I purchased 4 new Goodyear tires which offered a rebate. On 4/21/21 I sent the rebate form along with my sales receipt to Goodyear. I had not received my rebate by 6/17/21 so I called Goodyear. They said they hadn't received my rebate request but if I resent it they would honor it even though the offer had expired.

So I resent the form and sales recipe on 6/17/21 but as of latter July still hadn't received rebate. So I called Goodyear again and was told that they received my second request but offer had expired and the sales receipt didn't have the exact tire number on it.

I asked them why they didn't notify me of needing more info and was told they didn't have time to do that. So if you are buying tires from Goodyear with the plan of getting a rebate, make sure you closely follow up on…

My 2019 Honda Accord came equipped with Goodyear tires. In less than 30,000 miles, I’ve had to replace two tires and in the last two weeks, with less than 38,000 miles, I’ve had two flat tires on the two remaining Goodyear tires on the car.

Worst tires I have ever had in my lifetime. Honda should refuse to use Goodyear on their cars.

I have purchased 5 Pirelli tires from Goodyear Roll Rockville since December 2019. 4 out of 5 was for my VW Tiguan. Three months after the purchase, COVID hit, and I started teleworking. Therefore, I did not use my Tiguan, with its 4 brand new tires from Roll, for almost a year.

Last week, I realized that the two rear tires are worn down very badly and need to be replaced (the tread on them was completely gone -- making them unsafe). 5 years. I went into the Roll store today in Rockville, MD and tried to address the issue.

The store representative was unfortunately very rude and did not assist. Without even checking the system, she kept saying that Goodyear Roll does not have any responsibility to assist because I did not align the tires since I purchased them.

It started with making an online purchase and appointment, which apparently did not thoroughly go though (which is not the first time this has happened). I purchased four tires and decided to call the Goodyear store to make sure they had them in stock.

Upon doing so I found that that they had three in their warehouse and another in the Jackson (MS) warehouse which they would have sent to Ocean Springs and was told would be there the next day. I decided to wait to the following day so to be sure that all the tires would be there but had to change that cause I could not drop the car off and have someone to pick me up and bring me to work.

On 12/20/2020 I took my car to a Goodyear shop in Detroit, MI for a wheel alignment. The shop told me that I needed to replace the lower and upper control arms, and the bull joints. 00 for the repair.

On May 16th 2021 the right lower control arm broken while driving on a smooth paving parking lot, if that happened on the highway I could easily lose my life, because the parts were not replaced. They took my money and didn’t do the job.

Paid for 4 tires with $150 rebate. Supposed to be 6-8 weeks. Nothing. Called. They told me denied because I gave them an estimate. My receipt is from a goodyear tire store and it has the invoice #. My charge was paid before that online from a Goodyear credit card. Claim # w4065171.

00. These tires are not all seasonal tires. I'm afraid to drive my vehicle in the rain. The tires are not made for the rain. Now here I am stuck with tires that cannot handle the rain. Even when sitting at a red light when I barely accelerate the tires start spinning. Very dangerous tires.

I was hoping that you might work with me since I'm so unhappy with these tires. When I purchased the tires the first week I had a problem with one of the tires loosing air from the valve stem. I found out the tires they sold me have old dates on them.

2 weeks after loosing air from valve stem I had another tire that had a bubble on the side of the tire. I have had nothing but trouble with these tires. its aggravating after spending $1000 on these tires that left me stranded on the side of the road…

98 we found the truck was not any better. It ran worse than when we dropped it off. I called Good Year Corp office over 2 weeks ago filed a complaint and have heard nothing. i am very frustrated with this whole thing.

We have been taking all of our company trucks to this location for the past 3 years but no more. Do not feel we are getting satisfactory work from them. 00 for it. How much money do we have to spend to get this truck running properly??

Last year I went to Goodyear for an oil change like I’ve done before when it was done they told me I needed an extra quart of oil which I had to pay extra for. At the time I didn’t question it thinking they knew what they were doing.

I have a straight six cylinder 04 Jeep. Later on I noticed when I hit the passing gear I would get a cloud of dark smoke come out the exhaust not thinking it could be the extra oil they put in.

After a while I needed a inspection I noticed the check engine light was on so I went to a shop and they replaced some oxygen sensors that didn’t work than they said my catalytic converter was full of oil that with the oxygen sensors was over 2 thousand in repairs. I didn’t keep my receipt for the oil change Goodyear did.

I will never go to Goodyear AGAIN!

I purchase 4 215/55R17 94V VIVA 3, tires for my granddaughter birthday at wal mart in kewanee ill. 6 2019 the tire blow up because it got a bubble in the inside of the tire. I took it to wal mart but because I did not buy there insurance they would do nothing.

I purchased a new ram 1500 with the 275/65R/20 SR-A goodyear tire on it, at 29,000 the tread is past the tread wear indicator on all the tires. website and goodyear service in Poughkeepsie NY said this is suppose to be a 50,000 mile tire.

tires are rotated by dutchess dodge multiple times a year because its part of the free service I got when purchased the truck. on my last 2015 ram I had to replace them sooner and just took the beating.

00 and then they replaced the exhaust cam 3 times and then they tell me the engine needed to be replaced now after they miss diagnosed it. it turns out the oil pump was the root of all the trouble and this is why the cams were breaking, not enough oil getting to the heads.

I am a back yard type of mechanic and I saw this with the information that they gave me. they didn't see it and when I told them that the information they shrugged it off and started to acted ignorant to and the signs and insisted the new motor was the best thing to do now.

I took my vehicle in to have tires rotated, oil change and hub bearing replaced. When I got the vehicle back the oil life was not reset making me wonder if the oil change was even performed, there was a noise when I turned right so I took it back not once but twice for same noise.

The 1st time I was told it had to do with power steering which makes no sense that power steering would make noise only when turning 1 direction and it was a grinding sound. I now have noise when I turn left (possibly right hub bearing going bad).

I feel that both hub bearings should have at the least been recommended to be replaced as i have been under the impression these things get replaced in pairs. ) because now I will have to pay another $100 something for alignment plus labor again which is crazy…

I have been customer of Goodyear for over 37 years but this will be my last time taking my cars/suv's to your facility. I started using Goodyear when I lived in Yonkers NY at age of 16 and continued using Goodyear in Poughkeepsie NY since I moved up here 24 years ago.

Service was mostly good and prices were no cheap but fair. The recent turn around of Managers at your Poughkeepsie store is just terrible and each manager worst then one before. I own 4 cars and also take my fathers and mother in-law car in every so often to have them checked.

But I am now looking for a new mechanic to work on my cars and sending back the good year card as well. I have no confidence in your service and also feel Goodyear is trying to sell me service and tires that I do not need.

I purchased a new tire at the Richmond, KY store on 8/31/2019, I did not purchase the tire hazard assuming there was a warranty. On 9/13/2019 she had either a nail or a screw of some type in the tire.

She was told there was nothing they could do. This tire is two weeks old. If that is how you treat your customers I will never purchase anything from Goodyear again.

On September 13 2019 I contacted Goodyear Auto Service - 8922 Elk Grove Blvd Elk Grove, CA 95624-1947 to see about their credit card. I went online and filled out the application. Approval was with in minutes so I call the store back to see if they had my tires and when I could come.

I was told the tires were in stock and come in anytime. I arrived at 10:55 am on a Friday. There were 2 cars in the bays and 3 in the parking lot. The lady behind the counter filled out the paperwork and I sat down.

Around 11:17 they told me the the 4 tire weren’t there. They gave me two options, 1. come back later in the day or 2. wait an hour and they would go get them immediately. I chose number two and sat back down.

I came into the store about 3:35pm. I came in with a punctured tire that only required a plug to fix. This is nothing more than a 15 min job. I was refused same day service because they were “busy” and close at 6pm.

Upon this response I looked around the shop, there were 2 tire techs in the bays working, 1 tire tech outside (not busy), 1 tire tech at the counter surfing the internet on his phone, and the manager sitting at the counter on the computer. This is the total lack of customer service being provided at GoodYear Tire in North Las Vegas on Losee Rd/Tropical. 5 hrs is ridiculous.

I than decided to go down the street to a “mom and pop” shop who were also busy; but were more than willing to be of assistance since it was a simple fix. Advice: Go somewhere else! This store is all about…

, Naples, Fl. closest to Marco Island. I went in for a $20 oil change but had no coupon so the price was going to be double. I wasn't happy but agreed. They did take $10 off. They also showed me an air filter they claimed was bad.

That would be $70 something more. Being this was someone else's car I was going to wait. When I got in my car and turned on the air conditioner it was making a horrendous sound. I immediately went inside and when they checked they then said it would cost $138.

I called someone to come down but then decided I would just do the repair. In the few minutes it took me to get inside the estimate was raised to $239. On 08/08/2019 I had my Honda Civic 2008 towed to Goodyear at 9179 Central Ave, MSI Station 8779, Capital Heights, MD 20743 because it wouldn't start. The mechanic diagnosed the issue. According to the mechanic, found no non starting issues or codes in the computer.

What he did say was that the motor mounts needed to be replaced. 94 for parts and labor (see invoices 234897 and 234762). We picked the car up on 08/13/2019. Drove the car about 1/2 mile from the station and the engine light came on.

The car started to slow down and shake. Turned back around return the car to Goodyear. This time the mechanic said that the problem was the ignition coils were misfiring. Goodyear replaced ignition coils 1 and 3 at no extra charge.

Purchased a set of 4 tires from Goodyear 2 years ago, one recently developed a slow leak in the tire took it to have it repaired on 8/26/2019, 9/1/2019 and 9/2/2019. m. was told I had to leave it overnight and they would get to it tomorrow morning.

I explained I needed my car to go to work and could not leave it they did not care at all. The second trip arrived again in the morning was told I had to leave it again overnight because they were busy but was told by another associate to bring it back the next day, so I did.

The same person that told me to bring it back the next day was there but another associate waited on me and said the could not do it after I explained to him that this was my 3rd visit to get this resolve and pointed to the associate who told me to bring it back today.…

Hello, Goodyear office in orchard and overland Boise Idaho has insulted me as a costumer and told me that we don't sale tire to you as you are a PROBLEM and told me leave the shop. Jimmy was the customer service person (between 5:30 to 6:00 local time Boise Idaho August 31,2019) .

I made an appointment 2 days in advance for 8/15/19 to get 4 Goodyear eagle LS2s. I showed up at 945, 15 minutes early for my 10:00 appointment. I ask the guy at the counter about how long cause I need to wait here.

He told me about an hour ish. I noticed that there was always someone different working on the car when there was someone working on it. I also noticed that people were coming in without appointments and leaving before my car was done.

Finally my car was done at 1230 , almost 3 hours. I love the tire cause I get 70000 miles or more out of them but the service at ur thorndale Pa store BLOWS. This makes me change tire companies.

My time is valueable like urs and dont need to be waiting to have tires put on for almost 3 hours

I took my Toyota to Kedron Goodyear in Peachtree City Ga and told them I heard a noise when I drove that went up with speed and down with speed. I was worried it was a wheel bearing. I left it there for some time and they called me back and said definitely left front wheel bearing and they were going to get right on it.

I didn't believe them because everyone around here says they're the worst rip offs in the area, so I took it to Tyrone Tire where I am now. Tyrone said there's no problem with the wheel bearing, and that the tire just ran low on air and makes a noise now from waring badly.

Oil and filter change at the Frank Rd service center, my oil pan bolt was striped by the technician, and still leaks at this time. Work order 253699 7/24/19. invoice number 253891 two days later they tried to fix leak again.

Today it is still leaking. Bill the manager clock number 50, said this is common, and with 140,000 miles on my 2009 escape, I would have to pay for a new oil pan. I hope we can resolved this soon.

Hello, I purchased a set of 4 Goodyear tires on 7/13/2007. The tires are Goodyear Wrangler ST P225/75R16. 00 dollars.. I now have 62,350 miles on my car and these tires are completely worn down to the wear bars and the tires are finished and have to be replaced.

So, after only 22,770 miles driven on my car the tires are no good. I bought these tires at Advanced Tire Service, LLC located at 2418 Silver Springs Blvd, Ocala Florida 34470, (352) 236- 8825. I saved and have the original receipt.

I want to know if it's normal for all Goodyear tires to get only 22,000 miles on them or if somehow I did something wrong or the tires were defective. The original tires on the new car were Goodyear so I assumed if I replaced them with the same they would last at least 40,000 miles. I was wrong. WHY?…

My check engine light was on in my 2004 f150 truck. I took it to a local Goodyear store in Webster, NY. I was told it had to be put on the diagnostic machine to determine the cause. I paid $100 for that.

Was then told I needed to replace two oxygen sensors, they did that, I paid $450. I left store, light was still on. I was told it will go off. Truck was still running rough. Went back to store. what???

i’ll start from the very beginning, I bought a 2003 nissan frontier , I don’t live far from your frank road branch , i called to find out about tires . they are a 15” rim . 50r15 knowing from my mud truck days that was a very common run tire .

no luck the woman was extremely friendly . so I went to summit racing and was able to get tires made it back in time to have them mounted and balanced at mr. tire on fulton road . fast forward a few days ..

I also have a 2008 f350’ I picked up a lag bolt in my tire (saturday morning 6/13) in desperate need of a repair i aired up my tire and while driving towards good year on frank I call and ask if I can get in for a flat repair .

was told they could get to it by monday.. yes let me just hope this lag bolt stays in till monday my commute is from…

Bought 4 viva 3 tires from walmart in Pratt. Size 225/50 R17 on black friday. They wore right down the middle. I checked the tire pressure and they were all 35 psi. I talked to walmart and they asked if i had them aligned which isn't the problem.

They made it 25,000 miles when they have a 60,000 mile warranty. I just need to know what to do with the warranty since walmart didn't know anything to help me with it. I just bought new tires today do i need to keep the old ones and will i get some kind of compensation for the faulty tires? s.

3 out of the 4 tires did this. The 4th one looks great still. They all had the same psi.

I purchased Goodyear tires at Jesse Tire in Pennington Gap Va Feb. of last year with about 29,000 miles on them at present. For the last two months I can hear a loud noise on two of these tires at speeds of 60 miles per hour. The other two are ok. When I sit in the passengers seat this noise sounds as if the tire is flapping on the pavement. It seems to be less noisy depending on the pavement. Sitting in left rear seat I can hear the same noise. The other two tires rotated tires seem to be ok. I have rotated tires and tried different air pressure with no notable results. Need answers.

I am paying off a bill that will be paid off in nov 2019. 2019. The Interest will have to pay comes to about $200. I just want to let you know that with my credit history with you, you could not waive the interest for 3 months which is when it will be paid off.

I scheduled my 1991 Ford Ranger for service today (online) at 0830, 24 May 2019 which was confirmed by email. I wanted a tuneup, wheels alignment, tires balance and oil change. I arrive with my vehicle at the candle road Goodyear center located in Dekalb, GA. And was told that the services I requested for 1991 Ford Ranger couldn't be performed on my vehicle, because the computer didn't go back that far. I was told to try Firestone service center. So I left!

I had a regular scheduled appointment for a 3,000 mile oil change at the Goodyear Automotive Center at 19-31 Town Street in Norwich, Connecticut 06360 for 5:00 p.m. on my Ford Ranger XLT. It took them almost two hours to complete the job. I was so discouraged with their service time. It caused me to be late for an important meeting. I have been a faithful customer for over twenty years by purchasing tires for my vehicles, having repairs done, and faithfully going every three miles for an oil change. I am really considering going to the Firestone Automotive Service Center in the near future after my frustrating experience today. It's too bad that you might be losing a customer.

I called for a appointment today 5-6-19 because the pressure was low since Saturday 5-4-18 on one of my tires. I spoke with Bryan who work at 5725 Johnson Street, Lafayette, Louisiana. He said he had an opening at 11:00 am or any time after 1:00 pm.

I told him I would check with my job to see what time I could come in. I called Bryan in less the five minutes to let know I could come in at 1:30 today. When I got there the lady at the front desk informed me that I didn’t have an appointment with them today.

Their roadside assistance is crap. Company tows your commercial vehicle to one of their centers, only to be told that center can't service. Afterwards, they want to tow your vehicle to another location, and maybe it'll be fixed. For their screwup, they want you to pay tow fees twice.

This company lies and cheats their customers, and any sane person will never deal with this company

On Saturday, April 27, 2019 I went to Goodyear Automotive Center located at 1809 25th Ave., Gulfport, MS after my 2007 Chevrolet Suburban had a miss in the engine. I was advised by the General Manager that I needed plugs and wires to fix my vehicle. I called back to Goodyear and was advised that the miss in my engine was still there and that the problem may be internal in the engine. To my surprise, upon my arrival I was still charged $379.97 and my vehicle was no better than when I brought it into the establishment. I was constantly told over and over again at the counter while paying they didn’t know that was the problem, however I still was charged for services. They took my car apart and put it back together poorly. I went in for an alignment and rotation. Now my brakes are squealing. I just put new rotors on. So the brakes were still in good condition. Then was told my tire purchase warranty didnt actually apply to my car since it was put on my boyfriends Goodyear card. Almost a grand and this store in Eatontown Nj tried to gaslight me.

GOODYEAR ASSURANCE, COMFORTRED TOURING 215/55R 17. THESE TIRES WERE INSTALLED ON A 2013 HONDA ACCORD, TIRES HAVE 16000 MLS ON THEM. ROAD NOISE HAS BEEN AN ISSUE SINCE THE TIRES WERE INSTALLED, NOW ROAD NOISE IS UNBEARABLE. TIRES HAVE BEEN ROTATED EVERY 5000MLS.

WHEEL ALIGNMENT WAS DONE WHEN TIRES WERE INSTALLED. HELP ME FIX THIS. ROBERT SMITH 330-921-7391

He’s giving me an attitude like he’s upset about it when I start my car. I have an appt to this place and I purchased my alignment and tires to service my car. This person is not courteous to customer like me because am Asian .

I feel like I was discriminated and not welcome at all. The name of the place is in Dublin ca. Good year tire. So I end up going to Pleasanton ca.

Also he told me I cannot have a service and go away. I always buy my tires on this place with the previous manager and I don’t have any problem and I’m suppose to buy another tires for my bmw but I change my mind now.

I recently had a set of four Goodyear Assurance Maxlife installed on my 2014 Dodge Charger and was not satisfied with the balance so I took the car to a reputable balance and alignment shop which I was told ( and showed) the tires were out of round and had extreme runout and could not be balanced properly due to poor tire build.

I wish to be compensated for this unacceptable poor quality tire(tires) either with an exchange for proper quality tire - with no added cost to myself, or a total refund . I always thought Goodyear was a goto tire in the past.

Please insure this reputation and legend remains in tact.. at least with this everyday American. Thankyou

bought 4 new tires on line paid for mounting and balance also had appt at bradley goodyear store for 11am on 2/18 got there 15 min. didnt take my truck untill 1230pm
