home from dropping off flat to be repaired the spare went flat.Its destroyed. NEVER WENT OVER 40 MPH!!. Come on man that's not right... FCA told me to contact the manufacturer. A new spare for a $50,000 truck is in order. Tire was changed by AAA and properly inflated.

Help Me, dealer wants $250 for a new one.

On Thursday November 12-2022, I went to Goodyear Auto Service Centers 1346. 1587 Route 38. Mount Holly NJ. 08060. I had an Appointment to fix a leaking tire that I purchased at the same location. I parked and when I went in one of the mechanics told me rudely to move my car.

So I tried to explain him why I parked there and he just treated me like an idiot. So we had an interchange of words and at the end he and the manager refused to have any business with me, left the room and never came back.

Now I would like to request my money back, I want them to take their tire and I also don’t want any business with them. I thank u for your time and I expect your answer soon please. In the mean time I will proceed to complaint to the BBB and other organization like Consumer Affairs of Burlington…

I had my Jeep in for an oil change and someone took extra care to park it in a parking spot that cannot be pulled into or out of directly -in a blind spot -behind a pole. My $40 oil change ended up costing me $1800 in damages.

We asked who parked it there and the reply was-they don’t know but they’d talk to management. I’ve contacted corporate twice and was told the local shop would be contacting me. We’ll they haven’t and I tried posting a review on the website-no luck there either I guess they figure if they ignore me I’ll go away.

Other people need to be made aware so their car doesn’t get parked there and whoever parked it there should be held accountable I tried to post the picture but it’s to big -if there’s another way of posting it let me know

I apparently ran over a road hazzard that demolished my tire. I called from the road with the exact tire size and was given a quote which was very reasonable. With spare on I drove to the Goodyear store on Missouri Street in West Memphis Arkansas which is where I live.

I walked in and said "I just called about a tire" and Duane immediately said, "Yes, that was me 235 60R 18". I left my car. 5 hrs I was ready to pay and the amount I owed was much higher than I anticipated.

I questioned the install labor charge thinking that was the issue. Duane said "I could not use that tire I quoted. It was not the right size". I definitely told him the correct size. The original quote was tire price was $151 and "out the door price was "$235" range.

I was up charged on 9/3/2022, Sean Berry told me they were out of 8 ply Duratrac tires and only had 10 Ply ( no such thing as 8ply of Duratrac)!!!! After I got home and researched; price should had been $1194.00 Labor Day weekend was free install.

Firstly, I am a 15 year loyal customer Yesterday, I purchased a 12 v battery for my Prius. I was given an estimate of $199.00. I was charged $338.97 befor tax. DIE HARD GOLD make When I asked why, the customer service person said they"re hard to get. When I asked why I wasn't called to confirm the price before proceeding same person didn't answer. He then said, "Look, I didn't charge you installation." I had to pick-up my granddaughter so I left.

There is nothing about this purchase which is acceptable. It is price gouging. It is age discrimination against a 76yr old disabled veteran. I am appalled at what occurred.

I dropped off my vehicle on 8/10/22 due to vibration I was feeling while driving, The manager called me to advise all four tires were out of balance & the tech has balanced all four tires. After driving the vehicle, the tech reported there was still some vibration, but it was better. I picked up vehicle at 5:30 pm. As I proceeded to leave the parking lot, I noticed the vibration was not only still there, but it was worse!! I took the vehicle to Richline Motors to purchase 2 new front tires. Based on my conversation with Goodyear manager, he mentioned my front right passenger tire had chunks ate out from curbing the tires, I was hoping this would fix the horrible vibration.

To Whom It May Concern, I sent an online email about this previously and did not receive a response. I visited store #2135 on 01/22/22 for an oil change and an all points inspection because I was taking a long distance drive.

I was advised that both could be done. I left my car and came back to pick it up. I asked about the all points inspection recommendations and the older African American male advised that everything looked good. I asked for a copy of the inspection report and I was advised that the report was attached to my receipt.

Very poor organization and work performance at the Goodyear Store on Rt 301 in Riverview Fl. We contacted them im May to get two Eagle Sport tires for our vehicle. We were informed they were out of stock and would take 4 to 6 weeks to be in.

We called again last week and were told they had the tires so made an appt for 2pm today. We get there and it took 15 min for the counter person to pull everything up. They take the car in at 2:25.

It took and hour to install 2 rear tires! We watched workers walk around in circles or totally disappear! Once the fiasco of install was complete it took another 30 minutes to check out! Some issue with the computer having us with two appts, which was inaccurate.

We will never go there again nor will we be recommending Goodyear to any one! Very poor…

I bought a brand new 2023 Mazda model with Goodyear tires. After 2000 KMS, one of the tire has a sidewall leaking very slowly. Didn't hit anything, no nails etc. Slow leak right when I bought new vehicle.

Talked to Goodyear, the rep gave me her name and email address, and I sent the email and invoice. I was told that there would be Goodwill refund.

Once email sent, heard nothing, no email, no refund. Looks like Goodyear's Goodwill refund is just a smoke screen to get customer off their back and shirk their responsibility.

My vehicle was running perfect. I brought it to Goodyear ion water street in santa cruz california for a water pump and timing belt replacement as routine service. They had my vehicle for 5 days and wanted to keep it longer because they had an issue with the water pump leaking.

I told them I needed the vehicle the next day so they gave me my vehicle as the shop was closing for the day. They did not test the vehicle before giving it back to me. As soon as I drove off I noticed it was low on power, the idle was extremely rough and it sounded terrible.

Hello my name is Laurie Bales. I took my 2010 Chevn Impala in for brake service on Sat March 5th and spoke with Mgr Matt. ³ntly by another mechanic and now the brake pedal feels soft they still work but I think my master cylinder may need to be replaced.

After test drive he agreed and quoted me $550 to replace it with new one. I informed him I was gonna wait there until it was fixed he said it would be awhile I said that's fine. About 2 hours later he came out and informed me they had replaced it but now the brakes don't work at all.

I have a 2019 Camaro Goodyear eagle tire size 245/50R18 These tires should have been recalled as I was traveling east on 530 the passenger side back tire just come on Rever and the middle part of the tire rolled off the rim almost causing us to lose control of the vehicle.

I went to store in Kenner Louisiana and the technician worked on different cars at a time. He started on different cars after starting mine and was told nothing. I watched other technician complete one car at a time and put 3 sets of tires on to my one slow leak nail in tire repair.

This was horrible to watch and nothing said.

After my glove compartment & arm rest was searched thru my remote and key was separated. I was lied to about battery two other places, tested battery it had no problems, stated after checking, it was alright. I was given key to auto and told where remote was located in my car yet it was given to them together not separated.

This was very unprofessional they treat negro customers very poorly. I will not spend a cent there ever again. The location is Division Street, Metairie Louisiana. At sixty plus years old never had such a experience before ever, no where. Now after wherever !

Called to make an appointment for an oil change on Monday of last week, a young sounding man told me the 'first wait while we change your oil' would be on Saturday at 8AM, 6 days later. I made the appointment, and showed up there this morning.

There was a guy speaking with another guy behind the counter, I was never acknowledged as I stood there. The men went outside and then one left and the other man walked through the garage area and finally came in to speak with me.

On 8/17/21 I took my Tahoe to a Goodyear service center at 14150 Beach Blvd, Jax Fl 32250(904 223-9399), Eric Perona, Store Manager. They were to replace the condenser that was leaking at drier weld. They replaced the condenser and we got the vehicle back same day.

In my opinion it still did not feel like it was making the vehicle cold enough. On the 24 th we went to Charleston/Myrtle Beach thru 9/4/21. On the way home 0n I 95 one of the hoses attached to the condenser came off and forced us off the interstate and had to wait over three hours to be towed to a local Chevrolet dealer($75).

I purchased a brand new Mercedes GL250 for my daughter Maya McCoy 18 months ago. Car has only 13000 miles and the tire thread still in excellent condition. About a week ago the car started shaking badly while driving. My daughter took it in to the Mercedes dealer and was told they need to replace the front 2 tires. Tires are separating interiorly.

was advised this was a manufacturing issue. Nothing else could've caused the tires to shift like that. I would like to get reimbursed for the tire replacement.

I took my daughters car in for service on08/26/2021 for an oil change and wiper blades I thought your company still did the 29 point check however after the work was completed and I paid for the service the check engine light was still on and in the past I had always been told that this meant that the oil needed to be changed when I said something the mechanic came out and

I told him I had a appointment and he informed me they was not taking appointments. I was not informed otherwise I would had gone somewhere else. no emails no phone calls nothing. I also had to leave work early ( not their fault ) just a fact.

the gentleman also informed me that they was short handed and can not keep up... Not my problem.. I will never go to Goodyear again. This is the 2nd time I've had problems. I'm am informing corporate just hoping it will save someone the grief.

ORDER: 0511741965. I order my goodyear tires on July 19,2021. Conformation sent to me email. 2 days before appointment good year called and said tires back order until August 16,2021. I said ok. August 17 i called and spoke to Dwayne, he told me he would make some calls and get back to me. The phone didnt ring.

However, recieved email from Dwayne. I answer August 17 @ 1347. Confirming tires and How would the appointment be set up? Who would call me or ecmail. No calls, no emails as of August 20,2020. Please note i sent email yesterday August 19 asking for update.

1225 called and spoke with Daysha : after a long conversation she told me that because Dwayne didnt hear from me didnt order the tires. Notes saying he called twice. Well i dont have any calls from Dwayne however sent 3 emails…

The Team Leader, Kevin Kinsella, at your store located at 3200 Division Street in Metairie, La. 70002. He is disrespectful and un professional. He has no personal skills and should not be in a position to deal with the public. I will not return to that store as long as he is employed by Goodyear. P.S. I have been a loyal Goodyear customer for many years. I presently deal with your store on Highway 21 in Covington, Louisiana. 70433. Great people that represent Goodyear in the right way.
